361  Economy / Gambling / Re: Past Experiences with histakes.io ? on: April 06, 2023, 07:03:10 PM
This is a legit scam accusation if they will not reach out and address your issue, you should open an accusation in the scam section it will have an impact on their presence and will warn other players of the kind of character this online casino has since they do not have an accusation we do not have someone to call out to address your issue, or you can send them a message that you open a scam accusation and this will have an impact on their status and might result to losing players.
I don't really think they would care much if they are scammers. Only a legit casino or any service provider would care for their reputation to be questioned or losing any genuine players without any reason. Even if they are not a scam and will pay him the money they owe him, it still won't make them look the same for all those who read this thread.

A scam accusation might not affect the casino itself and even if it does, they probably don't care, but a scam accusation thread can definitely save any other potential victim from falling in their trap. So it must be created as soon as possible.
362  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Betting strategy question on: April 06, 2023, 05:38:34 PM
~snip~
Although technically true, in reality this way of thinking doesn't help you much, to be honest. And that is so because when playing a game with 99% RTP instead of 96% RTP you are not guaranteed to win anything. What you are guaranteed it to lose less in the long run. And that "run" is very long. It is so long that it may never happen.
True, but in some cases people blindly gamble in games that are extremely bad in terms of odds. Casinos make those games just in case someone doesn't care at all about the odds, and those basically make the casino win almost all the time. Of course it's designed so that it doesn't feel like that, it will give you small wins here and there, but overall the ratio would be hugely in favor to the casino.

If you play other games like roulette, etc, then it's more straight forward. I mean, I've seen people play on a roulette with a double zero in it when a roulette without a double zero was just next to it. That's just weird in my mind.
So the bad odds that you mean are high chance games? Because, you mentioned something about small wins there. I think bad odds can also be the games which the player has a much lesser chance to win like for example in the lottery. The only good thing about them is that the wins are also huge once you hit them.

It's not that people gamble blindly but gambling is only built that way, for the people to play for fun with less expectations that they can earn a profit. Other than the odds, the casino can also win most of the times because of the house edge. About the roulette game, there are different types of it (ie Amercian, Russian, European, etc.) Some has a zero while the other don't have it. Maybe some just prefer a roulette game with zeros on them as they think they are luckier on it.
363  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: What is your honest review of the Demo account? on: April 05, 2023, 08:29:22 PM
OP, demo trading is very much important I must say because from that demo trading, you would get more idea on how to do or go about your trading when you go live. I have had the experience before. When I first registered an account, I was advised to try a demo account before I go live but I insist since I had done something of that nature before thinking is was of the same doings bit knowing that the technique varies. Mate, I regretted my actions then. Before o could realize my mistake I have lost heavily which made me to stop and opted to learn and ever since then, I do not just go into trading like that I do my market analysis before going live trading.
That is what he said, to have an overview but he only add that we must have a limitation of using it. I totally agree with that because both live and demo trade still has their own differences. I think many can relate with what you have experienced. You got too excited there to earn real money so you start live trading immediately. This is the same when we skip the practice mode in each of the video games that we play.

This was not wrong as long as you are very familiar with a similar type of game before. The same thing can be applied with trading. In your case, since you already lose a lot, I hope you already learned your lesson. Doing demo trade might be less effective or may not really make sense anymore. You can just continue doing live.
364  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: who Want To Bet On 2024 USA elections? on: April 05, 2023, 07:25:01 PM
Many candidates will run for the presidency in the US in the coming 2024. And I see only two groups that the candidates can come from and these are democrats and Republicans.

The Republicans who can run are Trump, Youngkin, Scott, Sununu, Ramaswamy, Rubio, Pence, Noem, Hutchinson, Laffy, Bolton, Cheney, and others. And for the Democrats, Sina Biden, Sanders, Warren, Polis, Pritzker, Klobuchar, Cortez, Harris, Kennedy Jr., and Williamson. It's hard to predict who will win out of those, let's see. But I'm pretty sure Trump and Biden will face again at the end of the games, just a thought of mine only.
From the Republicans group, my vote would go for Trump while for the democrats I think I will go for Biden because so far these two candidates are the hottest in the publics eye but if I were to choose if who will win between them I think I will go for Trump as I think many people are also in favor with Trump and he is more popular than in Biden.

