Hehe, lol @leea-1134 Grin I changed your picks and not that it probably matters whith your performance thus far^^, but I have some trouble interpreting this pick:

Manchester United - Manchester City. Z

Is that a zero-zero = draw ?

Or more like zzzzzzzzzzz for a super boring game ? Cool

Ouch ouch,,, so sorry to you ty I have caused you so much inconvenience:( But good for me that pick for the Manchester derby was a draw! I expected 1-1 or 2-2 though but they had other idea;)

Anyway not bad to you guys who did 4 and 5. You are also at the top of the leaderboard in Sportsbet (I see 6 people with 5 picks correct). Not bad at all for 5/8 amazing!
3602  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: the most important thing in the development of a project? on: December 12, 2020, 05:16:52 PM
The use case of a project can easily push it to success but if the team arent experts they will ruin everything themselves, I've seen developers and project teams making a wrong decisions that ruin their projects till today for example ESH team decided to bring in john mcafee and help with ghost project launch through an airdrop but the fact is john mcafee have bad reputation in crypto space already and before his arrest things went side ways between them and many start selling their ESH token because John said he knew nothing about ESH and Ghost, till that time this coin haven't recover

Use case is not useful unless regular people really need the product and really already use the service,,, that is there is existing demand for the token being used for something that does not need to be created.

Many projects made up brilliant use cases but how to convince people to use the token as a new habit? Not easy at all.

This is one of the reasons why centralized exchanges or wallets are not good, you can blame them if they don't support the distribution of airdropped token, since, in the first place, they already own your coin after you deposit on their platform, "not your keys, not your coins".

Yes,,, imagine all the free money these exchanges get. Keeping all the airdrops from their customers' wallets. Forks and airdrops have made many exchanges rich for nothing, and yet still they find a way to screw people over again and again. Time to use them and be done as soon as you finish trading, exit every coin.
3605  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Premier League Prediction Thread 2020/2021 on: December 11, 2020, 03:11:19 PM
Kevin De Bruyne is a great playmaker and he reminds me on Riquelme who has very low speed but if he has a good system around, he plays very well. Bruyne is faster than the Bruyne but he plays with his mind and his fast observation. He observe his teammate movements fastly and make super quick decisions. His passing skills help him to convert his decision to opportunities.

In the player stat table, some Spurs' players there: from Son, Kane, to Augurier and they as a club deserve the first position. Ndombele deserves a spot in top players. Mourinho came and changed Ndombele to be a beast.

Bruyne is faster than Bruyne you said;)

Anyway, Bruyne is not fast I think, and not so strong but like you said no one pays him for his muscles but for his brain. I think in the old days when you see 40 year olds playing (and hopefully to still see people like Zlatan do that) you realize most of them never was paid for their speed. Like Giggs.

As a Spurs fan I disagree about Ndombele. If you change, you deserve to get ranked. Where were many stars today just five years ago before their coaches turned them into beasts?Smiley
3606  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: what do you think about USDT? on: December 11, 2020, 01:13:46 PM
whats the catch ? printing usd is restricted and they cant just print and print so why are you worrying . that can happen the same on usdt they cant also create or mint lots of usdt but they can only produce depending on the demand of those who convert thier crypto to usdt . about the price its not bothering at all because usd dont dump heavy

Some coins it is easier to see the catch than others and USDT has been one of the most obvious in all the history of altcoins. A company that prints it. That does not prove their audits. That keeps getting in trouble with the law because they try to play both sides of crypto and business.

And finally,,, all the dumping and manipulation. But still we use it!
3607  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Sportsbet.io Betting discussion thread rev on: December 11, 2020, 10:48:48 AM
I think Arsenal should finally win this and I can see most of us have predicted the same. Me I support Spurs so by nature I have to hope Arsenal lose;) But after not being able to score for so many games, somehow it must feel like Burnley have a chance?

I see no sure games in this picks,,, probably the toughest one unless most favorites win.
3608  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Altcoins will reach all time high on 2021 on: December 11, 2020, 10:09:07 AM
I don't know whether the altcoins will arrive at their most noteworthy point in 2021, on the grounds that as I would see it altcoin is certifiably not a game that can be in Atik's mind like what clients need, as I would like to think, altcoins are reasonable anything can occur, the good and bad times of altcoins rely upon request and the circumstance on the lookout, if there is a great deal of interest, the cost will presumably increment, and the other way around.

