Can you either change the share/tweet page to plain html or create another just for old/unsupported browsers? Or possibly an xml to view bets for a user/session?
I have a system that I based off directbet, that pulls my bets in and does some cool stuff, but someone pointed out your site and I'd prefer yours except can't until I get some way to put my wagers into my system.

Yeah that's one feature sorely missed at the moment. Any chance on adding tennis futures sometime? I would expect live betting to be on the exchange. Hopefully unmanaged. Yes the exchange will allow for offering live bets. |

I understand your positing and your concerns.
However, i think you are exaggerating the problems with the e-sport matches. There are a handful of reliable sources to track the results that are updated very quickly. It really shouldn't take more than like ~3-5 hours to grade wagers.
Major fiat bookies like pinnacle been offering esports for a long long time now and being very smooth about it from my experience.
Yeah, finding reliable results is one challenge, manually reviewing a few dozen bets because a match started 25 minutes earlier than our odds provider had listed is another. We are very familiar with pinnacle's esports offering. We have added a note to the esports rules, so that anyone interested can see that we ask for more time for grading. Thanks for your feedback! |

Still very slow on grading wagers, waiting 2hours + when the match already ended = not good

Hey magicmexian. All major sports and leagues are graded within minutes of match completion. Even unpopular leagues are usually graded in a few minutes as well. Esports wagers can take a lot longer to grade. This is due to a lot of factors: 1. There is no authority on results, all the big websites that track stats have been wrong more than once. We usually wait for 2 independant results to come in, before we grade esports. 2. Unlike major sports, the start times shift around all the time. That means if our odds provider gets the start time off by even 10 minutes, we have lots of users that try to take advantage of this, causing us to have to review every bet that came in for that match, to ensure no cheating was taking place. 3. On top of all this, defwins, matches getting moved around and cancelled, or different teams playing each other is very common. Because of all these challenges, 99% of all other bitcoin sportsbook decide to stay away from Esports. One of the biggest most popular books that closed down a few months ago, decided to stop offering esports because of all the cheating, and manual work it requires. We may review esports again in the future, and decide to stop offering it as well, as we don't want it to tarnish our reputation and have it continue to be a ton of work for our staff. Hope this explains why that game took so long to grade, and I hope you understand. Thanks! |

Currently there are 13 Dota 2 games available to bet on. However, trying to do any kind of parlay is so painful. Out of these 13 Games I can have a max. of 5 Games in a Parlay. All because it doesn't let me parlay games with the same Team. I have talked about this with the support and it has been confirmed it would not be a problem to allow it from a betting point of view. It might be a non-issue for other sports but not for Dota 2 and some other Esports games. All of these 13 games are played today Out of the 13 games, 4 games are played by the team "NaVi", which means I cannot parlay any of these 4 games with each other. Out of the 13 games, 3 games are played by "Team Liquid", which means I cannot parlay any of these 4 games with each other. One game is "NaVi" vs "Team Liquid", which means I cannot Parlay this game with any of the other 5 games played by either "NaVi" or "Team Liquid". 2 Games are Played by "Rox.Kis", causing the same issue One game is "Rox.Kis" vs "Team Liquid", which means I cannot Parlay this game with any of the other 3 games played by either "Rox.Kis" or "Team Liquid". 2 Games are played by "Virtus Pro", causing the same issue. 2 Games are played by "Insane Gaming", causing the same issue. One Game is "Virtus Pro" vs "Insane Gaming", which means I cannot Parlay this game with any of the other 2 games played by either "Virtus Pro" or "Insane Gaming". You get the Idea... Please work on this issue. Also, the parlay promotion doesn't do much if you cannot parlay most of the games for the sport you are betting on. Another question to nitrogensports: Why did you change the max. possible payout to 25 while having a betslip with over 25 BTC possible winnings on top of the parlay promotion? That seemed kinda unfair since that way noone could top that anymore =/ Maybe a change at the beginning of the month would have been more.... fair  looking forward to a reply, Aswan Hi Aswan, Looking at the specific cases of independent matches you mention, we agree it makes sense that these should be allowed to be parlayed together since they are independent events and no correlation should be present. However in other situations not mentioned above, having the same team on a parlay slip can open us up to easily-made correlated parlays. Clearly there is a middle-ground here to allow some combinations without allowing correlated parlays, however this comes at the expense of investigation time on our part. I guess you could say we are being overly-cautious on accepting parlays which could have correlation. We definitely appreciate your feedback and will look into a less rigorous way to define an appropriate rule-set for allowing or not allowing parlays in eSports. As for the parlay promotion, we did originally have it capped around 150 BTC. However when bitbook left the marketplace we instantly received a large unexpected influx of growth and had to reduce this limit in order to be responsible based on all of the new metrics. Of course in general our approach for the monthly promotion would be to make any changes at month's end, but in the case of last month we made an exception. I've been locked out of my nitrogen sports account. Its been over a 3 weeks and I've gotten no resolution or updates. I got a response via email 2 week ago from Jessica and one from Jacob that resulted in zero resolutions. Afterwards, all my emails have been completely ignored. In fact I opened a second account and it got locked out too, after 2 days. I'm not happy at all.
Hi rbinvestment. Since you asked publicly I will answer publicly: We have responded to all your tickets, but you keep "locking" yourself out of your accounts so you are unable to see the answer. (We also emailed you on the 21st of March) When you add 2 factor authentication to your account, you have to type the code you see on your google authenticator into the OTP (One Time Password) box during login. That is most likely what is happening to you. Feel free to PM me here if you are still having issues. |

Well really the only reason is that so first pace gets a substantial prize. If we paid out the top 20 spots, first place would only get 0.4 BTC and then the prizes would go down from there. We figured a grand prize of over 1BTC is pretty sweet! |
