3621  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Will central banks create their own digital currencies? on: November 16, 2020, 09:09:28 PM
"Will central banks create their own digital currencies?"

Yes, of course they will, there are no options here.
These are not random events, but necessary changes, without which it will be difficult for the world to develop further.

With the news with citibank citing bitcoin as a 21st century gold then it's no doubt that banks can really see its potential and soon they might consider having their own crypto, it will be a centralised coin that can be used by their users as well by the government. Many governments already have planned to create their own cryptocurrencies and for these to be possible banks maybe needed to run the idea of those countries planning it.
3622  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Hidden team members or not make any difference? on: November 16, 2020, 08:37:58 PM
Hidden team members in any project, this is the question mark on project ? is this project really legit?
Well real projects never hide anything related project like team members background, their experience these things can attract investor to project.
If team already hide from project then this kind of projects never last long in crypto field and fall becomes project destiny.
It's also good to see the team by themselves explaining their very own projects to see how well they understand their own projects, how they wanted to see it in the long run. I really enjoy watching videos of teams from defi projects in YouTube during quarantine as they explain their products uses, importance and goals. It's not enough that they know their name, much better if they really show their identity by that we will know how serious they are in what their doing.
3623  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 4% return - compounded DAILY on: November 16, 2020, 08:05:26 PM
if that's daily i'm pretty sure that it's a scam one. but i really think you just misread it or you just missed the "annual" thing, i really can tell that freebitco.in is a legit website and i've played on that website before.
4% daily interest is too good to be true, there is no other casino or investment platform who will put such interest atleast the website explain it's annual but their daily interest term is confusing that can make others do really excited as they can get interest daily. Sometimes marketing just really needs good wordings to attract customer, there are words that we will just focus on without understanding the whole statement, it's happen to me sometimes in some promo advertisement.
3624  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Citibank's Insider Report on Bitcoin Revealed on: November 16, 2020, 07:50:17 PM
Bitcoin is indeed a hidden gem and can be consider as a modern gold for investors but declaring a price of $318,000 is not a good move as we all know how volatile the market of bitcoin and it's price weren't guarantee, its like speculating something will about to happen without considering the effects from the people or market or as well the economy of each country.
3625  Economy / Service Announcements / Re: Crypto Exchange on: November 16, 2020, 06:35:53 PM
If you are wanting to venture into new exchanges here is one where you can buy and exchange not only Bitcoin but Ethereum, Litecoin, Tap and Huobi Tokens all at the click of a button - let me know what you think: https://www.tap.global/
Don't expect someone will really do visit the link without reading replies or comments better provide details if its a serious project. There are many exchanges now and if you wanted to create or atleast have a visitors in your site, you'd better male extra effort to do explaining or presenting.
3626  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Are we getting better over the years on: November 16, 2020, 02:22:36 PM
Over time this market will become more and more mature. Lately, with the exception of Defi pump & dump tokens, top coins have grown steadily. That is a very positive sign for the long-term development of the market.
We were able to see which coins is really able to hold in a long run, we were so lucky to be able to know crypto at their young stage and as we experience how the market really works we can use it as our advantage to study how we will be able to earn on it like studying how to trade and how to choose good project wisely.
3627  Economy / Economics / Re: Biggest threats to the price of Bitcoin. on: November 16, 2020, 01:44:56 PM
For now the threat can occur because of the vaccine from Covid19,
we know the impact of the pandemic on cryptocurrencies is very big, it has been seen in the increase in the price of Bitcoin,
news that in 2021 a vaccine is ready to be distributed to the world, for cryptocurrencies of course it is still a mystery,
but This is just my speculation, because the vaccine is available everyone returns to their normal life and people readyto sell their investment.
Covid wasn't really a threat as we see the price recovers fast when many country do quarantine and lockdown. It falls in price but later on it recovers faster than any other investment. The treat only bitcoin can face is when many countries no longer support or allowed it, but as long as many countries see its benefit especially during these Pandemic everything about bitcoin can went well.
3628  Other / Archival / Re: CitiBank & Report about Bitcoin: 21st Century Gold on: November 16, 2020, 12:15:39 PM
The acknowledgement given by citibank will inspire other users who are not into cryptocurrency and a all time believers of banking system. This will help them realise that there are more better investment than putting their money all along in banks which may never grow in time if they will do a research after reading the article. There are already banks in my country which have bitcoin Atm or allows withdrawal of bitcoin like Union Bank sooner more will be open to idea of having bitcoin in doing transactions.
3629  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Gamblers lose more money than win. on: November 15, 2020, 06:03:53 PM
Casinos are business and they will continue to make money every gambler plays. People think they can beat Casinos but rather they are victims of their greed, the feeling that you had already won but your not contented then you want to gamble more hoping to multiply you winnings but it in the end you’ve just lost it all.
It's everyone's weak spot when it comes in gambling, once we win we tend to try to play more to see if we will be able to acquire more winnings that somehow will soon to be a loss, worst all the money deposited will be lost. It's a reality in gambling that many are greedy and only few who are discipline will only have the advantage to win against the house.
3630  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Don't trade on binance or okex if you are just a small trader on: November 15, 2020, 05:01:57 PM
Lol. The fees are the same no matter which exchang you choose. If you choose to close your trade without profit, you will indeed taking fee as loss. No point in such statement like this. If you take a 10 or 20% profit in a trade, you will never suffer loss from fees.

