3661  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Blindness in DeFi and sheeple to wealth on: December 01, 2020, 03:04:22 PM
The majority of them are not generally worried about security that is so acceptable there, so programmers can undoubtedly get in and break into it, possibly this is simply important for their game by giving reasons this way so everybody realizes that it truly occurred.

In the event that it will happen like that it is smarter to leave and proceed onward with another task and go to pick an undertaking that is truly useful for future possibilities on the grounds that a decent choice will make your venture more secure and there are no questionable reasons later on.

I have to unfortunately agree with you here,,, most people who have lots of money in crypto just seem to ignore the fact that they are putting so much at risk when they play with smart contracts and code that they do not understand. Blindly putting their money in pools and staking and thinking they are going to get so much back.
3662  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Premier League Prediction Thread 2020/2021 on: December 01, 2020, 01:05:48 PM
It was quite unbelievable to see Fulham managing to steal 3 points away from the hands of Leicester City as Fulham have one of the worst defending record in the English Premier League at the moment, I guess the battle between teams fighting for survival in the relegation zone will become more intense this season as even Arsenal are starting to get closer to the relegation zone if they keep on losing more games.

This season is very tight in all the european leagues actually but the English table is looking like the most tight from top to bottom almost. 11 points separate #1 to #16,,, 2 or 3 games can change the positions drastically. In German league 14 points Spanish leage 14 points, Italian 15 points, French 14 points.
3663  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: What do you think of OKEx loyalty rewards programs? on: December 01, 2020, 11:29:48 AM
I never really saw these loyalty programs as worth it for me,,, and I am sure most people like us hardly trade more than a few times a year (I just strictly use to exchange). Moving platforms only makes sense for pure traders who do a lot of trades or make high volume ones. But since every exchange has loyalty offers,,, does not make sense to keep moving.

First yellow hat of the season for your boy LFC_Bitcoin
Well you could have acknowledged your yellow hat without showing the wooden spoon winner Smiley

I managed to get 1 (one) point in 10 games. No wonder I lost a shitload of money betting this weekend as well. This must be a record of some kind.

Well done again LFC;) I guess I should not be too upset I feel down some places, at least it is still in 16th place AND it is not too far away from the top,,, except tomahawk he looks like he's just adding to his lead every round we play,,,

3.5 points for me, must be the lowest scores for everyone. Big winners: Manchester City.
3665  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: PayPal blocked a member's account due to cryptocurrency trading on: December 01, 2020, 09:15:39 AM
I really do not get why anyone would use PayPal first of all to buy Bitcoin (but I get it if they have no other option and they can actually access Paypal) to trade.

Even if you cannot legally use exchanges for real crypto, there are still plenty of derivatives trading (trading Bitcoin futures or options or XBT shares that are based on BTC).
3666  Economy / Gambling / Re: 🔶 YOLOdice.com 🔶 "To the Moon" NUMBER HUNT competition with 20+ ETH prizes on: December 01, 2020, 07:18:13 AM
With days left to the end,,, I guess ethan's original suggestion for the name was not such a bad one after all, Bitcoin reached a new ATH for 2020 yesterday, and in some places practically broke the ATH of 2017. Good times are coming again and let us hope people feel a bit more adventurous with their casino rolling;)
3667  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What looks like a bad investment but it is Not on: November 30, 2020, 02:44:17 PM
Okay. i saw ethereum made a 10 to 20% price gain within 3 days.My initial thoughts was on the current Ethereum 2.0 approaching. with that in mind i strongly believed that Ethereum will sell pass 600 to 800usd before 2020 ends. This lead me to purchase Ethereum at 580usd.unfortunately, the rebound in the market(which is expected) hit me at the wrong time.
i think i will regain my profits but it is obvious that it will take time. To the lovely community members here, what might look like a failed or lost in investment but actually not a lost.

ETH already passed $600 once and now after falling back down to below $500 it has recovered halfway of the journey back to 2020 ATH.

I do feel in two worlds about ETH. I bought it a bit late around $400 so I am in profit now and I am confident it will go back to $1000 at some point, but I was actually a converted buyer. Avoided it all the way until 2018/19 when I finally saw that ETH was not as bad as it used to be.

