Welcome to the forum...

Ok, the $1 promotion for the first 50 people...signing up from Bitcointalk.org is not mind blowing, because you are just going to draw in the faucet leeches and not the highrollers that should be your target market.  Wink

Most gambling are done from mobile phones these days... so I will suggest that you give a little bit more attention to the development of the mobile version (App) of this site.
3742  Economy / Gambling / Re: Live on Chain - WavesPlay.com - Dice, Coin Flip, Referral for Life on: September 27, 2021, 05:45:11 AM
I have been saying for a while that Alt coins need a utility or use case to survive.... and this (casino) is a use case that might just fit that scenario. The problem I see with this is the following... The on ramp process is too difficult to play here and also to get the tokens and this might just be the point of failure for this project.

I suggest that multiple coin swapping might be integrated into this, so that people can acquire these Waves tokens without all the complex hoops that they have to jump through.  Roll Eyes
3743  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [Rugby] Union / League / Super / Sixes Sevens Pro14 / Cups & Tours / Olympics on: September 26, 2021, 04:39:33 PM
Is there really anything for South Africa to play for in the next Rugby Championship match next Saturday? They can only end up with the second place behind the All Blacks ... because the All Blacks are too far ahead.... and then the Australians has to lose against Argentina without any Bonus points.  Roll Eyes

So my money is going to be on the All Blacks to win the last match in the tournament and for South Africa to stay in the 3rd position. It is sad to see a World Cup team, being beaten and losing their #1 position on the World rankings.  Sad

Who are you going to put your money on?
3744  Bitcoin / Project Development / Re: The Trading Bot that will Revolutionise Crypto Trading FOREVER!!! on: September 26, 2021, 12:25:58 PM
You know, it is very easy to verify that you are running a legitimate project and not some scam. You are saying that you are putting up a 10 BTC bounty.. but you do not show proof of funds with a reputable escrow.  Wink  Just put the money up with a reputable escrow and we will know that you are not another snake oil salesman.  Grin

Legitimate businesses do not "market" a new product, with ZERO proof of concept (screenshots / Beta software / License information / Physical address / Contact details... etc.)  Roll Eyes
3745  Economy / Exchanges / Re: Will the exchange cancel all Chinese users? on: September 26, 2021, 11:06:07 AM
You know, there are several ways to bypass these Chinese bans on Crypto currencies. There are millions of Chinese citizens with family and friends that are working or living in other countries where Bitcoin is legal. They will simply do direct Bitcoin transfers to these people and then ask them to push the coins through "legal" exchanges in other countries.

One thing about Chinese citizens is this.... "They know how to circumvent restrictions from their government" ..... and they are clever enough to get away with it. ( I know several Chinese people that are working in my country and they are very clever )  Wink
3746  Economy / Gambling / Re: Bitcasino.io 💜 — Weekend full of fun & prizes! 🎉 🥳 🚀 on: September 26, 2021, 10:26:54 AM
One thing that I really like about Bitcasino.io is the way that they manage RTP (Return To Player) information on their site. You can basically see the current RTP setting of a game under their "Live RTP" section ...... so it is not like other casinos, where it is "hidden" or difficult to see. (Those casinos do not want you to play the games with a less favorable RTP for the house)

Thank you guys for making this transparent and even showing changes in the RTP ....so that you can manage your game play, based on the RTP of the Slots you are playing.  Wink
3747  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: China Bitcoin Ban Again? Whenever In Doubt, Look At This List on: September 26, 2021, 06:16:42 AM
Why is this a surprise to so many people? We all know the Chinese government are control freaks and they will never allow a technology that gives ultimate freedom to their own citizens.  Roll Eyes  They have been working on the Crypto Yuan for many years now... so their timing with the Crypto mining ban and now this blanket ban on Crypto has come as no surprise to the people that has been watching them.

