361  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: eSports Crypto Betting In Europe on: October 13, 2017, 11:19:47 PM
I used directbet.eu back then when I was into gambling using my Bitcoins and I think it is a Europe based cryptocurrency gambling, I still want to gamble and bet into it as it is a great website and it is almost complete when it comes to sports in the whole world and any other king of horse racing and a few bunch of casino games but it was suddenly close last May and I really don't know the reason behind it.

Maybe the main reason behind the closure of my favoritw gambling site is the regulation of Europe in cryptocurrency gambling online.
362  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: He really don't care about bitcoin on: October 13, 2017, 11:01:21 PM
For every successful athlete, businessman, people, thing, etc. there is a crab that will pull through the way up and Bitcoin is no exemption here but it is a matter of choice if you will be affected by the negative people that surrounds you in telling what they want with Bitcoins. Dimon the Banker guy is a desperate man now because he clearly foresee his future if he will not fight Bitcoin.

Jamie Dimon is full hypocrisy though and he is proving it in each negative word that is says about Bitcoin, by the way We must thank him for a free publicity because of him Bitcoin is surging in price with his madness.
363  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: is it risky to turn all my money to bitcoins? on: October 13, 2017, 10:42:30 PM
is it risky to turn all my money to bitcoins? anyhow this money sits in the bank and do nothing for!

Yes of course because it is an investment and an investments always have a risk and the fact that you want to invest all of your money in the bank for Bitcoin, but for this time being I think it is worth a try because Bitcoin is showing a very good sign of positivity in the market and if you are thinking that this is the bad timing in investing because the price is in a bubble state then I can't advise you with that.

I believe that Bitcoin's price will keep on increasing even though I am not an expert with the financial market because on what I have seen in the market since I discover it. Just keep this saying in mind, Invest only what you can afford to lose, regret later because you didn't even try.
364  Economy / Speculation / Re: The correction is going to be epic, 2025 ~ 1M and other predictions. on: October 13, 2017, 09:24:05 PM
Btc often falls much faster than it rises, though it obviously rises orders of magnitude over time, but the correction....20% ~ 30 % in 20 mins then a dead cat bounce.....

feels like earlier years where a 20% rise was normal in btc crypto land.

4~5 years .... 100K.

7~9 years .... $1M.

though $1M in 7~9 years will only have $500K buying power in today's $$$

I also wonder....how many BTC are going to be left for sale. I mean each time the market moves up, and drops....it must shake out a large proportion of people who are going to sell.

Then as it moves up to a new high it educates the remainder to not sell out if it drops.

Just Hold.

This is perhaps like a doubly or triple reinforcing process that is going to select perhaps geometrically for actors that do not sell, or less much lesser proportions of their holdings. This would indicate supply is going to really go down over time, further pushing up cost.

I am not a professional analyzer of the Bitcoin's market or even a professional trader but what can I think in the future is that when Bitcoin reaches the market capitalization of $1 trillion then the price of it will be roughly around $60,000 then that's the time that more people will regret in not investing inside of it and after that an another milestone will be reach at $2 trillion then it will become $120,000 a piece and so on.

Everything is possible with Bitcoin and for now we all can't see a reason for its down fall, so this is a continuing story for the revolutionary digital currency and I can proudly say that I am lucky that I am with that.
365  Bitcoin / Legal / Re: Countries with weak economies can use cryptocurrency instead the dollars. on: October 13, 2017, 08:05:52 PM
Countries with weak economies and unstable currencies can use not the dollars but the crypto currency as a reserve unit. With such a statement made at a conference on the 20th anniversary of the independence of the Bank of England, the managing director of the International Monetary Fund (IMF) Christine Lagarde.

What do you think? Is it possible?

I think it is possible as it is a great idea for a country that is weak in economic status but I guess some strong countries or even banks will hinder this kind of move especially those countries that have a big debt to them.

Bitcoin is the future of an international digital currency for me and with that I am so confident that it will boom even more if there is one country that will take this opportunity and set as an example because it will become a chain reaction and some other countries will follow it too.

