If cabalism13 agrees a post worth merit but doesn't give merit to that post, I think that's bias, meriting them can't be bias.

No, it's your perspective. There are people with different perspective too. For example, if I create that, I believe that will be helpful for me and other forum user. I can expand my knowledge, and other forum member can also learn something. Ads are not that needed at the moment to continue forum, forum has a lot of BTC holding which will run the forum more than 10 years atleast I think. So, the way you are thinking, forum isn't motivated in that way. I hope you got my point. |

না কারন লেনদেন এর ক্ষেত্রে কুকয়েন এর ভুমিকা খুবই কম। এইখানে আপনাকে সরাসরি সেলারের একাউন্টে টাকা পাঠাতে হবে কিংবা বায়ার সরাসরি আপনার একাউন্টে টাকা পাঠাবে। কুকয়েন কোন ভাবেই ইনভলভ হবে না। ব্যাংক এর মাধ্যমে লেনদেন করতে পারেন যদি বায়ার/সেলার রাজি থাকে। আশা করি বুঝতে পেরেছেন। |

Everyone should stop selecting their pick from now on.. Give some chance to bottom 3 participants, May be quota/reservation system needed here.
Stopping pick wouldn't guarantee bottom participants to get points and come closer to the higher as everyone else will be given default pick (5 times) and that will be enough I think. However, there are still chance for everyone. Look how webtricks, Royse777, pffrt has come closer to the topper. I had almost 2x point then pffrt I think but now he has more than me. |

Some of you guys are messing the tag with neutral tag (which refers to other comments and I think neutral is referring to such comments, see what suchmoon said above, that was my intention). But maintaining a spreadsheet as Hhampuz said, and I'm going to follow that.

Some users apply in signature campaign without reading the rules. They apply sometimes even if they don't have the criteria to participate in the campaign. That's really stupid sometimes, at least when people don't read the most common rules. For example, Hhampuz requires at least 5 merits in his campaign to be eligible for participating but some people apply with having earned 0 merit within the last 120 days. This is stupid I think. They are wasting campaign managers time.
Now, as I have managed two campaigns and have plan to manage more once I get an offer, should I tag such users to avoid their application in future? Or should I simply put them on ignore list? If I tag, I will give a neutral tag with short message like, "This user doesn't read campaign rules."

Congrats webtricks. You really did a very outstanding job within last 2 rounds. Some other people have performed very well in the last round but it's me who got only 8 points from the last two rounds.
Here's my stats-
Round 1: 4
Round 2: 5
Round 3: 7
Round 4: 4
Round 5: 4
This two rounds lose me a lot of points.

A ban/unban poll can be easily manipulated as people have a lot of alts here and to win poll people may even create another business around it. And the forum is owned by theymos, he has all the right to govern it as he wants. So, I think current system is good enough.
Are you talking about any certain case? I haven't seen any such issue with ban/unban recently.

RR's inconsistency is the reason I am betting on SRH even though they have a better team than SRH in many ways. What do you guys think?
I don't think SRH can win the match. RR have both sides strong while SRH batting isn't good at all. If SRH bat first, I think they will surely lose the match and if they play on target, they must have to keep RR below 160 which I think impossible with their bowling unless Rashid Khan becomes the Lord Siraj  |

If you are posting for the sake of your campaign requirements, you will surely make low quality post. Act as you would act if you were not in amy signature campaign. That would get you quality and if your posting habit doesn't match the campaign requirements, don't participate in such campaign.
