361  Economy / Gambling / Re: Hack Into BitDice And Get 1BTC! on: December 20, 2017, 07:03:27 PM
Nice additional security feature now everyone is curious how to hack the mail address provided then if 2fa is installed on email another work.

Hmm, why would you want to hack the email though? I don't think the 2fa code is stored in the email, though I do see that point of using the email to create a support ticket saying that it the owner lost the 2fa keys. Problem is I don't think this is part of the hack bounty of BitDice or any other site for that matter as if you are able to hack the email then that means the one that is unsecure is the email and no longer the site.
362  Economy / Gambling / Re: "transaction not found" on: December 20, 2017, 06:12:28 PM
I initially thought this thread was really out of place and should be asked to move it. But reading through it made me realize something, casinos now have a duty to their players to be paid right and quickly. The blockchain is really congested now and bitcoin transaction are pretty much easily stuck. The casinos should be called out for not providing their players with at least a transaction that confirms reasonably quick. Like what happened to OP, Bitsler should really be called out for not giving their players what they deserve in terms of the withdrawal transaction.
363  Economy / Gambling / Re: ⚖️ Crypto Gambling Foundation ⚖️ - Funding up to 5 BTC to new gambling startups on: December 20, 2017, 06:03:05 PM
Interesting that the foundation is showing interest in funding these new gambling startups. Though what's the game plan? How does the foundation determine the credibility of the site, the viability of the idea, how the devs will use the money for further development, etc.? Also, will the foundation get a cut from these gambling sites that they actually fund? It has a good intention, but I think it should have some sort of mechanism.
364  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Are you still looking for best gambling site that suits your luck on: December 20, 2017, 05:56:11 PM
So basically you are encouraging people to join those gambling sites and for them to gamble under your affiliate link, so that in the end you profit? Well, don't expect people to flood your with interest and drown you with affiliate profits, it ain't gonna happen. That's not how thing works. Even if you have some sort of noble cause, the thing is it is your word against ours. There is no way to prove you are actually using it for charitable purposes. Also, do you think those affiliate programs pays so well? They actually don't, unless you bait some high roller then that's your best chance.
365  Economy / Gambling / Re: AI has beaten top poker professionals on: December 20, 2017, 05:48:27 PM
Interesting, but I guess it is the next frontier for it. Probably will next beat all casinos, since in online gambling there is really no "true random" because all numbers are actually just generated using a code that tries to simulate random numbers. I guess it is possible that an AI could break this code and be able to predict the next number. Well, that would give gambling sites a run for their money.
366  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Will we ever see players transfer paid with bitcoin ??! on: December 20, 2017, 04:58:16 AM
Many people would see it in a negative aspect. This kind of transaction already involves money laundry, that is a shady activity as players don't have real price, it depends speculation and then people have a source to execute shady activities, the rich ones. Soccer business is one of the most corrupt industry in the world. It would affect Bitcoin negatively. Bitcoin shouldn't be seen together with this kind of transaction.

That was before, bitcoins has likely changed how people view bitcoins because it is has been used more on other legitimate things unlike before when the darknet was extremely relevant. I am thinking though, anything is possible, hence there is a great possibility for Bitcoins to be implemented in all things finance, so we would just have to wait for things to shift to bitcoins or other cryptocurrency if that is a much more viable option.
367  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: the house always win???? on: December 20, 2017, 04:54:00 AM
The best and only way to beat the house is having an infinite balance. In this situation you can use a simple martingale strategy. Isn't it easy?  Roll Eyes

Bang on! No, it's not.

If you had infinite money you would be risking it to earn just the initial amount you were trying to win.

If you play black or red and your initial bet is $1, and lose, you would need to double your bet infinite times to earn just $1 (a little bit less actually). I’ve explained this ad nauseam on this forum.

Too much risk for such a low reward.

He was just illustrating how a martin gale system would actually work and win against the house. Generally the house always wins due to the house edge, and the fact is that you have a slight better chance to losing, but that is something enormous statistically. An infinite amount of money will ensure that even if you lost 1,000,000 times and won on the 1,000,001st bet you will have money to bet with. Of course if you have infinite money then you don't really need to gamble, this is just all for illustration.
368  Economy / Gambling / Re: MONEYPOT alternative discussion thread! no posting will be deleted on: December 20, 2017, 04:48:09 AM
I guess these guys from Moneypot are getting shadier by the minute. I do think so too that they should have been answering whatever queries about their liquidity, and indeed from their previous posts they have just been dodging it and just been posting new promises. And now, they have some divest BS they are now doing then they are delaying the rubies 2, like that isn't shady enough.

I do agree this thread has some purpose, since they created a self-moderated one and they are also not responding to any direct attacks (or even indirect) against them.
369  Economy / Gambling / Re: FORTUNEJACK.COM |Deposit 777 play with 1777 mBTC |Live Casino, Slots, Betting on: December 15, 2017, 03:18:40 PM
Is there something wrong about the site? It shows error 552 Connection timed out Host error.

Or just me?

I am getting the same error. Maybe something went wrong, this is the first time I saw this error message ever since I used FJ long before. For sure FJ will resolve this quickly like every problem they ever had in their site, just rest assured that it will be fixed. Though I hope it does soon get fixed as for sure there are a lot of gamblers itching to gamble.
370  Bitcoin / Press / Re: [2017-12-06] Western Union vs Cryptocurrency on: December 15, 2017, 10:09:51 AM
I am not surprised by this! Certainly they will do everything in their power to impede cryptocurrencies' transactions because it is a direct threat to their business. Imagine if everyone are doing cryptocurrency transfers rather than fiat transfers, then consumers worldwide will no longer be needing the services of Western Union for fiat transfers are its main reason for existence.

