3641  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Giving up gambling is not easy on: September 19, 2017, 08:46:38 AM
From my experience giving up from gambling is not a easy if you are addicted toward the gambling. You need a counslar to stop the gambling it just like the addicted towards the drugs and you just choice the other option to deviated your mind from the gambling

Compare addiction of gambling in other addictions like drugs, smoke, woman. All of them is hard to resist, these are all temptations and once you used to it this will be your addiction. And it's like you can't live your daily life if you will not gamble for this day. It is hard if you don't have any courage and there are no people that are helping you and encouraging you that you can do it.
3642  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Different betting strategies for dice games or similar on: September 19, 2017, 07:51:45 AM
Maybe you have more interesting strategies?

I don't have more interesting strategies, I just do what I used to do when I play dice games or other similar games. I don't stick to strategies anymore in gambling. I'm more focusing now on how I'll control myself and on how I can handle the best with my bankroll.

Update: Different strategies just for fun, not to win because there doesn't exist any winning strategy.

Yes, there is no strategy that can guaranteed us to give the winning shot it will be depending on how lucky you are, I guess this strategy always works. Gamble for fun and if you win, you're lucky and if you lose, you enjoyed.
3643  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Getting started with sports betting! on: September 19, 2017, 07:36:49 AM
Sports betting is really risky most of the sites you have mentioned have limitations in the amount of money you can win and if you want to withdraw your funds they ask for various verification and finally you don't get anything stick to

Not that "really" risky. It will be "really" risky if you'll bet to the teams that you don't have an idea on how they play and you don't do analysis for each fight. Sports betting is like playing poker, you need to observe the odds, make sure that you can take the risk and if you can't just fold(don't bet at all) if you are not sure of the teams that you'll bet, this how should someone start with sports bet.
3644  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Why we still gambling while we always lose? on: September 18, 2017, 07:31:49 PM
Because gambling is extremely amusing, because it is the best game for adults ever, and because that game is really attractive, i doubt that it has a kind of trap.

No traps, it's just about the greediness of a gambler. When he's winning and he wants to win more, so he's not stopping and that results to lose. And that's the start of his goal to get again those money because he'll regret that he didn't stop on that time. But worst is happening, he keeps on losing anyway and if that happens, there will be another reason why he gamble and it's now to get back his capital.
3645  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: What is your reason to gamble? Fun or profit? on: September 18, 2017, 07:05:22 PM
I'm gambling (offline) just for fun. When there's no activity, my friends invite me to gambling poker and sometimes mahjong. I haven't been motivated to seek profit from gambling, this very risky for my financial condition.

We are also doing this with my friends when during weekends and after that when I go home I gamble with online casino's and usually my main reason by that time is changing. And yes, I'm gambling for the profit just like what others are saying and justifying their main purpose of their gambling. I know the risk in making gambling as you seek for profit but this is not my main source of income.
3646  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Does experience matter in gambling? on: September 18, 2017, 06:54:47 PM
Yes, experience does matter somewhat in gambling. But not so much as there is only a limited reliance on skill to affect the outcome of the games.

It will be only limited if you will let yourself play those games games that aren't totally requiring so much experience and skills. And as the day goes on, I'm thinking that experience doesn't matter anymore. When you have some strategies and you are using it effectively, you will just disregard your experience. But at the end of the day, you'll still use those experience one day in one of your gambling games and bets.
3647  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Does bitcoin's price volatility affect your gambling habits? on: September 18, 2017, 06:47:53 PM
So does this factor affect how you gamble?

Yes it did change a lot with my gambling habit and when the price is higher I guess it's better and it is in my favor.

If prices go up, do you lower you bets? For example, you normally bet 0.001 per bet, do you lower it to 0.0001 per bet?

Yes, this is the advantage that I'm talking about, the price of bitcoin is affecting my bets and your example is what I really do.

If prices go down, do you place higher bets? For example, you normally bet 0.001 per bet, do you place higher bets like 0.01 per bet?