Strange to have to see it like this but yes,,, the most reasonable thing to think about altcoins is that anyting can occur. They can turn into gold or they can turn into crap,,, more likely than not, crap though. And this is not about thinking or speculation either. This simply is the truth as can be shown by the entire short history of altcoins.
3609  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: UEFA Europa League Discussion Thread on: December 11, 2020, 08:47:40 AM
Roma was the bad team of last night for me, italian teams are making predictions hard when they are playing in Europe, it was English teams before but yesterday they all won their matches, then it started with Inter-milan and Roma, even Napoli could only make way with a draw, against the spanish season revelation, except that it was an exciting europa league seeing Arsenal scoring that amount of Goal is good for their confident after the derby loss.

Or Lille or AZ Alkmaar. Both those teams gave the weakest team in their group their wins too, and yes maybe because of qualification metrics they did not have to be so strenous in their midweek efforts,,, but on the other hand Celtic have been so poor plus Rijeka was never even supposed to win.

Arsenal can win games but they seem to not understand English teams.
3610  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Is Defi New revolution or just like 2017 ICO,s ? on: December 11, 2020, 08:11:23 AM
One thing you perhaps could watch out for is the not many first DeFi coins, yet be cautious about putting resources into them too. Ordinarily, it's the initial not many coins that kick the promotion off. DeFi Community may not generally be required relying upon their venture odes yet we should even now consider that there are as yet numerous that are a great idea to consider like Chainlink and Bancor.

Defi may have started in 2019 but it is pretty clear that the coins that people consider Defi right now all started max in March 2020 during the stockmarket/BTC black day crash. It is still not clear if any of thse strong coins will be around even after a year. I would just stay away and stick to good old BTC.
3611  Economy / Gambling / Re: 🚀 Sportsbet.io - Official betting partner of ARSENAL FC 🚀 on: December 11, 2020, 06:54:24 AM
Spurs won, but it was expected. My betbuilder did not hit:)

What a tricky day it was in Europa League as it really needs var in the groups because without it we will keep watching invalid goals being scored like today the goal from offside of CFR Cluj and then e penalty being invented by the referee  Grin Grin Grin. Without VAR , football is not the same in my opinion so I do hope they're thinking from next year to make it legal in UEFA groups.

I had no idea these games did not have VAR! Why is this so do you know? I thought it was just in certain countries that do not have the technology, I could swear I saw VAR in Europe games before though. But since most of them happen so late in my time, I hardly have the opportunity to watch them especially these weekday ones,,, I am not sure.
3612  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: XRP Could Hit $1 This Year on: December 10, 2020, 08:08:31 PM
There are only few days away from their airdop and it seems it is struggling at this price level. Whatever price it reaches during that day will be its ath of the year, I don't have high expectation and I know some people are imagining $13 by the end of the year which seems quite impossible. May be it'll reach that level in few years after they have burn their supply like some people are saying.

Nothing is impossible in crypto,,, but we have to admit it does not look like it will happen now. For 100% jump,,, Bitcoin must first make at least 25% jump which is $25000. Of course all is still possible but less than 3 weeks left to 2020.

What a year it is so far already though;)
3613  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Crypto market is plunging on: December 10, 2020, 06:34:09 PM
Seems that BTC is facing resistance now,so the crypto market need to correct,my opinion it's very likely that there will be more than one correction, might be will be many corrections before bitcoin can break through resistance.

Pretty normal really,,, I think a few people were waiting to see if 20k would be broken and they just decided to take profit above 19000. Normal. Plenty more people I feel will be buying it up here, or maybe even a drop to 17 and 16k,,, no need to panic this is perfectly normal.

This looks like a solid Multi Magic: https://sportsbet.io/sharebetslip/4fd21652-7e44-4b18-b799-5b271cf578cd

Lazio rested players, so did Liverpool I believe,,, now it is just down to the Monchengladbach to recover from losing to Real but I think the toughest one is Real Sociedad. They have Europa to tire them out.

