361  Economy / Economics / Re: Are Cryptobanks Future? on: October 18, 2019, 09:38:11 PM
When it comes to money or financial assets, everyone needs a surity and safety. If traditional banks start providing services for cryptocurrencies too. People are most likely gonna jump in for it. For extra interest over their cryptos and safety to your funds that banks can provide is definitely better than a single coin holder.

I am not saying that we need banks for cryptocurrencies but if that happened, people are likely to jump on it.
I think the angle banks will use to try to make those that hold some crypto to use them is that securing your coins can be a real challenge.

We know that as the market has been getting more popular hackers have begun to target cryptocurrency owners, and while we are qualified to secure our coins properly I can assure that most of those that will get in the market during the next years wont be ready for that task and they will be glad to let banks store their coins.
362  Economy / Speculation / Re: what do you think is the best rate price for btc? on: October 18, 2019, 09:10:00 PM
$5,000 to $6,000 that could be fair price average you are lucky if the prices hits that point. But as the market is concern it never above $7,000 to $8,500 average others consider it is the bottom but its hard to tell no solid indication.
The fair price to pay is whatever the market is indicating right now and the price is nowhere near those figures, maybe during the next months the price could get close to those levels but for now the market indicates the fair price of bitcoin is something close to 7950.

Personally if I was a person outside this market and I watched the charts I will choose to wait for the market to go down even further to get as much bitcoin as I could for my fiat.
363  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Top 3 Cryptocurrency Trend Indicators on: October 17, 2019, 08:26:55 PM
from my experience, trading indicator doesnt work well in crypto. i test many time and often fail with those indicator
i believe in price action which can work better than indicator. furthermore, price action is simpler than indicator
It has been known for a very long time that if you try to use trading indicators in markets that have very low volume then they don't work, but if you use those very same indicators in markets with enough volume then you will get very accurate results with them.

But you found the right answer, when you cannot use trading indicators and fundamental analysis is useless because of the huge number of scams your only option is to watch the price action.
364  Economy / Economics / Re: What would happen to banks? on: October 17, 2019, 08:01:09 PM
Banks will continue to exist because it has the full backing and support of the governments. However, the Banks will have to undergo a revolutionary change where it will integrate Blockchain and cryptocurrency services into its services in order to meet the expectations of clients some few years to come as the adoption of crypto gradually sweeps its way into the homes of people.
Banks are never going to change their purpose and their goals, whatever they do is only going to be an attempt to keep themselves relevant in the revolution that will come through bitcoin and the blockchain, but make no mistake they have no intention of changing more than it is necessary to remain in power.

If they could somehow destroy bitcoin you can be sure that they will do it, it is only because they can't that they are willing to adapt.
365  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: which are the hottest coins to invest in 2019? on: October 17, 2019, 05:42:34 PM
There were a lot of coins that are worth your attention, but in general the best way to make profit in 2019 was to invest all your money in BTC. No altcoin did so good as BTC and there are no good signs for altcoins for the nearest future.
Some members of the forum like to complicate their lives needlessly, they are looking at hundreds of altcoins and they are trying to tell which one of them could be a good investment when the best investment during this year has been right on their faces all along.

Bitcoin has been the best performing coin during the whole year, it is true that you may have found a few altcoins that performed better but on average bitcoin was by far the best coin to be holding during 2019.
366  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Best Time to Sell Altcoins on: October 17, 2019, 05:15:29 PM
I think the right time to sell altcoin is when you already get a profit of more than 50%, but you should not be too happy first because you have to go through a process called waiting, so your patience will be tested when you have altcoin, and make sure you buy altcoin which has the potential and can provide guaranteed benefits.

Having such absolute limits of when to sell your coins will only produce losses over the long run, after all it is impossible that every single trade that you make will produce 50% profits, at some point you will make a mistake and the coin in which you invested will go down, what will you do at that point?

If you decide to keep holding because you want 50% profits then it is possible you will end up holding coins that are worthless, as you can see it is better to accept small losses from time to time even if we do not like it to avoid scenarios just like the one I described.
367  Economy / Speculation / Re: [2019-10-16] Bitcoin: Bearish Mood Strongest Since February on: October 17, 2019, 04:16:13 PM
My concern is if we break the $7,750 we will see the $7400 and if it falls below $7000 we will be in a very unpleasant situation because we will see the panic sale. so far I am wondering if the reason the price is not falling too much is related to halving, maybe the high expectations people have for halving that will happen next year is the reason we don't see prices like $4000 again
A drop to 4000 is unrealistic, that is very close to the previous bottom and as you say when we consider the halving is coming it is almost impossible the market will be so bearish, I think we could see bitcoin going towards 6000 during the next months and in the worst case scenario we could see 5000 but nothing lower than that, with that in mind if you are looking to buy bitcoin at the best possible price it could be a good idea to wait since it is almost a certainty the price will go down during the next weeks.
368  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Is the altcoin bull started on: October 15, 2019, 09:35:26 PM
TRON has gained a significant amount today, Monacoin also followed the same. I wonder if thehe altcoin bull has started like as previous, alt bullrun after btc bullrun.
Can TRON be really a good investment?

