Also the fact that it was the F1 that decided to withdraw, and not Japan which is the difference. Japan could have said no to Olympics because of the pandemic, but they didn't, but they also didn't say no to Grand Prix neither, they are not saying no to anything because they want people there, because the more people that goes there means more money they can profit as well, that's a great thing for them, it is tourism in a sort of way.

At the end of the day, Olympics decided to go with it and didn't cancel, which is a good thing because they were fine and fun and I liked watching it, but this time around it is the F1 officials that said "if Olympics caused this much trouble then we do not want to be in the middle of that" and left. That's the difference between the two situations, neither had anything to do with Japan making any decisions.
3622  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Germany League - Bundesliga Prediction Thread on: August 22, 2021, 06:14:03 PM
I must indicate that Dortmund have really surprised me by getting a defeat against Freiburg, 2-1. To be honest, my expectation from them was to get a decent win. With Haaland, that was not a big deal for them. But sometimes, Dortmund like to make surprises. I wonder how many people lost their bet because of their inadequate performance.
I lost my bet. The Dortmund team made a big mistake by not selling Haaland. They are only dreaming of winning the title by relying on Haaland. Which is not possible. They lost to Bayern Munich in the Super Cup. They lost to Freiburg in the Bundesliga yesterday. It is not possible to win the title with such a weak performance.
I have to say that it is really not fair to call them bad just yet after they lost to freiburg, definitely not after they lost to Bayern because that is Bayern and everyone loses to them, but it is unfair to call them not good after just one bad loss, they also had an amazing win on the first game as well.

I believe that they are definitely going to sell Haaland in the future, maybe next year, they are expecting a proper offer, nobody offered 170 million or so, the only official one we know was Chelsea for 100 million and that is not even close, even 120 million wouldn't cut it. Which means that we are talking about a bigger amount and that may happen next season when teams finally get some money this season (last year was mostly loss for teams because of pandemic). Meanwhile they are using Moukoko as much as they can because that is a free player (already on the team) that could become amazing for them after they sell Haaland.
3623  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: How to keep Bitcoin while getting benefits on: August 22, 2021, 04:52:08 PM
If BTC taps 1million for sure it will crash soon, better sell it to usdt then stake it to pancakeswap.
Really bad mentality. If Bitcoin ever reaches 1 million dollars, it means that surely it has been legalized in some countries and there are merchants accepting bitcoins commonly. In such a scenario I don't believe the price should ever crash by much. Small movements are always going to happen because that's an intrinsic property of Bitcoins.

Seriously, there is no way you keep the coins while also profit from them. You can either hold them or just sell them and encash your profits at a particular price. You can do things like lending and staking but I would highly suggest NOT doing those things because they don't end well for everyone.
3624  Economy / Economics / Re: How to identify high-quality projects in the primary market? on: August 22, 2021, 02:30:23 PM
How to identify high-quality projects in the primary market?
1. The team background of the project,.whether the founding team members have other technical or operational backgrounds related to the blockchain icon project. You can learn about it through official white papers, official websites, communities, and other channels.
2. The investment institution of the project is extremely important. A good project seed will attract the participation of well-known institutions in the circle.
3. The technological innovation of the project, or a simple analogy of similar application projects.
Definitely these 3 criteria will not be enough but even if you set lots of conditions and then meeting them also will not guarantee to get you assured profits. Because, when it comes about crypto projects, investing is all about depending one one or more devs hence their actual intention toward that project alone will decide about the final outcome of a project.

I am not trying to say that setting criteria is meaningless but what I am trying to contribute here is, even if you happen to find an all good project, do not invest more than 5% of your total portfolio. Always treat all he projects with all cautions. This way, even if you invest in a scammy project, you will not lose much and your losses might get covered by other projects' profits.

A few little additions we have added recently.
1, Vault. You can now Vault your coins, and take them out whenever you want too.
2, Tipping. We have now opened up tipping to all players, enjoy!

Our big update is nearly done, there's a lot of testing and making things perfect! Thanks for your patience.
Thanks for the vault feature, tested it out and works good. Just looked at the list of slot provider and this seems to be growing constantly but I noticed that you don't offer yet Betsoft. Are there plans to also add this provider as they make some fun and cool games ?
Yeah, the vault is indeed a good addition along with tipping.

I don't play slots too much but usually, I feel like Pragmatic play is a very good provider. I am sure you already know but if not, please try some pragmatic games like Doghouse and Gates of Olympus.

By the way, as I was logged out, I noticed something curious. Every page like Ace's Lounge loads while logged out but the affiliate page doesn't. Not like I am concerned or anything about it but usually big affiliates would love to read the commissions before joining, just my thought.
3626  Economy / Economics / Re: Would you be able to take an additional work if required? on: August 22, 2021, 01:34:18 PM
yes of course i took it.

