3601  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Gambling: process vs outcome on: February 03, 2020, 11:26:36 PM
I go for the outcome.

You should think about the outcome because it will automatically require to make a good process. Having good and better progress each day will inspire and motivates you to go farther to have a good outcome, one of the basics in life.
Speaking of a lottery which we are discussing here, I don't think we will improve even if we motivate ourselves since this game is solely based on luck where our chance of winning is close to none.

In the lottery, there's no real process there since you'll just gonna bet and done unlike in the other gambling game that requires strategy and better gameplay to have a good outcome.
That's what lottery are for, you buy a ticket, hope you'll be the lucky one from millions of bettors and wait for the outcome, if you lose, you accept it easy and then start the same routine again by the next day.
3602  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Anyone here dream of achieving their financial goal in life through gambling? on: February 03, 2020, 11:00:36 PM
It is good if you can bet a small amount, and that is what we need to do if we are afraid of losses with bigger money.
This is just for pure enjoyment but for achieving something like financial freedom, this doesn't work at all.
If you have fun but you do it on a daily basis that loses will accumulate and might still affect you, so you have to be careful.

Actually it's better to aim for profit as long as you are always discipline to gamble only what you can afford to risk.

Gambling was never meant to make a living, that's a good advise for us to avoid losing, but for some who have talent, they can also do the opposite because they believe they can do it.
3603  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Crypto gambling websites need to add self-control functionality! on: February 03, 2020, 10:45:02 PM
This is not about the gambling website it is about yourself on how you can control it.
Definitely, you nailed it mate.

You can always delete or email the support to delete your account but that is not the solution you can always create a new account or register to a new site. I think you need to control yourself and have self-discipline.
I've done that in the past, I put my account into self exclusion for months IIRC, but later I realized I also want to gamble again so I decided to create a new account since most of the crypto gambling sites here does not require a KYC, then I started gambling again, so you are right it's about self control and not the gambling sites to be blame here.

3604  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: NitrogenSports forcing me to rollover my deposit once? on: February 03, 2020, 09:37:53 AM
Honestly though, if this limitation is not covered in their TOS, it's not something OP could have agreed to in anyway. It's very unreasonable to hold funds anyway, but to holw own funds under the limitations of a  bonus scheme just absurd.

IMO if this wasn't in the TOS then the casino deserves to be shunned and perhaps even a scam report written against them for malpractice and attempting to extort BTC newbies.

IMO, if this is not in their TOS, Nitrogen would not hold the funds and require OP to do the rollover requirement. I am not sure if which part of the TOS since personally I am not reading all what is written every time I play in a certain site, just like a typical gambler I guess.

However on the part of OP since he is willing to deposit a huge amount, then he should know all the terms prior to depositing such amount.

Actually I agree with you, if OP seen that the site is scamming him, then probably a scam accusation is way better to get this problem notice easily.
3605  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Will BNB become the king of all coins on: February 03, 2020, 09:09:50 AM
Imo, bnb is much restricted to binance exchange and if binance goes down, bnb too.
For now its Binance that is keeping BNB at a good price, but they are also into development like creating their own chain and they have decentralized exchange also, you cannot expect result instantly.

Now, if Binance goes down, of course the price of BNB will be affected and it could be the end of the project, but think for a second, do you think Binance will allow that to happen when they are enjoying at least $1 billion trading volume in a daily basis?

here's some news about Binance so we have an idea how profitable they are.

3606  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Gambling: process vs outcome on: February 03, 2020, 08:53:44 AM
For me it depends on what game I play. If I buy a ticket for lottery of course what matter most to me is the outcome if I hit the jackpot or not. But im not a fan of it because of the chances to win the game, we know its more on luck.
Most of the games are based on luck and though Lottery have a very big prize but in the end it's still the gambling site that makes big profit out from people's bet. The lower the bet and higher the reward, the chance of winning is very low and that's the reality I know most of the people know, however they still play as most of them can afford what they can lose.

On the other side if we are talking to card games, sports betting and dice, the process is important (well atleast for me). Because im not only after profit, the excitement it can give to me is what I look forward when I play and if I win its like an incentives because I also enjoyed the game.
Definitely we love excitement, but most of all we want to win, if we are talking about profit, this likely refers to gamblers who are into for long term gambling which they expect profit in the long run, but most of the gamblers does not do that, they just gamble and hope to win and the next day, another bankroll again.
3607  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Gambling: process vs outcome on: February 02, 2020, 10:59:05 PM
It's the outcome, people wouldn't care much how it's done as long as the price is very attractive.
Winning millions of money with a very small amount you can bet makes us bettors playing with a very slim chance of winning, not even 1%.

people say when we gamble in lottery we do like flushing out money in the toilet but since there are still winners of the millions of bettors, that makes us try to our luck hoping that if it hit this will change our financial life.
3608  Economy / Speculation / Re: Can Bitcoin Cost $ 25,000 by 2021? on: February 02, 2020, 10:34:26 PM
2020 might experience a bullish trend for the price of bitcoins or any other markets but 2021 might bring a huge dump as dump is always been followed by the pump.