366  Economy / Speculation / Re: Chart of the Day | Bitcoin is Today's big Gainer on: October 13, 2017, 07:46:20 PM
Bitcoin just keeps rising in price for the second consecutive day as BTC/USD markets remain bullish, scoring 24h gains greater than 10% once again and now looming $5700.

Chart source:
https://cryptocoincharts.info/pair/btc/usd/bitfinex/2-days

Anything can really happen to the Bitcoin's market and no one can really predict anything but we can all speculate in what will happen next because of the recent events, I believe also that after a huge rise of price in Bitcoin this day it will be having a corrections of maybe 25-35 percent of its current price because I just relate it to what happened before the august 1 event as there is a huge buys also before it.

There is no doubt that the rise of Bitcoin is because of the incoming Hard Fork of Segwit2x and its potential of having a new Altcoin of Bitcoin Gold as there would be an airdrop with each Bitcoin holders that's why many of the cryptocurrency investors tend to convert now their other Altcoins to Bitcoin and take the fact that there is a new comers to cryptocurrency that will ride the show.
367  Economy / Speculation / Re: 5500 Dollar Bubble or fork effect? on: October 13, 2017, 07:39:58 PM
In this year we can see many boubble on bitcoin price..this time Bitcoin rise more then 5500 dollar the last week and the Bitcoin value rise like never before... The incoming fork look like is good for ethereum too.. What You think peaple is a boubble or the incoming fork rise all market, or the Bitcoin market is bigger then Goldman Sack for real and we can talk about new economy?

Bitcoin is getting stronger every time it survives an issue that it is not true because it just justify how wonderful this revolutionary digital currency is, no one can really tell what will happen next to Bitcoin or in Ethereum but one thing is for sure they are both going up in price unless there is a big incident that will happen to its system that will cause a major down fall.

People who are in the cryptocurrency scene now and before are getting immune with the issues that is not reliable at all because they tend to realize that Bitcoin is still under development and there are so many ways for improvement. How I wish the price of a single bitcoin will become $10,000 before or after the year ends.
368  Bitcoin / Press / Re: [2017-10-12] $10,000 Bitcoin Coming Soon As Bitcoin's Price Rallies on: October 13, 2017, 11:41:19 AM
It is roughly $170+ million is needed in the market capitalization before Bitcoin reaches that $10,000 mark and I am confident that it will reach that mark sometime next year or if fortunate maybe this year ends. I can imagine now that when Bitcoin reaches its market capitalization of $1 trillion then the possible price of a single Bitcoin would be $50,000 - $60,000.

I agree that a negative/positive publicity for Bitcoin is still good no matter what happen because people tend to realize that at the end of the day Bitcoin will still goes up and up.
369  Bitcoin / Press / Re: [2017-10-12] Jamie Loses The Game To Bitcoin on: October 13, 2017, 11:23:36 AM
This guy is a true hypocrite and stupid at the same time because he just face palm himself when he said that Bitcoin is a fraud and after that it remains strong and the price of it still goes up despite of what he is spreading. It is quite obvious that his only intention is to divert the attention of investors to Bitcoin from Banks and he didn't succeed with that.

Bitcoin is the future of digital currency so the Bankers are too scared now for their future as it will eventually driven them to nothing if Bitcoin will really take over the financial system of the world, thanks for Jamie Dimon though because he publicize and serve as a free advertiser of Bitcoin.
370  Bitcoin / Legal / Re: Taxes on bitcoin? on: October 12, 2017, 08:46:41 PM
If you do not have a bitcoin company, you do not have to pay taxes. Using only bitcoin will not make you your company owner. No country can get tax from you with such an illogical reason. Continue to use bitcoin. I hope we will see better days.
I am not a supporter of legalizing bitcoin and not pay taxes using bitcoin. I am surprised by the position of those who want legalization. But the absurdity of the situation is that until will not be able to use bitcoin without exchanging for Fiat governments will never accept bitcoin. They will take taxes Fiat money in exchange. When people exchange bitcoins directly would be easier to hide their trades, and the government will be forced to accept bitcoin in order to accept taxes in bitcoin.

I think as long the government will not recognize Bitcoin as a legal tender to their country in buying and selling of their goods and services in exchange of it then it can't be tax. In able for the governments in the whole world to implement taxing cryptocurrency they must create a dedicated branch or department in this king of thing because it is a big thing now and a big money is involve inside of it.

