361  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Does experience matter in gambling? on: June 20, 2017, 12:39:47 PM
For me all the factors in determining the gambling game victory is a fortune. So when we play gambling then experience is not necessary. Mostly influential by luck. Without luck we can not be sure to win. While experience is meaningless in every decision to play gambling.  Gambling is a high risk game, so be prepared to get all the results you will get.
i dont agree that experience is meaningless ,just like poker games its not all about luck and games is not all rely on luck experience let ypu know what to do and what occurs in a game so you can adjust your move in playing just like that.Well i do not want to argue i just share my opinion in experience because i used my experience to have a more chance of winning.

Well, it's depend of what type of gambling that you gamble. If it's poker, experience, luck and bankroll are the most affect it but for dice gambling and provably fair gambling are luck are always matters on this one and experience not do much on this type of gambling.
362  Other / Off-topic / Re: What's your way of spreading Bitcoin knowledge? on: June 20, 2017, 09:31:03 AM
Personally, if I'm in a coffee shop or any store with some people, I pull out my wallet and subtly show them my Xapo debit card. Then they get curious on what kind of card is that since it doesnt look like the usual Mastercard or creditcard. Then I explain it from there on.

What's your way of spreading Bitcoin knowledge? Smiley

I usually share my earnings from bitcoin into my social media and there is always a person that ask about my earnings and what is bitcoin. It's good for spreading bitcoin though, people will curious and money always attract people to come.
363  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What do you think are the biggest disadvantages of Bitcoin? on: June 20, 2017, 06:09:51 AM
I will try to count all that come to my mind.

1-) The transaction speed is very slow.
2-) Blockchain network is very busy.
3-) Transaction fees are very high. This is horrible!

Most worrying things I guess.

Agreed, but we can calculate most of them by increase the fee for our transaction. But blockchain is really ridiculous right now, the fee is really big even for small transaction. Not many people know about bitcoin also one of the big advantage of bitcoin, because bitcoin is not popular in some countries.

365  Economy / Speculation / Re: Will we ever see bitcoin lower than 1000$? on: June 20, 2017, 01:32:07 AM
I'm not gonna say a strong NO to this question. Bitcoin is still around $2500 but this doesn't mean it will never come back to $1000 region again. Any technical issue about itelf could cause a huge dump. Or imagine US banned users to withdraw from exchanges. This would cause another dump.

When one country opens btc in their country I noticed that  btc pumps happen then later on it will dump just like this past month when Japan implemented it btc reaches $3000 then suddenly dump. Dump and Pump is part of btc which means it is used in any means of transactions.

Imagine if more countries start accepting bitcoin, the price of bitcoin will increase so high. But, it's not only the reason why the bitcoin's price increase though. Actually we never know what will happen to bitcoin on the next 1-5 years, maybe someday the bitcoin's price can reach $1000, but i hope it never happen.
366  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Getting started with sports betting! on: June 19, 2017, 01:19:37 PM
I plan to start with sports betting. I know there is many threads about betting on sports here, I read most of them, but I`m interested in which site have the minimal bets.
   -Cloudbet.com
   -Sportsbet.io
   -Nitrogensports.eu
   -Betcoin.ag
   -Lunarbets.eu
   -Directbet.eu

All this sites are looking great on first look, but I don`t wish to register on each one of them just to check how much is the minimal bet. I also wish to ask how much is your minimal bet per match or per betting slip (did I say this good? I`m not so familiar with some sportbetting terms in english, when I stuck on something I will ask for specific words or terms in the future), and do you bet more on goals, half-times, results, or name it yourself.
I`m looking forward to read everything you have to say about this.

Directbet.eu already dead, so we eleminate it. I already use 2 sportsbook site sor far, nitrogensports.eu and sportsbet.io but i already stop betting on sportsbet.io because of their scam accusations. Nitrogensports minimum bet is 1mbtc and they many kind of sports. I usually bet on sports and basketball on this sportsbook.

368  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Mayweather Vs McGregor: Info and prediction thread on: June 19, 2017, 06:44:29 AM
5 reasons Conor McGregor can shock the boxing world and defeat Floyd Mayweather

https://fansided.com/2017/06/15/conor-mcgregor-floyd-mayweather-prediction-mcgregor/

To Summarized the article:

5. McGregor will have a clear size advantage
4. Conor McGregor is the younger fighter
3. Conor McGregor has been more active
2. A new motivating factor – Fatherhood
1. Conor McGregor is just different

But McGregor never fight on boxing rules before, never fight until 12 rounds full and many else. In the other hand, Mayweather is really got big advantage here. I think McGregor will gassed very soon and i'm sure this match ended with k.o or t.k.o. It's about money though on this fight and i'm also McGregor fan though.

