3621  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Whats your thought about New projects? on: December 09, 2020, 03:47:44 PM
The trend of the Defi project is that it has a low amount of supply, but only a few defi projects still have a high amount. Actually, every new project that has a high supply will be easily dumped because it provides a large sales bonus and a large bounty allocation such as the Youengine bounty.

Low market cap is always tricky,,, and that is pure psychology I think that makes people buy them thinking they can go up because of lowcap. I know,,, because I fell for that a lot during my time growing up in ICO-land! Just be careful and expect what you buy to drop eventually!
3622  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: PSG vs. Istanbul Basaksehir the AFTERMATH and PREDICITONS on: December 09, 2020, 01:55:13 PM
I already took a small bet on them indeed,,, 0.1 MBTC but at Sportsbet boosted prematch yesterday it was not as high as the current odds, so if I win I miss about 0.4 mbtc as a prize.

Maybe PSG players feel tired but I think the event will only make them more fired up;)
3623  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Ethereum: $500, $400, or $800? on: December 09, 2020, 01:19:31 PM
eth speculation hit a price of $ 800? this is crazy.
but I can be optimistic that it will be achieved if the market can grow healthy, I think the eth movement can exceed the limit because seeing the good eth potential and also dominating in altcoins will make it easy for eth to rise to the top

Not really crazy if you think about it,,, $600 means it is only about 30% more than this year's ATH. And $800 is only needs a push of 75% to break the highest price ever around $1400.

It is crazy, but crypto has given a lot more gains than this before;)

Good decisions everyone. I personally will always feel grateful to be part of such a vibrant gambling family on bitcointalk. I play at many sites, but am only loyal to a few,,, and no doubt Sportsbet has won over a lot of people with the way they do business, but also with the personal touch only they can do.

Now, back to business! My Multi Master betslip: https://sportsbet.io/sharebetslip/6a3b4fa7-49d6-4b5b-8d43-64d81686bfcc

3625  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Pending transactions Ethereum on: December 09, 2020, 09:45:50 AM
It you look up your transaction on Etherscan,,, you should see next to the Pending an estimated time. In my experience this is not always accurate but if the times show below 1 hour, you should be fine in max a few hours BUT if the time keeps increasing to many hours, you better try to reach out to support to pay a higher fee.
3626  Economy / Gambling / Re: 🔶 YOLOdice.com 🔶 play&invest BTC ETH LTC DOGE on: December 09, 2020, 09:04:36 AM
Sorry I totally missed this announcement, YD!

Happy birthday ethan, 4 years is no mean feat in crypto,,, thousands have tried and failed, and most do not even last months, never mind to say years!

Here is to many more fruitful years of gambling and investment and winning;)
3627  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Will XRP Surpass ETHEREUM SOON?! $589 per XRP💥🚀 on: December 08, 2020, 06:58:26 PM
I'm going to be rich if I can sell my 100 XRP for that price! I would be happy at $100 at this rate,,, but come on guys, even $10 is a dream milestone for Ripple. I am not buying any more than I already hold,,, but please, you are welcome to pump it to $100 I will give it all to you immediately if you want to buy at that price;)
3628  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: UEFA Champions League Discussion Thread on: December 08, 2020, 05:00:20 PM
Lazio - Brugge is do or die game. I'm backing Lazio to win.
Leipzig - MU is another big value game. Personally, I wouldn't be against to see MU going to Europa league.
Barcelona - Juventus is meaningless game in general. But it's worth to watch because of Messi and Ronaldo playing against each other. Who knows, maybe it's of last times when they will faceveach other on the pitch.
Dynamo - Ferencvaros - direct clash for Europa league spot. I'm backing Dynamo, IMO they're slightly better.

My picks are on those same selections: Lazio, Leipzig, Barcelona and Dynamo. Lazio and Dynamo are the better teams, and Barca are playing with much more freedom in UCL,,, so they should win, meaningless or not.

Leipzig I just feel were so fired up almost won against Bayern. They need to prove something and United might face problems away from home:)
3629  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Learn from my curiosity on: December 08, 2020, 11:15:58 AM
Painful lesson op,,, sorry to hear that. But this hopefully serves to remind you and everyone to please, please, not fall for the Defi scams out there. Even for those that seem legit, bear in mind never to put in more than what you can afford to lose.