This news will not have a significant impact on the Bitcoin price, because speculators and traders have been anticipating it for weeks already. The dip in the price will be small and it will recover within a few days. (Only the newbie traders will shake in their boots)  Tongue
3748  Economy / Economics / Re: How has inflation affected your savings and investing? on: September 25, 2021, 09:15:26 PM
I have not had a pay increase in 3 years, so the inflation has gradually caused me to cut back on luxuries and entertainment expenses that I had 3 years ago.. just to keep the pot cooking. If I was living on the interest on my saving, then I would have struggled.... because the increase in inflation was much higher than the interest that I received on my saving.  Angry

One thing that I decided to do, when the Bitcoin price skyrocketed..was to sell a few coins to pay all my debt... if it was not for that, I would have had to dive into my savings to survive.  Sad
3749  Bitcoin / Press / Re: [2021-09-24] China Says All Crypto-Related Transactions Are Illegal on: September 25, 2021, 12:56:52 PM
I think the world has accepted that the Chinese government are working towards a "blanket" ban on all things Crypto currency. The Chinese government cannot handle anything that takes away "control" over their citizens.

The price will also not be influenced a lot, because the speculators has priced in the affect that this decision might have had on the market. We might see a small dip in the price and then it will go up again... and everything will go back to normal.  Wink
3750  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: bitcoin.org hacked. on: September 25, 2021, 11:36:05 AM
I have stopped using the site after Roger Ver and his friends started to use the site to push the agenda that "BCash is the real Bitcoin" ....and since then never even visited it. (When something is toxic, you simply remove it like cancer from your life)

We should keep a close eye on all those old sites that are being neglected, to make sure that it is not being used to exploit people like this. Who is managing the site now......since Roger Ver has gone into hiding? (Just a joke guys...... calm down)  Roll Eyes
3751  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: All crypto declared illegal in China!!!!!!!!!!!!! on: September 24, 2021, 06:16:16 PM
Did the big Chinese firewall stop people from bypassing the firewall and using sites that are blocked? No it did not... they used several methods to bypass the firewalls and they will do the same with bitcoin transactions.

We saw this coming when the Chinese government "banned" Crypto mining, so it is not a big surprise. The impact will not be significant, because the price was not really influenced when they banned Crypto mining.  Wink
3752  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Most easiest casino games on: September 24, 2021, 04:45:28 PM
Well, I think a person with little or no experience in gambling will understand how "Plinko" works. I think one of the most popular games on Stake.com are Plinko from their original games. You basically set the amount you want to bet and the difficulty level and you are good to go. You can set it to "auto" and then you configure how many balls must drop... or you just press the "bet" button and the balls will drop.

The Slots are a whole different story, because each slot has different features and bonuses and pay lines ...so it is a more difficult learning curve than Plinko..... but everyone should be able to play Slots... (just configure the bet amount before you start betting)  Wink
3753  Economy / Gambling / Re: ✅🍅 wintomato.com 🍅Dice 🍅 Slots 🍅 Sport Betting on: September 24, 2021, 08:09:01 AM
Glad to see OP being more active in the thread..... there was a lot of unanswered questions that needed clarity and the long absence was not very professional.  Roll Eyes

The site look a lot like CasinoRoyale .... are this just a second site..like PrimeDice did with Stake.com? I hope if this is their second site... that it will also explode like Stake did.  Wink

Good luck..... Hope you get a lot of new gamblers moving to your site. I am still trying it out..... lots of things I like.  Wink
3754  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: The difficulty of explaining Bitcoin to people is massive on: September 24, 2021, 06:53:31 AM
You obviously need to do a little bit more research, before you can explain Bitcoin to someone else. The easiest way for you to explain the coin cap is the following...

Imagine that you are a software developer and you wrote a piece of code that define that only 1 000 000 tokens will be distributed to miners and that the majority of the people running that code, will determine what happens on that decentralized network. Now, if you have say 10 000 full nodes running the code and you as the developer change the software to say that it now has 2 000 000 tokens.... then for that change to have affect, those 10 000 full nodes have to download the new update and run it, before the change takes affect.