Many people think that Bidens victory is not fair. This is one of the reasons why me and others dislike this guy. In spite of these analyses I made, I am still not betting on 2024 elections because it's not really my game and I am already playing a lot of gambling games lately. I don't want to add more and complicate things further.
365  Economy / Gambling / Re: PVP Games Lounge launching soon on: April 05, 2023, 05:02:43 PM
Enough time has been given for the OP to show some kind of results when it comes to the development of their project, and if there was some kind of delay it could take them just a few minutes to let everyone know this is the case.

Since this has not happened the most likely conclusion we can make is that this project has been canceled due to some unexpected problem that emerged, and while disappointing this is not surprising as the number of projects which die before they are even born is very high.
and now it's april, which means that it's been almost more than 2 months and there's been no news from OP and we have to make sure that OP's plan is cancelled.
rather than we wait and hope for something new and big but there is no reality.

2 months is not a long time but it is a long time to give OP some time.
after this I will not come back to this thread because there will be no changes made by the owner of the thread.
Guys, please check the profile of the OP and you will see that he was active yesterday. This was not a prank because we are not in April one anymore but the only problem is the OP did not made any post. Could be possible that he was only observing this thread and getting ideas from the recommendations of the users in this thread/forum.

Maybe we can pm him now and he might respond. Let's ask him if what is the real status of his gambling site, if it was already done by some percent and ready to be released anytime soon or the project was canceled for some reasons but it was a shame because many people here are excited and have waited for too long for nothing.
366  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: La Liga (Spanish League) Prediction Thread 2022/23 on: April 05, 2023, 03:41:30 PM
If Real Madrid can play with full team and Benzema has no bad issue (injured), I also think that Real Madrid has a bigger chance to win. Benzema looks to play better than Lewandowski, and other Real Madrid attackers look more productive than Barcelona attackers (scored more goals). In this matter, we can assume that Real Madrid has a better attacking line. For midfielders, I also think that Real Madrid is better than Barcelona. It is only about the defenders, if Real Madrid defenders perform well, Real Madrid should defeat Barcelona. In the previous match, Real Madrid defenders played under performance.
Even we can expect tough match specially after having one-sided win for Real Madrid against Valladolid by 6 - 0 but things completely different for this match because in 2023 we have three encounters in these teams and every time Barcelona is winner which is clearly showing how strong they are now in domestic competitions and Xavi strategy is working for them because their priority is domestic than in next season they can fight for the European Competitions.

In first leg match which was played at Bernabéu Barcelona win by narrow margin but now as Karim Benzema is also back and done good performance in last game we can expect good competition with prediction is not easy because here any team can go through for the win but if we have better performance from the Real Madrid defense then surely we can expect good fight and anybody game, but ground realities are clearly showing Barcelona will be into final to face Osasuna which is already won their spot into last two.
367  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: It's on! 2024 US Presidential Election Biden+Harris Vs Trump Bitcoin betting.... on: April 04, 2023, 08:50:44 PM
Fair enough. Yet we, bettors, can take all those things into account, and make our bets today. Early bets are good because of the odds, in the first place. When one of the main contenders is in jail and another is out for some reason, and the third decides to not run for president at all, you won't get as good as 51.00 for someone like Mike Pence, for example.

A good choice, but seeing the situation with Trump (who is obviously very popular among ordinary people and has the best chances among Republicans), I do not believe that the Democrats will give up power. Biden's victory was very doubtful and it seems to me that if the "fair" results of the next election are not in favor of the Democrats, then we will see something similar again (like a huge percentage of votes in favor of a certain candidate using mail-in voting).
In general, it is better to refrain from betting on manipulated events.
Manipulation is possible in all games but I think it's more prone here in politics because there is much money flowing in here. Each candidate is very eager to win some spots as it gives them power. Losing the bet because of manipulation is pretty annoying so it would be better to just avoid them unless if you have insider information and you are sure that the candidate that you will pick is going to win.

Being popular in the public can give a candidate an edge but I think people who place their votes should not only based on it but they must also based on what is the contribution of that candidate and research further if that candidate is not corrupt.
368  Economy / Speculation / Re: US Government DUMPING Bitcoin on: April 04, 2023, 05:48:34 AM
Probably 99% of the hodlers would have loved to see them destroyed rather than auctioned, recognition and laws and regulations are only appreciated when they cause a pump, not when it might have an adversary effect.
Those who are only there for profit would not mind if as much BTC was "destroyed" as possible so that their coins would be worth more, but that is the reality we live in. However, I do not see why such sales would have any effect on the price considering that we are in the recovery phase and that the market will absorb these coins very easily.

