3661  Economy / Exchanges / Re: Can anyone verify these bitcoin services? on: July 09, 2016, 11:22:14 AM
If anyone has used either of these bitcoin services, please tell me if they can be trusted because these are not really popular.

This one is located in Germany.
https://bitnake.com/
This one has a active scam accusation opened in the forum.I have no idea about the later one.Why would you use them anyway ? Did you not find any well established web exchanges which offer same service as they do ? Little bit of research around the forum will yield you best possible results.
3662  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Does anyone here give trading tips to friends? on: July 09, 2016, 11:17:02 AM
Tricks of the Trade : Shitcoins are gonna shite, better stay away.
If that doesn't explain enough, don't ask your friends to buy or put money in the shitcoins which you may call "alts" in your language. Not even asking you to invest in bitcoins and wait for the price to rise, buy a automated trading bot, solves all your problems.Invest in the ideas rather investing in the asset.Lot of scope for bitcoin businesses right now, invest in them!Hopefully you will be the Mark Cuban of tomorrow.
3663  Economy / Web Wallets / Re: Xapo Wallet safe? on: July 09, 2016, 11:09:03 AM
Since you haven't got any replies from crap posters, let me answer you on their behalf (reduced by IQ level to -10 for a minute)

1. Safe as in - "The system is secure and hackers can't get into my account and steal my bitcoins because it has 2FA, cold storage vault, insurance etc"
and
What if your xapo account along with your email id is hacked ? No one can stop them. What if you run a script by mistake and or on purpose which changes your xapo copy paste address to theirs ? Very vulnerable, online wallets aren't safe.

2. Safe as in - "They are trustworthy company that will not 'steal' my bitcoins by freezing my account for arbitrary reasons/shutting down the service, as they hold the private keys for all my bitcoins and I have no way to retrieve my coins if they do"
They still have your private keys? You believe them just because they told you to?Looking at it technically, its not even your wallet, its a 3rd party wallet where you'd be hosting your coins.

IMHO, Xapo probably fits definition 1, they seem to have the external security stuff worked out. However, no one can prove (or disprove) that they fit into definition 2. This doesn't just apply to Xapo, this applies to pretty much any online wallet that doesn't give you full control of the private keys.
Correct.Moreover,you can never prove that.
3664  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Euro 2016 on: July 09, 2016, 11:01:47 AM
As France came out as unexpected winner in last match against Germany. It is possible to see it in same situation against Portugal which is playing very good and has good form as well. I will say taking big risk is not wise on final match. I am supporting France but it is game and performance will prevail in the end.
Agree.I thought Portugal would one of the teams to be out  long time back. But they didn't.That's the beauty of Football, the predictions can always result in unexpected situations. However Germany was quite a expected winner, too sad France took them over.I can see France winning the Cup,no offense to Ronaldo but France is way better in team play.
3665  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: What's the easiest sport to win bets at? on: July 09, 2016, 10:56:56 AM
I have tried betting on basketball, the NFL, soccer and baseball with mixed results. I am curious which sport has made you a consistent winner in sports bets. And why do you think you're a winner in that sport? Are some sports easier to handicap than others?
Nothing like that actually. It depends on you knowledge about the teams or the game you're betting on.Like it is easy to predict Turkey vs Germany but not France vs Germany.SO finally it just comes upto your knowledge and maybe luck I may add.On a side note,I felt Cricket bets are easier to predict and win since the results can be easily found out by the teams playing against each other.
3666  Bitcoin / Project Development / Re: BitcoinHistoricPrice.com on: July 09, 2016, 10:52:52 AM
Ever wonder what the USD value of a past Bitcoin transaction was? Sure, you can look up the price in a chart or graph, which takes a little time, then multiply the price by the number of Bitcoins. I never found a quicker way to do this, so I present http://BitcoinHistoricPrice.com, a quick and easy way to see the USD value of a past Bitcoin transaction. Or if you want to check a past Bitcoin price, just put in 1 bitcoin. I find this tool much handier that the other ways I've found to look up a past price. Note this tool is just looking up the daily price, so on some crazy volatile days, the spot price might have been very different.

Anyone else find this useful or have suggestions? Has anyone seen similar tools out in the wild?
Are you the developer behind it ? Seems interesting enough.I don't see how it calculates the price of a transaction in dollars though,In fact,it just doesn't work.I have tried several bug fixes.Major bug fixes needs to be done.It would be great if it can fetch all the details from the transactions and show the price on that particular time/day accordingly.
3667  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Your worst experience with bitcoin on: July 09, 2016, 10:48:22 AM
The BITCOIN SAGA
The effect of bitcoin on global market can't be overemphasized,  ranging from it daily use in numerous transactions. With all the good intentions. What adverse effects do you think can erupt from this cryptocurrency and also share you worst experience with bitcoin. BTC
I personally haven't experienced any of such events yet but surely share my opinions on the adverse affects that I think may have a greater impact on the trading system.
>Bitcoin is adapted by most of the people as a means of getting rich and investments, very few know the real intentions behind the revolution.I'm scared the share market may not be the stable economical factor.

