3621  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Corona is spreading in many countries!! Bitcoin is a solution for transactions on: March 25, 2020, 11:16:23 AM
I guess this depends per country to country, some countries does not have good adoption with crypto, so crypto can't help them and I don't expect they'll try to educate themselves during this pandemic we are experiencing now.

People in developed countries, maybe this would really help them since bitcoin has good liquidity and they can exchange their fiat to bitcoin (vice versa).

Exchanges who are adding fiat gateway gives convenience to users too.

Will see, at this time, it's also good to invest and hold bitcoin, who knows the demand will significantly increase.  Smiley
3622  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Anything could be gambling on: March 22, 2020, 09:53:51 AM
For me there is no other better way but to gamble online.

I am not known as a gambler in our place and I don't gamble with people around me, and with this situation we are at now, it has not change my life, I am still a gambler like I used to, with online games is still available to play, it does not give made me a choice to try other ways to gamble, I just enjoy what I can access for now. Well, I am not hoping, they'll also close soon because it's not good for us gamblers and I maybe force to try a new one.

Generally life is a gamble but what is very important is we know how to manage the risk, do gamble on something fun, not on something risky.
3623  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: CORONAVIRUS IMPACT ON SPORTS GAMBLING on: March 19, 2020, 07:28:47 AM

Sports Gamblers would either quit now or simply look for the alternatives for their cravings.
I have no plans of quitting, i know I can do my usual thing soon as things will be better over time.
Eventually the vaccine will be release and everyone can go out from quarantine.

There is nothing that working like sportbetting though, has the provably fair technology even exist in the racing games on casinos?

This one I have no idea as I am not playing racing games.

The only reason why I bet on sports games is because I followed the athletes. My option is to just play dice and blackjack21, I guess it will work to kill time.
Same here, we are having fun while we are betting and because we know the athletes, we feel we have the advantage and we will have a chance to win in the long run, and even though we can't prove it but the fact that we know the game and we re optimistic, this is the reason why we are challenge.
3624  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Do you think, India lifting the ban on cryptocurrencies will impact BTC Price? on: March 15, 2020, 11:53:34 AM
All the good news here is not enough to make the market grow now because our enemy is a World wide Virus in which Pandemic that we know will last for longer time.
Exactly, we can't appreciate any good news now although this news is quite big because of the fact that people all over the world are in panic right now.
This pandemic has destroyed not only the crypto market but the economy and we are feeling it now, and we can't do anything but to continue to monitor the situation and just do what we feel is right.

What i was looking is the bright side and that is to find money to invest more for crypo, specially Bitcoin that i know will make me rich in future.
Lets use this downtrend to invest more and not to cry for losses .

We can find a way if we will, really, bitcoin dump 50% from its high this year so far, I think in less than a year we will be back and maybe consider borrowing money from the back, they can offer low interest, probably 20% below per year, you are still in profit in case it will take a year for this market to recover.
3625  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: NBA 2019-2020 betting on: March 13, 2020, 09:09:45 AM
if I'm not mistaken Even Mitchel is reportedly positive with this virus.

You are not mistaken, he is positive too, that's the latest news for NBA players infected in NCOV-19.
https://www.cbssports.com/nba/news/coronavirus-donovan-mitchell-confirms-positive-test-after-jazz-teammate-rudy-gobert-contracted-covid-19/

Let s hope and pray for this one to passed up and keep all the people not only the players and fans but everyone especially those who
are prone to this pandemic issue.

This will, just trust God, no harm would stay in this world forever and the NBA will resume soon.
Their action to suspend is needed but they have announce lately that they'll give 30 days to come up with the best decision.
3626  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: NBA 2019-2020 betting on: March 09, 2020, 10:34:19 AM

Picks.

Bucks -6.5 Lose
Cavs +5.5 (Thomson is out for Cavs but so does Aldridge of Spurs) More minutes for Nance. Thinking of no handicap.  Smiley Won
Heat -4.5 Won

Pacers(my pick) vs Dallas w/out handicap.  Won

How about OKC vs Celtics. They are giving OKC a good number with a healthy roster. Homecourt advantage though for the Celtics but without Brown. Won

Crap! With all my bets why does it have to be Bucks which will lose.
That was my first pick which I am really sure to win even without Giannis.
Against Suns? Does this really mean they always need Giannis? There is Khris, Bledsoe and Lopez. The hell!

