3681  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Do you rely on the odds when placing bets? on: December 13, 2020, 08:32:17 PM
Odds are good to follow but sometime can easily fool a gambler to fall into the part of destruction. Sportmakers know teams more than we do, they often convince and confuses the players from these odds settings and so may have fell for this trap. My bet placing are for the team i trusted and have sound knowledge about their play.
3682  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Suggest the best strategy on: December 13, 2020, 08:16:21 PM
For me the best strategy is to focus on the match that you know well don't bet on others games.
Just focus on games or team that you have knowledge of don't force yourself to bet on unknown or only have a small information.
Since ever i joined this industry i haven't bet blindly like some other gamers do, without my prior knowledge of a particular game i don't and won't place my bet on them for any reason. Some gamblers thought that betting is just for garbage purpose but not, when you are not sure of the team players then don't place bet for such team becasue doing that means you are running at lose.
3683  Economy / Service Announcements / Re: Bitamp Bitcoin Web Wallet - Send & Receive Bitcoin Instantly! on: December 13, 2020, 08:03:09 PM
Here's my feedback for the wallet installation: It was a good one like others in the industry, good UI and with maximum simplicity for any newborn in the industry to carry-on anytime any-day without issue. As my colleagues has rightly said, the mobile version should be a matter of urgency becasue most of forum members don't have much time for desktop versions of any wallet, as you know most individuals here are mobile individuals in our daily activities.
3684  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: How do you use bitcoin? on: December 12, 2020, 07:43:54 PM
There are many countries where bitcoin is not accepted legally, so how do you use bitcoin in that country? Usually if you raise the level of bitcoin use in that country then you may get into legal trouble.
So how do you use your earned bitcoin in that country.
Well over here things are made relentlessly by the government against Bitcoin but hasn't made Bitcoin illegal which is a plus for them not to. Most of my Bitcoin usage is peer-to-peer deally which allow me keep myself anonymous, also, most operating remitance companies in my country also help in term of Bitcoin usage, as i said, the country has not opening accepted Bitcoin legally.
3685  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin will never replace fiat cash. on: December 12, 2020, 07:35:34 PM
Bitcoin will never replace fiat cash.  A coin everyone mints at the same rate will.  It will also replace bitcoin and all of the shitcoins.
Mark my words.
Bitcoin runs off the fumes of fiat.
Most older people trust traditional ways to accept or send payments which is cash but the more influence bitcoin gain over the new population.
And they start using it then bitcoin will become a traditional way to accept and send payments.
Yeah the older generation are still very much in love with the fiats cash, which is a traditional means of payment, though this can't be seen as their fault becasue they are not adaptive like the young, most especially the Bitcoin technicalities. The traditional fiats cash can't replace Bitcoin neither the Bitcoin to replace the traditional fiat cash, this two will consolidate each other for a perfect means of making payment in future.
3686  Economy / Speculation / Re: Three weeks to the year end - what will be the high? on: December 12, 2020, 07:06:55 PM
My vote goes to $18,500-$19,000.
I don't expect any significant movement until the end of the year. In less than 10 days almost all business will go into Christmas/NY vacation and people will prefer to spend some family time instead of speculating with crypto.
Frankly speaking, my vote will be peg on $18.8k and not the $19k, we are not going to see Bitcoin price at $19k due to Christmas  and new year celebration, this time, investors will like to take profit for the celebration which will have a huge impact on the general market, so, we should not be waiting for something huge in Bitcoin price before the year end.
3687  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin will increase 20X in the next 5 years on: December 12, 2020, 06:46:15 PM
Dan Tapiero, co-founder of Gold Bullion International believes that it’s only a matter of time before Bitcoin
’s price surges into the six-figure threshold.

“In the next five years, I can see gold at $4,000, so that’s double. But if gold is at $4,000, Bitcoin is probably somewhere between $300,000 and $500,000, so that’s a 20, 30x.”
Just because we are in bull run we predict Bitcoin in a very high level I prefer to be moderate and realistic, unless I see a dramatic move in the market or adoption will go at the highest, we can only predict a high price for Bitcoin depending on the the level of adoption, if adoption is moderate expect a moderate increase of the price.
