3601  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Russian court asks bank to unfreeze Bitcoiner's account on: August 03, 2021, 03:25:52 PM
Very sad news, there are a lot of cases too this happened recently on our country,
I think you may have to read through my post again as it seems your perspective doesn't align with the news I shared. It should be good news for Bitcoin if a court of competent jurisdiction outlaws the action of a government owned bank which is reputable for its anti-bitcoin actions. It simply means a lot of other bitcoiners and crypto fans can go on with their trading activities. That will boost confidence for the Russian Bitcoin community.

You are right Mpamaegbu, but I think this is just a won battle and not the end of the war! I am not sure how it goes in Russia, but there are probably higher-ranked courts in Russia! Sverdlovsk regional court maybe doesn't have the last word, Sber bank will make appeal... maybe we can expect this case to move to Moscow!
The article is short, many things are missing... I wonder what was the defended strategy, to go against some "bank rules" or his strategy was based on the constitution and some rights...
Maybe I am wrong, but we will see more about this probably!
3602  Economy / Economics / Re: Only young and naive guy believe in high risk high return on: August 03, 2021, 12:40:26 PM
Your example does not seem to me appropriate for the economy and the brick market. Here we have Bitcoin that has shown incredible profits in 10 years.
If you sold all your property and invested in Bitcoin for 5 years, it would be a very high risk, but with an equally huge reward.
It's popular that there's a family that have sold their properties and everything for bitcoin on the year 2017, IIRC. It's before the bull run on that time and that guy's family is surely enjoying the risk that they've taken.

That example you've given, it's not that everyone can avail that but only a few and rare people have that guts to do it.

I still remember a video where some bearded guy sold his house and bought Litecoins... not 100% sure, the price was around $3 at that time!

The headline is wrong, only young and naive people don't think about the consequences of the high risk! Focused on possible high returns they don't think about what can/will happen after making a wrong move!
High risk can bring high returns, it's happening all the time. But there's the other side of that coin, probably a bigger one, full of people who tried and lost!
3603  Economy / Gambling / Re: 🎲BetFury.io|🔥BETFURY OLYMPIC GAMES for $150 000🔥 NFT Battles |⚡️Free BTC+BNB| on: August 03, 2021, 11:05:57 AM
Hotbit - the hotbed for shit and hardly shilled coins. Also, one of the favorite exchange of bounty hunters. I don't mind if they go crazy over BFG token though. They can pump it to Pluto for all I care. I'm just here waiting while staking but ready to sell at any time Grin

Agree, Hotbit is a crazy place, and it's possible to see BFG price pumped from time to time, but that will be a short breath, so if you plan to sell your tokens you will need to be fast I guess! That means you can't stake, you need to hold tokens on the exchange, for the faster reaction!

I went into livechat some time ago and the farming will stop after 1 month. Depending on the success, they will probably redo it in the near future.

Great to see that Betfury can now also be traded on Hotbit, it is a step in the good direction. Lets hope that some more popular exchanges will also accept soon BFG tokens.

That means we have to move our tokens away from their farming page once it ends? What a bummer

I didn't try BFG farming, I farm with gambling! Staking is going good for me, why change anything when it's going good?Smiley

My country is not on the list, so I can only guess there is something wrong on my side (country)! I asked Marry, the girl that wrote this article, what can be a problem, but after 15 minutes of not replaying I left my mail and maybe I will hear something from her!
I searched for some answers, but I couldn't find anything about this matter! I guess I will write directly to Pragmatic, and maybe they will provide some answers. I became curious after seeing this list!
3605  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Where do you get trading advice and tips from? on: August 02, 2021, 08:50:44 PM
I used to use a lot of sources for market analysis, the success was variable and I was not happy with it.
As a result, I realized that most of the sources duplicate each other, therefore I could no longer trust them and I began to use only a few. In particular, these are the channels of two traders, one telegram channel and a YouTube channel with analytics.

You sound like an experienced guy! I guess most of us had the same road, we tested many things, but in the end, everything fell down to a few sources! It's like there are too many experts, claiming to be, and they talk from their own perspective, which is usually wrong! So following a few people/sources, and creating your own strategy is crucial for making a long-term profit!