If say only 500 full nodes start to run the new update, then the original code will stay in place... showing that the miners are not satisfied with the new changes. (Important : Miners will never accept an increase in the coin cap, because an increase in the supply of tokens will de valuate the coins they have)  Wink

This is very over simplified.... but it explains the concept without the technical jargon and details.  Wink

3756  Economy / Gambling / Re: betfair and excluded countries on: September 23, 2021, 03:23:37 PM
I see a lot of people suggesting that OP should use VPN services to bypass the "region restrictions" ... but that is also not allowed and clearly stated in most online casinos ToS. If the casino find out that OP have been circumventing their region restrictions, with VPNs.....his account will be locked and he will have to forfeit his balance.

Yes, some casinos conveniently look the other way when you use a VPN, but when you win something big and you want to withdraw it, then suddenly the bypassing of the VPN becomes an issue.  Roll Eyes

Also, if your country have an issue with online gambling and you win something big.... then you will have to explain it to the tax authorities ...and you might get huge fines or even jail time.  Sad
3757  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Karnataka ( A state in India ) they introduced bill in assembly to ban o.gamblin on: September 23, 2021, 11:52:22 AM
The hypocrisy of this ban is ridiculous...

They ban online gambling with very harsh punishment or even jail time, but they allow horse racing and the government lottery...etc. etc. Why not just say, "Listen, we want you to gamble on local platforms, because we want the money to stay within India (or that area) or where we have better control over the money that are leaving the country.

We all know local lotteries are sponsoring Sport development and local charities and they pay large amounts in taxes and license fees. Most of these local brick n mortar casinos also have to pay bribes to the local government employees to get the licenses, so we know why they hate online casinos.  Roll Eyes
3758  Economy / Economics / Re: Money and wealth as the major religions in world. on: September 23, 2021, 08:27:06 AM
This Covid-19 pandemic has shown me how obsessed people are with money.  Angry

Governments around the world are prepared to risk 1000's of people's lives to force an experimental vaccine onto their own citizens to reduce the impact that this vaccine are causing on their economy. The main drive behind these mandated vaccine campaigns are not to save people's lives, but to stop the lockdowns and the disruption that these lockdowns are having on the economy. (When an economy are not functioning, it does not generate profits and when there are no profits, there are no taxes)

People are willing to inject an experimental vaccine into their own young children, with a death rate of less than 1% amongst children, as a result of this virus.  Roll Eyes

How many of the large pharmaceutical companies are paying bribes to governments to push their vaccines? (In return, these companies gets 100% immunity against possible lawsuits, if the vaccines cause death or other severe adverse reactions)

Sad Sad :(Money has now become more important than human lives.  Sad Sad Sad
3759  Economy / Gambling / Re: Stake.com - Watford FC Main Sponsor - UFC Official Betting Partner ⚽ 🥊 on: September 23, 2021, 07:13:23 AM
I see Stake.com is offering bets on the All Blacks vs South African Springboks match this weekend. This one is going to be a tough matchup, because it is the 100th time that these two teams are facing each other, so they will both fight for that win.

The South African team come from a two loss against the Australians and they need a bonus point win to stay in the "Rugby Championship" tournament. If they lose this match, they also drop from their number one spot on the World Rugby rankings.

I see the All Blacks are pegged as the favorites to win this match, but I think a upset might be possible... so I am going to bet on the underdogs.  Wink
3760  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Now you can pay highway tolls using Bitcoin on: September 23, 2021, 05:39:47 AM
I do not know who was around, when pessimists said that Bitcoin will never be used to buy a cup of Coffee? They said the transaction fees were simply too high for people to use Bitcoin for small payments.

Well, Bitcoin developers listened and they created side-chains to facilitate cheap and instant transactions via the Lightning Network and now we see how these advancements are used to pay things like highway toll fees.

I am so glad that we are showing the pessimists and the shills, that Bitcoin can be a legal tender for large and small amounts. Go Bitcoin!!
