3701  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Premier League Prediction Thread (EPL) on: June 22, 2019, 06:35:59 AM
if a rich club can't win a league or any other championship I think it's because of a problem in the club management section, in other leagues this often happens in some big clubs.

as you understand not only money play football. you can but star players but they won't be a star team and average team could beat them.
it's not everything in football about money, but you have to look thoroughly that a financially good club will have a greater chance of winning a league or other trophy.

We have great examples that teams don't need money to win titles. One example is Liverpool who won teams with bigger budgets and the other example is Ajax of course. Ajax showed in European football that you don't need money but just talent to be competitive.
3702  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Premier League Prediction Thread (EPL) on: June 21, 2019, 10:58:19 AM
Bale is not going out on a loan move his agent has already clarified this, he claims that Bale is well settled in Spain and has no intention of quitting Real Madrid.
He might not want to leave Real but if Real doesn't want him around anymore and he is not in their team plans for next season it wouldn't make much sense to stick around. The only reason he would try to force a stay is the big salary he receives and that he surely wouldn't get elsewhere.
It's difficult for Gareth Bale to get out of Real Madrid because the release clause is very expensive I think other clubs can only "borrow" Bale from Real Madrid for several seasons.

Real Madrid isn't used in borrowing players they either sell the high or retire them 😂
3703  Other / Serious discussion / Re: Rebel groups does more harm than good on: June 20, 2019, 04:58:32 PM
Permit me to throw some light into this. The global world might to have not completely gotten aware of this.
There is a group of militant in Nigeria West Africa popular by the name MEND(movement for the emancipation of the  niger delta)
Niger delta is a very rich oil producing region in Nigeria and it's has become some sort of black gold region of Nigeria.

This group was created with the goal of rebeling against the illicit actions of the government in that area to promote the interest of citizens living around the area to benefit from there natural resources.

But over the years this has brought more harm than good in that area the introduction of the rebel groups has giving rise to other groups who has been notorious and terrorising the region(stealing, raping, vandalizing pipelines etc)
The nation has lost huge amount of money due to the action of this group over 4billion dollars in 2016.

Another so many other vices has been born like kidnapping, illegal fire arm peddling and so on

Nigeria government are quite corrupt in there practice and that's no doubt but rising a rebel group(who the member are notorious) has not done any good rather it has compounded the problems.
The best approach should be a dialogue

Most of the rebel groups that are active, are funded from governments that have different benefits from the government of the nation that the rebel group is activated.
The can't do a direct dialogue with them, because they won't have a chance. So they try to use other dirty techniques to achieve their goals.
3704  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Opinions on death penalty? on: June 20, 2019, 04:51:47 PM
I am not ideologically opposed to the death penalty for certain crimes, however due to incompetence and corruption of government, I have to oppose it on the principal that it too often makes mistakes. Prisoners can be freed, dead men stay dead.

I agree.
In general I am against this way of punishment. It would be better if prisoners would work for the state without being paid and offer their services to the public.
But for certain crimes such as pedophilia etc. I think that the criminals who do that deserve the strictest punishment.
3705  Other / Off-topic / Re: Android is a boon or curse? on: June 20, 2019, 04:49:32 PM
Do you think that it is better with iOS?
Or it is better with Microsoft Windows that you have installed in your PC? We are leaking information from any device we are using.
Compared to Android,IOS is lot better in term so privacy.

Microsoft is stealing our information? Don't think so!

The reason microsoft asks you to connect every app you are using with an email in not only for giving access and tackle piracy, it is also for tracking your data and save them in their databases.
3706  Economy / Economics / Re: The Central Bank of Facebook on: June 20, 2019, 04:41:25 PM
Sorry but reading all the above text, the only think that I understood is that Facebook will be a digital Bank.
If their crypto is going to be reserved by dollars, euros etc. then this is the definition of Libra notion.
3707  Economy / Economics / Re: Decentralized Economy: What is it for? on: June 20, 2019, 04:23:36 PM

I am searching on the topic of decentralized economy and I came up with this piece which is a good one for me. I am quoting it here below:

"What is it for?
The decentralized economy emerges as part of a critique of existing market-economy systems. Virtual currencies are making financial decentralization possible, which undoubtedly influences the economy. Some of its professionals say that this type of economy is used to reduce costs and increase efficiency, so that there are fewer surpluses and shortages of products so that people can be free to choose what to produce and consume, take advantage of the time and knowledge, etc.

Of course, it is not the same to speak of a decentralized economy than of cryptocurrencies, but we do dare to place them at a close level for their contribution to it. Spain, Switzerland or the United States are examples of such systems, and it must be said that virtual currencies have already reached them. As a result, we are witnessing the reaction of central banks, who still show a strong reluctance to their use and proliferation."
Source.

Are we heading to the creation of a decentralized economy (the one controlled by the people themselves) but still within and a part of the bigger centralized economy (the one controlled by the government)?

I would add to all that, the fact that a decentralized economy doesn't mean that only money is exchanged in this system.
You can also exchange other assets, or own things that have value in our economy. This promotes also a decentralized economic system.
3708  Economy / Economics / Re: Repeating of all time high has begun on: June 20, 2019, 04:14:55 PM
As we see bitcoin wins over all things, we recovered from 3K price, went up to 5K 6K and now we finally hit 9K and this last number is near to 10 which is a psychological factor too. We are very near to 10K and I believe we will reach this price in following days which will automatically boost positive feelings among bitcoin and crypto community. This is were further rise gets start. Well, maybe I am super positive but I think current market actions will return all time high pretty soon. Imagine, positive feelings, possibility of profitable mining, possibility of increasing profit and a lot, this all united in one can return old all time high price.
I think this time has come again.