It's better to try to find your own way of understanding crypto fluctuation, and to trade by your insights than to trust others to do the job for you! There are people who are good and willing to share their predictions, but they are hard to find!
3606  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Cryptocurrencies price and their effect on gambling industry on: August 02, 2021, 07:52:25 PM
Honestly I have been around here for 8 years and I can say that I still only calculate on the fiat amount of it, so I am exactly the opposite of you. Whenever I gamble I only care about how much I am gambling in fiat terms at that moment. And the only reason for that is the fact that if I keep considering about how much bitcoin I ended up gambling then I will start thinking how much I could lose in the future, like what I lose today could be 4x more in the future.

I have lost many bitcoins while gambling, when I consider it that gives me big chills because I am not a rich person, even one bitcoin is a lot of money for me, but I did had one bitcoin in my life, I had multiple, but I never had 40k before, so that is how I think in order to keep sane.
We all probably shouldn't be frustrated when considering the amount of bitcoin we've spent gambling before. The value is never the same again and I don't think that we should round up the amount now and try to convert it to fiat equivalent. It doesn't make sense to me because the bitcoin we spent in the past are not worth tens of thousand. It's honest that most of the bitcoin I've spent now have been worth tens of thousand, but I never wanted to remember that long ago because that would just invite a lazy feeling for myself.

Well, that "counting" means something! Do you count in fiat or crypto, and what you put aside, one thing or the other! We can all agree, and that's a fact, the ones who saved in crypto have a reason to celebrate, even with the current prices, to not talk about the top from weeks ago! The ones who decided to keep stable (fiat pegged coins) missed a good chance to double, triple, and so on, their bankroll!
As casinos, we had the same opportunity! Some of us took it, some had weak hands! Whatever happened it's not the end of the world, the game is still on, and we have chances to do it better next time!
3607  Economy / Gambling / Re: ⭐ BTCGOSU ⭐ Your Trusted Guide to the Best Bitcoin Casinos ⭐ on: August 02, 2021, 07:05:08 PM
The main part is how good your business is at providing services to users and providing them with all the good and relevant information needed. This is what they kept in mind and publish genuine reviews about most famous casinos in detail which are really helpful and that has built their reputation over the forum members. There are many review sites which provides some biased and paid reviews and that's why many don't believe them and recommend BTCGOSU for checking any casino before playing over there.
No business can grow up without client satisfaction. And for client satisfaction the business owner/admin should provide good service otherwise the project cant be success. They should have good customer support too. But if they purchase fake review then the business cant go so far.

I agree Shasan! This is why I support this project and Efi! He is really trying to be around, to check casinos, and to help all the people to find the best casino for themselves! If there are some problems, you can count that BTCGosu will be there for you!

With BTCGosu you get the review from the first hand, someone who tried it, who knows where and on what to pay attention to, and to tell you what you can expect in the end! Not so many people are ready to go that extra mile to do the job in the right way!
3608  Economy / Economics / Re: Which area will develop after the epidemic? on: August 02, 2021, 07:01:27 AM
The question should be... when does the epidemic end.. and if it will end? This virus has mutated several times already and it can mute a lot more. We know the vaccines does not stop people from getting the virus and it is still just as dangerous as it was before the vaccines was introduced.

What happens when this virus "merge" with other dangerous viruses like Ebola or Marburg or even the Hantavirus? This thing can still wipe out the majority of humans on this planet.

There is an obsession with "Money" and the "Economy" ....but we should focus all our attention on saving the human race.  Roll Eyes

When will it end? When we will see the end of the Drug war, the Terrorist war... and all other wars?! Industries that are making billions and keep the control for the owners! I don't see this pandemic differently... just one more "rigged game"!
Quote
Covid-19 is so dangerous, wash your hands while we wash your brain!

This pandemic is making new millionaires, rich people are richer! So what is interesting at the moment will continue to be interesting after the pandemic! If it ever ends, but I guess that will not happen any time soon, simply wars and pandemics are making a lot of money to some groups, and they don't care about the rest of the world!
3609  Economy / Gambling / Re: 🎲BetFury.io|🔥BETFURY OLYMPIC GAMES for $150 000🔥 NFT Battles |⚡️Free BTC+BNB| on: August 02, 2021, 05:27:51 AM

Tried to log in using my TronLink wallet which is a browser extension, it does have TRX and USDT on it but Betfury still asked me to deposit.

