what do you mean ? i mean: is this legit? because the readme on GIT does not match the description over here at all... so i was wondering if anybody has bothered to look at the code and has investigated how the coin actually works... Git source is pretty fucked up. First you have to rename 3 files and then change the properties of another. Fail!

I thought block time is 20 minutes. edit: Just noticed 15 minutes blocktime. The difficultly was low at the start and that allowed more blocks to be mined but now the difficultly has adjusted so it just my be around 15 minutes per block. I'm still waiting on that last Arkenstone to move to confirmed them I'll have 119 confirmed Arkenstones. I just got lucky. Congrats!

Hi guys, Sorry for the long post and to those with less patience ![Grin](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/grin.gif) . I'm a yellowcoin fan (so there is no doubt about it later). I'm more the reader than the writer so i just read all the comments and take my conclusions while laughing (or should it be crying ?! ![Cheesy](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/cheesy.gif) ) at some comments.. Anyway, I cannot make sense of the maths that's in here, so just wanna share to you my thoughts and asking if anyone can help clarifying or make sense to what is happening. So assuming the 10% POS for 10 days we have more 10% * 10%... = 1.1 * 1.1 = 1.1^10 = 2,593742460100002. Let's just consider my two first transactions, 23549.185 and 988.232894, total 24537,417894 YC. Let's forget the ~9200 on other transactions and mining and ~5500 lost on orphan blocks that did not recover. so 24537,417894 * 2,593742460100002 = 63643,742652885370104 YC Which is more than the total i currently have on my wallet ~62000 YC. So what's wrong here? I should have a total of 80500 YC in my wallet but i have 20000 YC less. This equals 25% of all the YC i should have.. missing. I do like YellowCoin and i understand things can have problems and that that takes time.. but it must work.. and staking is not working properly.. you can say it's working, good.. but have all of you made the maths with your wallets and check the theoretical total balance? Working. not as expected.. staking, but not 10%, at least to me.. it seems more like 7.5%.. Just wanted to understand what's going on here and where's my 20000 YC.. that's a big amount of them, for me at least.. and when the price rises it will make a lot of difference.. so what can be done, is there a way they can re-evaluate what people should have and are not receiving? Where are my lost 20000 YC and in what wallet did it land? Here's my math man" that's not POS man, that's bank interest! u cannot stake all ur transactions each day (perhaps first day yes) but u don't lose nothing when the interest rate is fixed (you will eventually have your interest). in this case the interest rate is limited in time (in blocks), the operation stops at the block 108000. the transactions Splits have not yet been Stake, will Stake with the 3.5% annual interest.. the small difference is due to the fact that all existing YC(transactions) have entered on the Stake (10%) at the same time, so each new block generated will support a part, and transactions must wait their turn (heigh wheight). 10% is time limited , so there will be transactions (or splits) that ll do not have 10% on the last days ... Even so man, if you took off the last day, the day before.. it's still not there.. the math has to be right man. That's a 20k difference in my wallet, 25% of total, not a 1k or 2k.. and i just have around 60k on it, so on bigger wallets.. But it's really simple to sum everything up and check that out.. Why also YC? That is the real question. BC is obvious. YC because everyone moving out of Cinni, White coin, and Asian coin train wrecks is moving their capital here! Maybe, but i want to state it differently. Why YC? 1. We are trying to get listed on bigger exchanges then were we are located now. 2. We are trying to create outside events so that outside people are getting more and more interested in altcoins as a investment and we will try to sell Yellowcoin as one of the future Bitcoin coins. Why do people want to earn 1% on a bank account when you can earn x% with altcoins/yellowcoin. So currently busy with a powerpoint presentation that can be used for all outdoor events. 3. In talk with several merchandise sites to add YC as a payment method, as people want to use their coins to buy products. 4. Try to create our YC multipool as the number one of the multipools. The problem with Yellocoinpool is that they don't pay my coins. I have 120+ so far and I'm mining since yesterday afternoon.

Believe me i suffer even more, because multipool exchanging-scripts just fell down and i need to check each transaction, that it is processed correctly. This explains why my credit is not withdrawn but that's not a tragedy.
