Hello, unfortunately my investor service will be going down for a little while. My bank as sent a letter to me notifying me that if I make any more business transfers or they will shut down my account. I need to create a business bank account with another branch. To do that I must register my business to the state for taxes which may take a while.
I will notify all reoccurring investors when I have my new bank account, or if I have a new method that I can use that doesn't involve a bank which would require more investors. All current investment's may receive a late payment because since my wire transfer may be in limbo, I will pay all investors interest for each day the payment is late, I still have some bitcoin left over so for those who need their bitcoin right away please notify me.
Were you using a business account or a personal account from that bank you were using? I would assume personal because business accounts usually dont have that much restriction. A personal bank account, I am forming an LLC some time soon hopefully within the next month or so, I can use my LLC documents to create a business bank account and my investment form will then be open again! Also, do you have any experience with business banking accounts? I just read online that you may need business documents when signing up for a business banking account. Do you personally know anything about this? EDIT: I will be using a secondary bank account until I have created an LLC and create a business bank account. My investments are back up!Many banks will request a copy of your Certificate of Formation/Incorporation, and probably a Certificate of Good Standing, but not all banks will request that if they can access the info in a public database (most states usually have business info such as name, members/shareholders/officers, etc, public). Its usually easy but it vary because of the bank underwriting may be different from one another. Try your local bank. You could also open a sole proprietorship bank account under your personal name (which will be treated as a business account - usually). You dont need an LLC for a business account but its always best to have one for protection (limited liability) and tax purposes Interesting, well if I were to sign up as sole proprietorship where could I get a Certificate of Formation, creating a sole proprietorship requires no legal documents to form, as far as I know. |

EF made me a ton of pictures and an animation for my thread everything looked really good and was able to do most of the work himself. I would recommend to anyone.
It only took him a few days and everything went smoothly, he's got a pretty creative way to create any graphic you need.

Do we have to use markdown to edit the text ? Will you be providing references for the edit ? I have spent quite a amount of time editing wiki pages for couple of open source projects and let me tell you,it's not worth 25 bucks.
