Just need to see how long it takes to get 0.00175 (not small transaction for me ) to be sent to my wallet under this new payment system.
I don't know why it says it was processed and marked as sent already as it has not been 15 minutes yet. Harder to track the incoming payments this way 

This will make the payout system more seemless.
But that means no more automatic withdrawals

No.
It happens when there is a backlog of payments in withdrawal section waiting to be approved. It was going good when they were automatic since my payment address has been the same, It seems to happen when there is a group of 2 or more.
This should be a bug in the withdrawal system the site uses that MoonOfLife should look to fix.
This has happened to me twice already.
It would help if admin of site would answer and resolve this issue here.

My question is, what causes this to happen?
Why is it that my next payment is pending waiting to be confirmed and my others to another bitcoin address are instant? It doesn't matter the amount I've found.

Do you think this is what happened to the other ones in the last 3 months? Someone stole their funds then site went away and same with their admin.