Fees are almost same, though for small traders who have only few capital every profit counts so it will be better if they will not withdraw too fast or easily until they have gain bigger profit as for sure their profit will be only on fees if they keep withdrawing in low gains, they should set plan and learn more how to trade so next time their profit will be higher still than fees since we can't control the fees as it's part of exchanges to earn.
3631  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Gambling Gang uses crypto for illegal purposes on: November 15, 2020, 04:16:24 PM
I didn't really get it why it's illegal if the money they're transferring abroad is from the profits they made in gambling, if that's the case.

Since they have laws that are banning gambling then it's illegal or the illegal games they are doing is really against the law that can harm others. They are very particular in terms of having businesses and doing transactions that can be a lose in their economic earnings, so doing crypto transactions especially from gangs who do gain profit illegally is really a problem. It will cause trouble to them if they will not track the transactions which are really hard to be track as these gang is surely well planned their way to make their transactions success without being caught
3632  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [Boxing]: Nordine Oubaali vs. Nonito Donaire - December 12 on: November 15, 2020, 01:15:14 PM
Regardless of who Nonito Donaire face though in the bamtamweight division not name Naoya Inoue, he will have the advantage and 90% I would say, he can beat them.

It's just sad to hear that another fighter succumb to Covid-19 as it will definitely have a financial effect to the boxer himself as he may lost a good paycheck here. Nevertheless, the fight will continue, move the date and this will be an exciting fight but for sure The Filipino Flash will be the favourite here, no doubt.
NonitonDonairenhave improve a lot in each match he played, though we can't totally say that he will win in these fight but it's no doubt that many Filipinos will support him and bet with him like how it was when its Pacquio's match. Nonito have his own advantage same with Nordine hopefully both will be fine before their fight.
3633  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Twitter accounts of crypto gambling sites on: November 15, 2020, 01:21:15 AM
@OP you forgot to add casineos to the list and here's their Twitter account link(that can be found on their website) https://twitter.com/casineos

There are still more casino to be added, it will be nice too if the list will include casinos that are in EOS platform as they are many too. This list will help to avoid scammh twitter accounts that are creating many unnecessary rewards or promos saying that it's their website that's why we need to know if they are legit though I prefer checking here in forum maybe it will help those into twitter that always look or updated in gambling news via twitter.
3634  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Pain of a bounty manager. on: November 14, 2020, 05:39:18 PM
I have never been a bounty manager, but I can understand the pain a bounty manager feels. BM will surely get many complaints and insults from participants who have never read the rules and did not get a stake, even though it is their own mistake.
That's why many bounty managers before are no longer active in having campaign due to complaints as well the many scam projects who appear in the past. Bounties were no longer profitable now unlike before so many really do complain in bounty manager even it's their own fail not reading the rules of the campaign. Only bounty manager who is able to withstand the complaints as well able to research and accept only legit projects will remain as bounty manager.
3635  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Public perception of Bitcoin as payment method (survey) on: November 14, 2020, 02:46:20 PM
I have filled your survey.

