3721  Economy / Speculation / Re: Mark Cuban on: November 26, 2017, 01:16:29 PM
Typically mark cuban style when he does not understand or don't care something about it instead of shutting his mouth up, he likes putting it in social media if he dislikes probably that's one of his business strategy he does not experience very well the full potential of bitcoin which is why he is turning a blind eye on the evolution of bitcoin in our world today.

Looking at his prediction now made him look like a guy who does not know what he talking about, as the price of Bitcoin made him its is own words. But we missed something about the news report and that is Mark Cuban is "hyping" another cryptocurrency, usually this is some technique of known individuals which they know that their comments can hurt the market and a certain asset.
3722  Bitcoin / Press / Re: [2017-11-25]Bittrex Issue New Trading Policy on: November 26, 2017, 11:16:29 AM
A really bad move for the cryptocurrency exchange doing that GTW, GTM, GTY (Good this Week, Month, Year) are really essential features needed by a position trader, simply removing it because of clogging up the order books seems to be unreasonable. It would be a set back for them as traders who don't want to be active in trading needs to have this features. But good thing that orders set 28 days and below are still on the table, they need to find another solution for DDOS attacks.

3724  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: website for technical analysis ? on: November 24, 2017, 07:37:12 PM
Visited TradingView right now and it is weird that they limit their indicators but looking at what they did is not that bad at all. Because what they did is they packed all the common indicators being used at the same time in group.Like the Bar William's 3 lines the moving averages of 5,8,13 are all in one group. The only bad thing about this is you don't have the freedom to choose your own indicators on your candlestick chart. It really sucks that they have created a "Pro" version of their service which used to be free.
3725  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2018 NBA Season on: November 23, 2017, 05:48:42 PM
The Minnesota Timberwolves had a good win today although their double digit lead was cut down to only 6 points at the end you will see that they really need to improve their 4th quarter performance. One thing that they can do  is to no play 5 bench players all at once as even though the starters are resting it is ruining the momentum of the lead. They still look good in the Western Comference having only 2 games behind the Golden State Warriors.

Its really a good win after 2 losing skid. Although the 4th quarter woes still bothering them as they almost lost another close one here. Its another balance attack but they need consistency. Taj Gibson has a good night by contributing 24 points.