I am using TronLink for Betfury! You have to deposit TRX from your wallet, it's simple... just go to deposit in the top right corner, TronLink will ask you to accept the transaction, click yes of course, in few seconds you will have your deposit... it's the same when you are withdrawing! You don't play directly with the balance from your wallet!

...
Netent provider is the first plan but somehow RELAX gaming was launched first but it's fine most importantly, other favorite providers will follow soon
Still reminding one of my favorite providers in the queue, yes it is Play'n GO good slots for regular play not for buy spin feature

Yes, Play'n GO, I forgot about them... definitely one of the good providers with very nice slots! I play normally most of the time, but sometimes I am buying bonus features... Yesterday I had fun buying the Iron Bank bonus rounds (Relax), and I bought 5 of them and all of them were between x50 and x60... I lost some money, but it's not a catastrophic as it could be (I had some crazy bad luck with those bonus buys)!
3610  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Gambling platforms with high bankroll pay out on: August 01, 2021, 03:58:16 PM
I am more familiar with casinos that have their in-house tokens, you can invest in buying those tokens, depending on the amount you hold you will get a share of the profit, on a daily or weekly basis! Or even better you can mine them as you gamble, the more you wager more tokens you can mine! Like you can invest $100 in buying some tokens, but you can try to get a lot more if you try to gamble! There's no gain without a risk!

For those who didn't see this thread in the gambling section... Moonbet - Become the Owner of a Crypto Sportsbook & Casino : https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5351534.0
It's investing in the bankroll! But only if you trust it's legit, in what I am not sure, but who knows. You can check the thread and see for yourself what's happening!

💆‍♂️Quit it all and RELAX!💆

30 NEW Slots from RELAX gaming
I remember that some guys discussed the absence of some slots providers (like RELAX) on your platform on the previous pages of this thread, and it's definitely great that Betfury periodically monitors this thread and listens to the opinion of the gamblers.

I am one of them! I like Relax provider and this is a great add-on! I am sure that adding new providers is not over, NetEnt or NoLimit will be the next big thing! These providers are very popular, they have awesome slots, most of them probably high volatile, but that goes both sides, we can lose a lot in trying to hit some big payout, but we can also win some crazy high payout if we are lucky enough! After all, slots are all about luck, first to be lucky to hit that bonus, and second to have even more luck in that bonus round for some higher payouts!
3612  Economy / Economics / Re: EU wants to ban crypto anonymous transactions and wallets on: August 01, 2021, 09:53:47 AM
I'm not surprised with this decision actually. Because none of the big countries would like to let people make transactions anonymously as there could be some threats for them too. Because there are people who are laundering money by using this method. Governments would like to be able to detect these people and punish them.

Governments and banks are the biggest criminals, do you really think they will punish themselves?

I agree with one thing, I am not surprised either! It's what some of us expected, the game is rigged and they are creating laws in their favor, for known purpose, to keep the control and power in their hands!

It will be interesting to see how they plan to enforce their rules on crypto... I think they are too late to do anything, this train can not be stopped, too many people are involved and connected in some new way, crypto way! And it's spreading, new things arise, new ways and possibilities... whatever they do crypto will find a way to do it better! Now when we learned how to do it, it will be hard to stop us!
3613  Economy / Gambling / Re: Bitcoin casino top news on: August 01, 2021, 08:09:15 AM
Pmalek has an amazing thread, he updates it regularly! Just a bit scrolling trough the gambling section and you would find it!

List Of Crypto Casinos with The Best Faucets - https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5341966.msg57161713#msg57161713

I don't see a connection between the headline and this discussion! OP just wishes to advertise his site, and I guess there are tons of better ways (more professional ways) to do that! And again, if you are not sure how to do it, just check others and maybe you will get some clues!
3614  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Gambling Exposed to children on: July 31, 2021, 07:13:04 PM
We were all children once! So before you start setting up some rules remember your childhood!

I have kids, and I don't plan to hide anything from them... Like for us, this world is slowly revealing to them, with all good and bad things! According to their age, I will teach them what they are able to understand... We parents must show our kids what is good and what is bad, and how to not overdo something, that can harm them in any possible way! After all, "life school" is something we all need to pass... so is there anyone better to explain things to kids than parents?!
3615  Economy / Gambling / Re: Moonbet - Become the Owner of a Crypto Sportsbook & Casino on: July 31, 2021, 05:36:21 PM
Moonbet sold out their Phase 1 Pre-Sale by raising $295,000 USD, with the ICO just having moved into Phase 2.

