What are the steps a beginner should note while trading bitcoin in orther not to run lost?
The main thing is that you cannot avoid loss at every point of your trading circle and you have to suffer losses but you need to manage them very efficiently to turn them in profits.Key skills for becoming an effective trader are :

1) Experience: which will come with time, mistakes and losses of your past trades

2) Knowledge of Market: Keep yourself updated with the latest news in the market that could affect your investments like companies or government decisions or say coin development like hard or soft fork and others.

3)Do Research and Analysis: It is most important in any trade that you make deep analysis of the cryptocurrencies you want to trade in and then only invest in them.

4) Keep learning and be steady and don't ever panic sell in the market by not mixing emotions with trading which will help you in your tough times.

Here are some of links of topics that might help you with some tips:

3722  Economy / Speculation / Re: Why Bitcoin price crushed? on: May 19, 2021, 12:15:29 PM
There is no proof that Elon Musk has sold his Bitcoin, so he is in the same sinking boat with us. I dont believe that Tesla suspended accepting Bitcoin due to mining influence on the climate. Perhaps that excuse was only for the public, and real problem are legal issues. His decision made Bitcoin lose 10% of its price; same amount it gamed after Bitcoin as a payment announcement. But he did not say anything yesterday, and we see a -$5k drop. Who is responsible for that?
He has given hints that Tesla might sell its Bitcoin holdings in future which lead to price fall further as his latest tweet was reply to one of the person saying can Tesla sell btc to which he replied "Indeed".These days crypto market is directly associated with his tweets and he solely manages to handle the price change. He has pumped doge so much that it has surpassed $68 billion valuation. And this for just meme coin with no technical development after founder left it.Who might know Tesla or Elon planning to invest more funds at this dip because Elon is a genius and we have to agree upon this as he has hyped crypto within a year so much making profits for his own.

But second reason which might have caused this fall is China suspending financial sector to offer crypto related services.Major hashrate for Bitcoin mining is concentrated in China.

Quote
Under the ban, such institutions including the banks and online payment channels, must not offer clients any service involving cryptocurrencies so ch as registation, trading, clearing and settlements three bodies said in joint statement on Tuesday

All these factors combined are pushing btc more downward trend and charts turning red.All altcoins are following the same rally but remember it's the best time to invest to enjoy later on.
3723  Economy / Gambling / Re: Positive Expected Value Bet Alerts - Get an edge on the crypto sportsbooks on: May 19, 2021, 11:59:25 AM
It's really amazing to see new types of projects coming to market with growing crypto gambling market.Your site is offering odds comparison and providing the edge benefit for players which is good service.Above all all you need to do is signup and get your result free of cost.Develop for more games and provide odds for most of the games which can boost your site.Talking about UI it's nice and neat and no extra ads drop box which can be a distraction for users.Keep your work in the same way.
3724  Other / Off-topic / Re: Now tell me if you still believe on Elon Musk. on: May 19, 2021, 11:45:18 AM
According to Tesla, the reason why they are not anymore accepting bitcoin is because of this reason.
Elon Musk says Tesla will no longer accept bitcoin due to fossil fuel use

But this article came out and their study proved that Banking system consumes two times more energy than Bitcoin: Research

So what are your thoughts on this, is Elon still credible that we should follow his tweet?
At first when he start accepting Bitcoin payments was he not aware of energy consumption and for his knowledge most of the miners are using renewable sources of energy for Bitcoin mining instead of fossil fuels and he is just criticizing to spread FUD.I was not following his tweets from tbe start but no doubt was happy when prices start to rise.He is business person and his only motive is profit growth.Tesla made huge profits by holding $1.5 worth of bitcoins which they have not made in 10 years by selling cars.Musk is just playing with Market emotions and knows his intentions but we all need to make investment at this time to reverse his actions which will eventually boost btc prices above $40k soon.So just realise the importance of Bitcoin rather than someone else making profits out of your pockets on social media.
3725  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin will not be able to stay above $50k for 10 consecutive days ever again on: May 18, 2021, 09:53:18 AM
Easy call.
Bitcoin prices are not based on personal judgement rather based on market forces which can turn the stones anytime. But long term and bitcoin enthusiasm are not looking for $50k as they know it will be crossed soon and next mark $70-$80k this year is being set for all the bearish waiting for it to dump. It's your easy call then wait for the actual returns after all this shitcoin hype is over and funds and investors moving to Bitcoin again.
3726  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Doge scammers take advantage of SNL to scam people on YouTube on: May 18, 2021, 09:43:16 AM
With new types of scams exposed each day hackers and scammers are finding unique and interesting ways to fool people. This time they took livestream on YouTube for committing such huge scam.In past also we have heard such double amount scams using celebrity social media accounts like Elon Musk in which one individual losses millions alone. Why would people fall in such types of scams and deposit their funds in fake address in hope of getting double or free coins?Only greed or it's their faith that Musk is really going to give them funds I don't know. This is what happens when you blindly follow some influential person and ends up loosing all your funds and he is making profits on his own out of your pockets.I don't know when people will understand and recognise these types of doublers and such scams.Sometimes People are ignorant and deposit their funds to some fake vanity address of renowned persons or institutions and then realised the wallets have been drained to scammers but they need to investigate properly before giving their funds as it is not reversible transactions.Be careful in this market of scammers.
3727  Economy / Gambling / Re: Rollbit.com | Crypto's Most Rewarding Casino 👑 on: May 18, 2021, 09:26:13 AM