The world is full of confused people, OP is just one of them who thinks that a few thousand BTC can change something important in a market where hundreds of thousands of BTC are traded every day.
You are right that people or even organizations wouldn't really care about the price if they are getting profits themselves by dumping the coins/tokens they are holding, but I think it's a different case here, because the authorities that confiscated those funds have basically planned this a few years ago and now was the right time to sell the Bitcoin as per their plan.

Generally, it wouldn't have any significant impact on Bitcoin's price, but if it does and Bitcoin's price drops, that will only open the door for more investors to hop in on the journey.
369  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: who Want To Bet On 2024 USA elections? on: April 03, 2023, 06:10:46 PM
You just have to cast your bet on any choice of your political candidate or party for the USA elections or any other election that seems to be interesting and catching the attention of the bookmakers.

I agree that gambling really changes a lot of things and those that were uninteresting before, when there's gambling on it then it becomes interesting. I think I've seen it before that it wasn't so interesting that it has come to this point that there are bookies having it to be gambled by everyone.
Predicting is easy, but predicting accurately is not. And in betting, whether it's on sports, elections, or anything else, your predictions will need to be accurate in order to be a successful bettor. I didn't really understand why you said that you can just cast your bet on any party and catch the attention of the bookmakers.

Gambling can change boring to interesting but it cannot change results, but the results are what we gamble on. It is true though that things become more interesting and catch our attention more when we have bets on them, whether it's elections or a sports event.
370  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Which is the best platform to get clients as a web designer? on: April 02, 2023, 06:36:04 PM
I would suggest you go offline and speak directly with business owners. The face-to-face contact matters a lot.
Where easy ways are already available why are you needlessly suggesting to take the hard way. Face-to-face meetings may work for other businesses, but for these jobs, I don't think face-to-face meetings matter much. And I don't think any company now sit for web designers like this to build their website because they can go to good platforms like Allready Fiber, upwork and hire highly professional or budget friendly web designers for them.
You are right that things have changed, it's not like the old times when developers or programmers needed to visit so many places only in search of a job, and they would give a lot of interviews every day at different places and offices. But today, the world has revolutionized, and you don't need to do those things anymore. From interviews to hiring or attending meetings, everything can be done online these days.

It would also not be wrong to mention that the competition has increased as well over the course, so as there are more facilities available for people to find and land jobs, there is also tough competition for jobs.
371  Economy / Gambling / Re: Duckdice.io Fake Trustpilot Reviews on: April 02, 2023, 04:59:01 PM
Quote
Paid reviews, usually driven by the interests of the sponsor - of course, because the sponsors pay the bloggers. With several special requests from sponsors, it is not easy to write a fairly objective review, without persuasive advertising content.

Not a few reviews circulating with positive responses, facts and realities directly on the gambling site, it's really a scam.

So, don't rely on 100% Trustpilot reviews, you need other information such as: friends, other websites and other things related to certain gambling site information before you register and bet there.
Well, though it's true that reviews shouldn't be the only criteria one should judge a gambling platform based on, newbies don't really understand all these things. Some of them even need the realities to be spoon-fed to them or they won't bother reading or understanding things themselves, I wonder how such people can spend their money without any worries at all.

So reviews basically do have some influence, and it's really unfortunate that most of the reviews are not real these days and you can hardly find an influencer or a website that has original and honest reviews about a website or service.
372  Economy / Speculation / Re: The US government sold 9800 bitcoin on March 14 on: April 02, 2023, 07:16:40 AM
I don't think it's a very smart move. The logical thing to do would be to HODL those coins, but of course, they are not bitcoiners. At a time when cryptocurrencies are going to start being used as reserves in banks, currently limited to 1% in Europe, bitcoin is the best reserve you can have. But well, one thing is the government and another the banks, and what they want to do is spend that money, so it makes more sense to convert to fiat.
The price of Bitcoin was around $24k on the 14th of this month, so they could easily get $4k extra per Bitcoin if they had sold them now, but we all know that they are not into that kind of calculations, and besides, they have already made enough profit on them considering the date from when they confiscated the Bitcoins until when they sold them.

