3641  Other / Off-topic / Re: How to identify fake news on: April 24, 2020, 04:53:42 PM
Well guided to identify fake news.
Nowadays ethics is a small price to pay for fulfilling ones  personal interests.
Ownership patterns, conflict of interest,  are some motivations that generate unethical behaviour in social media users . Even journlists are responsible for spreading fake news .They are also sometime biased.
One should always crosscheck the news which they are confronting daily. Otherwise they will also get influenced by fake news and act biased.
Exactly.
The problem is not just fake news. Many are really bias (which are very obvious) and shameless about it.. I think this creates alot of problems for societies and the world in general.
But I  think decentralized journalism will solve a lot of the problems: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5239330.msg54191426#msg54191426

I think they should very independent, thorough, ethical, honest, unbais, accountable, safe and properly paid
3642  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What happened to Liberland? on: April 24, 2020, 03:19:05 PM
Things like that probably need its parallel online/virtual world built before the physical one. And the developers will likely need to implement the ideals of Blockchain/Bitcoin on the physical one to make it a unique success.
I guess the initiators tried things their own way but encounter too many difficulties?
Besides, a good and safe "liberland" shouldn't exist in one location.
3643  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: PREVISION / INFLUENCIATION on Randomness / Randomised results on: April 24, 2020, 10:34:35 AM
Well, I experience similar thing too. When I am very focused and predict that I will catch some balls or stones I throw far up in the air, I tend to catch them. I even tend to be more effective when I don't think about what I am doing (especially in stuff I am already good at)
I think we just do better at predicting what we assume is random, when we are very focused.
3644  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Has this period killed your desire or exited it on: April 24, 2020, 09:57:29 AM
Sport/game, unity and enjoyment/fun combined are ok for me, as long as people are watching or participating in good type of sports/games  (Everything they show on TV should matter too though, so people don't get too exposed to unethical/bad/immoral things.)

By the way, some of the club matches I  watched in the past usually happen in the weekends or few times in a week.. This is ok to avoid indulgence.
So watch the good/safe sports, and also bet if you want, as long you are not doing this things to much or taking big risks.

3645  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: UEFA : Complete Domestic Competitions! on: April 24, 2020, 08:38:29 AM
Playing with many spectators should be ok... nothing prevents them (spectators) from practicing social distancing (and have their protection gears on) to  prevent the  crowd situations.

I wonder if the players will play with masks and other protection gears. Can they even avoid body contacts in such competitive sporting events? They probably shouldn't be doing this if they take the health organizations safety measures recommendations seriously.

Well, I think people should be able to enter stadia without going against the health organizations safety recommendation which some or most governments rely on.
3646  Other / Off-topic / Re: What is your thought during ECQ on: April 24, 2020, 07:28:24 AM
For me,I thought this covid19 pandemic is a wake up call for all of us,not only in the Philippines but all over the world, what if the Corona virus is a man made?and of course the vaccine is also a man made,,and the vaccine contain the chips, that called we save from the covid if we take a vaccine.. but...I read the article before, the article saying we need to wear a chips as our personal identy,we don't have any access like a bank, stores and etc..if we don't have a chips in our body,,,this quarantine think me a lot, what is the meaning of life if this chips happen...should you take the vaccine??

In regards to the chip, no one can force you to put things inside of your delicate body. What a strange thing to do! People should do that willingly (*really willingly). If they decide to force such things in you, then you know it's time to flee such society for safety. I will recommend fleeing to good communities that are independent of the systems, that live in isolated places, like in forest, caves etc

3647  Other / Off-topic / Re: What is your thought during ECQ on: April 24, 2020, 07:18:30 AM
Only take things that are safe for you. Is the vaccine safe? If it's safe, then no need to be afraid, but if it's not, don't take it else you have problems in the future.
Those who produce the vaccine should guarantee that it is safe, in order to convince people in doubt. I think it should be a signed agreement between them and the world....which should include going to jail if the vaccine causes problems to anyone in any way.
The side effects should be clearly stated so we can know exactly what to charge them with. If the side-effects aren't bad (maybe miniscule problems can be tolerated a bit) then they could be considered. Perhaps, people should understand what the side effects are(which should little & not bad) anything harmful outside of the little side effects should be treated as serious crime and breach of agreement.

3648  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Audio money in crypto on: April 23, 2020, 04:04:20 PM
What exactly is "audio money" by the way Smiley ?  I tried understanding the meaning before commenting but  found very little about it on the internet. Guess it's local/new slang or something?
I checked the coin out via Google, it does really do much aside "self mining". The negative comments here about the project is probably justified.
3649  Other / Off-topic / They share this world with us (Children of GOD vs children of satan) on: April 23, 2020, 02:59:06 PM
So, be mindful of what you bring into this world via sexual lawlessness and other means. children 🐍 🐍 of the evil one 🐲  are very hardened and always give the children of GOD and the world problems.

