3661  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Floyd Mayweather vs Curtis Jackson (50 Cent) on: February 07, 2021, 12:29:41 PM
You can say all you want but as long as these people are still earning the money they wanted, yeah, I think it will not stop.

It will not stop because we are supporting it, there are people who are willing to spend $100 for a fight and that Floyd is taking advantage of his popularity. He have fights before and it was all successful, just an exhibition but people are watching, therefore we can't blame Floyd for continuously running his show.
3662  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Binance: $BNB The Future of Exchanges. on: February 07, 2021, 12:05:47 PM
I am not sure that reason is launchpad. Binance has held launchpads few years already
And i am not sure 15x 20x are back. Recent ieo-s were 3-4x max
I think main BNb weakness is exchange based coin. Coinbase never lists BNB. And exchange coin could never be same value like ETH

BNB should break outside binance if it wants to complete with ETH

BNB has the potential, this will continue to be develop and why would we compare it to ETH anyway?
It's too early, ETH has already reached a new ATH and probably soon it will be trading at $2k while we doubt BNB will reach $100.

If you look at them, they are both successful, but they have different platform, and with that said, they can not compete for now.
Maybe in the future, but Binance exchange and BNB will always go together because it was its exchange that brought BNB to this good price.
3663  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: NBA 2020-2021 betting on: February 07, 2021, 11:29:39 AM
I got 2 win streak already, going for 3.

Posting my pick in advance.

Game: Clippers vs Sacramento Kings.

Paul George remains OUT against Sacramento Kings

For me, its not really a problem as I like the situation of the Clippers now, they came from a loss so I believe they will bounce back and win.
Therefore my pick is : LA Clippers -8.5
3664  Economy / Speculation / Re: When Bitcoin is going cross $40k again? on: February 06, 2021, 11:08:55 PM
It's been weeks since there has been fluctuations in Bitcoin and everytime there is a pump we think it's going to break the ATH and cross $40k once again but it hardly reaches till $35k and then drops back. What does it mean? Will we see Bitcoin crossing $40k once again or not? It cannot stable between $25k to $35k and I think it's either going to drop below $30k or pump up and cross $40k in upcoming weeks. What's your though ?

check the Bitcoin price now! The price is past $ 40k and the bullish sentiment continues,
have you sold it below $ 40? If so I suggest you buy it at the current price of $ 40k,
because many predictions come to take positions with a sell target of $ 50k. , I hope this helps.

This is the kind of game I don't want to play, unless I'm doing it for short term.
$50k is just another monster, we headed to high now but we failed to realize the chance to fall back is getting higher.

Anyway, with proper risk management you can still do it, just try to put some stop-loss limit, you'll be fine.
3665  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2021 NBA Season on: February 06, 2021, 10:40:13 PM
Now all the players are saying they don’t want an all star game... Not sure where that came from. You’d think LeBron would want to chase more all star game records while he has the chance. I hope Adam Silver stands his ground and makes them do an all star weekend of some kind. That game has always been for the fans and we need it after how sports have been the last year.

If I'm not mistaken and that topic was discussed here before, prior to the opening of the 2020-21 NBA Season, part of the changes this season is not having an All-Star game, obviously limiting the activity related to the pandemic. I'm really surprised when NBA All-Star voting commenced so I did some research and found no article stating that All-Star will really push through.

What I found is, voting just began but there's no official announcement if there will be an All-Star game. As I also stated in the other thread, maybe the voting was part of the preparation just in case there will be a change of plan if NBA pushes the All-Star game.

I do remember that, so I kinda not expect it as well, but of course everyone wants to see an all star, and the set up now is different from the last season which was a bubble, so if they will host an all star, I think nothing would really change since these teams have traveled to play just like the old set up, the only difference is the limited audience compared to the usual (before covid-19).
3666  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: NBA 2020-2021 betting on: February 06, 2021, 10:18:36 PM
-3.5 later for the Nuggets against the Kings. @1.93.

Good luck, looks good, Nuggets might bounce back.

My pick.

Game
Brooklyn Nets vs Philadelphia 76ers.

Durant is now listed as questionable and Kyrie Irving is out with a finger injury.

Good news for 76ers, but even if they will play, I would still play the 76ers. So my bet is;

Philadelphia 76ers. -4.5
3667  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: NBA 2020-2021 betting on: February 05, 2021, 11:39:56 PM
My pick for tonight.

Game
Milwaukee Bucks vs Cleveland Cavaliers.

