3721  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: 'Squid Game' cryptocurrency scams $2 million on: November 18, 2021, 01:44:55 AM

- the risk-takers that already knows the outcome
- the believers on which I don't understand how they ended up believing on that coin

Unfortunately, most people believe and they end up in FOMO. Should serve again another lesson over lesson.

Lots of investors lost on the token because they took the trend before they make any research. I think the risk-taker made a huge hype to attract those poor guys but the real blame is on those who didn't make a second thought before investing and they thought they can make a huge profit since the price was sky-rocket until it blows and it leaves them with negative income right now.
3722  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [Boxing]: Lomachenko vs Commey - December 11 on: November 17, 2021, 02:14:23 PM
If they'll do a rematch, it will be Lopez who will dictate the terms as he is in the place of Loma now when they first meet, and if Loma is really interested to redeem himself, he should accept even if the offer is low because if he wins the fight, that would lose the value of Lopez and he'll be at the top again.

People are still asking to see a rematch, they should give it a chance of happening for the sake of the fans.

Possible when they run out of opponents and beat everyone on their way to fight each other. Of course, the fans wanted to see the fight between them again to give Loma a chance to redeem himself and so that Lopez will prove to everyone that he is the best in their division. But as we know, it's all up to Lopez if he still wanted to gamble his record since he is already done with Loma.
3723  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Staples Center to be renamed Crypto.com Arena on Christmas Day!! on: November 17, 2021, 01:21:37 PM
I saw the announcement earlier and it surprise me because of all the names, they focus on crypto as if it will gonna be the next big thing in the next decades to come and it will be since we see these companies adopting the crypto industry one after another.

I'm really excited if they thinking to create their own NFTs where we can buy some NBA goods in the form of NFTs. it's just mere speculation from my side but judging in the turn of events, looks like they will gonna make something like that.
3724  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Some Really Good Altcoins To Invest in Right now on: November 17, 2021, 04:00:03 AM
Thanks for your hard work to share these altcoins but if I advise the others that this is not how it works when it comes to your own investment. You need to make your own research and when you decided to invest, invest only what you can afford to lose. You can use this data for idea only and for the description, all of the projects that have been emerging lately have a good description to make it promising. the only people who can distinguish between them are those who have the experiences to invest in either one of those projects.
3725  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2022 NBA Season on: November 17, 2021, 03:11:11 AM
It's a blowout win for the GSW against the Nets where they managed to stretch up the lead until the late minutes of the 4th quarter. As days pass by, we will see more on the GSW as one of their best players "Klay Thompson" is about to enter the court to play again a few weeks from now. Looks like they will be back to dominate the entire league once again by beating these best teams in the NBA.

3726  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin ecosystem’s weakness on: November 17, 2021, 02:45:57 AM
Sweden's planned ban on Bitcoin mining in the European Union is not a weakness of the Bitcoin ecosystem, all of this is simply because Sweden is weak in making regulations that accept bitcoin and Sweden may deliberately ban cryptomining so that Bitcoin prices can fall.

It won't affect us we can see what was happening with the banning of bitcoins in China, it didn't give a change to the flow of the market and that's what they have really wanted to make. They wanted to cause something outrageous that will ruin the economy of the crypto market. But as we can see, a powerful country like China can't do anything with it. so what about Sweden? they can suggest what they want, at the end of the day we are the ones who will take benefit from it.
3727  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: correction or start of a bear market? on: November 16, 2021, 12:43:43 PM
Whichever it is, we need to consider taking advantage of what is currently happening with the market today. If it is the bear market we need to wait for the price to drop more before we can buy it and wait for the price to rise again in the future.

For those who are panicking because they invested when the price was at its peak, well! don't panic, just relax and enjoy your day. don't think about it until you make yourself stressed with the current state of the crypto market. it will somehow find its way to recover again.

Gilbert Burns open to fight Khamzat Chimaev: 'Why not? I'll give him the opportunity'

Finally a man with the balls  Grin  Finally a guy who agrees to fight a fighter lower in top, instead of complaining that "a fight with a lower top fighter does not give anything for his career". Finally a guy who challenged Chimaev, instead Chimaev challenges to fight anyone. What do you think guy? Who is going to win if they fight? Top2 fighter is not a joke. It will be a good test for Chimaev.