371  Bitcoin / Legal / Re: Russia will regulate cryptourrencies on: October 12, 2017, 08:41:02 PM
After a meeting last Tuesday among Russian President Vladimir Putin with the Central Bank of Russia, he said that the Central Bank should avoid making hasty 'ban' decisions about digital currencies.

He also said that the government will work together with Vitalik Buterin and the Ethereum platform to improve the government's system.

Now, authorities say that bitcoin and other digital currencies will be legally regulated from exchange to mining.

"We have agreed on the following: the state should regulate the process of issuing cryptocurrencies, the process of mining, the process of circulation…The state should head this situation and regulate it legally." -Anton Siluanov, Finance Minister of Russia.

See here: https://news.bitcoin.com/putin-confirms-russia-regulate-cryptocurrencies

I think this a good news for the Bitcoin community as the President itself now recognize the cryptocurrencies as a big thing, and they will able to discuss the ins and outs of it instead of banning the cryptocurrency exchanges in their country, what a good governance indeed.

I just read different rumors that Russia is banning Bitcoin but again it is an another FUD attempt by the people who really hates Bitcoin and those people that are so gullible enough to believe in these issues without a strong proof or any other kind of reliable claims.
372  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: China Will Likely Resume Cryptocurrency Trading by Licensing Bitcoin Exchanges on: October 12, 2017, 08:26:02 PM
Be ready for this reversal.  It may happen sooner than you expected.

https://www.cryptocoinsnews.com/china-will-likely-resume-cryptocurrency-trading-by-licensing-bitcoin-exchanges/

As I have mentioned in other posts before, the ban from China should be only temporary.  Once they figure out how to regular the crypto market, they will disban the exchanges (provided that the exchanges get proper license).

China is not stupid enough to exclude itself from the crypto ride.  Also, a long term ban will damage its status and reputation in the financial market.

Exactly to what I am thinking first time I knew about Chinese government banning Chinese cryptocurrency exchanges, they just want to put a tax on it to make a profit out of it because their government know they have the biggest cryptocurrency mining industry in the whole world and a big sum of money online is trading to this exchanges by their citizens.

Chinese people are too smart to find another way to access different non Chinese cryptocurrency exchange so it is not a problem to them and that is why the price of Bitcoin is now going strong because of them are not scared about this regulations of their very own government.
373  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Don't you think the BTC forks are making the Bitcoin ecosystem more chaotic? on: October 12, 2017, 08:17:24 PM
Bitcoin Cash really confused me at which is the real BTC.
And the forthcoming SW2X is making a new puzzle.

BTW.
Question: Will the silver LTC gradually die after SW2X?

You are confused because you are a newbie but I can honestly say that even me is not so aware of what is happening in the technical side of Bitcoin as I am not an expert with it but what I only understand is that there is an original Bitcoin that must be trusted and supported by us who uses it and believe to its future as a revolutionary digital currency.

To answer you question about LTC if Bitcoin will be implementig Segwit2x you better go to this thread https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=2095328.0 and maybe you will be enlighten.
374  Economy / Economics / Re: it is possible fiat currency will crashed? on: October 12, 2017, 08:12:43 PM
I heard Robert Kyosaki is talking about the crashed of FIAT CURRENCY? when this thing will happen? how are we going to respond?

I think Robert Kyosaki talks about there would be an another great recession in the world and not a Fiat currency crash, the strength of each Fiat currency in each country depends on their economy so maybe in able to crash once Fiat currency there must be a world war III to happen because it destroy the infrastructure of the nation and its livelihood.

If that time comes(Hope not) then that's were the true essence of Bitcoin will be tested if it is really a strong digital currency, if it can survive a great recession that will happen in the real world, I am excited about it but at the same time scared.
375  Economy / Economics / Re: Bitcoin has defeated gold on: October 12, 2017, 08:07:10 PM
Bitcoin: $1260/BTC
Gold: $1241/xau
Well, I can not believe that the Bitcoin prices has crossed over gold sooner than I expect. I thought the process would be finished in April. Wow, Bitcoin is truly worth and everyone who has sold their Bitcoin has made a huge mistake. Nothing can stop Bitcoin right now.