These defi guys are all out there to make money asap, don't give them more money. Sit on BTC and hodl!
3630  Economy / Gambling / Re: 🚀 Sportsbet.io - Official betting partner of ARSENAL FC 🚀 on: December 08, 2020, 10:09:09 AM
Just a note to say thanks to Steve and Sportsbet again for the amazing prizes from MultiMaster,,, I never had so much fun playing sports before,,, really regret not being active at Sportsbet earlier;)

Anyway, I have had much better luck on singles than parlays too. Spurs are flying now so I want to take advantage of them as much as possible, the superboost was really useful:)
3631  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Are we gonna see a new ATH this year? on: December 08, 2020, 07:54:30 AM
It is clear that there will be ATH this year, apart from the predicted increase in bitcoin prices a year after the halving and altcoins will fully follow in bitcoin's footsteps. So it will be very nice if the holder keeps holding it and sells it later when the ATH has been touched.
Life will not be as pink as you think.
In fact, Bitcoin just got a new ATH in 2020 but the price difference is only about 500 $ compared to the old ATH in 2017. After reaching a new peak, most investors sell off it and make the price. Its value plummeted to $ 18k4 even though the Bitcoin Halving took place.
I am not too negative about Bitcoin but we may face a massive sell-off in the coming days as the end of the year the crypto market is often in a sea of blood. So this is not a good time to buy and make profits, wait until Christmas and Lunar New Year are over and then we will buy Bitcoin at a cheaper price. The price is likely to fall at $ 17k or $ 16k5 because there is strong support there.

Yes,,, I would never prepare for a good time, always better to prepare for the worst and then you will be pleasantly surprised if it does not turn out to be as bad as you imagined. I am still ready to see Bitcoin drop below $10k even,,, at which point altcoins will take an even lower plunge down to worse than 50% reduction in market caps.

Then again, do not wait to buy the dip. Just keep saving more and more.
3632  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Sportsbet.io Betting discussion thread rev on: December 08, 2020, 06:36:09 AM
Thank you so much for the prize Sportsbet! I honestly am so grateful, I posted a nice review for you yesterday on TrustPilot but that was before I knew this prize would be given out. It's in my account, a nice pre-xmas prezzie:)

I think Sassuolo also scored a goal in second half but it was ruled offside by VAR.  Undecided I however had selected draw in that match. Roma played well but Pedro's made a bad foul which was not needed at all especially when you already have received yellow card.

So I almost won it then, too bad for me;) but to be fair Roma also had a goal ruled out at the end of the first half.

To determine the winner, there will be a side event for this weeks MM, which will be to guess the correct number of goals scored in the 15 games in total.

Will be very cool to research this;) Thank you also:)Smiley
3633  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Is this the long awaited bull run? on: December 07, 2020, 04:48:08 PM
This is it but would it really succeed?

That's the question for most of us now since bitcoin for many days still not breaking the current ATH, I guess until that will happen, we can't call it a real bull run, probably a bull trap and slowly we are going back to a cheaper price.  If there's no bull run this year, I expect that bitcoin will slowly dump in the first quarter of the year next month, so this month is really crucial.

I would actually prefer it to dump this year now but would not mind a dump in first quarter of 2021 either since I am definitely holding until next halving;) The longer it stays below high prices that would tempt people to sell,,, the longer I have to accumulate! That is the dream for most of us is it not?

A few bets again...
This is how you get your Golden Tickets too!  Wink

Actually you have a point;) If anyone is afraid of the huge house edge on dice, then just gamble on the betting outcomes and rake in those Golden Tickets too;) If I had been daring enough to bet big on Tottenham Hotspurs for the last 3 premier league games I would be in big profit,,, 2 wins and the 1 draw against Chelsea:)
3635  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What have you done/are you doing with your ICO coins? on: December 07, 2020, 12:56:33 PM
We have witnessed a tremendous ICO trend in 2017-18. I am sure a lot of you would have participated in many ICOs. If not, you would have received altcoins as a payment mode from bounties. So, what have you done to them? If you haven't sold them, what is your plan with them?
I sold 1-2 of the coins that I got from bounties and the rest, either it ended up being a dead coin, scam coin or a shit coin.