And finally, will UFC organize that fight or they have other plan on Chimaev?

In the meantime, they should consider the offer if they see some profit in it for that's all that matters for them. I think the fight is not bad at all and it will gonna be a nice fight for both of them especially Chimaev. Why not?? this is how it should be for the fighters who want to be the number one fighter in his weight division, he won't give anyone doubt about him. unfortunately, their decisions won't matter until the UFC approved the fight.
3729  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What are implications of total satellite destruction on Bitcoin? on: November 16, 2021, 11:41:41 AM

3) What would be best strategy to prepare for a world with impassible space debris surrounding orbit? Which assets will be a safe haven?

I think number 3 should have some little chance to affect us when it will hit our home out of nowhere. Maybe it's best to consider keeping our hard wallet where it won't be affected when debris fell into our home. I think we should have some like underground safe where we keep some of our important data.
3730  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Lockdowns for those who haven't had the pseudo-vaccine. on: November 16, 2021, 04:06:33 AM
In our city, people are panicking about the sudden implementation where when you don't have any vaccine card to prove that you are fully vaccinated, you need to bring negative swab test result whenever you go to work and you need to renew it every 1-2 months but the disturbing fact about it is the payment will not be from the company instead it should come from your own wallet. This is how they force people to get vaccinated by not making it mandatory but putting some other rules to force you to be vaccinated.
3731  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Kids into Cryptocurrency Mining on: November 16, 2021, 03:15:36 AM
The kids have the potential to become like the founder of Ethereum where he also started the project when he was young. Hopefully, the kids will pursue their dreams and will be successful in developing their projects in the future. Those kids have some rare talent and with their ages, they can now build their own mining facility? what if they are given enough capital for a bigger one? Man! their parents are so lucky to have them both.
3732  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2022 NBA Season on: November 16, 2021, 02:53:12 AM
Nuggets vs. Mavs is the most interesting game for me today. Porzingis has been playing well lately with 54 points in the last two games which tells us he's found his comfort on the court but so is the reigning MVP. I will probably skip betting ML on this but who do you think will score more between those two "giants"? Jokic is more consistent but the other one is also explosive.

It's a nice game, I'm watching it right now, and even though the Nuggets are leading the game in the 3rd quarter, the Mavs are starting to get the momentum in this 4th quarter. Both teams are not giving easily the win here. Boban switch hand was like Michael Jordan layup though Mike is in the air and Boban was in the ground  Grin Cheesy

anyway, Mavs just took the lead right away at the start of the 4th quarter.

Anyway, the Lakers vs Bulls is about to start.
3733  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: A positive evaluation of gambling. on: November 16, 2021, 02:09:01 AM

-Development of Risk taking ability; to win big in life, you must be willing to try, and gamblers have so developed their risk taking ability.

You need to take some risk in real life in order to have some real experience of what would have happened if you try this and that. Sometimes we need to try the hardest things to make our life easier in the future and continue to explore some businesses that would suit our daily activities in order to further expand our source of incomes. This is not possible unless you try to use some big capital of money in order to try it and you will have some idea on how to fix it whenever things are not going your way. Unlike you were just saying "What if?" doing the actual things will give you the reality on how to handle it well.
3734  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2022 NBA Season on: November 15, 2021, 03:31:35 AM
Great to see Lakers defeating a Spurs in tonight's game since AD stepped-up big time in the match. Though the Lakers are still struggling with their team chemistry, one cannot ignore the individual skill of the players that they have once they unleash it. I just really hope that the performance of AD will become consistent right after this match as I just really want to witness Lakers win!

The game between the Cavs vs Celtics was also a good game especially that you can see an era of new generations of rookies. I find it hard to believe that the generation of rookies nowadays are so talented!

