Get a mirror. Stare directly into the center of your eye, either one or both. Look at it for 30 seconds, without looking away, without blinking. Just stare in the very center, the origin of your pupil. Go for longer, if you can.

Dank believes anyone who has a physical or mental handicap deserves it i.e. they are too mentally weak to cure themselves. Dank believes he has the cure for cancer. Do you support that belief? Whether it's a self inflicted mental disorder, like anxiety, or a disability caused by the environment, or both, there's always a cause. You get sick because you believe you get sick. You get cancer because materialist things give you cancer (and often drain the soul). What was the big thing I noticed about them. What was going on during the flight. What did I do at a critical point of the flight? If we do indeed share the same consciousness this traumatic and life changing event that I still dream about at least twice a week should be easy for you to recall.
