...

There's occasional stories of high rollers taking Casinos to court - when you look closer at the details the argument usually boils down to a lack of control by the gambler which is usually coupled with having obtained the funds to gamble fraudulently in the first place.  I haven't heard this particular one, but it's not a new defense.
3622  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Bitcoin casinos to surge in German market? on: September 08, 2020, 06:29:04 PM
Since they banned visa and MC, also paypal, how german ppl can do gambling? Is Stripe an option? Huh

Ironically, people might want to revert to using PP or Credit Cards when online casinos start bumping up their withdraw fees and corresponding TX fees.
3623  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Have you ever wiped off a casino through Blackjack? on: September 08, 2020, 05:55:01 PM
I am waiting to read if any of them did or were they near enough as well to getting the casinos wiped off and did, they finally got the payment or not. Its really interesting though hardly people could reach to that level as suggested rightly that casinos have the edge and either your lucky in the world to win it else it does not generally happens.

One of the other threads has posted information on high rollers and their winnings.  From what I could see if someone walks into a Casino and starts winning, they are quickly given a shake down and sent on their way.  Even if you had a magic wand and couldn't loose, you would have to do so slowly otherwise the blue light taxi will be on its way.
3624  Economy / Gambling / Re: BADCOGAMING.COM - Best Erotic Casinos on: September 08, 2020, 09:24:28 AM
Does anyone remember "All Naked News" started by Autumn Twilight? (one such performer to carry that name at any rate)  Basically, it started out with the news reader just reading news and sports as shown topless while sitting at a desk.  Then it became standing full frontal.  Then it became a sex show while the artist (and guest artists) basically debased themselves.

Ironically, the more skin they showed, the less audience they had as business types wanted something they could view at work in a mostly almost NSFW environment.

I highly doubt an "Erotic" Casino is going to put on a skin show.

Can we ask Fiesta01 to make a screen shot of his pm before we ask admin to verify his message ?
Fiesta01 is me, the PM is real. Fiesta01 was created to find a scammer account. Candy asked ikydesu to PM that account so "he" would be willing to send him funds to him directly to "buy" it.

ikydesu was helping Candy scam by making it look like he was in control of something he was claiming to own when in reality this was not true

can you please make a screen shot from Fiesta account ?, or maybe we need a trusted member to verify that you are controling that account.

Thanks for identifying that thread. 95 posts in all were deleted by the looks of it.  The OP continues to post up to the 3rd of the month and has been online as recently as yeasterday, so the user wasn't nuked, just the thread was deleted.
3627  Economy / Reputation / Re: 53M posts! View unedited/deleted posts (search per post, per user or per topic) on: September 05, 2020, 11:11:34 PM
Hopefully I'm in he right thread, this page: https://loyce.club/archive/members/13/131361.html only shows the initial post, not any deletions, edits etc Is there another page that shows this, or has this page not updated?
3628  Economy / Services / Re: [CFNP] FreeBitco.in Signature Campaign | Sr./Hero/Legendary | on: September 05, 2020, 10:55:30 PM
To avoid the surprises, you should probably avoid posting in threads that seem to be out of place in the Gambling and Gambling Discussion boards or new posts about match fixing, single match predication tip threads etc It may take a while but the threads end up get deleted in most cases.

I'll keep that in mind, I can't recall those posts being in such a thread, but it's good to know this is happening to Gambling threads.
3629  Economy / Services / Re: [CFNP] FreeBitco.in Signature Campaign | Sr./Hero/Legendary | on: September 05, 2020, 01:07:09 PM
I recommend you to try out a telegram bot created by @TryNinja. https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5248878.0

It will notify you if the thread you were posting in got deleted by moderator.

Thanks for the heads up -- I'll check it out.  Months ago I was posting for an entire week and my post count was going down compared to the week prior which is how I first found out about the quasi-deceptive maneuver by unnamed admin/mods who are wholesale deleting threads with no accountability.
3630  Economy / Services / Re: [CFNP] FreeBitco.in Signature Campaign | Sr./Hero/Legendary | on: September 05, 2020, 12:56:03 PM
I had posted 40 posts of which 10 were in the gambling section, however @Hhampuz has put me down for just 8.  That's fine and I'm not asking them to payout the extra bonus, but people need to know their posts are quietly being deleted by admin/mods and you're not being told.

By the way, I almost fell for this myself, wrote in the gambling section, and then accidentally noticed that the topic was moved to the altcoins section. After that, I always recount the gambling messages in the last hours before deadline.

No.  Not this time:

Round 26 Payments have been sent out!

Thank you all for yet another great week!

No new positions have opened up.

I would just like to draw people's attention to the fact that an unnamed mod/admin has deleted one, or possibly two threads in the gambling section in the last 24 hours.

I had posted 40 posts of which 10 were in the gambling section, however @Hhampuz has put me down for just 8.  That's fine and I'm not asking them to payout the extra bonus, but people need to know their posts are quietly being deleted by admin/mods and you're not being told.

This page: https://loyce.club/archive/members/13/131361.html ( Archive [1a], [1b] ) lists all of my posts (including the three that have been deleted this past week).

Quote
2094. Post 55121519 (by Timelord2067) (scraped Thu Sep 3 13:48:08 CEST 2020)
2098. Post 55125733 (by Timelord2067) (scraped Fri Sep 4 03:46:11 CEST 2020)

https://loyce.club/archive/posts/5512/55121519.html
https://loyce.club/archive/posts/5512/55125733.html

As you can see these two posts are gambling related and the entire threads they came from have both been deleted.  The post 2094 I wrote a short amount, then went back nearly immediately and added two more lines while post 2098 you can see it runs to nearly three lines unedited.