Many thanks for sharing the concerns related to the $100 wager requirement to withdraw, I've been following the discussion diligently.

As some of you correctly suggested, this was initially set high to prevent abuse on Rollbit.

However, I discussed this with the team and we feel this requirement could now be lowered due to other, far better anti-abuse measures being implemented.

The requirement is now $10 deposit and wager to withdraw. The FAQ has been updated to reflect this change:

Keep the great feedback coming!
It's really amazing to see that how much concerned the Rollbit team is for the players and monitor the discussion on the forum and took quick actions to resolve it.The deposit and wager discussion was carried out for long and now you have lowered the wagering requirements to $10 similar to deposit amount. This amount is very much fair for most of the players on Rollbit and now there would be no misunderstanding and small players can place bet easily with withdrawal facility. This is not biased posting but I really appreciate the team efforts that they are trying to make user friendly casino and taking required actions according to suggestions by the players. The FAQ is also updated with the new terms and conditions from which other players can also have the new rules. Thanks for making such changes.
3728  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: This isn't the first time the dip has happened on: May 18, 2021, 09:10:39 AM
The market corrects whenever it reaches the point where people are buying and selling based on tweets. Those corrections didn't matter a year or two later. Bitcoin is bigger than any individual or corporation. How many posts have we made where we "should have bought" something for $200 or $1,000? Is it really $3000? a thousand dollars?
These dips don’t matter, either you believe in bitcoin long term or you don’t. And if you're going to sell anything based on one man's tweets, you might as well purchase something else.

HODL
These dips are not new to the market but what actually happens after correction is weak hands or say new investors sold to the big whales who later on enjoys the real profit. They try to create FUD in the market after which price falls and new, weak and panic investors sold at that price levels and big whales and institutional investors took undue advantage of it and buy at low and sell at peak prices. We have seen market crash in 2017 when prices dumped from $20k to as low as $3k but again btc recovered from that and touch it's ATH of $64k this year.So we don't need to worry about such dips if you are long term holder rather what best you can do is buy at dips which will eventually boost the prices and situation normalises in this crypto market.
3729  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Goldxbtc.com fake gambling website.. on: May 17, 2021, 02:29:18 PM
You are really doing great job @OP by exposing all the scam projects running out on the internet and meanwhile warning the new and old gamblers to be aware about such scammy projects and websites.Scammers these days are using new ways of fooling people for the funds and what is most surprising that they have victim's all the time.Whenever you are getting something free of cost the greed factor pushes you to get trapped into scammers hands which is where you loose your funds or secret details.Always try to investigate the matter and if you find something phisshy going on report them to moderators or post them in scam and accusation board of this forum. This will help others to be safe and create a healthy gambling environment.
3730  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Do you know person that predicted this retracement ? on: May 17, 2021, 02:13:25 PM
hello
good time

Do you know person (telegram group, site, twitter and other) that predicted this retracement in Market ?

have you seen person is good and talent in predicted and analyze market ?

can you offer me ?

