You go to the withdrawal history then just beside your latest withdrawal request if it is not successful then you will find a "cancel" button. You cancel that transaction and again go back and try for withdraw or wait for few minutes and try.

All these kinds of sites do not know how long it will survive hence people prefer to take their profit as early as possible. But in your site if I want to withdraw my profit every day then I almost need to invest few 100 dollars - do you think people take such a big risk to take just 1.33% every day?
