Nitrogen - Any time frame on the exchange? I know many are looking forward to it.
We did a limited launch tonight with some of the NBA Playoff games. We got a lot of great feedback from our users, and are going to continue to tweak and add features over the next few days. Hopefully will be fully launched sometime next week. Most likely we will bump our thread at that time. The guys who run direct bet seem like good people, and I think they are filling a gap created by the Bit365 / bitcoinsports.eu meltdown.
That being said, just wanted to add to the conversation a bit regarding the safety of user balances on bitcoin sportsbooks.
Books that offer instant (0 confirmation deposits) and instant withdraws can have the best of both worlds. While users are free to keep a balance on our website, we have some users who send funds to the site seconds before a game starts, place their bet, and withdraw right after the game is graded. The funds are only on our servers for the duration of the bet, and only for the amount they want to bet with.
Again, not saying one method is better than the other, just saying that the formula to being the 'safest sportsbook' is definitely a complicated beast!

I'm looking to wager somewhere in the neighborhood of 10-30 btc on sides/totals and then around 5-10 btc on 2-4 way parlays.
I tried nitrogen and my action was capped at 4 btc, 2 btc on parlays, anonibet and my action was capped very low and then cloudbet where i couldn't place a parlay i wanted higher than .1 btc.
I need some reliable bitcoin books that can actually handle a reasonable level of action. feel free to weigh in as managers and players but be willing to show me evidence that you can handle action and that you are reputable.
I get told from books all the time that they can handle my level of action until i join the site and then its a fight to be able to place reasonably sized wagers.
Hey BitcoinzRules, It's probably still too low for you, but all parlays across the board are capped at 5btc. In a few weeks nitrogen will be releasing our exchange, where technically you will be able to get unlimited limits, providing there is someone to match up with. Hi trytrytry, right now we are not increasing limits for individual accounts. Limits generally increase the closer you get to an event's start time. If these limits are still too low, we are launching our exchange in the next few weeks, which will have unlimited limits and better odds. We may also review the site-wide limits in the future (especially given the drop in BTC value). |

I did, and asked withdrawal.
after 30min.. still pending ..

Your first withdraw after the heartbleed bug forces you to change your password, and then undergo a manual review. After this review, you will be back to auto withdraws. The only other thing that can hold up withdraws, is if you have an esports bet, as this also triggers manual review. |

Would you consider adding a permanent withdrawal address like I've seen used on other sites? This would help with security unless you lost your address.