I Want to follow one person that good is technical

Best regards
If someone can truly speculate the future market conditions and prices at particular time how come they do not gain huge profits for themselves? This crypto market is highly volatile and you cannot predict accurate prices rather you can have technical analysis, study the charts, make history price comparison, have market reports that can effect the prices but it's not 100% surety that it will work properly. Many individuals and telegram groups will claim that they predicted it right from the year beginning to get fees from subscribers. But it's all not true.Any government decision, companies statements, natural thing can make changes to prices which cannot be speculated at all.So beleive in yourself.
3731  Economy / Gambling / Re: Rollbit.com | Crypto's Most Rewarding Casino 👑 on: May 17, 2021, 01:57:22 PM
So many people here got the wrong idea regarding the deposit and wagering requirements. Read the FAQ and the earliest posts thoroughly people.
Yes that is what most of the gamblers here are missing and getting trapped into misconception. You can easily read FAQ of Rollbit casino on their official site and deposit and withdrawal amounts are clearly stated in them. For most of the casino need genuine players not scammers which is why they have set certain restrictions on withdrawal. If you have setup a new account you need to deposit $10 which is very much fair amount if you are in gambling industry. You can play safe games and try to convert them into $100 and it can be immediately or can take time.Try applying coupons and reedem codes provided on twiiter handle of Rollbit(Be fast and active as they are limited and people rush for it) which can boost your deposit or try crash, x-roulette or slot games at first.Don't make it too complicated for yourself and try to understand the rules clearly for better understanding and gambling.
3732  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Fighting the FUD of PoW versus Po(Insert favorite word here)!! on: May 17, 2021, 01:42:46 PM
Elon is just trying to create FUD about the Bitcoin in the market so as he can buy the dump in which he is succeeding at some point.Working with Dogecoin developers since 2019 to make doge crypto of the earth and giving statements like 100x faster speed and 100x less fees doesn't provide you the best crypto status.Proof of stake option rather be interchanged with Proof of Stupidity which allows the priviliged ones to be part of network by becoming validators.Whosever lock more coins has more power which was never the base aim of Bitcoin.Doge with unlimited supply and no technical development with less security is just witnessing a temporary pumps and soon Bitcoin and other top altcoins will come at the top.POW provides a competition and security among network and it has lot of technical working which are at best usage.Fees and speed issues can be resolved with new BIP's as in the past like lightning network but don't ever compare them with such shitcoins in the market.
3733  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Lost 17500$ during recent downswing, Now completely broke. on: May 16, 2021, 05:32:09 PM
Though I lost so many times earlier but this one is bit tough. I was bearish on bitcoin when it was around 30000$ but it went up and up and touches 40000$. I lost around 1000$ and I was ok but I do not know what happens to me suddenly in the heat of the moment I decided to go all in with 100x leverage, with no technical analysis nothing, as I was sure about bitcoin reaching 50000$.
And that is it all my bankroll which I build from 350$ vanished my hard work of 6 month gone.
Now I am broke. But I know I will build my bank roll again over the course of few months but oh man this is tough.
I hate this feeling. Guys no matter what don't be impulsive in trading.
Although it's hard to loose all your hard earned money in a single trade but you yourself being an experienced trader knows that this is how risky crypto trading can be.People outside think that prices are increasing suddenly and invest without any analysis and become greedy to loose their money which is their biggest mistake.Same happened with you as your technical analysis was ignored and it was the main cause for your suffering. But be determined and get up to recover from your loss and convert them to your profits again.Trading is not everyone's cup of tea but you knows how to make 50x or 100x gains as you converted $350 to $17500 within 6 months and you can do it again.
3734  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin's future (and BTC in Kuwait!) on: May 16, 2021, 05:14:55 PM
For those who don't know me I posted a thread last year about my experience with bitcoin.

Recently I noticed some huge interests in Kuwait regarding Cryptocurrencies. People are buying Bit/Alt coins as a store of value and for profits (as opposed to its original purpose, serving it as a currency.)

Now there are few things that I can't comprehend. The Kuwaiti Dinar is the top currency in the world, and bitcoin was created to replace fiat. My question is: How will BTC price increase in value if people are buying it as a store of value (as opposed to using it on regular transactions?) And why are Kuwaiti's buying BTC when our currency is the top in the world? It just makes no sense to me  Huh

I ask this since I'm still reluctant on whether to go back to BTC or stick with my currency, but seeing my own countrymen started accumulating Cryptocurrencies has gotten me lost in this Crypto world  Huh  Roll Eyes

So according to Kuwaiti Dinar is most powerful currency globally? No it is most expensive (not powerful) when exchanged to other currencies because of the economic stability of Kuwait and rich oil fields and supply to the world. You cannot trade KWD in foreign trades everywhere as most commonly USD and Pound are used and that is what makes the value of currency.

Your so called Kuwaiti Dinar fell to 5 cents in value compared to US dollar when Iraq invaded Kuwait in 1990 and after that banks revalued the currency and then it was set against based on gold valuation to 1 KWD=$3.47.

People are investing in Bitcoins and alts as source of investment which are opposed to inflation and deflationary in nature. Moreover you can make global transactions without the centeral intervention at minimal costs. They want to invest what is giving returns as well can be interchangebly used with Fiat for use.

Prices are increasing due to large volume of demand and less liquidation or say supply in the market beacuse people and sharks are holding at this time rather then selling which is situation of scarcity. After having the rewards have been halfed at 6.25 btc per block and only around 1.3 million btc additional to 18.5 million will be in circulation till 2024 halving. So it is just that way if you understand.
3735  Economy / Gambling / Re: Rollbit.com | Crypto's Most Rewarding Casino 👑 on: May 15, 2021, 02:34:31 PM
Before start playing ive read mostly the rules and the FAQ of the different gambling platforms, I want to try on and I saw the withdrawal requirement of the rollbit. Also for other future players who would like to play too that they have this kind of rule for their users if you want to withdraw your funds. I don't have any problem with this because it's their own rule if you don't want to agree with it they cant do it's your choice.

