La base para poder hacer la venta y escritura directamente en bitcoin, parte de un cambio normativo realizado el pasado mes de abril, cuando la Orden de Notarios (ON) reguló este tipo de adquisiciones mediante criptomonedas. La ON determinó que la utilización de dicho medio de pago en la compra de activos inmobiliarios constituía un negocio de trueque, sujeto a un estricto control para evitar el blanqueo de capitales. A tales efectos, una compra inmobiliaria mediante criptomonedas precisa que se recaben los siguientes datos de manera preceptiva y anticipada al acto notarial en si: • Identificar las partes involucradas en el negocio (nombre, profesión, dirección);
• Revelar el precio y el tipo de criptomoneda ;
• Presentar comprobante de compra de criptomonedas (es decir, se requerirán registros desde la adquisición de monedas virtuales hasta el momento del negocio);
• Enviar información sobre las carteras (carteras de almacenamiento);
• Indicar la fecha de la escritura;
si la venta es por más de 200K€ además:
• La operación debe ser comunicada a las autoridades;
• Será necesario comparar el valor de las criptomonedas a la fecha del contrato de promesa y su valor a la fecha de la escritura.
Dichos datos son además comunicados al Departamento Central de Investigación y Acción Penal y a la Unidad de Información Financiera. Por lo que veo en sus Términos y Condiciones, desde la plataforma no se pueden enviar ni recibir criptomonedas hacia wallets terceras. Esto, según vemos en varias propuesta de plataformas que permiten la "compra" de bitcoin es algo habitual, aunque las hay que permiten el movimiento hacia wallets propias, lo cual como opción siempre sería deseable. También cita que el custodio no son ellos (parece ser la delegación de Bitgo en Alemania), y que éste (el custodio) sólo conoce la posición del Cliente una vez al día. Esto supone que hay un riesgo potencial de que tu posición en la plataforma de TradeRepublic no se corresponda con la del custodio durante parte de la jornada, y en caso de que TradeRepublic "desapareciese", el usuario realmente tendría la posición reflejada en el custodio. No sé si en otros países se está tan encima de estos asuntos por parte de las autoridades centrales. El caso indicado, lo que viene es a acusar a Nvidia de no ser todo lo transparente que debería haber sido con sus inversores (fácticos y/o potenciales), al no desvelar que una cantidad no desdeñable de sus ingresos venía de la venta de sus tarjetas con el fin de minar criptomonedas. Es decir, no ocultaron información acerca de los ingresos, sino de los segmentos de mercado de los cuales provinieron sus ingresos, donde omitieron detallar lo atribuible a la minería de criptomonedas.
No tengo claro que Nvidia pudiese realmente atribuir con claridad qué ingresos provenían de qué segmento de mercado, dado que sus tarjetas (creo entender) podrían servir tanto para gaming como para minería de manera indistinta. Supongo que la SEC lo tendrá más claro …

Support seems to be playing at procrastinating the solution, and considering you’ve already been insistent with them in your claims, it may be worth a shot to diversify reporting the issue on some of their own social media channels, to the degree you are comfortable with. The hope would be to publicly shame them on their own social media, with the hope of getting a speedier resolution. That is essentially what may happen through the review you plan to make/made on Trustpilot, but broadening the scope may be something to ponder (as usual, beware of scammers on social media). They did delay processing sepa bank TXs during the past Easter holidays, but there is seemingly no mention on their behalf to further issues in this sense. I did find a similar situation reported on Trustpilot, but a one off, and with things taking place within a shorter timespan (1 week – only to cancel the transfer after the said period of time). |

Es curioso que los pagos mediante cripto en tienda tendrán como preceptivo el envío de un correo electrónico por parte de la tienda al cliente (in-situ se entiende), donde figurará un código QR con la dirección de la cripto pertinente sobre la cual efectuar el pago. El rollout inicial es en EEUU. No tengo claro el límite que hay en el país para poder efectuar pagos en efectivo, y puede que el pago en cripto en la tienda tenga el mismo límite que el efectivo allí. No obstante, si te obligan a dar un correo, y aunque puedes tener uno expresamente para compras de esta índole, no sé a cuántos podría tirar para atrás tener que dar un correo electrónico como precondición para poder efectuar el pago con cripto. By that I mean that if you rush to create large amounts of posts or threads, you’re likely going to lower the bar that one should set of trying to post something meaningful. Were it the case, this will play against ranking-up here, so it’s better to concentrate on the post’s content than quantity. Although there are some time related limitations to posting, as per the formula quoted in the above post, one should rarely (*) encounter them unless he is spamming around the forum. (*) Perhaps with an activity below 15 one may meet the cool down period message, but other than that, it should not really be an issue at all. Bear in mind though that the formula applies to a set of elements considered as one within the formula (posting, and searching the forum for example both reinitiate the "wait time" period). |

El propio artículo referencia datos previos de otras fuentes de entorno al 6,1% - 10%, algo sustancialmente más comedido (la primera cifra con fecha muy reciente). Mira que me cuesta ver la razón real por la cual se producen situaciones como la ayer (subida desde los 37,7K $ hasta los 39,8K $), y bajada hoy de regreso de manera prácticamente abrupta hasta los 36,6K $. Que sí, que si la volatilidad, que si porcentualmente no es excepcional, que si la correlación con tal índice, que si la fed, que si tal o cual, pero en el fondo, en el fondo, no sabemos qué sucede exactamente (o por lo menos yo).
No sé cuánto de estos movimientos son atribuibles a las ballenas, a las bandas de Bollinger agupando a traders en puntos concretos para compras/ventas, a traders multidisciplinares que replican movimientos según lo que vean en la bolsa, al aburrimiento de los nuevos avenidos con miedo a que siga bajando, etc. Es decir, habrá algo de todo, pero neto neto, no acabamos de poner el dedo en los detalles de los porqués.
Tampoco ahora se avista ningún escenario que incite al optimismo en el horizonte a corto plazo (y no valen los fuegos de artificio de la RCA como animal de compañía). A veces, parecería que lo mejor sería no mirar los datos durante meses o años, y ver entonces cómo está el panorama, pero claro, quién se resiste a mirarlo con frecuencia …

Some of the exceptions to the general avatar Full Member requirement can be derived by going over this thread. Essentially: - Old Accounts seemed to have no rank restriction back in the day for the Avatar. Restrictions were introduced in 2015, after having been locked-in (*) for over a year due to an exploit. (*) I’m not 100% certain if they were disabled or locked-in, but reading this post, it seems as if they were locked-in (thus the reference in the post to removing them manually). It that is so, I figure older accounts may still have a locked-in avatar, not being able to change it until they meet the Full Member requirement. - A few accounts get demoted because they delete (or the mod deletes) enough posts for their Activity to decrease to a lower rank. If a Full Member that wears an avatar does that, I believe he’ll still be wearing the avatar, but it will be locked-in (not automatically deleted). - Very exceptional cases were seemingly granted avatar privileges, without needing to meet the rank requirement (i.e. some of Bitcointalk’s account recovery team). |