Not that really high, I'm just adjusting the amount of bitcoin and I'm still depending on the value of USD.

3648  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: What do you feel when win in gambling? on: September 18, 2017, 06:36:47 PM
I feel like i am the richest man alive.
I feel like i have all the money existing and i can buy everything.
I feel like i am reborn again !!
Haha this feeling was the best so far that I had read. I have the same feeling before when I was able to win a small amount in the past and I felt like that it won't be gone and I even thought that money is unlimited. But that feeling was temporary and I was wrong in that feeling of mine but that was a very happy feeling and I want to experience that again but it was now different.
Beginning experience is always different because that time we did not have bad experience right so when we win, we will be very happy. After few days of play, we will experience more loses to compare winning. So if we get any win, we will not react more for that win. I was very excited when I won my first bet but now that excitement because I know that wining money will not stay with more time.

It's always giving us happiness when we are winning. You are right when we are used to it because we are also experiencing losing, we don't get excited much anymore. No reaction, no feeling anymore when we win. And we get more greedy as the day goes by that feeling of happiness is changing into something different and we don't want to lose as soon as possible because we only want to get more money.
3649  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Gambling addiction. on: September 18, 2017, 06:25:06 PM
Why is someone get addicted to gambling once he gamble ?
because those who have addicted with bitcoins are nothing to do than gambling. then like didnt abel to effort a lost at casino. sometime people have gambling just only for wasting time and fun

Most of the gamblers are gambling for the profit and not for wasting time and fun only. And it's only with bitcoin gambling but also with fiat gambling, a person is an addicted gambler is simply because he chose to be addicted in gambling and he has a lot of experience that made good life in gambling and he just want to pursue what he think so he became addicted.

Yes if any one is addicted to gambling means the major reason is for money. Becasue of this money, there are a lot of people lost their lives and everything in their life. But some people will be addicted to this gambling games. Many gamblers use gambling to come back from their work stress so they will make this habit. They have addicted gambling, but they will play regularly.

I do really find that most of the people that became addicted to gambling are those people that are for the profit and as for the people that are for the games. They are rich enough to make gambling as an addictive hobby, we will not stay in gambling if we don't have a hope that we'll get a good return and profit here and because we did experience that there's more chance to earn in a fast way, we stay. And we are also aware that there's a big chance also that we can lose.

You gave me a chill to relax now and this is something not only funny but it's sort of conspiracy. 3 years from now bitcoin will hit $12k? That's a good one I wish that I have 10-20 bitcoins by that time so that I can keep on pursuing my dream to become rich. Anyway thanks for the happy moment with the picture you posted and keep on asking that guy from the future on what will be bitcoin's price on 2025.

3653  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: lucky ! does it influences by a woman beside of us? on: September 16, 2017, 09:30:20 AM
Haha this is nice thread, I tried before going to a Bingo Center with my pregnant wife and every time i only need 1-2 box i always rub my wife stomach for luck and guess what, I've finish playing Bingo that day and never won any.

Haha that's superstition isn't working for you. I thought that belief is real that when there is a preggy and you gamble on that day after rubber her stomach you'll be lucky on that day. I found this thread funny too, as for the situation and example given at the original post, there's nothing to do with luck and having your girl beside you when you gamble, it's just a coincidence.
3654  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2016/17 NBA Season on: September 16, 2017, 09:17:26 AM
2016/17 nba season for me the power house golden states warrios.with adition of kevin durant i think no one team beat the gsw.i think next season gsw is the power house team

No doubt that you are a Golden State Warrior fan right? There's no doubt that they are a powerhouse team and they are good in making team plays. But don't forget their rivalry with Cavaliers, we have now an upgraded Cavs with Derrick Rose and Isaiah Thomas so this is still an exciting season but let's not just stay with these two teams as this league is not only about them.