I'm still holding some of the coins that I got from bounties and I'm not moving them whatsoever. I just hold them and I don't have any plans on selling them as of now. There are some of them who has value already lucky for me because it is 100% profit on my part but most of them ended up being a dead coin unfortunately.

I have some yeah,,, but sitting in my ETH wallet forever, not even tempted to go to any DEX to offload them until they are worth more than a few dollars. Maybe I will end up never selling them to make sure I learn the lessons never to trust any ICO again unless they have a real product that I actually can and love using:)
3636  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Premier League Prediction Thread 2020/2021 on: December 07, 2020, 12:25:59 PM
Mourinho and his counter attack tactics have return to destroy the Premier League. Son, Kane have very good bonds on field and they together with good defensive system all bring Tottenham to top of the league. The tourmalet is almost done by Spurs and they have gone through it very well.

The stats and match report in the derby shows some facts about Spurs
- Ball possession: 30%
- Shots: 6 (total), on-target (3).
- Goals: 2 (with 3 on-target shots)

Yes,,, I always knew the fate of our team rests on that partnership flourishing and it is truly budding. I have to say I was worried under Mourinho that they might go under but it seems our worries were unfounded.

I think personally this is a healthy challenge to City and Liverpool who believe in possession football,,, there is still space for counter moves and doing more with possession. May this last!
3637  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Ethereum: $500, $400, or $800? on: December 07, 2020, 10:56:10 AM
Since the last ATH, the price of Ethereum has fallen proportionally much more than the price of Bitcoin. If we assume that altcoins are chasing the price of Bitcoin, Ethereum has a very high potential for price increase. I think we will see $800 and $1000 very soon.

Two things here though,,, one is that altcoins undeniably chase Bitcoin and the true moment for altcoin season will come when Bitcoin breaks past the ATH.

The second thing and I say this as a converted ETH user is that the platform itself has really grown a lot already and will continue to do so onc ETH 2.0 comes out fully. That will give it more stable ground to at least hold on to the old ATH if not grow even more.
3638  Economy / Gambling / Re: 🚀 Sportsbet.io - Official betting partner of ARSENAL FC 🚀 on: December 07, 2020, 10:14:45 AM
I was right about Perez! In fact he was if I remember 30x to win first place, but damn those were all odds I found on other fiat sites. I would have taken the bet if I found them, too bad I didn't check back again.

That was a good bet on Spurs too, you're right about Arsenal being in poor form. Auba and Laca need to find their magic again...

But did you see the way Russell lost? He was 1st, then the safety car went on the track and he went into the pit, they put wrong tires on his car so when he returned (still 1st) he had to pit again, with new set of tires he came from 5th to 2nd with less than 2 seconds away from Perez when one of his new tires got punctured. He should have claimed that 1st spot, but fair play to Perez as well.

Sounds like such a dramatic move and must be fun too bad I do not watch F1! And this proves yet again that the absence of a dominant team in any sports is good for the game in general,,, I do enjoy seeing people excel and just win everything but always nice to see guys get their dream finish every now and then. Like Leicester a few years ago. And hopefully my team Spurs this season:)
3639  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Ahead of the launch, Libra changed its name on: December 07, 2020, 08:07:59 AM
Well,,, I guess I myself would not want to be associated with that very embarrassing moments in front of all the regulators when being questioned and not being able to answer anything!

Old people like us will not ever forget though,,, but now Paypal is on crypto, Facebook will soon be, and people will forget about Libra and how badly they fared in front of inquiry!
3640  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Sportsbet.io Betting discussion thread rev on: December 07, 2020, 05:38:44 AM
Aaa,,, we were all so close! I honestly thought Sassuolo would get me through as well,,, Did not get to watch the full game but when Rodriguez got sent off and Roma were getting the yellows and fouls I thought wow I could get getting this one right! But it did not happen and we all lost a point there:)

Still,,, 3 of the people from here in the top 5, shows that the best are all here! hehe;)