Its a tough battle in the Western Conference, but if they remain consistent I think they can really hang with the top teams. And I agree with your observation on the 4th quarter performance, that's why I said that its still bothering them as if they are choking in the 4th.
The problem here is that their Coach, Tom Thibodeau does not know how to mix the starters with the bench players often having 4 bench players and 1 starter or even worst 5 bench players playing in a quarter, what the coach should do is to mix and match who is on the floor in order to maximize their lead. Seeing something like Andrew Wiggins being only the starter in the floor worries me in a defensive position. But the Regular Season is still young and they still have a lot to improve, seeing some DeAndre Jordan trade rumors lately I hope the Minnesota Timberwolves will give an attractive offer without their Big 3 of course.
3726  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: ☘☘☘☘[ANN] [ICO] [XVIA] | VIABET | MAKE GAMBLING GREAT AGAIN! |☘☘☘☘ on: November 22, 2017, 12:54:07 PM
A great ICO, VIABET actually make it fun to become token holders as you will be part of their profit sharing, usually if you want to earn in Online Casinos you must gamble and risk your money. In here you will be like a stockholder waiting for dividends to earn money. I really hope for your campaign's success and I am looking forward to experience your ideas.
3727  Economy / Economics / Re: The value of bitcoin? on: November 21, 2017, 02:52:31 PM
The value of bitcoin depend on a lot of things the most important one would be how much people know about it and invest in it and trust it a lot of people because we all here want to have some bitcoins and that is already a lot of people.
Basically, it is one of the factor why we saw bitcoin continously growing and pump, its actually not just because of its high demand but also becausebut gaining really great popularity at the same time. Well known personalities are actually getting involved with cryptosystem which maybe the reason why great number of people are trusting and getting themselves also involved with it.
Really hard to pinpoint the exact value of Bitcoin if demand is our only basis for it, usually other assets such as stocks and real estate have other basis outside of demand to determine its real value or fair market value which Bitcoin as of the moment does not have. Many people (especially the new ones) think that what they are doing when they are buying Bitcoin is "investing" which is essentially not true as what you are really doing is trading as you are as of the moment basing your buying and selling decisions base on demand and its price charts, investing requires a lot of fundamental analysis which Bitcoin does not have.
3728  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Technical Support / Re: guidance on buying first BCT on: November 20, 2017, 10:14:50 PM
You can go to the Marketplace > Currency Exchange in the forum and try to find out who is willing to trade with you, with your current rank and activity you will most likely need an escrow in order to have someone selling their Bitcoin to you. Also with an escrow involve in your transaction meeting with the seller is not needed anymore, just remember that when picking an escrow it must be a trusted one with a good reputation. In the currency exchange you can offer any kind of payment as long as the seller is accepting it, try to find out yourself.
3729  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: WHEN IS THE BEST TIME TO PURCHASE BITCOIN? on: November 20, 2017, 02:30:34 PM
With the current uptrend of Bitcoin the only time you can buy is when there is a price correction as it is when you can buy Bitcoin at its cheapest price, remember do not try to catch Bitcoin while it is still falling you should watch and wait until it has bottomed out or when the price of it remained steady, or a more safer way it when it has broken the minor trend with a breakout even though you didn't bought it at it's cheapest price you are guaranteed to be riding the uptrend yourself.
3730  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Chances Chinese Government Will Ban Bitcoin Mining? on: November 20, 2017, 02:04:35 PM
The only news I am hearing right now about the Chinese Government is that they are strictly enforcing the law on unregulated exchanges that if they don't have the proper business permit to operate they will be shut down which a lot of them are. This is for the own protection of their citizens who are unknowingly putting money on illegaly operated businesses in China. The news about banning Bitcoin mining are only rumors for now.
3731  Bitcoin / Legal / Re: Iberia Bank hates Bitcoin on: November 20, 2017, 01:46:23 PM
Iberia Bank in the US? Yeah, they must have a company policy against Bitcoin or something. I read something a while back on reddit saying he was contacted by the bank when he tried to link his coinbase account into it. It sucks, but if it's a company policy, then there's little you can really do about it. It might be part of their internal protocol to avoid money laundering since reputation is everything for banks these days. Just speak with your money and open an account elsewhere. At least they haven't had the chance to potentially block your Bitcoin transactions yet.
One thing to avoid in this kind of situation is by trying to trade your Cryptocurrency to Fiat currency via 3rd party sellers therefore the only thing they will see it bank to bank transfers which won't look suspicious for them. Having a company policy like this really sucks as they are only hindering themselves to have more money flowing in their system not unless the policy is required by their government I think they need to take a look and review about removing some kind of policy like this as their is no justifiable reason on blocking the deposits to coming to your account.
3732  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2018 NBA Season on: November 20, 2017, 01:04:47 PM
I underestimated the Rockets yesterday I thought they'll have some problems with cp3 chiming in. Moving on, putting my satoshis on the Nuggets -5.5  today Lakers lost twice in a row at home I think they're losing form because of this and will continue to lose. Also on a losing streak with my bets so go ahead if you like to counter my pick. Betslip

