Not an easy one for Magsayo as we expected but still kudos to him to get the job done. Hermosillo is a very tough nut to crack. He has been hit by those power punches thrown by Magsayo from the opening bell and yet he still stand there in front of the Filipino pug. Many believe that this fight is a joke as Gamboa's career in boxing is done and this would be an easy fight for Haney but on the other hand, this fight could serve as another fight for Haney to be busy while the other big names in this category is busy preparing for their respective fights.

Jejeje, we know that this is not a big fight for those who don't Mark Magsayo yet but for us who knows him well this is just our own little way of supporting our compatriot in his upcoming fight as no one will cheer for in the arena. If i'm not mistaken, this would be his first fight in the US and MP Promotion is making sure that he will look good in his first fight in American soil, call it cherry picking but that is how they groom prodigy in boxing. I just hope that after this fight, Magsayo will be pitted against a big name in his division to really test his wares and become the next Manny Pacquioa (at least close  ) in the Philippines.