370  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: $8 fee? for a $73 transaction? Really what the fuc is going on? on: June 19, 2017, 04:44:18 AM
I did spend 5 USD just to get my 40 usd from blockchain. It's still kinda cheep compared to other money transfer companeys Smiley i would still use bitcoin.

Actually you can pay less fee on your transaction and takes a little more time to get confirmed. To get confirmed on blockchain is already quite fast than a few weeks ago. I really recommend to customize fee for every transaction you do.
371  Economy / Economics / Re: Worst bitcoin decision you've ever made? on: June 19, 2017, 01:25:25 AM
My worst bitcoin decision is when last year i'm not trust about the halving and thought halving is a joke. But i'm really wrong on that time, actually i want invest big on bitcoin on that day before the halving. But i cancel it because i'm afraid the halving is only a gossip.

373  Economy / Economics / Re: Bitcoin Wallet on: June 18, 2017, 05:19:05 AM
Blockchain is by far the most used bitcoin wallet, but the tide is shifting mainly due to their high transaction fee and their recently disabling the ability to send bitcoins to lots of people will make them lose customers.
Thats right dude, if i could vote i prefer blockchain in a few years back. Because the display is more lightweight, easier to use, low fee, and certainly can do bitcoin sending in many addresses. While current. The function is gone

Blockchain is good for web wallet but the fee is become bigger nowdays, it's good for you that won't wait and want easy to use bitcoin. If you won't pay the big fee for each transaction you can use bitcoin core wallet, but you need to wait until the wallet sync first.
374  Local / Bahasa Indonesia (Indonesian) / Re: Cara memperoleh bitcoin di bitcointalk on: June 16, 2017, 12:42:47 PM

Sedikit tambahan buat orang2nya yg cari bitcoin. Sekarang social media campain banyak yg make ini loh, jadi dari sekarang banyak2 cari teman ato followers di akun kita.
375  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Can gambling be profitable in long term ? on: June 16, 2017, 09:00:07 AM
So after reading this thread the first time back on Page 22 or something I've now tried to only live on gambling for the past 60 days. There's been some crazy ups and downs and an emotional rollercoaster. The Mrs. has not been too happy either.

I believe I've been earning around $150-$450 on a daily basis. Been betting on Sports & eSports and I've been playing a small amount of Casino & Poker.

I have some research and some complete numbers that I can share later on when I'm at my PC. If there would be any interest.

Conclusion: Can gambling be profitable in the long term? - Absoluteley. Is it fun? - Not really, a lot of stress and pressure with a lot of highs and lows throughout the day.

Agreed, Gambling can be profitable for sure in long term but your life will be a lot of stress because your money is on your hand and can easily gone or doubling. I'm sure many pro gamblers out there can earn a living by gambling, you need patience and good at bank roll management.

377  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin heading to $4,000 on: June 15, 2017, 04:40:07 PM
The dream is dead buddy, the price of bitcoin is going down so hard in the last 5 hours. But i'm sure it will comeback soon and going up again to $2.700 at least. The price of bitcoin is really unpredictable though, it can easily go up and go down.
378  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: What's your favourite dice site for profit on: June 15, 2017, 03:13:51 PM
My favourite dice site is still primedice, because from many dice sites, i think primedice is more fair than others dice site. They also have a great community there and also primedice always have a good giveaway, fast and instant withdrawal and primedice will have a new gambling game soon, just wait for it.
379  Economy / Economics / Re: Does the Price of Bitcoin Matter? on: June 15, 2017, 05:35:49 AM
Bitcoin price will always be the main interest to any investor, because all are into bitcoin to get money, no one can say its at bitcoin because just its technology, because its impossible to ignore bitcoin is worthing 2500 dollars. As investor you will always wait the best price to buy bitcoin or any other crypto coin, the value is very important.

Agreed and also some services rates also following the price of bitcoin. The price of bitcoin is really matter to all bitcoin user. Bitcoin become the place for investment too, since the bitcoin's price increase so high nowdays. I think if the bitcoin's price keep increase, more people will come and start interest on bitcoin.