We can see the current state of the world is uncertain, the economy is falling due to the COVID-19 pandemic.

But for now I do some additional work, such as; Become a freelance writer, photo and video editor and manage social media accounts.
And there should be no shame in doing it and admitting it. I have a few friends who actually do some small jobs and earn money but for some reason they feel so bad about it that they hide it from everyone else apart from the close ones.

I feel no work is small enough to feel ashamed about or bad enough to discard as long as you are comfortable enough to do it.

During the crisis, one thing I seriously learned is that one shall never rely on a single source of income. No matter how much you earn from that source, keep a keen eye on alternatives.
3627  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Taking vs investment on: August 21, 2021, 09:38:31 PM
Investors trade too and they are traders. And all traders invest too. It's the duration of there investment of traders that only classifies traders. Which is long and short term traders
Although weird sounding, but that's true. Traders just invest and divest their assets quicker while investors do the same slowly. Another key difference is that investors have the financial freedom to block their money in the market while traders thrive at rotating the funds and making active income. An investor would wait for months to get the best price for their assets while a trader will settle for smaller profits because they need the funds to rotate.

I always feel like investors have a gigantic advantage over traders in the crypto market because it's hard to predict the movement but easier to evaluate a project in the long term.
3628  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Which was your worst crypto trading decision? on: August 21, 2021, 09:06:17 PM
Selling Cardano was my worst decision at all. I sold my Cardano bag at $0.15 also made some money. But who knows that Cardano will hit $2? Cardano still pumping and peoples are bullish on this coin. There is hype ongoing, I also believe this time Cardano will hit $3.
Ouch, man! That must have hurt really bad for you. I did the same with Solana so I can relate to your pain completely.

I have made many such mistakes but the truth is that they were not mistakes but a learning experience. I think a mistake is when you missed an opportunity while selling something cheap and watching it go bonkers is just unfortunate. I have been unfortunate hundreds of times throughout the years but I don't think I have made any such mistakes where I can look back and feel bad.
3629  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: La Liga (Spanish League) Prediction Thread 2020/21 on: August 21, 2021, 08:06:59 PM
I also think that Carlo Ancelotti is carrying a heavy burden. He came to replace Zidane but Real Madrid's financial condition was not in good condition and he had to lose 2 defenders. Given that Real Madrid failed to win a trophy last season, Carlo Ancelotti is definitely required to be able to present the title and for that Real Madrid will have to buy players, at least a reliable center-back to fill the position left by Varane and Ramos.

Real Madrid has earned money from the sale of Raphael Varane and Martin Odegaard, so they should have the budget to buy new players.
@abhiseshakana how many quality defenders are on sale, because as far as I know there’s no quality CB available for sale now. However RM can try and get Mbappé with a $100 million bid, because that should be enough for PSG to sell him.
I would say that 100 million normally would not be half of what Mbappe really worths, I believe that he should be 200+ for sure. However the fact that he only has 1 season left on his contract is definitely a good reason to sell him for 100 million and right away because some other team may scoop up and get him for a lot more salary offer so Madrid would love to guarantee it right away instead of having this speculation going around the summer and PSG would at least make something from him instead of zero.

This is why I think it is quite important to realize that we should not be focusing specifically on the price point here, but the teams actually be willing. I also think that Madrid seriously doesn't have a bad defense, everyone keeps saying that their defense sucks but I still think that they are quite good on defense with the addition of Alaba.
3630  Economy / Economics / Re: Die today, Die tommorrow, the same dying! still get vaccinated! on: August 21, 2021, 07:00:12 PM
Currently, in a mess and devastated by the death of each city area, each route.  Getting vaccinated is like the dream of all the people in my hometown.  Even though they know that vaccines can't control 100% of the covid variants, queuing up to get vaccinated is also a great excitement for them.  Because even if they die from the mutant symptoms of the vaccines, they also understand that being vaccinated is something to hope.  It's not wealth that matters right now but safety and being alive
Honestly vaccination is not the solution to end this, it is the solution to slow this down. Will the world be covid-19 free and become zero deaths per day if every single human gets 2 shots and then 1 shot ever 6 months? No, even in that dream case, with 100% vaccination, we are not going to see zero deaths.

However let's be realistic it is going to be 90% better than what it is right now and that matters, instead of nearly 5 million deaths, we would have 500k deaths, is 500k death is a good number? Of course not, who would want world to have 500k deaths? I mean maybe some sick people but normally you shouldn't want that, yet when you compare it to 5 million then it becomes at least better than what we have.