Quote
JESUS's Parable of the Wheat and the Tares

"Another parable He put forth to them, saying: “The kingdom of heaven is like a man who sowed good seed in his field;
but while men slept, his enemy came and sowed tares among the wheat and went his way. But when the grain had sprouted and produced a crop, then the tares also appeared. So the servants of the owner came and said to him, ‘Sir, did you not sow good seed in your field? How then does it have tares?’ He said to them, ‘An enemy has done this.’ The servants said to him, ‘Do you want us then to go and gather them up?’ But he said, ‘No, lest while you gather up the tares you also uproot the wheat with them. Let both grow together until the harvest, and at the time of harvest I will say to the reapers, “First gather together the tares and bind them in bundles to burn them, but gather the wheat into my barn.” —Matthew 13:24-30

Parable Explained:

"Then He left the crowds and went into the house. And His disciples came to Him and said, “Explain to us the parable of the tares of the field.”  And He said, “The one who sows the good seed is the Son of Man, and the field is the world; and as for the good seed, these are the sons of the kingdom; and the tares are the sons of the evil one; and the enemy who sowed them is the devil, and the harvest is the end of the age; and the reapers are angels. “So just as the tares are gathered up and burned with fire, so shall it be at the end of the age.
“The Son of Man will send forth His angels, and they will gather out of His kingdom all stumbling blocks, and those who commit lawlessness, and will throw them into the furnace of fire; in that place there will be weeping and gnashing of teeth.
“Then THE RIGHTEOUS WILL SHINE FORTH AS THE SUN in the kingdom of their Father. He who has ears, let him hear."—Matthew 13:36-43

Interesting to know that Wheat and tares look very identical. Google and see.
3650  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Many cryptocurrencies — how important is that for you in casinos? on: April 23, 2020, 10:37:38 AM
Wonder why you suggested Ripple or Tron.
Well, variety is certainly better than having one or few cryptocoins that may be lacking in my desired features. Will definitely go for the decentralized ones in favour of the centralized though. I will also consider a coin volatility level, transaction speed, security etc
3651  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Are blockchain & 5G offering new opportunities for online bitcoin casinos? on: April 23, 2020, 09:48:30 AM
Might work and could really benefit casinos if 5G is already secured as a technology but we still have reported that 5G could be dangerous to everyone.

Some articles might be fake but this might be theories from different people, I won't complain about 5G if the study of 5G is completed that it is not affecting humans on the other hand we are all going to benefit in 5G technology.

It's hard to find complete facts about the danger aspect, esp in regards to radiation. Lots of contradictory opinions on the matter.
There are indirect dangers that will most likely occur though. Things like AI, autonomous stuff, driverless vehicles could be used wrongly/immorally... whether in the secret, illegally,  open or legally.
Just hope people create what they can control.

3652  Economy / Gambling / Re: 9-2 sportsbook record! Hottest sports going on. on: April 23, 2020, 08:55:25 AM
Baltimore travels to San Francisco in what should be a great game. Two of the best defenses in the. The x-factor is Lamar Jackson. Baltimore is rated 87 while the 49ers are at 88. Jackson has a rating of 92. If there is one team that can stop Jackson, it's San Francisco. Take SF +2.5

https://www.simulationfoots.com

Big time bitcoin bonuses at these places.

Interesting.
I was wondering were on earth does crowded sports still go on these days, then I saw the link (stimulation).
I guess this is about  stimulated sportting games and not the physical ones? Does it happen between real cities (whether stimulation or not)?

It's a sportsbook playing a video game and showing it live on twitch. They play Madden 20 CPU vs. CPU and put up a betting line. There is also live betting. It's becoming the most popular way to bet sports.

https://www.simulationfoots.com

Games and video feed in can be found in the link above.

 Interesting.
The locations (Baltimore travels to San Francisco for example) are just game locations, and not the real locations, right?
The "travel" in between makes things look abit real.
Well, If you gain some good reputation here(or even try the copper badge), you could end up attracting more players, you know.
3653  Other / Politics & Society / Re: COVID-19 teaches all of us. on: April 23, 2020, 08:32:10 AM
I do know that a lot of people are worried about not having any job they are doing right now, but having enough time to spend with our family is very important.
We don't enjoy that togetherness in the family because it's unplanned and economic needs remain a top priority for now. However this can't be left for too long, survival is more important than being together in this case.