Yeah mate, at the current rate of adoption we shouldn't be thinking or speculating what's not realizable in Bitcoin price. Though, the rate at which institutional investors are clunging Bitcoin can't make it price go to 20X or equivalent. For Bitcoin price to climb $300k is not visible taking into consideration some obstacles that are likely to erupt in future about Bitcoin adoption or the regulations that's awaiting Bitcoin from the G-7.
3688  Economy / Speculation / Re: BTC price increasing slowly. on: December 12, 2020, 06:38:41 PM
I have some doubt about this recent Bitcoin movement becasue the time for the rise should have be after the celebration, investors are likely to sell their portfolios soon. The company that sold their stock bonds to buy Bitcoin are those pushing the Bitcoin price to $19k but this will take a tough time before we see Bitcoin price at $19k in 2020, but 2021, we shall surely see some good and steady growth in Bitcoin price.
3689  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: I quit smoking and buy Bitcoin every week on: December 11, 2020, 05:00:28 PM
Well it is a great choice imagine saving your health while saving money at the same time.
I don't smoke or drink but I am a gamer so I spend so much for games but I think I couldn't do what you are had done.
If I quit on games I think it would be boring for me there isn't anything to do because of the lockdown or due to the virus.
Also with me, i have never attempted smoke before and won't becasue of it health implications from world health organization. am a gambler but not that addicted to gambling, though i have spent some quite fiats in gambling which could have be use for some coins around the industry, but, sometimes i do buy some Bitcoins alongside my little earnings around the forum for long-term holding.
3690  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Has Bitcoin FAILED? on: December 11, 2020, 04:47:46 PM
Bitcoin to my very best of knowledge has not failed and nothing has made it look like a failed digital currency. We have seen what it means to have a failed digital currency, even the fiats currency in history. The defi's has taught us how a failed coin looks like but Bitcoin has no feature of such. Bitcoin has made so many things gearing becasue of it recent adoption by different types of institutions and individual investors. The huge numbers of investors has moved their funds from stock market to Bitcoin and this made it a successful digital currency.
3691  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Can Bitcoin ever be use as other country currency on: December 11, 2020, 04:38:24 PM
Can Bitcoin ever be use as other country currency and it will still maintain it decentralized digital currency?
No country can use Bitcoin as a currency becasue of it nature, it is well decentralized, we'll know the technology came into the world to give freedom to the oppressed and for any country to claim Bitcoin as it currency won't be possible. But countries can adopt this said Bitcoin as a currency and also as payment method which is been use for. There are countries that now accept Bitcoin as payment method and may consider it to be country accepted currency.
3692  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Adaptability is very important on: December 08, 2020, 03:32:02 PM
Be it a newbie, expert or professional bitcoin and crypto currency trader or crypto currency investor with adequate skills; you definitely need to understand how to adapt to market situations.
~~~~
We'll need this becasue it's crucial for both the newbies and the expert in the industry. There are thousands without the adaptive approach wile there are still much without such approach, these are investors without the technicalities needed for this industry. Man failed to move with the industry becasue they lack the ability of be adaptive. It's very important for every investor to know the right time to buy and to sell at any point in time.
3693  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What is happening to DeFi? on: December 08, 2020, 02:32:43 PM
I've always noticed that the cryptocurrency industry is quite receptive to innovation and Defi was a great initiative. In my opinion, Defi projects performed very great this year and several persons made a whole of money from the project. I guess the project is getting worn out due to the inherent nature of the cryptocurrency space.
As much there were good profits for those early investors into defi's, there also was alot of investors that meet their deadlock. Defi was an innovative move from the world of cryptocurrency but becasue of humans greeds investors were scam serially according to some crypto news outlets. Sushi for example, got the most interest for cryptocurrency investors and later went wrongly with investors funds, defi project without good case use is a scam project.
3694  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Email address exposure in spreadsheet on: December 08, 2020, 02:21:05 PM
I don't use my main e-mail when joining bounties to avoid receiving spam or unsolicited messages. It is risky to use e-mails that you use on your accounts, wallets, etc. when filling-out forms, just to be safe have a spare e-mail for other activities such as bounties to avoid the risk of having your accounts compromised.
Yes, most bounty hunters do the same. There are so many people who are using other peoples email address. About the exposure of email addresses in the spreadsheet, this is all depends on the bounty managers if they will hide it or not. To avoid that, using a dummy email is a must. This will help us to keep our personal email as safe as possible.