What is your contract address? How to trace the transaction made by you/made to you? Are you not publishing it on the blockchain? If you are not publish on the blockchain then there is no way to trace and in this case the community is in high risk for you.

Nice point Shasan!

Just checked the site, at the moment $358583 is raised! Congrats on reaching the soft cap...
I like the idea, some casinos are doing something similar! Generally, I like profit-sharing casinos, I am more active in those casinos!

My question is will you wait for ICO to end before launching?
3616  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Will physical casinos accept crypto someday? on: July 31, 2021, 03:29:00 PM
I guess we can expect this to happen with legit casinos, one day they will start accepting crypto, that will come right after governments regulations. But casinos that have an illegal side will (money laundering, dealing with dirty money...) will not give up on cash... We all know how things work with cash.
After all, crypto is like money, if there's enough customers who wants to gamble with crypto in the land-based casino someone will make that possible for them.
3617  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Need beginner guide in gambling. on: July 31, 2021, 08:31:33 AM
Check BTCGosu, you can find guides for all gambling games, and more important where you can play them, and also some good reviews.
Link to BTCGosu thread and site :https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5262141.0
https://www.btcgosu.com/

I can only advise you to play with money you can afford to lose, so don't deposit t too much. Play with the lowest possible bets, it's how you can learn about the game without risking too much money.
Good luck!

Is there anyone here who has received the following mail from freebitco lately?

I didn't see there something wrong with the mail address,
I just thought it was kinda suspicious since its too plain and I hadn't received something like this before.

I got it yesterday! As I know, to be able to participate in the Binance trading competition you must be a verified user (KYC)... so most likely I will miss this competition!

I know right, everyone wants to know when is the bottom, but no one can say for sure cuz its like trying to catch a falling knife.

we'll just have to keep waiting and buying the dips till the dips dont dip no more

You could buy a few right now and when the price would dip further, buy some more  Grin.

I know, I know... after your answers I realize that my question is a bit stupid! Basically, it's what I am doing! I just don't have any clues about what to expect, and I wanted to see what other people think about it...
3619  Economy / Gambling / Re: Bithobo.com — Provably Fair Dream Catcher on: July 30, 2021, 08:59:53 PM
Checked your site out I felt that the design is alright though it could definitely use a lot of improvements. Registered and spun the wheel couple of times and I didn't find any issues. Dark mode looks way better than light mode btw.

I advise adding more cryptocurrencies as payment methods in order to attract more gamblers who prefer altcoin payment methods. All the best op!

I would say that design is too simple, there are too many things that should be improved! But it's just my opinion! I like the dark mode more than light, but that's me, I always like dark more than light mode! More available coins on the platform is always better, at least for us who gamble with more cryptocurrencies!

I tried it for fun, but I don't think I will make any deposits! It's just too simple for my taste, and there's no auto-betting! I don't play lucky based games without an auto betting mode!

if you reach the 100k rp encash point would u encash to sats immediately or would u continue to grind for more rp since every rp after that can technically be converted if you wanted to
If you are asking it to me then the answer is ‘yes’. I have already done it two times in this year. Now those converted RP (satoshi) giving me little extra interest in my freebitco balance. So, converting the RP will be a good decision if you keep the converted amount in your freebitco account. And I know that I will reach the 100k RP mark gradually again.

Are you a big gambler?  I have been using this site fairly heavily and consistently for about 4-5 years and still never reached 100k RP.  Just wondering where your RP comes from so quickly that you've reached the conversion threshold twice in a single year.

Gamble more on weekends when they give extra RP's for every 500 sats wagered! Of course, never forget to wager some amount on daily basis! Even better if you have some referrals, active ones, they will bring extra RP's for sure!

Yes im telling you i love to buy things when they are falling because they can only fall so low, at some point it will have nowhere else to go but up especially since it has holders, use case and a good team behind it. So im gonna keep satoshi cost averaging, after all time in the market pays more than timing the market

And it's falling down, buy price on the site is 39 sats. Is it a buying time, or we should wait a bit more before we start buying!? Where is the bottom?!
