3723  Economy / Economics / Re: Do Not Pray for an Economic Crisis! on: July 16, 2020, 04:48:23 PM
Well, sadly, the rich might pray for a crisis.
The reason is simple, they can buy more assets for cheaper prices. Smart investors will get out before the big dump (or they might be the reason for the big dump), leaving the dumb investors unable to exit. After that, the dumb investors sell their asset cheaper to the smart investors.
3724  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Slots 102: The Provably Fair Slots (with poll) on: July 16, 2020, 04:35:06 PM
Interested to know this too. Is it hard/expensive to implement the provable fair feature (or better provable fair feature) on their systems, or they just choose not to?
I guess honest opinion from the owners would be one of the best way to have an idea why.
Yea, we can only guess about it.

Perhaps it's not important since they can void/disqualify the bet anyway, so what's the point of provably fair... Plus user's action can influence the result, maybe it will make the RTP and volatility calculation more difficult.

If you interested in conspiracy theory, well, maybe the game isn't fair (with near miss and stuff to encourage players to spend more).
3725  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Slot random algorithm for bonus game on: July 16, 2020, 04:22:57 PM
It's completely random and different for each game. Sometimes I spent too much time to hunt the bonus round and sometimes I got it in less than 10 spins.
Keep in mind that you can still lose even with free spins, so don't double down for the sake of hitting bonus round.

Playing slot is the fastest way to burn money. Be careful Wink

Check it mate and hopefully the coupon is still available as it is only for the first 15.
No luck for me Cry

New slots added, and since the poll only has five voters, I decided to reset the poll.
3729  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [Boxing] Lomachenko vs. Teofimo Lopez Lightweight Unification fight on: July 15, 2020, 05:37:27 PM
There's not final set up yet.
...
So it will be decided first if there will be crowd, but if the fight will be held in the US, I doubt it will be allowed.
Yeah, but the paragraph below it, Arum -the manly alpha male- said:
Quote
"In talking with Lomachenko and Lopez, neither of them want an interim fight. So we would plan to do that in September, with or without an audience."
It's a manly statement don't you think?

But we all know that technical Loma is, and I would agree that he is one of the best technical boxers we have witnessed in the last 10 years.
I can't recall fighters QUIT other than the De La Hoya vs Pacquiao fight. Well, the Golden Boy had been turned into Chinese when that happened, so it didn't count.

But Loma made four fighters QUIT (RTD).

i am going with NO MAS.
Me too!
3730  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Slots 102: The Provably Fair Slots (with poll) on: July 15, 2020, 05:25:20 PM
I'm a sucker for every slots game
Don't worry, you are not the only sucker around here. LoL

so far I enjoy Mintdice slots. Although others might have to agree that the graphics is not the best, but I would say that majority of the times I used it, I'm on the positive side. Perhaps I'm just lucky that's why I continue to play it if I have the time. And I agree that it is one of the most under rated slot/platform right now.
Yeah, I have good moments too with that slot game, especially in its sigcamp period. I think 500x (ID #10831589801) was my best multiplier there.

1. The Fruitsler slot at Bitsler
2. Fruit Slot at Coinroyale.
3. Slot game at Crypto.games
You may try it first if you havent, but I think the Fruitsler slot by Bitsler is the best compared to the other last two.
Sure!

Will add it shortly. Nice info mate, thanks!

Hmm klo punya utang gak bayar = nipu, sering kena tipu ane klo gitu. Baru sadar klo begitu banyak kasus penipuan (punya utang gak bayar) di negara ini Shocked

Edit: agak seriusan biar nggak diamuk momod

3733  Economy / Economics / Re: The Decentralized Economy During COVID-19 on: July 15, 2020, 06:46:39 AM
The future of "DeFi" depends on the regulation. When the strong government (probably USA) starts getting annoyed with DeFI, we will see the crash and burn of this so-called "decentralized" system. The usage of a token doesn't mean the system is decentralized. I'd rather use the term "tokenized finance."

Covid probably influences people decision to store part of their money in crypto assets (not only DeFi) because of the "printing money" thing.

It can go to Lv 2 or even 1, you will understand in a moment Grin
Well, I hope one of us will be lucky!
LMAO, it's Magic Gate!!
Sorry guys, my pixelated eyes won't work on the same graphics.

Congrats to the winners! Lucky Bast*rd Grin

3735  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Slots 102: The Provably Fair Slots (with poll) on: July 14, 2020, 01:15:01 PM
really ? thats way too much
Oh, I forgot to mention, the information is from slotcatalog.com, pretty legit site IMO.

Good post and yes,,, it is traditionally very hard with slots because there are SO many providers but actually very few of them have real provably fair systems that I can see.

Do you know why this is the case though?
Well, from the gamer's perspective, you can judge it by the screenshots provided.
Only slots from BGaming are graphically appealing.