Based on the last two games of the Bucks, they won by over 20 points, so it's not a problem winning against the Cavaliers who loss by 22 points against the Clippers in their previous game.

PICK : Milwaukee Bucks -11 , good luck as always!

Broner vs Santiago Feb 20 Showtime Championship Boxing (SCB)
Ok guys, I've unliock the thread and updated it with Broner's new opponent, (thanks to  bisdak40 for messaging me), Puerto Rico's Jovanie Santiago.

This Santiago although a replacement is good he has a strong punch and likes to go deeper in the body, but the biggest question is can he connect with a very agile Broner, but it's a good replacement though it's Broner's last chance to get back in the limelight, there's no excuse for him to lose here, it's a career ending loss if he lose here.

Good replacement because it gives Broner a good chance of winning since Santiago is not as good as Pedro Campa's record which is 31-1, while Jovanie Santiago only has 14 fights so far.

If Jovanie Santiago can connect, I think he can if he does the right timing, he also has a good KO record, so with a perfect game plan, he can come up as a winner here and that will make him popular in boxing as fans knows Broner.
3669  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2021 NBA Season on: February 05, 2021, 06:32:40 AM

That game was really great on the 1st up to 3rd quarter but when the 4th quarter starts Kelly Oubre Jr. just got fired up and Scored 40 pts. on this game, and Draymond Green had 15 assist this game.
Probably the season high for Draymond Green for assists while also a season high for Oubre  Jr. with 7 3 points made in the game.
Damn, Warriors are scaring teams with their offense, lol...

I think I wanna see the Warriors vs Nets, it seems like they can make a 300 points in a game combined.

While the other team Jazz, Trail Blazers, Rockets, and Lakers had made their win today.
Lebron had triple double, Lakers beat my team Angry
3670  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: NBA 2020-2021 betting on: February 05, 2021, 06:19:09 AM
Just went neck deep in lakers/nuggets over 217.5, they better not disappoint.  I have a feeling this will be a shootout. Lakers usually play a tight slow game but nuggets aren't going to play that game.  Don't know who but I expect a 119-112 game tonight.  Go offense!!!! Lol

They did disappoint you as they played real defense, especially the Lakers, the game went under but I'm more disappointed on what the Nuggets have showed in this game.

They were ahead in the first half but things turn around in the 2nd half and they did not anymore recover.

3rd q - Lakers 37-17 denver
4th q - Lakers 31 -18 Denver
3671  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2021 NBA Season on: February 04, 2021, 11:00:24 PM
Hello, couple of bets for today:

Hawks - Jazz: My bet

76ers - Trail Blazers: My bet

Grizzlies - Rockets: My bet

In my opinion Jazz and 76ers should win today's matches, as they look better and more confident now, but I'm a little unsure about 76ers, as in the last games Lillard had much less work than before, so there is a chance that we will see a lot of 3-pointers ... Rockets in recent games show themselves quite confidently and only lost, while John Wall's absence. Perhaps today is the day when Grizzlies can be overthrown from their convenient place. GL!  Wink

Hawks-Jazz: Jazz have been doing an awesome job so far. They are the leader in the Western Conference. I also think they will win the game.
76ers-Trail Blazers: 76ers are another perfect team of the season. They are the leader in the Eastern Conference. They lost once and won the rest of 11 home games. I think they will win this too against Trail Blazers.
Grizzlies-Rockets: It is one of the hard games to predict. They are not too away from each other but Grizzlies have better statistics in the table. I see in the last 5 head-2-heads that Rockets won 3 games and Memphis won the remaining ones. I think we will have a quite close game but Rockets seem closer to the win to me this time.

I would also bet on the Jazz here, Hawks been so consistent lately, while jazz will go for another win streak.

I think @JEFE92 , you can bring your post at @NBA 2020-2021 betting, lots of interesting post on NBA betting in that thread, I love to see you contribute.
3672  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: NBA 2020-2021 betting on: February 04, 2021, 10:39:34 PM
This bet of mine tonight is quite so scary Grin Grin not so confident but I'll still go with it.

Lakers vs Nuggets.

My pick. Nuggets +5, Nuggets ML, under 217..

Good luck everyone, this game should be fun.
3673  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Is Polkadot going to Kill Ethereum? on: February 01, 2021, 09:52:41 PM
Every coin that is in the top 5 might already have this kind of thread, except for USDT (I think).

The possibility is always there but ETH is just too huge now compared to the coin behind it, for now XRP is next to ETH with only $18 billion marketcap while ETH already at $150 billion.