Cannot even perfect 1 whole bet even just once and then the strongest of all in East will be the one to lose.
I am freaking filled with emotions now. Bad ones.  Cry

The last time I remember you almost hit a parlay with one loss in the leg, I feel you man but just keep trying, believe in yourself, as long as there are NBA games, your journey will never be over.  Grin
3627  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2020 NBA Season on: March 07, 2020, 11:17:06 AM
I have not seen the kind of LeBron for quite some time that played like he did against the Bucks. He was aggressive and was trying to send a message to Giannis. Yeah LeBron shut him down in some point of the game in the low post. The Lakers did a good job defensively, and somehow exposed the Bucks by giving the ball to whoever Giannis guards.
I love to see this match up in the Finals. While, another good game again to watch between the Lakers and Clippers this sunday.
Lakers won but in all fairness it wasn't a flawless victory, they for sure find a hard time defeating the Bucks Cheesy ~ It was only a 10 point deficit. If ever these two teams will face on the Finals for sure it will be explosive Shocked. I believe that losing is not the fate of Bucks, I know that they have the right harmony to beat Lakers (if Lakers will make it through the end, there are so many contenders on the West tho).

Lakers to be in the finals is possible but I see another beast in the West, it's the clippers.

The flow will be most likely (Clippers beat Lakers in the west and then Clippers beat the bucks in the NBA finals).
That would be another disappointment from Giannis but his killer which is The Klaw and Leonard will again win a championship in his new team.
3628  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Age restriction in gambling on: March 07, 2020, 10:55:32 AM
That age restriction from malawi may affect the nations economy by being children able to gamble early in their years.
Maybe that is one of the reason why the nations growth is slow.

Malawi just like have $19 million total population, and at age starting to 5, they can gamble, so it's like 70% or more population are eligible to gamble.

https://www.worldometers.info/world-population/malawi-population/

This country is ridiculous, I bet this country belongs to the underdeveloped countries.
3629  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Age restriction in gambling on: March 05, 2020, 12:08:55 PM
At the age of 5 you can already gamble in Malawi (Casino)? What kind of law was that?
Glad to be aware but what was the justification on why this law is created, isn't it encouraging the kids to gamble and be a gambling addict when they grow up?
3630  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Do you think, India lifting the ban on cryptocurrencies will impact BTC Price? on: March 04, 2020, 10:54:46 AM
It will certainly have a positive impact since it's in fact a big positive news.
Per https://www.worldometers.info/world-population/population-by-country/, india is 2nd largest population in the world, so we could expect some big impact.
3631  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Have you tried explaining provable fairness to old-school gamblers? on: March 03, 2020, 08:20:01 AM
This seems like a complicated thing to explain to them since they might think that online games can be cheated, but actually I haven't meet one who are interested in online games like within the family and I doubt they'll ask question pertaining to "provable fairness " when they are not online gamblers.
3632  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Don't just hold your altcoins for a long time! on: February 28, 2020, 11:35:13 PM
Definitely it's very hard to control your altcoin portfolio when you hold more than 10 coins. Especially if there are many low capitalisation tokens there or some new coins.
I have more than 10, maybe 20 or more and you are right, I was not anymore following the update and sometimes when there is a swap, that would give me a problem as coins that I am holding might go worthless if I am not able to swap it at a given timeline.

I realize that we need to hold only few, something that we can follow timely as there's a lot of changes especially on altcoins.
If its only bitcoin then there is nothing to do but just "HODL" it.
3633  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin declined 3% as the coronavirus spread in italy on: February 25, 2020, 09:01:27 PM

https://cointelegraph.com/news/bitcoin-traditional-markets-drop-3-as-coronavirus-spreads-in-italy

As the coronavirus spread in Italy recently, bitcoin market has dropped 3% and also the traditional market including all the top ranked cryptocurrencies. Can coronavirus spreading be the cause?