Indeed. 10k level is more of a psychological factor that will help us feel better and be positive about the situation that it is going on in the market.
3709  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Football Transfers Speculation, Odds and Predictions on: June 20, 2019, 04:11:26 PM
Nice story posted from Pogba on his Instagram account

#Pogback Grin Grin Grin Grin Grin Grin

Dybala/Cancelo to United +60/70 m€ ?
I hope Dybala does not go to MU and settle at Juventus and play together with Pogba at Juventus, but in football sometimes what we want cannot be realized as fans cannot be selfish. Grin

Dybala is not good for Italian football.
He would be a better fit in Man Utd and it will make good for his career as well. I hope that this transfer will come true.
3710  Economy / Economics / Re: what will happen to bitcoin in india on: June 19, 2019, 07:08:24 PM
What will happen to bitcoin in india. whether it is legal or not.

India is a big market for cryptocurrency industry and the decisions that are taken by the government is a great concern to all of us.
However, Bitcoin cannot fully regulated thus Indians will still have options to access the market. Maybe it will be more difficult but still they would be able to make transactions in the blockchain.
3711  Economy / Economics / Re: Bitcoin believers/investors are foolish or low IQ people ? on: June 19, 2019, 06:19:45 PM
Few months back when I was reading this forum, somebody said Bitcoin investors and supporters just think of Bitcoin $5000 or $10,000 or $40,000. They do not know anything.

$1 to $5000 in 10 years and Bitcoin people still say Bitcoin is an investment and not super-HYIP or ponzi.

My website: https://dangerousmother.com (for real world out there)

Talks of Bitcoin as global currency and Bitcoin taking over Gold and Silver.

Just like billionaire Warren Buffet who keeps saying buy Apple inc. shares and other shares and thereby pushing DOW Jones to 25000 with the help of financial cartel because people are too foolish and they believe in $1000 to $10,000 in 12 years.

Those people are just some dumbs who lost money due to joining the market in the all time high.
However, I don't agree with you that Bitcoin can be both a global currency and an alternative to Gold or Silver. It should be the one or the other.
3712  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Football Transfers Speculation, Odds and Predictions on: June 19, 2019, 05:32:20 PM
It seems like Mathijs deLigt has turned down Barca, the contract offer being way too low.
PSG is now the favorite to sign the Dutch player.

I didn't expect that apparently.
Every footballer's dream is to play in La Liga and especially in Barcelona and Real Madrid. However, De Ligt turned them down... It is interesting now to see where he is going to land.
3713  Economy / Economics / Re: Are Initial Offerings Overpriced? on: June 19, 2019, 05:24:20 PM
Lyft, Pinterest, Zoom, Uber… these are the big names went to IPOs recently.
It seems IPOs are roaring back, especially compared with the freezing winter for ICOs.
SophonEX uses data to study whether the winter will also appear for IPOs, and shall we invest in these initial offerings? If so, how?

https://medium.com/sophonexchange/are-initial-offerings-overpriced-29c896dba35b?source=friends_link&sk=4f04597535434f96c1fe05101ff15745

I don't think that any of these companies would ever make an ICO so I can't see any correlation of those two.
Those companies was just in search for funding and IPOs seemed to be the best solution for them
3714  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2019 NBA Season on: June 19, 2019, 05:16:06 PM
If most of the players of Golden State Warriors are healthy during the championship, do you think they can beat Toronto Raptors?
With their current line up and if Kahwi remains, they can't beat the Raptors.

We will certainly have different opinion here, I guess its not wise to say discuss the as ifs of the game as it's already over, let's get the appreciation to the Raptors as they fought well and clean, so they deserved the championship. Everyone has their team, so answer could be bias, but we can reflect on the fact that already happened.

In my opinion, both teams are equal.
But the point is that not the players should be healthy. The most important fact is to be on form and in a good shape. This matter the most in NBA games which is an difficult period for the players
3715  Economy / Economics / Re: Issuing loans in Bitcoin, how we could do it on: June 19, 2019, 05:08:30 PM
crypto currency and loans very difficult subject to handle even though we have escrow based transaction yet it is get back payments on time in this decentralized world is difficult

Indeed. The only assurance that the guy borrows the money can give is to provide some valuable assets to the guy that borrows him the money.
In that case he will be obliged to send the money back.

Most of those countries are the best places to set up a cryptocurrency company.
They do not regulate you due to the industry that you are active but they treat you as an ordinary business.
Especially, Malta is the best place in the world to set up your business if you are interested in building something big with little political risks.
3717  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Count down to Iran invasion on: June 19, 2019, 04:41:23 PM
it wont happen.
its all about doctrine of deterrence, the main goal of a war is to get a world which is better than the world before the war.

Do you really think that this is the reason why wars happen?
Damn you are so naive...
Wars happen because there are other benefits of starting it, that are hidden from us (ordinary people). In most cases there are economic benefits, so if the US sees something that it is going to benefit them in the future they will find a reason to invade Iran.
3718  Economy / Economics / Re: ASIAN CRYPTO FRIENDLY COUNTRIES on: June 19, 2019, 04:32:57 PM

I think that South Korea should be on the list as well.
They have a lot of blockchain hubs created all around the country. The most important country of all is Japan where they clearly have adopted the blockchain technology by placing crypto ATMs in a lot of spots.

3720  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Premier League Prediction Thread (EPL) on: June 19, 2019, 04:28:05 PM
The fans created this mess, as long as people are paying to watch games and wear merchandise, players will demand huge salaries and teams will be worth billions.  Funny how many bandwagon fans this recent owners have brought, never meat a manchester city fan until they started winning titles, lol.

You are not living in Manchester maybe.
Do you know that historically Manchester City had more fans than United? Check it more. Of course the number of fans is increased by the time they started winning titles but they exist long before that.