This is why we have vaccination, not to make things perfect, but to make things better comparatively speaking. Which is why people who do not get their shots because they think there is a hidden secret behind it, actually causes a not so hidden fact, death.
3631  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Trading's best coin on: August 21, 2021, 04:42:57 PM
The best coins you will find once you understand the trade Bitcoin is endeed the number one coin .some people making money by trading too gainers and losers. while other people make profit by to just trading top market cap coins like Bitcoin and ethereum .so it's all depended upon trader own thinking and own reading.
Actually, there's little doubt that Bitcoin is indeed the best coin in the market. But that said, I feel like the chances of making money trading Bitcoins with dollars is not that great because the market cap is enormous. The best possible chance of earning money is through investing in potentially good coins. It's not easy because there are scams mixed with good ones and it's nearly impossible to differentiate the scams from the legit ones.

Once you make a habit of analyzing coins fundamentally, which I repeat, is not easy - You will probably never have to worry about crypto trading.

The best way to learn analysis of coins is by being in those telegram groups and doing intense discussions.
3632  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Things to know before trading. on: August 21, 2021, 03:27:36 PM
Agree, point 3 is the most effective for trading it is not possible for a businessman to be successful without patience and control of emotions. It is foolish to come to crypto to make quick money those who come to power faster are more vulnerable it is not possible to proceed without analysis so even if I fail in the long run without rushing I will have to wait and see what happens next try to know the trading strategies.
I also agree with that point. We crypto traders are too impatient and expect to get rich within days which is possibly the worst way of looking at crypto trading. People who trade in the regular stocks market are not even earning 1% daily and we crypto traders are not happy with a 5% jump because we are expecting to double the money we are investing.

Keeping your goals realistic and giving time is important in crypto trading as it is with almost anything in life. Setting unrealistic goals and being impatient only makes you upset even when you end up with small profits in a trade.
3633  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Twitch introduces restrictions on gambling-related links - deadline 17 Aug on: August 20, 2021, 09:31:18 PM
Today I heard another piece of news on a similar topic: OnlyFans plans to exclude adult content from its platform due to scandals related to child pornography. To be honest, I do not see any logic in this - the one who broke the law should be held accountable, but why interfere in the relations of adults who comply with the law on the basis of this? This is all very similar to censorship under the pretext of "care".
The logic is similar to how people want crypto to be banned because it is being used for illegal activities in some places. People don't realize that a gun can be used for murder while also for protecting someone and banning it won't change anything. Streamers using fake money should have been banned and similarly, for only fans (never used it only heard of it), the streamers doing things wrongly should have been punished but instead, we are banning the whole thing.
3634  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Germany League - Bundesliga Prediction Thread on: August 20, 2021, 08:54:27 PM
Dortmund have good mentality and they have good results too. They are just unable to keep their good results through a season. In league competition, you can not win the title after 10 good matches.
Yeb this was the issue last year and season , and i really hope that they can keep there good results this season and beat Bayern Munich.

Also i hope for the todays match between Leipzig and Stuttgart that Leipzig will win at home.
My bet for this is a 2 : 1 win for RB , i dont know if Stuttgart can keep there good playing from last week against a big Team.
You do not need too many games to understand that this season is different. However, I do not agree that Bayern will not dominate again, I believe they will probably dominate again, but the league as a whole looks a bit different, or feels a bit different. The teams at the top all look like they have a bit of a closer gap to each other, aside from Bayern I believe there are like 3-4 teams that could fight for the second position and that is the real different part about it for me, not that Bayern would not dominate.

Everyone looks at it a bit differently, one looks at it and see something else, and the other looks at it and can see something totally different. Just to start off with, Dortmund looks so much better even though they lost Sancho, I get that they lost to Bayern again recently, but that is Bayern and their first game looked so much more polished if you ask me, they could be seriously good.
3635  Economy / Economics / Re: Bitcoin is the new gold standard of the future on: August 20, 2021, 08:01:49 PM
I wouldn’t be so sure that this is what we want to happen. Governments receive partial control and, much more importantly, a source of money from the current fiat system. In turn, they provide services, care about welfare and safety inside the country, etc. I assume you’d expect them to continue doing that, right? But if we totally switched to cryptocurrencies the taxation would be so much complicated. How to ensure that everyone pays taxes if everyone tries to stay anonymous?

I don’t know, maybe it is possible to regulate somehow, maybe it will be so in the future. But the important question is: do we really need it? I think fiat and cryptocurrencies can coexist just fine, benefiting both governments and people.
Nations do not get a source of money from fiat to do stuff, I mean they shouldn't at least, printing money to do what a government has to do is not the right way. What they should do is tax people and get that money and use that money to help everyone, some stuff are not charged in this world, you do not pay the firefighters that stops the fire at your house right? So, some stuff needs to be paid by government and they should use that from the taxes.