There is no Bullrun since the start of this post because the current market performance is still in difficult right now. Maybe those altcoins that you have mention were pump up by their owners so that they could attract more people to invest but in general still its looks like there is no Bullish.
In fact, the growth of Altcoins was noticed even earlier than two weeks. But after Bitcoin began to restore the price to the level of 8600, Altcoins again began to fall in price. Many had the hope that this was a real big increase in Altcoin prices.
Two weeks ago it seemed like we were headed for an altcoins season with many altcoins going up in price and then the market went down at an impressive speed and since that day altcoins have not recovered, to me this was the last opportunity to see an altcoins season before the end of the year, now we need to wait and see if we have better luck during 2020 but I doubt it due to the the bitcoin halving that will occur during the next year most of the attention will be on bitcoin again.
369  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Will Libra Coin bring Down Bitcoin's dominance on: October 15, 2019, 09:18:20 PM
If a stable Libra coin is issued, which I very much doubt, it can slightly affect the price of bitcoin in the direction of lowering it, since many can use Libra as a means of payment and thereby the usual cryptocurrency can decrease in trading volume. However, the emergence of Libra cannot affect the price dominance of bitcoin to other cryptocurrencies. Here I do not see any relationship.
And why do you think the trading volume of bitcoin will go down when Libra is such a different coin? Libra is not going to be that different from any of the stable coins that we already have in the market with the only exception that it could be more popular because it will be released by Facebook which has worldwide popularity, but Libra will never have the volatility that bitcoin has which makes it popular among investors and traders and most likely they will never have compete against each other because of their different characteristics.
370  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Which Cryptocurrency Should You Still Have In 2019 on: October 15, 2019, 08:26:57 PM
Actually coinmarketcap listed a lot of coins survived from many years. In my portfolio exchanges based coin in the top place. Specially i focusing for BNB coin.
1. ETH- this one very old we are know that.
2. LTC- Another promising coin which are survived still.
3. BNB- It will be most growing exchange based coin.
4. HT- Potential coin i hope it will be strongly survive many years.
5. PPT- Enough old coin but i think still good stable.
6. KCS- It's a good liquidity product of KuCoin exchange.

You painted coins so beautifully, professionally enough. I think that newcomers will understand you and buy Ripple. Where are the new projects, why not make out the capitalization of these coins or liquidity?
yes, ripple is pretty good, and I guess we can add it to we have this year. now I only have ETH, BNB, and LTC in numbers not so large. maybe I will add a ripple because I think these four coins are assets that will probably be the fastest assets when the pumping of the future altcoin season occurs.
Ripple has been a terrible investment for the last 4 years, while it is true that if you compare the performance of ripple against the dollar you would have gotten profits when you do the same with bitcoin you realize that you have been losing money if all of what you have been doing is holding your ripple, it could have been better to just hold your bitcoin, not only because of the greater profits but also because bitcoin is the only coin that I trust is going to be around many decades in the future.
371  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Huge rewards, less value or Less reward, big value on: October 15, 2019, 06:46:35 PM
Many bounty campaign have less reward for bounty participants, we are only received about $20 for every campaign we are joining. Now is not good time to get participant with bounty campaign project because many bounty campaign manager never give reward according what have their announce on bounty tread forum.
I wonder if there will be another moment in time in which it will be a good idea to join bounty campaigns, for a few years bounty hunters had been trying to get profits by promoting new coins, but the market is not interested in those coins as we have seen during the recent recovery in which bitcoin was the coin that performed the best, which is why I think that if there are no big changes in the market of icos it is likely that it's not going to be profitable to join bounty campaigns ever again.
372  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: 24.09.2019 - another black day in crypto? (Red Market) reason? on: October 15, 2019, 04:37:11 PM
Today there was a nice rise in the price of bitcoin. However, it may take a short time. I'm getting nervous. Because I don't see any reason for the ascension. I'm looking for a logical reason for ascension.
Do not bother, many traders are always trying to find a reason to explain why the market does what it does but there is none, it is better to just look at the markets and react to what they are doing, that way you do not waste time trying to identify things that are not out there, this may seem odd especially to those that like to use fundamentals to predict the market but it is by far the best method that I have found to make money in the markets.
373  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: your patience is being tested on: October 14, 2019, 08:47:43 PM
For expert traders any market condition won't hinder they ways they make profits but for new traders like myself i have to place my bets only when bitcoin market is bullish, the best time to make big from trading is bullish time because thats the only time you can predict market movement
Not true, regardless of your experience level you cannot make profits if the market does not move, this is the first thing that you learn as a trader, so if the market has very little movement then no one can profit from it, what expert traders do in those situations is just to stay out of the market until they see evidence this is about to change, this way they save themselves a lot of money that they can later use to trade the markets, this is very different than what the newbies do since they trade the markets despite the lack of movement, losing money they did not needed to lose.
374  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Loan to buy Bitcoin? on: October 14, 2019, 07:00:50 PM
borrow money for bitcoin investments? You do something very stupid, at your own risk. In terms of cryptocurrency, in general, I can say with certainty that they will come to a bad end.
I honestly don't see something stupid in it since he can easily pay back the loan but the stupid thing is him not seizing the opportunity of this current dump market before it Bitcoin halving year which will literally lead to max surge in price of Bitcoin market.
How about the person that sold his girlfriend car in other to invest in Bitcoin?
Here the question is, at what interest rates do you get credit money? The second question is at what price buy Bitcoin. Experience has shown that buying Bitcoin for $ 4,000 brings a good profit.
That is key, many never consider the interest rates they need to pay when they get a loan but it can be the difference between paying the loan relatively quickly or being stuck with it for years, the rates vary wildly between countries and the type of loan you are getting but the worse by far are credit cards which can have an interest rate of 30% to 50% each year and even with the great performance of bitcoin it could be very difficult to pay the loan especially if you buy bitcoin at the top.
375  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Btc price is allready too high on: October 14, 2019, 06:27:23 PM
Judging by the fact that over the past few months, the capitalization of the cryptocurrency market has remained at 40%, and given that the lion's share of the market capitalization falls on Bitcoin, this indicates primarily that the popularity of Bitcoin has slightly decreased.  Apparently, users are reluctant to leave their funds in cryptocurrency, so they withdraw their assets in fiat.
Which is a completely natural response don’t you think? After the crash we saw a few years ago investors are not taking any chances, if the price goes down then they immediately sell their coins and get fiat in return, while this will make the recovery of this market harder to achieve it is also more healthy for it, since it is not natural to see a crash of 85% on most coins of the market and still claim that holding your coins is a good idea.
376  Economy / Economics / Re: What is the best advice you ever heard in case of investments and all on: October 14, 2019, 04:48:13 PM
"trust the process" - you will never understand the cryptocurrency market in just 1 day, it will take you months or even years just to understand it. It requires a lot of efforts and skill for you to achieve your goals.
This is yet another great piece of advice that I received many years ago, many investors care about one thing only and that is how much money they can make out of the markets and if they lose a trade they immediately begin to try to find why that happened and how they can fix it, they do not understand that is impossible to win every single trade, as long as whatever strategy you are using is profitable then you will eventually make money you just have to trust your trading process.
377  Economy / Economics / Re: Don't spend bitcoin. Not now. on: October 14, 2019, 04:30:43 PM
My goal is to increase the bitcoin that I have today and it is the reason why I always use cash even though bitcoin is now available payment in my community. I know the bitcoin will become more valuable and it is the reason why I keep it in my wallet and not spending it.
This is completely natural, you have two options to spend money that is losing value every day due to inflation or to spend money that you know over the long term will gain value, anyone that knows anything about investing will choose to keep the coin that will have an higher value in the future and I am sure many of us are doing the same thing, however if you really need to use your bitcoin then you need to use it, something the OP is completely against.
378  Economy / Economics / Re: Are Cryptobanks Future? on: October 09, 2019, 03:29:11 AM
Whats the purpose of having a "cryptobank"?