Unfortunately, @Loycev 's archive scrape page doesn't show the edited versions, just the first version.

By deleting the entire two threads no one is any more the wiser that they have lost posts - unlike individual posts that are deleted by admin/mods where a user will be notified of the deletion as was the case with the first of three posts of mine to be deleted this week.  (I have posts deleted both ways nearly every week)

You would have to wonder why the admin/mod of the gambling section @Cyrus or @hilariousandco are arbitrarily deleting active threads in the gambling/gambling discussion sections of all places??
3632  Economy / Gambling / Re: BADCOGAMING.COM - Best Erotic Casinos on: September 04, 2020, 03:42:45 AM
He seems to say they are pre-recorded already, so I guess nothing to see here. I bet you the house edge is so high on these games but they are hoping people will be paying attention to other,,, things.

Now I do not want to be genderist but,,, surely there are male adult dealers for the women gamblers too?Wink

Where would you point the camera - at their face or their genitals?

A Casino will pay their employees a set amount to were a corporate uniform and potentially their wait staff a little extra if they are wearing more stylish clothing to match their clientels expectations, however what price would an employee put on being required to wear no clothes at all for an entire shift? Double?

Have you ever heard of a Casino at a nudist colony - Even Cap d'Agde doesn't appear to have any on site Casinos judging by the Wikipedia entry for it.
3633  Economy / Reputation / Re: [Interviews] with Bitcointalk members - Timelord2067 - Q&A on: September 04, 2020, 02:03:23 AM
Perhaps if there was a more formalised structure to the Forum people could be held accountable for their actions (more accountability = more secure??) , and as I said, a third party KYC could validate users - issue a token similar to the captcha token a person can use at log in (they'd still have to physically log in).  All the Forum has to loose is the user name and password details as it is already plus token which could be cancelled if there was ever any doubt a user was who they say they are.
This is redundant if you simply use BTC addresses in the place of usernames and sign your messages. Perhaps you've been swayed over the years because of all the altcoin crowd, but tokenization is not necessary for every single thing.

No, not really.

SexCoin, GoldCoin (for a little while), Bullion (formerly CGB/CXB) TagCoin and GameCoin...  (and did I mention that I've sold all my HODLings of all alt coins at the end of last year?)

Hibernation, Hibernation, OK, defunct, Hibernation.

No Tokens (as I said in my interview) not ever.

The privkeys for Wallet Addresses are portable and therefore open to abuse.
3634  Economy / Gambling / Re: Is it necessary to create an ANN thread? on: September 04, 2020, 01:56:09 AM
It maybe hard to believe but there are really those projects that havent able to find this place but i do agree on what you had said that its odd for them not to able to browse or
to know that this place do exist specially when you are dealing with crypto.

It's interesting that there is a whole other industry of crypto related projects out there that don't rely on, or have never heard of the forum yet are able to flourish.  Clearly to answer the OP No, not really. People really can get by without the forum.

Having said that however, it should be noted there are nearly 3M registered users on the Forum, so that is a market that is being missed out on by these other groups.
3635  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: BBC Sports Personality 2020 on: September 04, 2020, 01:50:04 AM
It is because they are all British and if you're not from that country, you're not familiar with them.

I'm sure none of us meant any disrespect of the players themselves given they are the elite in their chosen fields, it's just rather than instantly knowing who they are we are inquiring as to who these people are.  II don't doubt most of us will look up some or all of these competitors - after all, they may be worth placing a bet or two on if the are at the top of their game.
3636  Economy / Reputation / Re: What can I do to remove a neg tag? on: September 03, 2020, 10:20:15 PM
So do you stand by your accusations?

If yes, then why remove your neg and if u made a mistake in judgement then he is correct in not trusting you.

I'm fairly sure it's seen as retaliatory to leave counter feedback, and as was discussed just a few days ago, leaving negative trust feedback for a neutral (was it neutral by the OP??) comment is "too harsh".
3637  Economy / Reputation / Re: [Interviews] with Bitcointalk members - Timelord2067 on: September 03, 2020, 09:58:36 PM
How does the forum and the associated hacking's equate to "prove who you say you are"?
It doesn't. The risk of the forum getting hacked again is one of the reasons not to give the forum my personal information.

OK, THAT is a valid reason.

Another variant would be use "Twilio Authy" or google similar two factor authentication.

Does anyone really want to have a stain on their account from a hacking attack and then have to chase after those who've left advisory warnings?  We already have a thread for posting your wallet address to recover your account.
3638  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: BBC Sports Personality 2020 on: September 03, 2020, 11:55:57 AM
You'd have to wonder who half of these players are - do they play darts or snooker?  I know I'm on the other side of the world, but I agree with @Natalim that there's quite a few names missing (I'd've said Jeff Horn myself) - Scratching for names they must have gone for motorcycle riders to entice the Top Gear team back.
3639  Economy / Reputation / Re: [Interviews] with Bitcointalk members - Timelord2067 on: September 03, 2020, 11:34:07 AM
(further proof the Forum needs to protect itself)

How does the forum and the associated hacking's equate to "prove who you say you are"?

(I almost wrote in me interview about the length of time it took me to come back to the forum post the 2015 attack.  IIRC quickseller gave my UID the thumbs up as being not hacked).
3640  Economy / Reputation / Re: What can I do to remove a neg tag? on: September 03, 2020, 11:18:44 AM
You think you've got problems with negative trust feedback, then you should browse this collection of bile.

Those that aren't on DT (and are never likely to be) will leave the most offensive squealing bile known in creation, yet nothing is done let alone a tut-tut to the poster.

May as well wear them as a Badge of Honour 'cause they 'aint gonna go away anytime soon.
