It is a bit of a "Click bait" title.... because Wallmart are not selling Bitcoin directly to their customers.... but even if they use a third party.. it is still huge news. The down side of this, is the 11% in fees that they are paying for those bitcoins. ![Angry](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/angry.gif) Let's hope this is the "gateway" into more extensive buying/selling/trading for these people into the future. They get the taste for it.. and they start looking for cheaper ways to get some more. ![Wink](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/wink.gif) The next big thing will be when Wallmart start to accept Bitcoin as a payment option... ![Wink](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/wink.gif)

We have some minor technical issues, our developers are working on it and they will fix it as soon as possible. I understand that we are not able to cashout the bets as maintenance is going on, but i am not able to place live bets, it this a problem i am facing or everyone is facing the same issue. I wanted to place some live bets in Tennis and Cricket and i am not able to do so as i am getting error whenever i try to place a live bet. Any ETA for the maintenance and back to normal ?. Live bets were working, only Cashout was not available, on what Sport were you trying to place your bets on? Cricket was down for a bit as well. Sorry if that caused you any inconvenience, everything is back to normal now! ![Smiley](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/smiley.gif) Thanks for your patience. I had the weirdest thing happening to me a few hours ago.... I added bets to a multi bet slip and it "rate limited" me for some reason. I usually get this when I play Plinko (Original Game) ...when I press too many balls too quickly, but never on Sport bets. ![Roll Eyes](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/rolleyes.gif) Does anyone else get the same problem or is this just me? I do not want to use a VPN, but when this happens.. it forces me to use one, just to get back into Stake. ![Sad](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/sad.gif)

So... What will happen if the US bans Bitcoin mining too ..and the Bitcoin miners move to Pakistan and then Pakistan bans Bitcoin mining and the miners move to the UK.... I think you catch my drift....right? Bitcoin mining is not centralized in one country... and if something happen, then miners just move to the next Bitcoin friendly country. ![Wink](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/wink.gif) (There will always be countries that will be showing the middle finger to the trending actions of other countries... just take Venezuela as an example) ![Cheesy](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/cheesy.gif)

I have to agree with you, BitPay is a merchant's worst nightmare! A year or so ago, I walk into a tyre repair/fitment shop and I see a "Bitcoin Accepted here" sign. I know the owner and we started talking.... saying that it was one big mess and he is reconsidering his decision to accept Bitcoin payments. BitPay KYC requirements and their "limits" on certain things was a absolute joke and his invoicing and the price differences was just as bad. (Customers compared the price with Preev.com and got into arguments with the owner.. over the difference in price) BitPay is hurting the merchant adoption ...more than they are helping it to happen ...at this moment. ![Angry](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/angry.gif)

On Stake.com things are pretty fast, but at times (Saturdays when Weekly are paid out) the system can lag a lot. I also find that if I drop too many balls too quickly with original games like Plinko, I get rate limited. (It will warn you that you need to slow down, but I usually ignore the warning and it does not accept the bets, if you are going too fast) A lot of the other Dice sites where I play are fast, but they have way less gamblers playing there.. so it is not fair towards Stake.com to use them as a comparison. (At any given time, Stake.com have between 4000 and 7000 players playing at the same time) One of my issues with most of these sites are that they are not upgrading or scaling their infrastructure as they grow bigger and bigger.

I am very fortunate to have lived in a first world country and to have had the opportunity to work in 3rd world countries. So, I have experience of both of these so-called, "Parasites" Now, do not assume that all people in 1st world countries are "rich parasites" and all people from 3rd world countries are "Poor parasites" ...because that will simply be wrong. There are a lot of rich people that are investing in 3rd world countries to help the poor... but some of the rich parasites do this to "rape" their resources to profit. Also, some people in 3rd world countries want to work.. but the corrupt politicians steal all the money, that was supposed to go towards projects that would have created new job opportunities. ![Roll Eyes](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/rolleyes.gif)

I wrote this like ten days ago: ... I am asking this because it has to do with your provably fair system, which might be flawed (I will address this later).
(emphasis mine)Surprisengly, no one has commented on it! Which makes me believe most gamblers don't really care about game fairness (sad fact!). I visited their website again and nothing changed, so I'll try to explain: The problem with their provably is mainly that whenever the player changes his custom seed a new server seed will be generated, which is which is not what's supposed to happen. I'm not accusing them of anything, yet, but the way their PF system works makes it possible for the casino to exploit it for their own advantage. How do casinos exploit a scenario where you change your client seed and the server seed change to? The Server seed must be encrypted to make sure that un-hashed server seed cannot be changed by the casino operator. ![Huh](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/huh.gif) Do they offer you a option to verify that the hashed server seed matches that of the un-hashed server seed.... after the new Server seed was changed? (to check the validity of the previous Server seed)

I think it is safe to say that a bet against all the South African teams in the " United Rugby Championship" for the rest of the tournament, will be a good choice, because they simply cannot get used to the way the Northern refs are blowing the games. (Why they are not adapting their play, are simply a mystery to me.) The Stormer win in my opinion ....was just a fluke.. and they cannot repeat performances like that.. week after week. The longer that they are away from home, the worst they play. ![Roll Eyes](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/rolleyes.gif)

RIP freebitco.in 2013-2021
Why will Freebitco.in go "RIP" over a simple adjustment in the probability that you will win a specific prize? Casinos make adjustments like this all the time. Let's take Stake.com as an example... they had VIP hosts for all Platinum I players and higher ...but the amount of people that reached Platinum I increased so fast.. that they decided to stop offering VIP hosts to Platinum I players... and only for Platinum II players and higher. (I think they changed it again ...now it is Platinum III and higher) Casinos have to constantly balance the expenses to be less than their income... other wise they have to close their doors. (They are doing this to make a profit... not to function as a charity) ![Roll Eyes](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/rolleyes.gif)