A big problem for BTC as a payment method is that it doesn't really work for that purpose. It takes too long and the fees are too high.
Will take the survey too, even it is good as payment option especially transaction can be unknown and can still be safe but we all knew that fees were getting higher as the price increase unlike the mobile banking that sometimes fees were waived like during this pandemic, the only advantage of bitcoin as payment is that we can do transactions without the hassle of letting ourselves known especially if it's a transaction in other countries.
3636  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Be very cautious with your alts this period, you either sell early or hold. on: November 13, 2020, 09:47:02 PM
You really not that sure it still depends on which coin the user is holding some coins are worth selling for and it's good to immediately jump off rather than crashing without any profit if you think the project is good for long term and you see them crashing I think that's the only time you won't sell but if the project is not that good and starts to crash well I think you should jump before it landed.
Being able to stop the loss and shift to other investment like Bitcoin can suit well at these time as many were dropping their altcoins to enter BTC, but after if there are some drops or continuously drops experience by BTC others will shift back in altcoiks, that's how the market goes only few altcoins are worth keeping so when there is chance to enter in BTC and know will be able to gain some profit then better take the chance to have more BTC and return in trading once earned some profit.
3637  Economy / Economics / Re: Biden and Cryoto on: November 13, 2020, 09:28:58 PM
Whether it's Trump's or Biden's administration, I don't care, all I know is that bitcoin will still keep breaking limits, we don't need any of them to know where crypto is heading to, just like we didn't need them years back, cryptocurrency is way bigger than these two people it's global now and it is a decentralized currency so all people who use will decide if it will keep prospering or not, even Trump who is an anti crypto  couldn't stop it from prospering, so we don't need these two to know the fate of crypto.
Good thing about Internet is we will be able to base our ideas and do research on our own, unlike in the years passed wherein people depends on the government whether tmsuch investment will be good or not, Now, people have their own capabilites to study and understand them by themselves without the limiting power of whoever president is assigned as long as they will not ban it on their country it is fine.
3638  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Is it over for Binance IEO? on: November 13, 2020, 04:02:35 PM
You guys should stop expecting IEO projects to bring insane ROI to investors every time, not all projects that landed on binance are all high quality, binance exchange will only do it's job to make the fund raising easy but binance will never guarantee any 8x to investors, this is complete greediness
The profit will depend more on how we trade than just by investing, it's not typical that we will get profit when the team itself didn't do any other moves or development for their project, Binance work is only to list the project but not to market them to achieve their goal, though it would be better if Binance will only let projects that have a future even in a long run.
3639  Economy / Speculation / Re: Altcoin still feasible? Profit or loss? on: November 09, 2020, 07:33:59 PM
People seem to temporarily turn to BTC which is the safest coin, as the current defi trend has started to wane a little.

Even so, some of the major altoin have not been abandoned by their developers and still continue to develop the platform, Often I see among them giving pump surprises while bitcoin is not moving, especially when the good announcements that the community is waiting for have been published. This means that altcoins still have their hopes.
Only few altcoins from the past  still do updates, make sure when invested in a coin follow their telegram to know whether they are still active and still working on their projects improvement and future plans. Some who are not in top list in coinmarketcap might still be doing something to keep their project even they are unnoticeable sometimes their legit supporters from the start will push them to continue since there are already too many alike projects in crypto space. I have many altcoins from the past which have no value now so I make to a point now to consider visiting their telegram to see whether they are trying unfortunately others already stop, so lesson learned always monitor or trade it while it have value.
3640  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Small assets, trade or invest? Good decision? on: November 09, 2020, 06:47:42 PM
For small capital i will invest in the currency of my choice. For this I will wait until the price of bitcoin ethereum goes down then i will invest. You need to be efficient and set the right time because you need to know which time is right for you to buy. The right time for your purchase will help you succeed. Holding should always be done in the long run because one cannot be rich in a short time. One step of every investment has to be patient.
There are traders who are able to get rich thru trading in a short time, during DeFi hype many were able to do it, it will depends on how well we are in trading and analysing projects. It is much safer to invest in BTC but it will be better if we try to explore other projects by studying them first, Holding will depend on what coin we are having mostly it only works now in BTC and top altcoins so we should also be careful once we invest and thinks it good for long term since crypto is too volatile, it can be good now but not for long as there are many coins appearing or improving. Just see the defi projects who are in top list of coinmarketcap now that was not there before. Better set stop loss in trading and be updated always.