However, I expect we will see more quality provably fair slots in the future since replacing graphics with the HD/HQ graphics + adding SFX is easy (but expensive though).

Thanks!

I love the Play n Go slots with my top slot rated to be the Swords and the Holy Grail. What I love most is the bonus round which falls quite often on the reels in most of my gameplays.
I'm not a fan of slot but the only slot game that I play was Play n Go same as yours. They offer various games with good pay table and exciting bonus. I'm not familiar on slot games that OP listed above. Maybe they are a native slot game for the specific website.
Dude, this thread is for provably fair slots (with the hashes and stuff), if you want to share about mainstream slots, feel free to chill here:
Slots 101: Basics, Strategies, and Discussion (with poll)

YGGDrasil and Play 'n Go are licensed slot provider. They are tried and tested as probably fair slot compared on the list available in the poll.

It's hard to tell if the slot is probably fair unless the game provider will show the source code of there probably fair system that they used in the slot.
As I said, users need to trust the providers, license issuers, testers, etc., in "centralized" slots, meanwhile, with the provably fair feature, users can verify their bet to make sure the outcome was not manipulated. Of course, it's under the assumption that the RNG code is working properly (I believe this is the "hard to tell" part).

Trims!

With more than 14,695 video slots titles, it's easy to argue that slot has more players than any other online casino games. But "with great power, comes great responsibility" ~ Uncle Ben, this has become more problematic to prove that every bet made was fair and will be fair, that slot providers didn't cheat slot players.

Traditionally, players have to rely on trust, that every game has been through various testing to make sure its fairness. RTP, volatility, exposure, also checked at this phase. However, trusting this big entity is just like trusting the big banks, something that doesn't get along with the spirit of decentralization and "don't trust, verify" thing.

Hence, this thread will list provably fair slots only, so users can determine if the provably fair status can encourage them to play (or not). Anyways, feel free to post your favorite provably fair slots here, in case I forgot to mention it.

#1 Bitvest Slot

Legend says it is one of the oldest provably fair slots. The unique thing is, you can customize the pay table according to your own preference.

#2 BitcoinVideoCasino Slot

Not sure if this is one of the oldest, but it sure looks old (lol). The good thing is you can customize your pay line according to your own preference and it has progressive bonus.

#3 Samurai & Egyptian Slots - Stake

Did you get an email to try Samurai Slots? I tried, and it's good compared to the "previous generation" of provably fair slots. It has scatter, bonus rounds, sounds, and unique reels setup, like Deadwood/Tombstone.

#4 Mintdice Slot

This slot has nice graphics, sounds, and has decent gameplay. The downside is that no scatter (and bonus round). Probably this slot is the most underrated one.

#5 (Some of) BGaming Slots

Probably this is the most developed provably fair slot game in terms of gaming experience. The downsides are: high house-edge (3-6%) and the data (hashes) are not recorded in users' history. Users have to check the fairness immediately before the next spin, which is pretty much useless. BGaming has at least 33 video slots title, and some of it already fairly popular, e.g., Fire Lightning, Platinum Lightning, Avalon, etc.

Sadly, no "verify" option founds on new titles like Elvis Frog & Book of Cats.

#6 Classic Slot - Coinroyale

Who needs 5-reel slots when you can play a classic 3-reel slot machine? Seriously, if you like classic slot games with basic graphics, this can be a solid option.

#7 Slotmachine - Crypto-Games

Let's add this slot into the basic graphics collection. However, the gameplay is pretty unique. You can hunt crypto-games logo similar to the "scatter-hunt." More logo appears in one line (doesn't have to be in sequence) equal to more winning multiplier.

#8 Fruitsler & Crypto Thugs - Bitsler

Wow, provably-fair slot games with decent graphic! Moreover, it also has the wild symbol! Okay, I think Fruitsler is probably in par with Mintdice slot according to ME. But, this Crypto Thugs is definitely the best one if we leave BGaming slots out of the equation. It has scatter and free spins just like mainstream slots.

#9 Sugar Rush - Jacks Club

The better version of Sweet Bonanza (Pragmatic Play) since it is provably fair and offers significantly lower house-edge (2.7%). It has bonus rounds, relaxing music, and you can wager pennies, unlike Sweet Bonanza that has a $0.2 minimum bet.

#10 Elf Quest Slots - Tower.bet

A nice provably fair adventure/fantasy-themed slots game. It has the scatter and wild symbol, and three or more scatters will trigger the feature spin. In fact, there are three feature modes: "Caravan Robbery, Dwarf's Mines, and Dragon Tower." HOWEVER, it has a 94.58% RTP. Damn, after all the good parts, why crappy RTP?!

#11 Rollbot Bonanza - Rollbit

the game has 96% RTP and 5000x max multiplier. What I can say about this game is that it looks like a game inspired by Sweet Bonanza but with more advanced features. Below is a screenshot of the game:

Feel free to leave comments here! Wink