3656  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: can gambling give you lessons in life? on: September 15, 2017, 05:41:16 AM
I think it can, maybe when you've learned your lessons in gambling or if you've lost almost everything because of it. My father had a friend who's a gambler, he lost his family, his business, his job, house, car and almost everything. Every time he visits our home, he keeps telling us that gambling would bring you nothing good. So we better not start gambling.

That's devastating that he lost almost everything he had and good thing that he had a friend(your father) that is willing to assist him. Maybe he's not too good in controlling his emotion and base on what I know we are very hard core gamblers because of our feeling and we are ready to lose everything we've got when we are decided with our move.
3657  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: the future of gambling on: September 14, 2017, 11:25:19 AM
I think the future of gambling is using cryptocurrencies and it will definitely phase out fiat gambling. Because in fiat gambling it is super hard to deposit, withdraw and other funds management because of the KYC policies of gambling sites. That is totally eliminated by adopting cryptocurrency into gambling sites. It also speeds up transaction in and out of the gambling site, which is good for the casinos and the players.

Seeing the future with phase out fiat gambling is possible but it won't happen for the next 10 years or even 20 years. It's what we call traditional gambling, there will be gamblers who are going to choose the digital gambling and there are some who loves to gamble in physical casino's gambling out their own cash, the experience are different.
The shifting to gambling with crypto is very faster and it is obvious that within a few years like within a two years they all will shift to bitcoin gambling only. It is because people feel more confident and security in bitcoin and they often gamble more with bitcoin.

I don't think they will "all" shift to bitcoin gambling only, there's no one can know the future of gambling. I'm thinking of these things but possibilities are possibilities and we really don't have an idea if that's going to happen, it may or it may not be. And everything is depending on what will be the demand and the decision of the casino's that operate.
3658  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: I always lose all my tokens and btc on gambling~ on: September 14, 2017, 10:13:22 AM
I guess, gambling is not actually for me.

If you do really think that gambling is not for you, try to find some other things or activities that should be for you.

I kinda feel bad on all the tokens wasted on gambling but it's kinda my "when I'm bored" hobby.

All of us will feel bad if we are wasted and keeps on losing, this is one of the feelings that I don't want to feel when I'm losing.

Do you guys have any tips on how to not to lose all you tokens on gambling?
Set a limit and with this way you have a control to your tokens and you can't lose it all.
3659  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: can gambling give you lessons in life? on: September 14, 2017, 09:21:56 AM
It will teach you the greatest lesson and you will learn it only when everything is too late to stop. The lesson which is never do gambling ever again.

Lesson only if you are failing in gambling but there are some positive lessons that you can learn in gambling even if you lose or win. Just be good with the amount you are winning and don't ask for more because that's the start of your trouble when you ask more and you don't stop for that day you know what will be the result.
3660  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2016/17 NBA Season on: September 14, 2017, 09:06:36 AM
So this is true? I saw a facebook NBA page and said that Dwyane Wade is now on Cavaliers and signed a 1 year, 5.2M contract. And I tried to research about it if that's true and I found this video http://hoopshype.com/storyline/dwyane-wade-to-cavaliers/ Lebron and Wade playing together. Any confirmation here and reliable source?

I watched the video, it's hard to assume or speculate if there is no confirmation about that rumors. Rumors will be rumors if there is no real contract signing or maybe Wade shows some interest to play with Lebron. I only see that these two players are still buddy if they are in different team, we only think that Wade will jump on Cavs because of this video.
Still it's fun to speculate, I love wade to be in the cavaliers as together with Lebron they will have a good chance to win the NBA Finals.
Wade is clutch and he can help Lebron in that manner, he may be not as healthy as he was before but he can deliver and with great players that were added in the cavaliers squad, they are underrated.
Seems that everyone loved Dwyane Wade to play together with Lebron James but still there's no news around and everything that are popping out through social media's are just speculations and still considered as an hoax. And the good thing about James he's a versatile player and can adjust with different mates that he have but well let's just move on and wait for some updates.