>Buying Child Porn/Drugs is the way out with Cryptos.Bitcoins mostly, you know know if a 12 year old is behind them. Its subjective but bitcoin made it possible.

>The last and the most important,we're losing on intelligence, people are taking bitcoins as a way to finance to survival. They risk all they have with an experimental currency.I doubt that is leading them anywhere.
3668  Other / MultiBit / Re: Multibet HD 0.3.0 on: July 08, 2016, 06:55:46 PM
Hi I multibet HD version 0.3.0 this morning I had for its portfolio of about 0.15 BTC , have been confirmed now 0 and the bargain which were confirmed are unconfirmed locked to any block of time locked until 419799 block what it means ? How can I fix this?
1.I believe you have used google translate to paste those lines.Bad idea.Post the same in your local board if at all it exists.

2.Post the relevant txid's/addresses/etc.

3.If I have managed to understand the query, you had 0.15 bitcoins in your wallet which were not reflected but after changing a few settings you managed to recover 0.13 and you still have 0.02 missing ? Did you use their repair wallet tool yet ?
3669  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: OFFICIAL EURO 2016 Discussion and Tips Thread on: July 08, 2016, 06:49:35 PM
I can't decide, Portugal is I think a worse team than France. Sure. Portugal has Cristiano Ronaldo but France has Antoine Griezmann and Payet which are a killer combination. Cristiano is still not a killer player when he plays in the national team, but he can always deliver so I can't decide...
Calling a qualifying team for semi-final as a "worse" team, doesn't make you any more sensible. If the team was that bad, they wouldn't be here in the first place. No,Christianio Ronaldo is not the best player in the team, the entire team work matters when it comes to winning matches. You know they shouldn't have been losing all the matches if Cristiano alone could score all the goals.Of course you have Nani and others but team work is highly reflected in the matches.Without team work, you just cannot rely on one player to win the match.
3670  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 6-WINS IN ROW Challenge by Joca97 ,Follow me in the great run :) on: July 08, 2016, 06:02:35 PM
1 more remaining, need to think this one really through so we can complete this challenge
So proud of this win
Congratulations Joca! I could not keep up with the thread but glad you're finally getting there! How about you put your last bet on the last game of the Euro 2016 ?  Grin I'm sure we all will be equally excited.Your prediction would always be an advantage,I may add!

6 in a row is easy, real men go for 8 :
You either have to be utterly stupid or stupidly rich to do that. Also, real men do whatever the fuck they want. You're not even close.
3671  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Euro 2016 on: July 08, 2016, 05:09:35 PM
...But France has the help of referees.

If things are getting bad, they may find a penalty or a red card for Portugal, like they did against Germany.

Portugal really will have to push his luck to beat the home factor plus the referee help factor.
So basically ,France won one of the times against journey, suddenly all the referees started supporting French Players ?I can assume they were supporting Germany all these years ,right ? What happened ? Did Hitler secretly failed to pay them the dues ? Butthurt is strong with you mate. You're one of those ignorant fans who do shit like the British did.People are not blind, the game is watched by the thousands. You're a loser to make shit up.Take the game as it is ,don't fuckin come up with bullshit like that to cover up the loses. An idiot was arguing about the same thing of creating history few days back,I told him I'd still support France and he thought I will be losing bets.
3672  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: The Bitcoin blockchain on: July 08, 2016, 05:02:53 PM
The idea of private blockchains is just idiotic -
Correct. Moreover, there should be nothing such as a "private blockchain".Dissolves the entire meaning of it.Its totally opposite to the reasons it was created for.TrashCoin creators will never learn..

Advanced system are attaching to the Bitcoin blockchain too.  Over $1.7 million Tether were traded in last 24 hours on the Bitcoin blockchain.  Tether is basically 'dollars on the blockchain'.  You can move dollars to any Bitcoin address you like.  No exchange rate risk.  All that is done without any external chain.  It is 100% Bitcoin blockchain.

Yeah, your point being ? It's all said and done and we provably are over that phase.By now,big monsters like IBM/Cisco have already started running IOt based projects using blockchain.Nothing new,if you're comparing the existence of shitlods of other altcoins,I have some good news for you, there are going to be there, just there. Not affecting the bitcoin culture in anyway. Most of them are either pump and dump or investment scammers.