Obviously speaking we are talking about many nations coming short and using that money very inefficiently, nations that could send 1 rocket to space for exploration every single day with the type of tax they get end up not even fixing the roads is the norm we are used to these days, this has nothing to do with your ideology or politician you like, EVERY one of them are like that in this day and age. So bitcoin or fiat, nothing will honestly change if you ask me, because it is the people at the top that is screwing us over, no matter which currency.
3636  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Suggest Me some altcoins which could be 40x to 50x within next 4/5 years. on: August 20, 2021, 05:17:12 PM
Now kindly suggest some altcoins those have potential enough to grow 40x to 50x within 4/5 years and Kindly explain your logic for supporting those.
Now expect people to suggest you what they are already holding rather than any highly potential coin. Because, this type of topics are not new for this community but what people usually shill here is, where they have invested and waiting for good returns. There are lots of paid shilling service providers may hijack your topic into their benefits and also expect scammy devs trying to fall into their traps.

investing in the major coins that have billion marketcap will not give you a big chance to get 40x or even 50x ROI within a few years later. You must also start from searching the hidden gem.
Finding those gems is not an easy task. You just have 1% chances to hit. Yeah, if you invest in some 10 different coin then you may get one coin which may get you profits still there cannot be any assurance for 3x or 5x chances but probably you may get 10% or 50% profits. Hence, finding a coin for 40x returns, you must be having less than 1% chances.
3637  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Elon Musk Makes Meme Coins, What Do You Think? on: August 20, 2021, 03:28:23 PM
A lot of people feel wronged by the act of being a major factor in his loss of trust, but oddly enough Elon is still trying his luck to keep making noise through his tweets, and if he keeps coining memes, there's very little hope of progress. Maybe only fanatics would believe what he was doing.
The truth is that Elon still has a massive hold in the market and has the ability to swing the market, despite all of us saying that people don't take him that seriously now.

He is unfortunately on the same path as John McAfee once was, the difference is that Elon doesn't just tweet about any coin instead picks memes.

At times when I am sitting alone I wonder if Elon has something to do with the creation of Bitcoins as well because the guy is super talented and maybe he was among the ones who developed it. We yet don't know who Satoshi really was.
3638  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Emotions should never be traded. on: August 20, 2021, 11:58:18 AM
Being a veteran doesn't equal to being in profit, many veterans I know ended up in a loss during the last 3 months, and many newbies I know made a lot of profit the bull run as well.
That's a very good point and most of the time, overlooked. Being a veteran doesn't equal profits because experience only helps you tackle a previously encountered scenario in a better way. For example, someone who panicked in 2015 will act better when the market crashes in 2016 and act in the best way when the market crashes today.

Experience doesn't always improve you actually and sometimes makes you more rigid about your beliefs. Working on your skills is one thing and just gaining experience is another. I feel like experience helps you at a psychological level while working on your skills, abilities helps you at a more logical and technical level.
3639  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Trading Strategies changes with time on: August 19, 2021, 07:45:41 PM
Even our strategies could change depending on the market situation as well as the profit that it provides for us. If our techniques aren't effective anymore, then it's fine to try a new one. There's nothing wrong with changing our moves as long as it will be profitable for us. Our main goal here is to find an effective strategy.
I think everyone has their own approach towards trading. I mean there are guys doing the same thing and making hefty amounts of money while there are guys who are making money by doing something new daily with their trading. There are many factors on which it depends like - Capital, Risk Appetite and understanding of the market and yourself.

A trader with a gigantic amount of bankroll/capital can continue to work on the same strategy and make money.

Someone who doesn't have the capital to back themselves has to seek new and latest news because all they have is a sharp brain and active mindset ready to pounce on the opportunity.
3640  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Buy a house in Dubai with DodgeCoin on: August 19, 2021, 06:16:23 PM
Too bad, if they bought it with Bitcoin it would be much better than using Dogecoin, while now the memecoin has returned to its original price embrace. Gradually, what the hotel seller is holding is not comparable to the current price of Dogecoin.
Bitcoin is already known to almost everyone. I don't mind some popularity and promotion of other coins as well because a lot of people consider Bitcoin to be the only crypto and others as scams. No doubt Bitcoin is far superior than dogecoin and most other altcoins but not a bad idea to promote some other coins.

It's hilarious how far DOGE has come within this small period. I remember gambling away 50k-100k dogecoins for fun earlier and I wish I just saved them because now I could have purchased a house with the same amount of Dogecoins.