And they still got 3 batches left, and I'm pretty sure that they will sell them at the right time. Even if they aren't holding them for profit, they will definitely sell them at a better price as they know it will be more money if they do so.
373  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Is it risky to invest in new crypto coins/tokens on: April 01, 2023, 06:35:50 PM
Currently investing in new cryptocurrencies is very risky.  They offer something good in the first place and encourage people to buy their new tokens. But later it is seen that many projects become unsuccessful.Although altcoin investments are very profitable, they are also very risky.A few days ago I got a new altcoin offer and I invested some amount later I faced loss.It is better to avoid risky investments, because it is not good to be greedy.  There are many altcoins in the market that have very good portfolios, so I would not advise you to buy new altcoins. You should be aware of this before investing.
I think you are right and I totally agree with whatever you say, but I'm curious to know where and from whom did you get an altcoin offer? Because generally, when we want to make an investment, we open markets, search websites to find new projects and then do our research and analyze the project and then if we are satisfied with a certain level, we go for investment.

In your case, as it sounds, you got a signal from somewhere and you simply bought the token without putting much effort into checking what's behind the scenes and who is actually the one who created the project, and what it has got to offer. That kinds of investments are very likely to hurt you financially, that's why I'm not surprised about what happened to you.
374  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Your local gambling game that you didn’t see in the crypto casino on: April 01, 2023, 05:35:46 PM
There are many local gambling games in my country that are not available in crypto casino but some of the games that are available in local fiat casinos. One of the game is Domino Qiu, it is a game using a domino card, can be played between the house vs players or players vs players. There are even some casinos that let players to be the dealer of the game. It is a bit long to write down the rules about the game but maybe you can google it with keyword "domino qiu"
At least you can still enjoy them in your local casino if you have an urge to play them. You will only need to sacrifice some time and money for traveling if the local casino is a bit far from your home but what if we can request these games that we miss in the crypto casinos that we are using? Who knows maybe they will consider it someday. We can encourage other people to do the same thing for a better chance.

Some of our local games here are now available on a non-crypto casino. They both have the digital version and the real version of the game which are only being telecast live. I still prefer the crypto games though. I think I am attached with them already.
375  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Has anyone here tried Gambling Arbitrage? on: April 01, 2023, 02:16:01 PM
I've heard about gambling arbitrage too, and it does sound very interesting and intriguing. But the thing is, you got to be super careful and do a ton of research to find the right opportunities. It's not an easy task, and it can be pretty time consuming, so you need to be patient too. And you got to also remember that arbitrage isn't foolproof, and it might end make making you lose everything. If it was foolproof, everyone would be doing this and never lose money in sports betting. And don't forget, you risk yourself getting blacklisted!
So why will the betting site blacklist you if it isn't foolproof? I think by the time this strategy came out, many people have been trying this and that have affected the sales of the betting sites. That is why they are now blacklisting users and only a few have now attempted of doing it.

Arbitrage betting can be similar to arbitrage trading so one must act quick before the odds in the market change but unlike in trading that trades are processed quickly, sports betting are still being played carefully by the teams or the players. This is where we need patience. It can be intriguing or interesting but if we are not skilled enough or willing to take big risks, better if we will not attempt this strategy.
376  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: How do we build a strong community of supporters for crypto projects ? on: April 01, 2023, 09:00:19 AM
Building a solid community is easy, easy, difficult. The most important trust, we can attract and build community by giving them gifts for example. But now there are many people who just want the prize without making a big contribution to the project, that is the work where the project must survive in the midst of such a process. Providing a clear roadmap is also one of the keys to the success of a project. And also always provide updated developments so that investors see that the project is a project that is managed seriously and by professional people. The peak is when the project has gained trust, it will not be difficult to attract many investors.
No way. If it's not a solid one, then maybe yes but if we say solid community it means more loyal members. We need to do something or a kind of gimmick to attract people and let them stay in the group. Activity of the members is also important. I like the suggestion you gave there which is by giving a gift or a reward. Of course we won't give them too early because there might be abusers who are only after it. They need to show their genuineness first.

A roadmap will still be useless no matter how clear it is but if there is no actions taken by the team. Real developments are still important or the willingness of the team and not just only by showing some documents to lure people.
377  Economy / Economics / Re: Bitcoin Investment: Good Debts vs Bad Debts on: March 31, 2023, 07:06:11 PM
I do not distinguish bad debt or good debt because that is a debt that I have to pay at all costs. Borrowing money is not recommended because you will be in trouble if things don't go according to your plan. But if you're calculated and ready to take the risk, borrowing money to start a business or invest in bitcoin is not a bad idea.