I guess you should be growing foods by now. Growing foods doesn't really work very well for people in cities/towns. Better to go to rural areas, get some lands and start growing chicken(eggs/meat) , sheep, goats, cows(milk/meat), fruits/vegetables, corn, beans, rice, groundnut, etc. Whatever does well in your local environment should be grown... You can barter the foods with your community if you don't have much money,or even dry and store some long-term.
I would barter for things like solar/rechargeable torch, radios, drugs and other things that are necessary for survival.
3654  Other / Off-topic / Re: "Now, more than ever, Political Organizations need to push!” on: April 23, 2020, 08:06:32 AM
It's important to go about this the right way so people don't get into more troubles. There is only ONE Right WAY, but many don't seem to like that way.  Most are unaware that the right way is currently be used to save them. There is serious spiritual & physical battle going on right now. One side of the battle is fighting to save lives, the other side is fighting to destroy.
Many lost people don't know their real enemies. In fact, they are ignorantly being used to fight against those(the righteous & holy ones) fighting for them and helping those who hate them.
3655  Other / Off-topic / Re: Create a Stimulated cryptocurrency space? on: April 22, 2020, 04:13:03 PM
Gaming platform? How is it possible for a gamer to exploit the bugs of a crypto currency?

If someone wants to exploit the bugs then they can do it on their own by from their home and only who have enough technical knowledge can do it.

Not just the bug aspect... Things like these will be taken into account: exploiting a cryptocurrency PoW/PoS system, tracing developers homes, shutting down the internet, wealthy investors threatening to defund a project, severe censorship, pressure from the authorities (and how to respond to such pressures), tracing all cryptocurrency users to harm them,  attacking via centralized exchanges, exploiting the consensus mechanisms, etc

It should be possible to build successful defenses against such attacks(and to counter attack) with proper decentralization and solid security in the stimulated game and get rewarded
3656  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Is 51% attack a crime? on: April 22, 2020, 03:44:10 PM
Will just focus on the main question "is 51% attack a crime? "

Well, the action of the attacker will not only affect the Bitcoin network, it will also affect lots of people. It'll take away their hard earned valuable coins.
The attacker could actually be punished by the law if caught and judged in a country with just law. Imagine a government not judging a confirmed thief or economic saboteur for whatever reason. That is not justice.
3657  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Is Betting Double After Losing is Really a Good Decision? on: April 22, 2020, 10:54:36 AM
You can use any strategy if you are lucky, martingale is good for people who are not lucky in picking bets so they want to try many times and if they'll win one bet, they'll win back all their loses, and I would say this is a bad strategy for unlucky people especially if they don't have the discipline.
Your statement is quite confusing. How can you mesh strategy and luck, they are much different! If you can win only based on the luck, it means you don't need any strategies. Regarding martingale, I don't think it is an effective strategy for betting. Some gamblers even got more losses by using that strategy. I suggest to learn it more before you conclude it is good or not to use.
Meaning most win or have small losses(referring to the bolded part)?
Well, I guess it's called a strategy because it's probably not really based on luck. Maybe few can become successful with the strategy by learning or practicing it. Could be somewhat skill-based strategy? I guess those who are consistently successful in the strategy or are at least earning a living from it, can confirm here.

3658  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Are blockchain & 5G offering new opportunities for online bitcoin casinos? on: April 22, 2020, 09:47:29 AM
I guess some of the things you listed that will happen when 5G and Blockchain combines can also  be achieved with the current internet speed.
Guess  AI, autonomous/self-driving stuff, fast interconnectivity between online devices, are some of the main reasons they want the faster one... Maybe it will make Bitcoin Casinos function quickly in a more complex way.
3659  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Implement a Max Bet Option on Sportsbooks on: April 22, 2020, 09:26:19 AM
I have thought about this too (not sure if that's what you are talking about though). Is it more like automating your bet to bet for you for maybe 1 month while you are not in the casino? I guess similar thing is already in place for, probably some luck-based bettings.
Things like that will really help in the area of addiction or spending alot of time playing luck-based games especially
3660  Other / Off-topic / Re: Let's finally do something about the COVID-19. on: April 22, 2020, 08:55:12 AM
It seems to me that the best thing that can be done is to adhere to the recommendations and observe quarantine.

Would be nice if they clearly outline the "recommendations" and post it somewhere for people (including the leaders) to copy and use as guide in places that strongly adhere to such recommendations.  If John is arrested and accused of not adhering to the recommendation, he could demand to know which one he broke. And both will have the exact copies of the recommendation to judge from.