Well, he obviously do not know what "Peer review" means and that it is globally applied by developers that work on Crypto currencies. Just imagine a competitor Alt coin developer, finding a mistake or lie like this.... they will have a field day with a thing like that. (proving that Bitcoin developers were lying) The competition between Alt coin developers are fierce and all of them want to dethrone bitcoin as the King of Crypto currencies. ![Wink](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/wink.gif) This idiot have been trying to bad mouth Bitcoin for years and every time he has been left with a red face, when his false statements has been exposed. I have a few food merchants that accept Bitcoin as a payment option ....so I buy lunch every day with Bitcoin. Other than Bitcoin, I deposit some ETH and TRX at my favorite casino to gamble and to have some fun. I am lucky, because my employer gave me the option to pay me in Bitcoin (BTC) .... but I only accept 15% of my salary in Bitcoin... because there are too many of the expenses that I need to pay... that does not accept Crypto currencies. ![Sad](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/sad.gif)

The delay in communication will make payment on a Blockchain very interesting. "All communication between Mars and Earth goes through satellites. Because of the distance, there is a substantial delay. As communication signals travel at the speed of light, this means that it can take between 3 and 22 minutes for the information to reach the other end, so a phone call would not be practical." Source : https://www.mars-one.com/faq/technology/how-does-the-mars-base-communicate-with-earthThey can run their own Blockchain network on their own planet and then create a interplanetary Blockchain for all interplanetary "bulk" transfers. (Something similar to what the Banks are doing with SWIFT) ![Wink](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/wink.gif)

Is this self exclusion permanent or just temporary? A lot of casinos give you the self exclusion option, based on your requirements. So you tell them for how long you want to be self excluded. (Some people just need a break to get back on their feet and out of debt) I agree with some of the other posters... even if you self exclude your account, you still need to have access to the money that was in the account. (The account is still there, but the gambling features was just disabled) There must be some "system" problem that occur, after you self excluded... that are causing them not to have the ability to access your account. ![Huh](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/huh.gif)

(multicoin/multi-asset wallets included)
I have a couple questions about (software) wallets that I'd like to have answers to, feel free to rant 1. What are the features that you feel that are sorely missing? 2. What are your biggest issues with specific wallets you're using, or with BTC/cryptocurrency wallets as a whole? 3. What's your favourite wallet and why? Is it the user interface / user experience, colours, specific functionality, habit, perceived trustworthiness, something else? 4. What changes would you like to see with the wallet(s) that you're using? 1. The feature that are missing in most wallets are the safe option to "sweep" paper wallets. 2. The security features can easily be bypassed, if the 2FA can be exploited. (You first get the password with a key logger and then you get access to the phone or more experienced syndicates can just do a Sim swap.) 3. Electrum (It has a quick and easy "sweep" option.) 4. The miners fee should be highlighted in the Fiat value. ( I once paid $1000 in miners fee, when I did not take notice of the fiat value)

I live in a country where entrepreneurship is encouraged, because the entrepreneurs are the people who are creating the job opportunities for more people and I live in a country with a high number of people that lost their jobs due to the Covid pandemic. It is not about the individual, but rather what the individual can do for the group. The gap between the rich and the poor are growing bigger, because some countries do not encourage their people to think for themselves. ![Angry](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/angry.gif)

Sheeesh Eddie has really rocked it with this challenge.... beating a Target Multiplier of 385.00x is really difficult with this Slot. I have now played it for 8 hours and the highest I could get it was 156x ....with a lot of smaller wins in between. ![Wink](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/wink.gif) Let's say there are only 2 people that are able to beat Eddie's multiplier... will the $10 000 be divided into a $5000 prize for both of the people that beat his multiplier? Also... if you bet the minimum of $0.10 on the bet and the value of Bitcoin drop... and the bet id shows.... $0.09 cents... will it still count?

Well, infrastructure will point to physical Internet infrastructure and the availability to access the Internet. The connectivity issues in 3rd world countries are huge ....with rural areas that might not even have electricity. So even if you place the needed hardware, people will still not be able to make transactions due to the lack of Internet access. The way to address this, will have to be wifi hotspots in areas where commerce takes place... for them to access their Lightning Network wallets in close proximity to where they want to use their bitcoins. ![Wink](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/wink.gif)

I am currently betting on the WTA Moscow, Russia Women singles, but I am doing this eyes closed with a multi bet. Yastremska Dayana looks to be the favorite and also Begu Irina-Camelia ... but it will be a close one. Anyone know these two... because the odds are good on them. :-> I like to bet on Stake.com... because they are very fast with the verification and the payouts after you win. (Anyone betting large amounts there... because I want to know if this is just for the smaller bets?) ![Huh](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/huh.gif)

One thing that happens with me .... I will bet an amount on manual bet and then it will work for a few bets and when the higher multiplier come.... and I cash out early at a high multiplier.. it will hang a bit and crash... without registering my "cashout" command. I do not know if my connection to the server "time-out" when I do not respond for a longer period ...when it runs up a higher multiplier or if it is something else. (I sometime have to refresh the browser... because it looks as if it is losing the sync to the actual draw)

People should not be too optimistic about anything being approved by the SEC, because we know what happened with the previous applicants in the past. https://www.cnbc.com/2018/07/26/winklevoss-twins-bitcoin-etf-rejected-by-sec.htmlThere are always a big hype before these announcements and the market react positively and then the SEC come in and spoil the party. In any way, if it gets approved... the market will spike for a short while and it will drop back to $50 000+ and stabilize there.
