Majority of them are never taken to the court, some of them just have a fake team and a fake address so they may be difficult to trace and be dealt with. However I think some can still be traced by the fund they raised via ICO, while IEO team may be trace with the help of the exchanges the IEO was conducted.
ieo is the same as ico , what if ieo will also use fake profiles ? still exchanges wont have a way to track them . only those who have real teams that went bad are the ones that can be bring on court for appeal . this is sad because most of ico's and ieo's can freely scam how much they wanted to with a minimal risk of being caught and the sad part is that we havent taken too much action to filter or to stop them but others are seem to be encouraging more these scammers . |

thats a cool idea if its possible but why not ? before we only use infared then upgraded to bluetooth and now wifi but wifi mainly uses an internet . whats good with infared and bluetooth is that they both offline and being offline is the one that we want for cryptos so that we can use it anywhere but it will only good for sending and recieving , we still need internet to access trading sites and other services online . for now i dont hear any of this that already worked , its only a concept although .

Well many a times decent looking gambling websites comes out to be scam sites. So said most of the times ponzi sites are decent looking and also pay their customers hourly or daily until they get enough customers to exit scam them and then those sites are declared scam. Yes. I also believe that if altcoins will regain their high value, ICOs will be worth participating again. Investors have only stopped investing in ICOs because they get only scammed in the end and lose their money. But if majority of altcoins will be given chances and start making good profits again, then ICOs will surely be worth investing. I don't think that ICO's will be alive again, but I do believe that the trust of people will again gain from the current market condition and from the fact that it's constantly doing great. There used to be lotto in my country but for some weird reasons they have made it illegal in many states. Now there is a small lottery industry and even that is in severe condition as no one is interested in them.
I heard of a system called as tax lottery or something in which the government give a prize money based on the receipt number randomly selected. It increased the volume of people who paid with taxed receipts. I think governments should try something like this to increase awareness.

It's rare to get 24,75x payout without 3 or more scatters. I used to hit higher payouts, but those were because of 15, and in one case even 45 free rolls.