2021 is too far away, what we need to focus is on this year, if the market is going to be bullish like everyone is expecting, then we should already know what to do to profit from the situation, and more so, the experience we have in 2018 can be use when after this year a big dump could possibly happen, in the end if we do the right timing, everything would be fine.
3609  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2020 NBA Season on: February 02, 2020, 10:13:41 PM
Dude just look at this pass from LeBron James! https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=kt60TLMUHYM.
That's sick, but ohh boy, his been doing that in practice for sure.

Could this be the best assist of his whole career?
Sure its not, there's a lot of no look assist from him which I think more difficult.

I like watching it over and over again(RIP replay button). I don't know what he did there if it was a mishandling on a dribble that's why he found a hard time passing the ball or is it just him doing a fancy pass for some fancy points? Man, this was crazy. Although that game he only made 15 but he did have the triple double on the sheet plus a W plus a fancy pass.
you'll see more of him if you continue to follow the Lakers this season, Lebron being the PG are averaging 10 asst per game if I am not mistaken, so at least you can see few of good assists every game.
3610  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Tennis League All Thread on: February 02, 2020, 01:11:47 PM
Great match and a big victory for Djokovic.
He pulled himself out of a difficult situation, reversed the match and won.
Once again, Djokovic showed why he is the greatest tennis player of all time.
Undoubtedly, Djokovic will soon surpass both Federer and Nadal with the number of GS titles.

I am glad I did not ended up wasting my money on this match and good thing no one advise me to pick Thiem to win.

Congratulations on Djokovic and those who back him, I was wondering what the odds are when Thim was up 2 sets to 1.
3611  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Tennis League All Thread on: February 02, 2020, 12:29:52 PM
I am not really a fan of tennis but my wife is, so I am currently watching the australian open between Novak and Thiem.
Actually I know Novak was good and I saw how he played in the first set but before the game I was really thinking of betting on Thiem to win as the odds are really tempting, however I was not able to put my bet so I ended up just watching the game.

Now, I like some advise here, Thiem is currently 2.40 now, do you think this is worth?
3612  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: Primalbase - Distributed Workspace for Tech Community on: February 01, 2020, 12:10:10 PM
Any good update about PBT? at the current price of 177 usd now, people will be having a hard time selling at least 1 whole PBT due to liquidity problem.
per https://coinmarketcap.com/currencies/primalbase/, the daily trading volume is only $596.16 USD, any solution to increase that?
3613  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2020 NBA Season on: February 01, 2020, 11:29:07 AM
Basically, it became something like "no matter what we do, we will profit anyway, so why Boter caring about getting better" for the Owner and the management.
That's not good for the business, every management always seek to increase their profit and they know in order to do that they should attract the crowd to watch the game, but it's not gonna happen because their players are sucks.

Also, regular season is different in playoffs as in playoffs the tickets are more expensive, hence that would give them enough profit.
In addition, the NBA store would benefit if they have a players that are popular as they can sell the jerseys or whatever items about their star player.
3614  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: NBA 2019-2020 betting on: February 01, 2020, 10:44:13 AM
I took them live after the first half but the other leg lose.

That was insane, if you didn't do a parlay on that one, it would still give a great win since that is x20.

Nuggets really took control in the 2nd half of the game, especially the 3rd quarter where they outscored the Bucks by 16 points.
3615  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2020 NBA Season on: February 01, 2020, 10:14:09 AM
I was expecting that the Lakers would win as that would be a good tribute to Kobe Bryant but they didn't do well against the visiting team.
But anyway, I was really emotional during the opening of the game, it was a night full of tears and "remembering kobe" has really touched the heart of the fans.

Indeed, it was a touching and emotional tribute to Kobe Bryant.

However, Damian Lillard took over the ball game and drops 48 points. He has been average 40++ ppg in his last 4 games. He had his first triple double couple of night ago, had almost another triple double in this game as well. I'm sure Lakers will be back and try to win games despite the pain and devastation that they (us) feel.

Two big upsets happened in the games. Denver and Portland both win against their opponent.

On the Blazers vs Lakers game, Melo didn't play, that's why they are very consistent in the floor as most of the attempts are successful, just like Whiteside which was 13-14 and had 5 blocks. Also, Ariza is very effective despite not shooting well that only shoots 20% but he has 5 steals which signifies how effective he is in defense.
3616  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2020 NBA Season on: January 31, 2020, 11:40:07 PM
Knicks is also a quite good team, so it's a matter of choice for the players.
I disagree with this, if Knicks are a good team then we should not be discussing them being under-performing in the last 2 decades.
Every season they are not a surprise, they were only good for awhile when KP was healthy but when he got injured, they start tanking again.

The stats are more important in a healthy debate like this, there record for this season alone tells that they are not a good team.
3617  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2020 NBA Season on: January 31, 2020, 11:12:32 PM
And now they havent hit a decent draft pick in awhile except for the unicorn which blew out his acl and we traded him for bench players and some draft picks.  Its management not money
You confuse me for awhile bro about the "unicorn", then I typed "unicorn knicks" in google and found out it was KP who are already playing with the Mavericks now. I agree it's definitely not about the money, otherwise Knicks would have been sold out already to a new owner.

Sean Anthony rewarded with two-year maximum contract by NorthPort

Great news for Anthony, I like this guy, he is very hard working in the court and he deserved the max contract.
Though I am happy with the news but it was not stated in the report how much the max contract is.

Do you guys have any guess?