As far as i know the purpose of crypto is to get away from banks and centralized control. The power of crypto lies in the fact that we can use financial products without the need for all the bureaucracy of banks and all the interest rates that they impose.
I know it does not really make a lot of sense but we already have exchanges that are similar since they are a centralized service where many people store their coins, to me cryptocurrency banks will become a reality because most people do not really know how to secure their coins and the responsibility of being their own banks is going to be too much for them and will try to find a way to get rid of that responsibility and banks will be there to fill that void.

The responsibility of being their own banks will be too much - this can easily be addressed through the creation of simple and intuitive user interfaces. People can be taught and research has shown that there are ways to make people want something.

Psychology can always be tapped to help people want to learn about crypto. Being ruled by central banks is not necessary.
It will not be that easy, how many people around the world lose their information to hackers every day? And while losing money out of your bank account is painful you could always recover your money with the help of the banks but when it comes to cryptocurrencies once your coins leave your wallet there is nothing you can do to recover them, so if cryptocurrencies become mainstream you can be sure that many coins will be lost and banks will see the opportunity and will take it.
379  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Investing in multiple altcoins on: October 09, 2019, 02:15:38 AM
I think I want to start again to invest in altcoins and I chose ETH for investment in my long term, do you think this is the right choice for the time now to invest in ETH altcoins?

Please advise.!!
You are the one that needs to take that decision since you are the one that will have to live with it, but ethereum is without a doubt one of the best altcoins you can buy and if you feel that no matter what happens you can hold your ethereum for a few years then this could be one of the best investments that you could make in your life, but if you are someone that gets scared easily as soon as the price begins to go down then it could be a good moment to wait for the price of ethereum to go down.
380  Economy / Speculation / Re: what do you think is the best rate price for btc? on: October 09, 2019, 01:55:05 AM
Hi guys,

I am curious to know what for you is the best average btc price.

Thank you so much everyone who will answer me.  Grin
Your question is a little bit confusing I do not know if you are asking what it is the best possible price you can get for bitcoin, or if you are trying to guess what it is the best entry point to buy bitcoin, if it is the first then most exchanges will give you a very similar price and there is not a huge difference between them, but if it is the second then it could be a good idea to wait since there is a possibility that the price of bitcoin will continue to go down for some time.