Consistency is the key in order for them to reach the NBA playoffs again this year. they've been losing so much right now and struggling to make their way to the top 8 in the Western Conference. though the season has just started, they should really put in the work to make it to at least the top 3 before the end of this year. because by next year, we will see the other teams will give it all they can to manage to survive and get to the NBA playoffs as well. There will be lots of injuries as well and to secure the top seed as early as they can, is crucial at the start of the few games of the season.
3735  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: AMC Theatres Debuts Bitcoin Payments on: November 15, 2021, 03:16:49 AM

Maybe people might not patronize it much but it's really nice to see bitcoin and crypto getting adopted in other industries other than financial firms. It's a good feat and I'd love to see it as more and more industries go full crypto. I don't mind paying for movie tickets with bitcoin though. People even get access to theaters these days via NFTs. How much more bitcoin.

These kinds of things have happened in the past where industries such as this one are beginning to accept bitcoins as payment and they're the one who makes it popular to the others. Good news like this will make increase the market movement and the liquidity of bitcoins will run smoothly in the crypto market. It has been pleasing to watch such kinds of news where they highlighted the fact that bitcoins are one of the things to give their companies a boost when they announce accepting it as payment.
3736  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [Boxing] Nonito Donaire vs Reymart Gaballo (WBC bantamweight) on: November 15, 2021, 02:34:03 AM

They actually have a good program for many years now, and in the last Olympics they've produce a lot of medals from boxing alone. I'm not really sure though what will happen for these amateur after their Olympic days. Some of them didn't pursue professional fights.

But there are a lot of talented boxers in PH, maybe they know that boxing is one way to get out of poverty just like what Manny did.

Manny was rare and legendary where he fought to reach the top at the peak of his career and have his own share of losing while others have not been suffered extreme poverty as he had in the past and in order to be like Manny Pacquiao, they need to work hard no matter how much money they are making right now and to those amateurs who want to be like him, they just need to pursue their dreams and work hard like those champions who won some belt in their respective weight divisions.
3737  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: ETHEREUM: THE RAPID FLUCTUATIONS IN GAS FEES on: November 15, 2021, 02:12:14 AM
I'm afraid to say that there's nothing we can do about it right now since the traders are willing to pay no matter how much the transaction fees are. The only few people who are affected are those who are making small transactions which now requires them to pay gas fees more than they paid for a product if it is cheap. If only Ethereum can fix this problem right away, it cannot be defeated by its competitors who have worked hard for the remedy this kind of problem.
3738  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 🥊 The UFC Info and Prediction Thread on: November 14, 2021, 12:03:50 PM
Its a surprise how time flies, Nate Diaz was one of the best fighters in the UFC but there's a chance that his 1 last fight may be the end of his career in the UFC and there's speculation that the bare-knuckle fight championship could be his next option if the UFC.
Whatever it is Nate Diaz needs to step up his game if he's going to face Chimaev or Usman as the rumor says.

He just needs to fight one more time to finally conclude his career to fight in the UFC and live his life to the fullest unless he got some opportunities to be one of the trainers of the next UFC champion. It's been a long road for Nate and his batch has already been out of the league. maybe UFC will honor him as one of the Hall of fame when he finally steps down in the ring.
3739  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Today I helped 2 non-crypto people invest in bitcoin on: November 14, 2021, 11:35:57 AM
Are you sure you did good for them? It's just that people can then get into debt and say that it was you who helped them ...

I'm pretty sure OP didn't just say some sugar-coated words in order for the two guys to invest blindly rather when you talk about crypto and suggest it to someone else, you always highlighted the volatility of the market to avoid confusion when they see the market crash in a day after they invested. Just like I always said, you need to clarify to those people about the pros and cons of the investment but be sure to answer their questions honestly in order for them to decide on their own.
3740  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2022 NBA Season on: November 14, 2021, 03:36:09 AM
Yes, I also agree with that!

I'm surprised, at this moment, Heat has about 20 points of advantage!

Herro, Lowry and Robinson are playing really well! But on the other hand I'm surprised with Clarkson's performance with over 20 points!!

That's just how it goes especially when Tyler Herro on his lucky day where he made some crucial free throws to further stretch the lead in the last seconds of the 4th quarter. Utah Jazz has been known for their rally in the 4th quarter but today is not counted since they run out of time as well. Well! no Jimmy no problem for the Miami Heat and I think they are fast to adopt when he is not around since the other players can take his role easily.
