Thanks for your help FatFork but I have explained to them through the support email that because they didn't either keep a secure backup of their 2fa secret key or use their own wallet and therefore can't sign a message from an address linked to the account they can't recover the account. This has been going on for many weeks but they just think that if they keep asking the same questions over and over again the answers will magically change.

If everyone has access to this code, then anyone can use it too. Well, unless it is protected in some way and what is common for all this gambling platforms is the fact that someone sell them same code, or the main owner give a permission to use it by others..
As you yourself stated, you don't really know much about web development and programming, so don't talk nonsense.  Even if the software was purchased (rented) from someone, it still does not explain the usage of identical verification meta tags. It would be like buying a used car and using the previous owner's driver’s license to drive it (there might be a better analogy, but I cannot think of one at this time). Basically, these specific meta tags are used by Google, Yandex, Microsoft, and other services to authenticate domain ownership, and have absolutely nothing to do with software running on those websites. Verification is the process of proving that you own the site that you claim to own. We need to confirm ownership because once you are verified for a site, then you have access to its private Google Search data, and can affect how Google Search crawls the site. Complete information about site verification is available in the Google Search Console help center. In addition, I would like to mention that there are other casinos that use 1xBET software and are associated with 1XCorp in some way, but do not use their verification meta tags, which may indicate that they are managed by different companies - which supports my argument even more. |

Due to the fact that you used Binance wallet to transfer funds to freebitco.in, it is obvious that you can't sign the address because that wallet is not owned by you. Explain that to freebitco.in support and, as TheBeardedBaby suggested in that other topic, ask the support whether sending a small amount of btc from the Binance will be accepted as a proof of ownership. The meaning of signing a message is proving ownership of the public address. If you don't have access to a private key, you can't prove ownership of the public key. That should be obvious, right? Da, morat ću malo pogledati neke normalne teme. Vidim da dosta stalno trkelja iste gluposti po temama o ovisnosti o kockanju. Ako ništa drugo, tu uvijek mogu napisati nešto  eSports mi je još manje poznat od klasičnog sporta ali ajde... Možda se uključim u nešto. Da, ovo je vječna tema, ali nakon što su svi rekli sve što su imali za reći o tome, postaje dosadno čak i čitati što ljudi pišu jer se stalno ponavljaju. Ma to su gluposti. Ljudi koji imaju jako puno novaca obično točno znaju što će s njime jer upravo zbog tog znanja i imaju tako puno novaca. Ali da, kako si i rekao, moguće da je novac naslijedila pa joj je netko predložio da ga investira. Ali kako onda ne angažira nekog financijskog savjetnika nego nepoznatim ljudima daje da joj savjetuju. S jedne strane mi bude žao takvih ljudi, ali s druge strane i ne bude jer takvi jedino mogu naučiti na vlastitim greškama.
Postoji veliki broj priča u medijima o ljudima koji iznenada dođu do velikih suma novca (nasljedstvo, lutrija, kladionice...) i ubrzo nakon toga ostanu bez svega jer nisu znali raspolagati s njime. Ljudi koji su zaradili novac svojim radom obično su oprezniji. Naravno, ne mislim da je sve što pišu mainstream mediji istinita ili provjerena informacija.