I took Spurs Betbuilder for 4.0:
Half/full result - Tottenham/Tottenham
Player goals - Harry Kane score anytime (90 mins)
Team booking pts - Tottenham Over 9.5 (90 mins)
Team corners - Tottenham Over 4.5 (90 mins)
Total goals - Over 1.5 (90 mins)
3615  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: UEFA Europa League Discussion Thread on: December 10, 2020, 03:53:57 PM
I won't make any pre-match bets. In these last rounds with lots of different scenarios and teams having to push more and more as we near the final whistle, there are lots of good bets to be found inplay. Way better bets than pre-match, so keep your powder dry Wink

I actually agree here. Watch for Spurs, Arsenal, Leicester and maybe I would say all the Italian clubs. Take a live bet when they are 1 goal down, you should get really good value plus then you also know who is actually available on field and on bench!
3616  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin used by Criminals to sophisticate their footprints on: December 10, 2020, 03:16:15 PM
I am an advocate for Bitcoin and It pleases me to tell people about Bitcoin. But there are issues we need to attend to. Bitcoin was created as a means of payment, and some people are using it for that purpose. Unfortunately, this includes criminals. The rate at which criminals use Bitcoins to enhance their operation and make their footsteps sophisticated is just increasing! Haven't you heard that "Bitcoin is a scam"? This phrase only comes up because people have been seeing Bitcoin used for such purposes. Bitcoin is available to everyone, so how can we stop/reduce the misuse of cryptocurrency? Considering that KYC is not involved because I and some people prefer being discreet about our identity. So, how can we stop this, and I'd still have my secrecy? This is already rubbing dirt on us and needs to be attended to.

Bitcoin still works as a means of payment though,,, I am seeing it every day and people are using it every day on this channel/forum.

But yes, it does not mean Bitcoin is perfect. Hence Segwit upgrades and hence Lightning Network.

Criminals using Bitcoin? Criminals use any money and any tech to help their work. Should we say Internet is evil because crime happens online?
3617  Economy / Gambling / Re: FORTUNEJACK.COM |Deposit 777 play with 1777 mBTC |Live Casino, Slots, Betting on: December 10, 2020, 01:07:21 PM
I think, to answer the question above me,,, I believe a situation has happened in the past before where I can confirm the substitute only gets the points for goals, or assists, and not the player he is substituted with. I mean, in that case I should get more points for extra goals scored by a striker who is subbed:)
3618  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: UEFA Champions League Discussion Thread on: December 10, 2020, 09:35:01 AM
Which team do you think is the biggest winner and the biggest loser in the group stage?
- Biggest losers for me are Inter Milan for obvious reasons and Man United but they still managed a Europa League spot at least.
- I think the biggest winners are Leipzig and for obvious reasons. They are both runners up but they were in a tough group.

Let's wait and see the result of the draw on December 14.

Hard to argue who has the worse loss, Inter completely failed and did not even get Europa, but they were probably not expected to make it actually since this was their first season back after a while. United on the other hand have an array of stars that could not find the wins.

I feel like there is no easy second placed winners in the group either.

Ajax probably is the one who feels they lost big.
3619  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Is Ethereum Classic undervalued? on: December 09, 2020, 06:07:12 PM
Is that mean if ETC has possibility to be merged with ethereum 2.0? i just know that recently but im not yet trying to check it. I will try to check it out asap. It looks agharta was an old ethereum hardfork.
I never thought if ETC will have compatibility to the ETH 2.0

No it will never happen. Ethereum 2.0 is full proof of stake which is totally different from ETC which wants to maintain GPU mining, as their fork recently also confirmed. Maybe many years down the line but for sure not now. If it can get more miners to return to it maybe,,, otherwise the 51% attack killed their value.
3620  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: The biggest 10 countries that gamble the most. on: December 09, 2020, 05:20:32 PM
I see one particular country there and I am not at all surprised;) I better not mention it in case Big Brother is watching but yes,,, when people are bored and have nothing to do, they turn to vices of which gambling could be considered one of them.

For me I have it under control as a hobby but I know for others,,, a problem.