The Bounty Managers can only help in hiding Bounty hunters emails on the spreadsheets but will eventually hand-over these emails alongside some personal information to project owners, maybe these project owners can do without they choose with these mails without the consent of the hunters. As rightly recommended, a perfect solution for this is the dummy mail be use for purpose of campaigns.
3695  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Could There Be One World Digital Currency? on: December 08, 2020, 02:08:33 PM
<snip>
COVID-19 itself has had an impact on worsening economies in many countries. But is there an adaptation of one world currency? Can Bitcoin or other cryptocurrencies be a substitute for money in the future?
Currently different countries has embarked and some embarking on research in finding a good alternative for the present fiats which seem obsolete. So, with countries like this there won't going to be a single world currency, unlike the world never operated a single fiat currency. Bitcoin won't be the world currency but basically will remain as the world first digital currency or might be the world reserve currency.
3696  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: The Swap Scam on: December 08, 2020, 01:59:32 PM
More reasons why i often stand against cryptocurrency exchnage without proper regulation, they are found with this misbehavior against their esteem customers. The worst case about this incident is that, they (the cryptocurrency exchnage) don't have physical office which we can easily tender complaint. We should ensure to commit these cryptocurrency exchanges to take the route of regulation becasue this will definitely help we'll from such scams.
3697  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Buy Low, Sell High on: December 07, 2020, 04:29:32 PM
Those who invested on March really have a really good profit now there's always a doubt when the price is low but when the price is high it's full of hopes.
Well that's most of the people thinking most of the time right now most of them are regretting about not investing before when the price is still low.
I'm not quite sure if it is too late now to invest on Bitcoin let's hope not so many people can still invest on it.
Well! that's the market ,, sometimes we need advice to enter the market at the right time.  If you want to buy Bitcoin, please wait for the correction price or, you can allocate your funds to Altcoins if you feel the opportunity to enter Bitcoin is too high. Dont forget alt session will come as well
I wouldn't advise anyone to enter into the cryptocurrency market when the market start bullish, this has ruined millions of investment in this industry. Investors should be guided with this little piece of advise, that, whenever there is bullish that shows that it's wrong point of entry, the correctional time for such bullish movement is the perfect time to enter in order to minimize risk and to maximize profit.
3698  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: has bitcoin achieved its goal? on: December 07, 2020, 04:08:26 PM
Bitcoin has accomplished a lot over the last few years and deserves a lot of credit for it but has not achieved its goal yet.  Bitcoin is set to achieve global protection whereby everyone will accept its use in terms of payment methods and apply it to their business and transactions.
No one expect that this Bitcoin will be as big as it is now. In fact, people who had bitcoin before spend it unwisely. It's value just realized when price started to spike. And through out the years, people have seen so much potential and the goal already never ends. The only goal is when all the people around the world will discover and used it as for the day to day basis.
Actually people thought otherwise about this technology and never thought to see the technology succeed but Bitcoin has proved so many-things wrong since inception. Basically Bitcoin has achieve and still achieving some level of good stuff in the world, people has made it demand increase which is why we saw some high price since novemeber, 2020. Though more Bitcoin usage will gradually unfold and it purpose and goals will be accomplish soon.
3699  Economy / Speculation / Re: Cause of the recent price spike on: December 07, 2020, 03:55:52 PM
Hello everyone, Bitcoin jumped to 19k recently and I am just wondering what is the cause of this spike. Does Covid-19 have anything to do with it or trading bots?
Thanks, Matt
There were series of things that actually helped the Bitcoin jumped from the lowest in the past five months to where it is today, Those things that happened ranging from coronavirus which rendered couple of countries bankrupt. The metals along side this Bitcoin get hit by this virus and later Bitcoin revive from the hit to make the best investment anyone can boldly disuse today.
3700  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Do the odds of other outcomes matter to you? on: December 06, 2020, 03:46:44 PM
The best part of any game is their respective odds, this odds help you chose or make a distinct decision which can be for your winning or sometimes be against your winnings during the game. Particularly, when talking about the sport betting, i usually put into consideration this odds of a thing before my final stakes selection, so, everything that happened to the game started from the odds selections, so it matters.