Seems the Rockets is a whole different beast with CP3 on play. Let's just hope they're consistent anyway.
I don't know why you have underestimated the Rockets especially when they are currently sitting at the top of the Western Conference standings. Chris Paul doesn't have any problem being part of the Houston Rockets as he have blend well with James Harden, and in my opinion they are one of the best back court duos of all time. Winning over 22 points over Memphis Grizzlies showed us that they can win in big margins especially on an elite team like the Grizzlies.
3733  Economy / Speculation / Re: Dump/Correction @ 10k on: November 20, 2017, 12:36:03 PM
Their will be if it failed to penetrate the 10,000$ price in one try, when you look at the Bitcoin Price Chart you will notice that when it penetrated the 7,000$ level it has stayed there for a couple of days before it got down as it has successfully penetrated the price point which in return has established a support in that level. Study support and resistance and you will know how far will the price correction go, also breaking into an all time high will give your trade more risk because there is no resistance whatsoever that is why you need to be cautious when Bitcoin is going to a new price level.
3734  Bitcoin / Press / Re: [2017-11-20]Putin’s Adviser Saw a Falling Price of Bitcoin | on: November 20, 2017, 06:48:32 AM
If his advisers saw Bitcoin falling then what is the sense of creating their own cryptocurrency? It is like battling against a tide in which they won't win, if Bitcoin's price is affected then other cryptocurrencies will also be affected by the decrease. If this is their way on having a regulated version of Bitcoin I hope that it will succeed, this kinds of projects especially a powerful nation might have a bad effect on their own country both economically and their national security. They need to have some kind of more powerful control on their government system.
3735  Economy / Economics / Re: impacts off cryptocurrency on: November 19, 2017, 04:58:48 PM
What I am seeing right now is that Bitcoin is the one who created the most impact among all cryptocurrencies, when you look at it Bitcoin has give a way for people to earn additional income from trading to mining it it gave them opportunity to earn money online it also had paved the way for Altcoins that people are also understanding hoping it will grow like Bitcoin. Bitcoin had quiet a big run this year that even people who don't know Bitcoin yet have became self-aware of what it is.
3736  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Best way to invest bitcoin? on: November 19, 2017, 04:28:52 PM
If you are feeling lucky you can try gambling with some strategies (but don't get too greedy!). I once made 300000 satoshis from 500 in a day, but then I turned my head to my TV for 5 seconds and lost it all. Roll Eyes
Gambling could not be counted as investing as it is "gambling" the risk involve with it is different from investments, you are actually betting on something hoping for your money to double while in investing there is no sure percentage involve or a 49.5% risk for you to double your money. I wouldn't recommend someone trying to increase their money with gambling as you might lose it all in one bet.
3737  Economy / Economics / Re: What Is with The Negativity Around Bitcion...... on: November 19, 2017, 03:01:22 PM
Not to make your statement wrong or something. But what common news I see about interviews with CEOs and Financial Analyst is that they always give a fair comment about Bitcoin and how they are rather be on the safe side and state the reason why they are staying away with Bitcoin. We don't need to be pissed about them as they have their own comments about Bitcoin and cryptocurrencies. Words like "Bitcoin is a Bubble" or "It does not have any fair market value" are true statements made by a real financial expert.
3738  Economy / Economics / Re: will next decade be the bitcoin era ?? on: November 19, 2017, 01:27:35 PM
Well looking at the number of  all time transactions you are right as it has tremendously increased this 2017 but it does not say if that number of transactions came from new users or it is just the old users increasing their usage of Bitcoin. It looks like the number of transactions will still increase year on year as it is still not over for Bitcoin to gain some new users for it. But let us not get our hopes up that we need Bitcoin in order to survive in the future as there are other means of earning additional income, let us not  narrow our options into just cryptocurrency in general.
3739  Bitcoin / Press / Re: [2017-11-18] Astrologist Predicts What Will Happen to Bitcoin Price in 2018–2020 on: November 19, 2017, 08:45:02 AM
It's funny that Astrologist are having a prediction on cryptocurrency nowadays. And the most laughable thing is that most astrologist will just predict what will happen in the future what I am reading right now is they are giving exact dates on what will happen to Bitcoin. When you analyze the news you don't know how it adds up as it is saying that Bitcoin will fall on February yet the government is still organizing a taxation for it. Let us not be scared on something that has no basis on their predictions.
3740  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: How to kill Bitcoin? on: November 18, 2017, 02:48:18 PM
Bitcoin can be be possibly killed but it has more chances of being killed due to an external factor rather internally. External factors are threats that Bitcoin or any users of it cannot be avoided at one external factor I see killing Bitcoin is our world government where all of the nations unite to stop and ban all the related websites to Bitcoin and also the wallet providers for it, with that kind of move Bitcoin will be valueless.