I also used to borrow for business and failed, so I do not support anyone borrowing money to invest, but I would not ban someone if they know what they are doing, and even if they fail, they still have a different way of handling it. Borrowing money is not the problem.
A good debt must be a debt which brings a positive result on your business but a bad debt is when you fail and you will now have a hard time paying the debt. It will be a good idea to start a business first using our own money and observe how it goes. If it runs well then that must be a time for you to borrow money in hopes of maximizing your profits but the borrowed amount should be within our reach because unexpected losses can still happen.

You failed maybe because you did not calculate your risk? What kind of business was that anyway? But no doubt that building a business is not easy. There are still other ways to earn like for example in investing in Bitcoin. Any small amounts can do here so there is no need for us to borrow money.
378  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Slot Tournaments - Ever Heard of it? on: March 31, 2023, 06:38:04 PM
So basically, the way the tournaments run is this - you register to participate in the competition, you will be given the same amount of credits with the other participants, after which, you play at the slot for a specified time. The goal is simply to stack up as much coins as you can more than the others to be declared the winner of the tournament.

Have you participated in any slot tournament whether online or offline before? Did you like it? Generally, let me know your thoughts on this.
Never participated in slot tournaments as you said above, but it will be very interesting for me to join if the registration fund affordable for me, also if the rules are as you said.

In some online slot casino providers there are weekly tournaments I mean pragmaticplay and others but I don't like it, and I can't participate because there is a minimum bet which is unreachable for me although the prize is big.
It would be better to run the contest without a registration fee, the same as what we have in online casino contests because the players are still going to use their own money when playing the game and they can lose more if they try hard to win the competition.

Casinos can still earn huge returns this way. They can also choose to lower the prize if they want to, only to run the contest for everyone for free. I rarely heard slots tournaments here in crypto gambling but most of the times it was only dice, poker and maybe blackjack? I can feel that slot tournaments are more enjoyable because of the element of the game. You know, the graphics and the sound.
379  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: one mistake that crypto beginners should be aware of ? on: March 31, 2023, 12:55:33 PM
There are a lot of mistakes being made by crypto beginners. I think they made mistakes like choosing an inappropriate crypto exchange platform, thinking only about pricing instead of ROIS, lack of research and planning, and underestimating cyber security. If they were aware of such things, it will be more beneficial for them.
Though that's one of the basic things one should learn about when planning to start trading, I believe this isn't a very severe mistake newbies make when signing up and choosing an exchange. I personally haven't seen people complaining about choosing an exchange but rather they complain all the time.

There are a lot of other topics that need to be understood by newbies apart from this, and some even are more necessary, like the fact that cryptocurrency investments involve a lot of risks and that there are a lot of scammers out there who will snatch their assets within a blink of their eye if they don't secure them well.
380  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: T20 and T20I cricket prediction and discussion on: March 31, 2023, 08:58:44 AM
Really true that Ireland have faced challenges in recent years the retirement of key players creates a void that needs to be filled but Ireland has a strong history of nurturing talent and developing players. The young generation of cricketers in Ireland has shown promise and with the right guidance and support they can certainly rise to the challenge. It is essential to continue to believe in and support the team as they work to overcome their current setbacks and build a strong future for Irish cricket.
None of the younger players are performing well at this point. If you take out the senior players such as Balbirnie and Stirling, then nothing is left in their bating lineup. The two youngsters - Lorcan Tucker and Harry Tector, showed a lot of promise last year, but during this tour their performance has remained below par. The most promising young player has been Curtis Campher. But he has also failed to realize his potential in full. At times, he contributed either with the bat or with the ball, but consistency was sorely lacking in his game.
After having long losing streak on this tour in today last T20i Ireland having better start even nothing is clear can they handle this momentum, or we will have another 200+ from Bangladesh because after changing their approach they are doing good job and have better results and doing experiments against struggling side like Ireland is good from Bangladesh.

In today match after winning toss Bangladesh elected to bat first but just after four overs they are having 24/3 with Litton Das and Nasir Shanto both are back to pavilion which is surely not good start for them with mostly were expected we will have another 200+ in this match but look like situation is not favoring for this target even we still have Shakib and Towhid Hridoy at crease.