Definitely for me, seemed like a bad investment at the time. But you have to hand it to them. They have done a lot for themselves now and have proven their utility.
3668  Economy / Gambling / Re: FORTUNEJACK.COM |Deposit 777 play with 1777 mBTC |Live Casino, Slots, Betting on: November 30, 2020, 02:08:22 PM
I have personally gambled on way too many games I normally wouldn't just because I got free bets, not just on fortunejack but on all places I gamble, I keep getting free bets for not gambling for a while for example and I return to place I once quit just to gamble those free bets.

It is definitely a strange behavior to observe indeed when people are just so upset and so vicious when it comes to free bets! I mean, it is tough enough to turn a profit from regular betting, so when I get freebets, I'm just grateful. But rain,,, freebets,,, vouchers etc. People fight and moan about it so much I really do not get them.

Freebets are awesome! I would play them however I get them. NBA. NFL. Anything I do not even understand as long as it is free. I would bet on the moon or the weather if you gave me a freebet;)
3669  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: HEX is your last chance at a 10000x crypto. on: November 30, 2020, 12:51:36 PM
Question for all of you HEX people. And I know I have been knocking the project before but this one is not a question with contempt but,,, now that all the HEX from the first year will be released, what will prevent people from dumping it all to get their bonus stakes and exit (it was free in the beginning right?).

Was HEX really the first uniswap too? Not from my memory.
3670  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Sportsbet.io's English Premier League Football Pool Discussion Thread on: November 30, 2020, 10:15:32 AM
very bad predictions I've made so far in this round, for the remaining matches I need to earn some more cause I don't like the spoon  Grin
I'm for Leicester and Villa to win

I think LFC_Bitcoin should get a special prize for yellow cap in a tight round;) The tables luckily did not move so much, but I still slipped a couple of positions so far. Not really hoping for anything big this round, but definitely hoping at least I keep up with the last 2 games! So crazy to see that many big 6 hopefuls lost points,,, Manchester teams did well though!
3671  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: XRP price Hit $0.9, suddenly goes down in second on: November 30, 2020, 08:49:08 AM
what do you mean by coinbase goes down , its their platform that go offline ? but why it affects the price so much . xrp dump was not shocking because btc do also dump lower than that but thanks for the info in xrp , i did not know that xrp are going to have its fork this coming month and i was one of those people that questions xrp on why it did pump  but that can be the reason why . congrats to you too that you succesfuly convert and earn a profit before the dump happens and now its your time again to buy .

Coinbase always goes down during these huge price spikes (or also price crashes AFAIR) but most of the time I think it is not because there is too much traffic, but because the platform does not dare to have to get their userbase angry from instant liquidations when price moves in the wrong way.

XRP dump was definitely bound to happen this is what you get when the token is just used for claiming airdrops;)
3672  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: UEFA Champions League Discussion Thread on: November 30, 2020, 08:10:47 AM
Waiting for matchday 5 of the Champions League match between Manchester United  vs Paris Saint-Germain . The position of Manchester United is better than PSG, they are 3 points ahead of PSG. In this match, the results of the first leg cannot be used as a benchmark. MU must appear disciplined in order to win and secure tickets to the next round. PSG will also appear determined to win so that the chances of qualifying for the next round are greater. It will be an interesting match.

Definitely the matchup of the week for me. PSG have not had a good campaign because of Covid,,, and they know this is the must-win game for them, they already had a huge 3 points from Matchday 4 but this will be match to decide if they have a future in the Last 16. United have a hot streak now though winning many games in a row in all competitions. This is the OSG effect;)
3673  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Get RICH with Crypto Altcoins?? Bitcoin $100,000 per coin?! on: November 30, 2020, 06:44:30 AM
I don't understand why i keep thinking it can go over $ 100K, to be honest if bitcoin is really widely accepted then it's completely visible, according to the coindesk article, all cases are. As a result, bitcoin will reach that price, and then if bitcoin goes up to $ 100K then i think the amount of altcoins i have will make me a rich man with money.