While Ethereum is in big trouble.  The Bitcoin blockchain presses on with some great stuff.
You must not compare. They aren't even in the same league anymore.
3673  Bitcoin / Project Development / Re: Attention Twitch.tv and Bitcoin users and/or streamers! Launched 7/4/16 on: July 08, 2016, 04:41:59 PM
Why is the URL of your website.org ? I mean including the domain doesn't make enough sense.App idea is nice, what's the catch ? How do you earn money ?People who advertise their twitch pay you for getting users ?
3674  Economy / Services / Re: Hiring - developer for cryptocurrency mining contract CRM/back-office system on: July 08, 2016, 04:38:59 PM
We could talk about this through my PM.I have recently stared working with a small team ,a small start-up I must say who do private projects ,basically CRM systems including dashboards deployed on a private server. Most of our clients are factory works who keep track of their employees and maintain a responsive database. If you are looking for a mid level budget service,we can probably develop it for you.As we work in agile fashion,we keep sending you updates which could be accesses from your machine daily.
3675  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Escrow - Mycelium (no third party) on: July 07, 2016, 06:18:49 PM
Has anyone looked into the Joint Escrow feature from mycelium?  https://gear.mycelium.com/joint_escrow

Looks as though two parties could handle escrow by themselves.
What about the return policies in case if any of the traders back out or try to default ? Recently, similar case happened and according to the company's (automated escrow's) policy, the coins won't be refunded till the next year.Sounds stupid right ? That's wrong with all the automated escrows.

here there are many escrow provide and have quite good reputation so why shod we use other escrow service
Because you simply can't trust humans ? Master=p was a reputable escrow too ? I'm not saying don't trust the reputed members but when computers can replace them and be more efficient ,you can always ditch the traditional ways.
3676  Economy / Web Wallets / Re: @blockchain.lnfo - be carefull - copy of @blockchain.info email on: July 07, 2016, 06:10:00 PM
1.Thanks for sharing it,you might as well consider the full details.

2.I wish you could mail him back and ask for the bitcoin address,in case he hasn't provided that before.

3.Pretty obvious its fake as blockchain.info doesn't even use the mail mentioned in there, check their official support.

4.Have you reported the mail to them ? Please do it :-Best way to make them aware is messaging on facebook, they reply instantly!
3677  Economy / Gambling / Re: #1 RATINGS of SPORTSBOOKS. Please post any payout delays. Input wanted from all. on: July 07, 2016, 05:07:11 PM
In response to the previous comment,sportsbet.io should be ranked as F.Check out their official thread, running a fake promo lottery with terrible odds and false promotions to attract attention. To add, they're run by the same agencies running most of the mentioned above D rated websites.People are simply enjoying the few satoshi's paid by the agency to attract more attention. To be honest, not sure why you have rated directbet.eu as bad, they're the best bitcoin based sports betting sites ever.Period.
3678  Other / Archival / Re: . on: July 07, 2016, 04:56:10 PM
what exactly the problem with my account?i didnt post since 2014 and what..... i  read this forums very often but don't post anything.
How dumb you think people here really are ? Let me hit you with the truth, you are shill spammer with 10 alternative accounts in 10 different signature campaigns, out of which 5 of them are enrolled in YoShit. You'd have 10 more accounts for sale in the auctions thread right now.Don't give us that "don't read this forums very often" bullcrap. For once if you guys could be genuine enough for the bitcoin scene.Typical shill you're mate.
3679  Economy / Lending / Re: 0.015 btc loan needed on: July 07, 2016, 04:38:28 PM
Could a DT please answer this question please? If I have to sell that account due to default would it be negged? Because that does not seem fair to lender
No,it would not be negged, provided you don't have to tell anyone that the account defaulted the loan. You don't have to openly sell the account which defaulted the loan. You need to have the signed messages from the previous owner that the account belongs to you incase of loan default.Worst case, your account will be tagged as neutral by the DT members, which makes it price =="worthless".Also, don't take accounts as collateral as most of the times either they are ditching the account or performing a bigger scam before ditching it.Zero tolerance policy is followed in such cases.
3680  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: OFFICIAL EURO 2016 Discussion and Tips Thread on: July 07, 2016, 04:31:48 PM
today is big match france vs germany
but I'm confusing to take bet on this match
under 2.5 goals or draw?
That's the whole point of betting on Final matches.I'm either way betting on France, risk has to be taken. The match could either be over 2.5 or a draw but penalties anyway will decide the winner anyway.Whenever in such a predicament ,always go with your favorite team.Smiley
