There’s a number of fees that are applicable for utilizing and loading Cryptopay VISA debit cards.
Foreign transaction fee: Choose the currency for your Cryptopay card wisely, as an additional 3% foreign transaction fee is applicable if you wish to pay or withdraw in a different currency. For example, if you plan on using your card inside the UK, you should apply for British Pounds.
Monthly card maintenance fee: £ 1 / € 1 / $ 1 per month.
Loading fee: We charge only 1% from each deposit you make with on-site Cryptopay loading tool.
If you load € 1,000 and your default card currency is euro, you can expect € 990 to appear on your account.
Note: Please note that apart from the loading fee of 1%, the currency exchange fee of 1% applies if you load the card from the wallet not in your card's chosen currency.
Third-party loading fee: If you load your card using some third-party services instead of Cryptopay, a loading fee of 1.99% is applicable.
Note: Third party transfers are available only for verified users of Cryptopay.
If you load € 1,000 via 3rd party services, like PayPal, you can expect € 980,10 to appear on your account.
Domestic ATM Transaction: ATM withdrawals in your card's chosen currency will result in € 2.25 / £1.75 / $2.50 fee.
If you withdraw $ 1,000 with your USD card, you will get $ 997.75.
International ATM Transaction: ATM withdrawals in a currency different from your card's will result in €2.75 / £2.25 / $3.50 fee. Keep in mind that in this case you will also face a 3% foreign transaction fee since you withdraw in a different currency from the card's chosen one.
If you withdraw $ 1,000 with your EUR card, you will get $ 966.50 (The fee is: 3.50$.+ 3% from 1000$)
Card unloading fee: for card unloads we charge 1% plus $/€/£ 0.10.
If you transfer € 1,000 from your debit card to your Cryptopay account, you will receive € 989.90.
Issuance fee: Reissuing your plastic card costs $ 9.00 / € 8.00 / £ 6.00, while virtual card reissue costs $ 0.50 / € 0.50 / £ 0.50.