Simply put, the growth of cryptocurrencies enables its investors to transfer their cryptocurrencies online without having the need to obtain the services of any money transfer companies.
371  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Does Social Media Influence bitcoin growth? on: December 15, 2017, 09:59:04 AM
Definitely! Social medias have helped grow so much enterprises worldwide, not only Bitcoin. Might I add, those sites that have with it advertisements especially on Bitcoin is the ultimate factor on why Bitcoin has grown so much! Its performance or track record especially this year is very telling considering the fact that it leaped beyond any predictions for 2017. Surely there are a lot of extraneous factors that helped Bitcoin reach where it is at present; and without a doubt, social medias are just part and parcel of it.
372  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: What is the best way to quit gambling and start trading?? on: December 14, 2017, 05:19:17 PM
Focus yourself on trading rather than gambling. The contents of the time you normally fill with gambling becomes by trading. When you gamble every day, then change by trading every day. When you remember to gamble, do trading.

It is true by managing your self on how you can control your self first most of all traders become gamblers and gamblers turns to traders it because they already got what they wantes in gambling and turn into trading they don’t want to lose their profit their made from gambling and those who are lose in trading they looking out it from gambling which they lose alot, don’t gambling everyday it makes you addicted change your hobby and olan for something good to start your tomorrow shine and bright in trading.
The problem is that those people that got stressed with trading and started gambling end up losing more than what they lost in trading. That's the usual case, since their mind is clouded from the losses they sustained in trading they end up doing stupid things like gambling to recoup their losses. Sadly, most of the time they lose more this way than they would have if they just kept on trading.
373  Economy / Gambling / Re: What about the "trusty" games on: December 14, 2017, 05:11:03 PM
Without shilling too much, check www.cryptogambling.org for a list of websites which are 100% fair and without a doubt will payout.

Well, that site is beginning to be a good source for people looking for answers for their gambling site checking needs. I guess it would just take some time though that every gambling site would be registered and comply with the rules there. Since this is somewhat like a treaty between states, were they are only bound by the rules of that treaty only by their express consent.
374  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: What did you buy for money won? on: December 14, 2017, 03:20:10 PM
For me, i basically budget my money won. Some of my money goes to investment, because in gambling it's a 50-50 winning rate but in investment your money is growing. On the other hand, some of my money won goes back to my budget plan for gambling.

That is good, but generally when you get back into gambling, then you are just going to lose those winnings, it may not be on the next session or the the other, but in the end it will just even out the profits and losses. Though there are people that really get lucky and they win big in gambling, but that is not the fortune of everybody. There is no telling when we can profit in gambling, but there a higher likelihood that we will lose on it.
375  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Why people are sharing tips? on: December 14, 2017, 03:17:13 PM
Some people who gave tip I have seen in twitter need some connections or just twitter engagements and this is one of the best strategy if you are an experienced tipster you'll gonna have a huge twitter followers if your tips are always correct.

I am sure that is the case, since people want to have more followers then they make good picks, and when they get famous because they give good tips. And after they get a lot of followers then they can advertise casinos and their affiliate links to them. That's usually how these people are able to sustain these operation. They don't actually do it for free! Some even charge fees for their tips.
376  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: did you place all your funds into bitcoin? on: December 14, 2017, 07:36:34 AM
As for now, maybe a good 80% of my hard earned money is on it. You cannot blame me and all others because, speaking in behalf of them, we see its potential to grow even more. I know what I am doing for I have a game plan. Anyway we have our own strategies and we are all entitled to exercising them with the use of our own money.

But yes, I get you that it is a bad idea to put all money in a single investment. It is just that I am in a position whereby I have the means to gamble as much as 80% of my money.
377  Bitcoin / Press / Re: [2017-12-14] A company from Japan will pay its employess in Bitcoin on: December 14, 2017, 07:28:35 AM
I think this is insanely good and bad at the same time! Imagine ever getting paid with Bitcoins, and you will never know what to get when your salary day has come for its value may have greatly appreciated or depreciated. Good if it continually appreciates but what if it continually depreciates? I think there has to be an agreement as to basic pay incentives to ensure that the employees will get something at the end of each day. This mechanism, for all intents and purposes, is a gamble. I am hoping it will be for the best for both parties!
378  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: will people lose intrest? on: December 14, 2017, 07:21:44 AM
Well, it depends on the cause of death or faltering of Bitcoins. If it falters because of better innovation that is at par with times, then yes! People will definitely lose interest in it and venture onto something else that best serves their needs at the moment. Nonetheless, if it falters by reasons of hacking, government intervention and others of like circumstances, well I guess people will continue to cling onto it until they maximize its profitability.

Well you know this is really all up to you. You should know better when it comes to educating yourself. But as for me, I went all the way based on nothing else but first-hand experience. It is good to have a good knowledge about it prior to even starting your Bitcoin career but it is extremely a totally different phase when you are all alone. You will soon realize that almost all Bitcoin decisions will most likely not be based on theory but based on data you have collated through experience. Formal education or experience - either may work for you. But again, these matters are better left for newbies to decide.
380  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: trading or working in signature campaigns? on: December 13, 2017, 10:53:51 AM
I do both. And yes, doing both is not a conflict of interest neither does it interfere with one another.

This is what I do. I join signature campaigns on the premise of earning or increasing my Bitcoin wealth. When I earn out of it, I get a portion of it to conduct trading especially when I see the value of Bitcoin heavily fluctuating. This way, I also earn. But I always make sure I only get a portion of my earnings from signature campaigns so as to cut possible huge losses.