Per record in CMC, DOT has only $14 billion, so it's just less than 10% of ETH's marketcap, it's a tough battle if it aim to kill Ethereum.
The number speaks for the reality, we can't deny it.
3674  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [Boxing] Tyson Fury vs. Anthony Joshua on: February 01, 2021, 09:27:46 PM
~
But let's forget about that as we are about to know the best fighter and we would know once this fight will be realized.
The biggest advantage Anthony Joshua always had was that he was able to attract huge crowds even if he was fighting a journeyman and the Ruiz upset was a wake up call and the good thing was that he accepted the defeat and worked hard, not like Wilder who is always trying to come up with excuses one after the other.

I have no doubt that this will be the biggest fight in history and if they allow audience they can fill a big stadium.

It's a positive kind of hard work, Joshua has easily redeemed his name and if he make an excuse during the loss, he was right since he dominated Ruiz in the rematch, unlike Wilder of course that he never win a single fight against Fury but fans weigh the fight of Fury is bigger than AJ since Fury came as the underdog in the first fight while AJ was the favorites in both fights.
3675  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2021 NBA Season on: February 01, 2021, 09:11:35 PM

What I noticed is everytime Westbrook faced Durant, he seemed to get better, and I'm pretty much impressed with Westbrooks 3 point shooting that night as he got a good shooting percentage, especially the last shot which give them a very good win. Westbrook shot 4/7 from 3 point, you don't see that every game.

indeed! It was incredible the Westbrooks performance. I could never imagine that Nets will lose this match, even when I thought they had the 'threes' available but I don't know why James Harden didn't play a single minute this time, probably he had some issues or who knows. Really disappointed with the final score. I am a big NET fan & supporter!

This was the reason why we didn't see James Harden in this game.

Nets' James Harden (thigh contusion) out vs. Wizards

He will be back soon, don't worry we will see the big 3 playing together again, but their defense is the worse to be honest.
3676  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [Boxing]: Naoya Inoue vs Michael Dasmarinas (No date yet) on: February 01, 2021, 12:55:53 PM
Still in operation as a rumor but one thing is definitely sure that, odds will be competitive becasue of the caliber of fighter in this fight.
It's not possible, Inoue was the heavy favorites in his last two fights and if we will compare Dasmarinas on the the achievement of the last 2 opponents of Inoue, I think they have better achievement. Therefore, I expect the same odds or even less competitive.

Correct, because if we look at the betting odds for Casimero vs Inoue, you'll be surprise that Inoue is still heavily favored despite both are champions.

As this article says: https://mb.com.ph/2020/03/05/odds-stacked-against-john-riel-casimero-as-vegas-heavily-favors-naoya-inoue/

Quote
Reports from Las Vegas put Inoue an 11-2 favorite and Casimero a 7-2 underdog in their scheduled 12-rounder at Mandalay Bay.

According to Casimero’s chief handler Sean Gibbons, a measly bet of $2 for Casimero wins $7 while a whopping $11 wager wins a mere $2.

So we can use that as a basis to estimate the betting odds of this fight.
3677  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [Boxing] Tyson Fury vs. Anthony Joshua on: February 01, 2021, 12:40:53 PM

And as underdog against Fury, it's a good bet, as the stakes are high, maybe he would and rise to the occasion again.

True, lots of bettors will be attracted to the betting odds for Joshua because he can fight and he hasn't really loss against a fighter that he was dominated, his loss was only due to him being careless but in the past few fights he has matured already because he is careful and fighting with good timing.
3678  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: NBA 2020-2021 betting on: February 01, 2021, 12:19:12 PM
Here's my early picks as well

Dallas Mavericks vs Phoenix Suns.

I can't believe that Dallas are already in a 5 losing streak, I like this team so much so I'm betting that they will finally get a win against the Suns.
The betting odds is only -1.5 for the Mavericks, so I'm gonna take it and betting on the Dallas Mavericks to win by 11+ points @4.35 odds.

Seems like people are really using DOGE to gamble, I voted for DOGE and I'm happy to see that we have gamblers who knows how to minimize the fees in gambling. DOGE actually are cheap and fast when transferring your money and it's very suitable in gambling, unfortunately not every site that I'm gambling with accepts DOGE.

Congrats @morvillz7z on that great win.. My bet lose, I was thinking it will easily hit the under but it did not happen, so I'll just bounce back tomorrow like I always do.  Smiley

^ This has to be one of the unluckiest bets you've ever had, it was textbook UNDER.