Bitcoin is a digital online currency while Gold is a mineral and value is both that they have in common, the price per gold in xau now is too small to the current price of Bitcoin while I am typing this because it already reaches $5,300+ per piece, I will not be shock when the time comes that the price of Bitcoin will overtake the price of a 1 kilogram of gold bar it is just a matter of time.

Gold is can be mine so as Bitcoin but the only difference is that Gold is like since our ancestors were born or the first living things on earth exist while Bitcoin is only reaching its 1st decade as a cryptocurrency in 2019 so if Bitcoin continues its growth it will may reach $1 million per BTC, I hope.
376  Bitcoin / Legal / Re: i heard bitcoin illegal in Taiwan...why? on: October 12, 2017, 07:29:37 PM
yesterday i heard that using of bitcoin illegal in Taiwan i don't guess why in some country its legal and in some like Taiwan is illegal?

I don't think that it is true as there is no any sources that will support that claim that Bitcoin is illegal in Taiwan.

Even if Bitcoin is illegal in Taiwan I think Taiwanese people can still use it even if their government regulate or ban it because as long as you have an access to a computer or any devices that have internet you can use Bitcoin. Maybe their government only warns their people to take some safety precautions in using Bitcoin for their payment online because there is a lot of malware and malicious thing in it.
377  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin being regulated in a country. on: October 12, 2017, 07:22:56 PM
Being that the government have no control over cryptocurrencies as they are fully decentralized, can bitcoin be regulated in a country?

Bitcoin can be regulated by every government if they really want it to but I think it needs a specific department to them in able to focus in regulating such wide aspect just like cryptocurrencies, we all know that cyber laws in almost in all country in the world are not that so strong yet so implementing a regulations to Bitcoin will result only for people to find a way to dodge their governments.

And I also tink that government main objective for regulating Bitcoin and other cryptocurrency is for them to put a tax on every people or maybe transaction that is happening inside of the exchanges because there is a big money that is now involve inside of it.
378  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin and ICO's on: October 12, 2017, 06:13:23 PM
With the recent forks coming soon, we are starting to see a huge appreciation of BTC...obv everyone is buyng now
My question is...wont this affect ICO's?
A lot of them recieve btc investments and they could hit they hard cap 20-25% earlier due to the increase of BTC price. Wont this force them to close the ICO, and raise a lot less than eventually planned...if we compare to dollar price.

A good point though, I think it is very important for the ICO's to take this fact granted but in my own idea most of the ICO's have a minimum target for their crowd sale and once they reach it they are okay with it and the next investments that will enter their funds will raise the price of the token that they are representing.

Most of the ICO has a fix price in their token with each cryptocurrency that will be use in investing into it so I think the price of dollars is not necessary in most cases.
379  Economy / Economics / Re: Appreciation of bitcoin on: October 12, 2017, 05:54:37 PM
Bitcoin totally change my personal point of view, At first i start with curiosity, never thought in my mind that it will gradually change our way of living, I belong from the simplest form of living and look what i am now. I can afford to buy my needs and travel wherever i want. Its Amazing Smiley

It is good for you then as it is for me, back when I just started Bitcoin I was too innocent and know nothing about its potential as a digital online currency but when I discover different kind of task and website that accepts Bitcoin as a payment in exchange of my work I am so happy and grateful, I am riding Bitcoin till it is existing because I do believe that the price of it will continue as the supply of it is limited.

380  Bitcoin / Legal / Re: bitcoin legal vs illegal ??? on: October 12, 2017, 04:01:14 PM
Bitcoin is a digital currency and just like any other Fiat or local money it has an evil side so there is a legal and illegal side also, for me it is just the purpose on where will you use that money or where did you get it because at the end of the day it has already have a value so it can be exchange for something that is good or bad.

I can't really understand those people saying that Bitcoin is for terrorist, criminal, and evil doings. It is just like all the people that is going to the church is so clean that they didn't even do any bad things in their life or even after they made a prayer. There is a saying that 'Money the Root of Evil' so it is what it is.
