Hi There,
I'm wondering to get some to bitcoins borrowed and pay interest in bitcoin. But since I need the money in fiat, I'm wondering what are the options to hedge my bitcoin position using just margin.
My first ideia was to open a 20X long position at OKCOIN Future. In this case, I just need 5% of the capital to protect my position. if the bitcoin price increase, the future will also increase and I'm protected in certain way and less exposed to volatility. What are other ways to hedge?
There are any OTC place where I can buy/sell Hedges?
About BitMEX? It seeems they have a future with 100X leverage. Do you recommend them?

1.Bad idea to borrow bitcoins and convert it into fiats,you already lose a marginal amount of hedge funds in the process. 2.Why don't you try to set your margins manually instead of involving 3rd party exchanges ? No.Basically,people use high/lows to predict the next outcome by studying the previous patterns which technically we refer to as "martingles".If you're playing at 50% winning chances ,and your first roll is low ,you can assume your second roll could be either high or a low.Assuming you get 2 lows in a row ,you can 100% sure in this case your third roll would be a high,but again that's not true as long as the site is provably fair. |

Speaking honestly,mining any other digital currency on that level is waste of your resources,you would not even earn close to the marginal profits.Block reward decreases drastically after halving,I don't even know how profitable mining would be then.Don't forget the other costs come along with the mining farm,maintenance,workforce etc.At the end of the day,you'll actually realize that sticking to the wood pellets would be more lucrative in the long run.How much watts of power does your generator produces per hour anyway ?

i need to understand more on trading with bitcoin , i use to trading with earlier stock exchanges, on bitcoin somewhere on the said trading with bitcoin not profitable, but few people says profitable , i believe for any trading buy at lower price and selling at higher price is the good strategy to avoid any losses Not recommended to try trading with a low amount, because you will only lose for a fee, better to collect all of your bitcoin until reach the biggest amount. and then you can start with that's amount for the trading more big amount you will get a more profitable from there. and always pray before you want to start it. Why not ?