Because maybe you keep reading all these articles and opinions,,, maybe instead you should be focusing on just your daily job;) I mean there is nothing wrong with having an opinion. Everything in this space is practically opinions with only a few projects really building something real to use and to grow. I personally think if we all just stick to using Bitcoin and crypto, the space just naturally grows and value naturally goes up with demand. $100k is possible, but only if we all give it that value by using:)
3674  Economy / Gambling / Re: 🚀 Sportsbet.io - Official betting partner of ARSENAL FC 🚀 on: November 30, 2020, 06:11:41 AM
Another drab draw by my team yesterday,,, I know we were expected to lose to the all-star team of Chelsea so a draw is not going to be seen as a bad thing, especially when we defended and did not even substitute Gareth Bale. I read from the highlights that Mourinho actually asked the team to slow down in the last 20 minutes,,, typical Mourinho and we are still top of the table, who can complain I guess?

3676  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: ETH high gas fee on: November 27, 2020, 05:29:04 PM
I have paid a transaction fee of more than $ 5 but I think it's still worth it when claiming an airdrop from Uniswap. It is common for transaction fees on ethereum to change depending on whether the ethereum network is busy or not. Hopefully the launch of ETH 2.0 will reduce transaction costs

You are actually quite lucky;) I know people who have to pay much more than that. I do not often use ETH but personally I pay max around $1 since I do not mind waiting for many hours. I just feel like it is such a burden to pay for just a cost of sending,,, just like Bitcoin.

Smart contracts eat much more gas fees now right?
3677  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Altcoins will reach all time high on 2021 on: November 27, 2020, 04:13:27 PM
https://peanut.trade/ is what I call a healthy DeFi project with strong team behind and fair tokenomic. Get free $NUX token for providing liquidity on Uniswap. The easiest money you can get. With fair tokenomic I do really believe this project gonna rise so high in 2021 Cool Grin

I have no idea what is healthy these days. TVL is like so hard to really see when project owners also can do it on their own (Create TVL and as much wrapped tokens as they want). And then all the boosted yields in the beginning seems fun until actual market price starts to suffer from early stakers ending.
3678  Economy / Gambling / Re: 🔶 YOLOdice.com 🔶 commission on LTC investments is at 35% till 31. Dec on: November 27, 2020, 02:42:31 PM
Our newest competition just started!  20+ ETH in prizes, and it's a Number Hunt!  Good luck, everyone!!!
Good luck everyone! I am doing my bit as soon as I get a proper connection;)

So, I am thinking, maybe we should just come back to our bi-weekly competitions? Maybe adding a new type to the existing wagering, profit and number hunt? What do you think?

I remember the wagers and contests, definitely,,, those were more popular (bigger prizes). Number hunts are probably always the most fun since anyone can do it, not just highrollers,,, I proposed before a sort of "multiplayer" where also everyone has to hit and post the right numbers in a set. After the set completes, the prize pool is shared with all the people who contributed;)
3679  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Ethereum (ETH) reaches $500 for the first time since 2018 on: November 27, 2020, 02:09:57 PM
And after reaching over $600 now we are back at $500, even it seems to have dropped below that while I was asleep last night!

Not to worry though people, as usual this is all Bitcoin's fault BUT I actually believe this happening now is much better for the following year fortunes. We need a bit of correction after the nonstop gains for weeks. I am always nervous if the bull comes too fast;)

Going to do my best to keep checking I will be at work at the initial stages and then am going to stay late just not to miss anything on the way home;) It will be obvious when/if we get it right?
How long is your way home? You just need to check once every hour. Even if you are traveling longer than that, surely you can take a 2 min break to check the site?
But no point in checking, that 1 BTC is landing in my account Smiley #PowerOfPositiveThinking

Damn nothing yet! I will give you 1 mbtc tip if I land 1 BTC hehe

Problem is not time if I am on transport forget my internet and my shit phone and shit data;) I will try to check, leave early and hope I reach home before next hour is over;)

Home is not so far in distance on Friday traffic is amazing and long until the end of the night! So maybe I even just stay late and sit on Sportsbet:P