it could possible that the local market is affected by this COVID-19 issue but not be the reason for Bitcoin's fall. And even in our country, we also suffer such a declining market growth knowing that the community is now acquiring their safety assurance from being infected and so they don't go to the crowded place. And I think that Bitcoin is out from that because we can make use of this even we are in our home and do purchases online.
The declining that you've said, I believe it wasn't because of this but it matter only on the market demand.
3634  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Anyone still earning with bounties? on: February 22, 2020, 11:28:54 PM
There are very few good bounty companies now. Most of them are really not worth your attention. If you have the desire and time to study the projects carefully, you can still try to join them. If not, you should try a different direction.
What it most caught attention for bounty hunters is simply the rewards but not sure it knows if this project worthy of our trust. A lot of bounties still existed by now but we can find it hard to look at which one will comply with their promises and has a better result.
This is usually I use in applying bounties before, I look for trusted Bounty Manager coz there is a big chance that this project is legit and the rewards are escrowed already.
3635  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: PEOPLE WILL NEVER STOP FALLING FOR SCAM on: February 21, 2020, 10:41:04 PM
Obviously, because they don't want to listen to us and never take advice before investing. I'd think that this is a normal scenario and many people would still fall into the hands of scammers because of their wrong beliefs. They trust themselves but that trust isn't enough that is why we should have to open up our mind and tried to listen to the others.

It absolutely scammers won't stop their doings until there is no person could become their victim but it is quite happening again and again. And the awareness that we've given to the community seems to be not really effective and still could be ignored sometimes.
3637  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Risk management , how ? on: February 19, 2020, 11:02:12 AM

As part of psychology, I used strategies that helped me keep my emotions in check while preventing unnecessary movements and mistakes.
As part of financial management, I determined the size of the deposit and the size of the sub-deposit with which I could trade.
I have always tried to act within the framework of the deposits I have previously determined.

Controlling our emotions is somewhat like we are also reducing risk. Yet, emotional conditions can't easily manage nor to be controlled all the time.
Risk management is a big challenge to everyone and I don't need tools to help with but it all purely in our decision and being proactive at all times. It is quite to see people suffer big losses is not because they can't manage to handle the risk in here but it is all how they manage their investment along the way.

3638  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Biggest winning so far on: February 18, 2020, 03:12:02 PM
That's a fortune! You must really have a great luck. I don't think you win gambling just because of pure luck but also, the timing and patience on when or where you will gamble. It is hard to gamble because, you don't know when or how you would actually win, you just gamble and take risk with your asset.

Someday after I have myself a stable job and career, I think I would try it and put my luck to the test just for experience but, not too much.
It is true that he was lucky at that time. Winning is not just we are bond into the right time, the best strategy to use but it is all about having a piece of luck on that particular time/day. Winning is somewhat hard to imagine and yet it is not predictable.
Besides, I win in a Dice game...I'd never expect to that will happen because since I started rolling the Dice it never gives me a chance to win but luckily there is. And I, therefore, conclude that winning in gambling in a game like this will it needs luck, nothing more.
3639  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2020 NBA Season on: February 18, 2020, 06:59:20 AM
Lol, google might have put their bet on Team Giannis Grin Grin.,., that's clearly a mistake, as for me, I don't need to google it as I saw the entire game.
This made me spit bulgogi all-over my table - thank you for that
This was one of the best ALL STAR games for NBA I have seen and no-one thought Kawhi Leonard would win and with those attractive odds
I think so because some bettors here loves to show their betslips but I have not seem anyone showed that they won betting on Kawhi, not even seen people who are claiming they won. The 4th quarter was something that fans will never forget, it was one of the best all star and I am sure Kobe would be so happy for that since this also was also dedicated for him.
3640  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Biggest winning so far on: February 14, 2020, 11:48:07 PM
My biggest winning so far was $150 in our country this is very huge and it took me two hour to win a in a dice game it was just my lucky I have not made a repeat of that winning but I have proven that from time to time you can still win a big amount if it is your lucky day, now I'm hoping for another round.
Maybe you are but spending over 2 hours and just win $150? it may just a complementary... lol;D
But at least you get some bucks and something you could have to spend the next day.

Thus, if we want to win big in gambling, we have to spend a huge amount of money also. Yes, it can be of big risk but if we have luck at this time, it's a huge bucket of return that will happen also.