It is basic rule of gambling that you should always be familiar with rules and regulations of the platforms you are using because ignorance of rules is not a valid plea after you have an issue. Most of players read the rules before playing but some gamblers ignore certain FAQ.You got an idea about the working of casino like deposit, withdrawal, security, and other settings which are most important part of gambling. If you any issue and dont want to play there then you can simply avoiding gambling on that platform. For example certain casinos have KYC policy and gamblers want to be annoymous because if you want to withdraw to your bank or in crypto you need to provide your documents which can be a issue for players as crypto earnings are not legal tender on most regions. So rules are must read aggreement before gambling.
3736  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Top 10 casino sites on: May 15, 2021, 02:16:24 PM
Most of people here on this forum including me don't know the casinos you have mentioned on the list and can you provide the basis of your listing or source from where you have gained this information.777 casino is known because they have signature campaign running here on the forum from long period and running successfully. But what I think is you need to mention some popular casinos in your list as you can increase the list to top 20 or 25 casinos. There are various casinos these days and you can't compare them easily. If you check various sites they have ranked them on different basis like best Bitcoin casino or best slot games. So update you list to most popular ones.
3737  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Which crypto should I invest? on: May 15, 2021, 01:57:44 PM
Which crypto should I invest? I have 20k.
I look on the crypto SafeMoon
It sound promosing.

I am long for safe investment and long term. Should  i put money on it?
If you have already made your mind for investing in new projects like Safe moon then why are you asking for suggestions here on the forum? First rule of investment is self research and your investments should not be influenced by others. But if you are really willing to invest 20k don't go for SafeMoon but rather diversity your portfolio and go with Bitcoin,ETH coins with larger portion. But if you are onto altcoins then Solana and DOT are one of the most promising project who have changed the blockchain ecosystem and Market cap and prices are increasing due to projects using their blockchain technology.Don't get manipulated by the social media these days as most of the coins shilled are on just temporary surge and soon crash including your SafeMoon.
3738  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Tesla destroys bitcoin :-[ on: May 14, 2021, 12:27:17 PM
You're shaken just after a 12% drop? Lol you must be totally new here. If you're THAT easily affected by negative press, you probably shouldn't be investing in the first place.
I was just surfing across the instagram and I came across one of the crypto related page on my feed and saw this image and wanted to share on this thread.Every time the market is down the panic sellers get into this trap and think now btc is going to crash and is most probably dead.

Bitcoin don't need any single company or rich individual to grow in the market and people holding it will eventually be the real gainers in coming days. This market is not for some panic sellers as they contribute worse to these corrections.
3739  Economy / Gambling / Re: Rollbit.com | Crypto's Most Rewarding Casino 👑 on: May 14, 2021, 12:14:58 PM
I signed up for an account on the Rollbit site before when it didn't have the security features of the 2F2 authenticator. But now I can no longer access my old account on Rollbit because I have to enter the authenticator code in the form even though I haven't activated this feature before. I currently have the 2nd account that I registered earlier, have I violated the site rule because I have 2 account even though my old account is no longer accessible?
Sorry, I don't have any information about registering multiple account on this site.

You should contact their support team through your registered email address on Rollbit and confront them your situation. You can easily create multiple or alt account on Rollbit until you try to exploit the bonus and other schemes.

Quote
We reserve the right to disable accounts that have been created with the intention to abuse our bonus, coupon and chat features.

Most probably user themselves enable 2FA on the account and it can be logged in with the code on your device but if you are unable to login then support team will be ready to help you.And if you can login you can self exclude your account within 21 days of period being loyal gambler.Otherwise go the other way.
3740  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Is there a way to recover a lost wallet password? on: May 14, 2021, 10:31:15 AM
Honestly I must say that I have no ideal on this one I nomally concentrate on the trading aspect I have never considered what would happen if I can't remember my password not on till recently a friend whom I introduced to the platform lost his phone and couldn't remember his password.

In this kind of situation are there hopes that the password can be recovered, if YES what are the procedures to regain it back.  Any advise you give will really be appreciated.
As said by other members if you have lost password of your wallet then you can try to do following things:

1) You can try to login with every possible password combination that you remember. This will take a lot of tries but you can be successful if one of the combination matches.

2)Try to use 12 word Wallet recovery phrase to extract the funds in the wallet

3)If you have stored your seed phrase on any place safe then you don't need to worry about your password as the funds can be extracted easily from your seed phrase to another wallet.

4)If you are facing difficulty in any of the above then you can try using decrypting services or if you have knowledge then you can try to do it yourself by using heavy GPU,latest wallet files and at least some words used in your password for brute force password decryption used by hackers.

But if you are unable to remember anything at all then it might become impose for you to get access of your wallet but you can surely go for paid service if the funds were huge but if doesn't matter then leave them as fees charged by them will be high.
