3781  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Talk Token and Yobit on: July 18, 2020, 08:15:10 PM

somehow they will have success. all it needs if for their TALK token to have a value which I guess they can do it by giving TALK a usecase in the forum and for advertisers. they were talking about this in their forum and its interesting people are still there though.

they are earning TALK but unsure if there is a value to it for now. if it will have success and the TALK will be listed on coinmarketcap, they'd probably pump it up to advertise the forum itself its more than Justin's stunts.
3782  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Scammers favorite tools on: July 17, 2020, 08:40:45 PM

exchanges who are doing are ICO are the usual. we've been sing more of it since 2018. its unsure if they really get some funds fro investors though and i have not investigated an of them but the fact that they tried asking for funds and just defaced their website after ICO date, its a valid reason to think they are scam.

i would assume a single team is behind the ICO scam of exchange project and the next exchange ICO scam but just doing different way of exiting. one that i suspect today is that  KOINPRO. its not doing ICO but its allowing users to deposit.

3783  Economy / Economics / Re: China will rule world as economy king after crisis end? on: July 17, 2020, 07:47:15 PM
Of course, the balance of power on the world stage is likely to change after the end of the coronavirus. However, the dollar still rules the world. And in the USA they can print as many dollars as they want. They already want to reimburse $ 2,000 to each resident for the damage caused by the coronavirus. With such measures, the US economy will recover very quickly.
If China aspires to a leading role in the world economy, then states can unite and adopt trade and other sanctions against this country.
True, there is no longer unity in the world. It is not even between the countries of the European Union. Therefore, any scenarios are possible in the near future.

printing 2000USD for every family every month will greatly affect the value of USD. its interesting how US made it appear like its not affecting

this winter, it will be difficult for countries experiencing winter and many will suffer from hunger while covid virus is still spreading. china is much prepared for the coming winter since they had already opened their economy and trading. if indeed they have successfully contained the virus there won't be anything to worry for them.

3784  Other / Off-topic / Re: The New Normal on: July 17, 2020, 10:05:49 AM

it wouldn't revive the economy fast but at least we get to have a headstart at least. i actually think this new normal will really be the new normal forever. there won't be anything like vaccine but just government control that is more important here. there ill always be curfew and everything that restrict us from doing what we could do before the virus.

the lockdown cleaned the air in our cities, we can now clearly see the city across the the sea which is just few kilometers. before the virus the city is covered with haze. the one thing this virus did good is making the atmosphere and environment cleaner.   Cheesy that a good new normal to me.
3785  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Fiat vs Crypto in money laundering on: July 16, 2020, 10:06:18 PM
FIAT being in existence years before crypto is supposed to be used more in money laundering comparatively, such comparisons should be made from when Bitcoin was invented till present and not otherwise. By the way nice article OP, atleast we can use this to prove a point for those who always associate crypto to scams / money laundering, and claim crypto will never be acceptable mainstream due to this mishap.

there are more ways to make fiat more untraceable than BTC which is why its easy to use them in laundering. a blood money with just made up receipts of a made up business, it could already come out clean and taxable.  its like money out of thin air. no mining done nor blockchain trail. its harder to do it in crypto because everything is recorded on the ledger. if anything the authorities can freeze your account. ETH wallet can even be frozen which is a lot easier for authorities to stop transactions.
3786  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Elon Musk Twitter hacked on: July 16, 2020, 09:22:46 PM
his account was also compromized? lol jesus whos account is safe in twitter?

Tweet removed.  But it was definitely from his account.  I blocked the wallet to prevent anyone silly enough to think he'd actually do anything like it.

Quite the high profile account to get hacked though.

its definitely not elon's tweet. it simply just contradicts to his claim that he only has 0.25 BTC in his wallet so this tweet is just not coming from him. anyone from crypto who followed elon knew about it.

they should also target actors because that will really be making more exposure to BTC.  this isn't a hacker but a degenerate scammer just tweeting to double is an old trick that old dogs kept reusing.
3787  Economy / Economics / Re: Interesting perspective of Investors on: July 16, 2020, 08:48:07 PM

Peter Schiff did his best to recover his password too. he risked his life doing it.  Grin

they put their hopes to BTC since they can't find it anywhere. having a regular day job in a factory won't likely give anyone a retirement funds unlike having a bitcoin. when they see some articles speculating BTC to reach $1M because john macaffee said so, it gives a sense of hope that owning just 0.5 BTC will meant $500K. that amount is financial freedom and they will hold it to get a good life.
3788  Economy / Economics / Re: Do Not Pray for an Economic Crisis! on: July 16, 2020, 08:32:40 PM
What would the price be if an Economic Crisis occurred?

Bitcoin was launched 2009 and we have not witnessed many economic disasters except that occurred recently when CovID-19 pandemic was announced.

We realized that if there is an Economic Crisis and people lose their jobs, people will buy coins to put food on the table. They will not think about investing but will have enough money to save.

The price increased spectacularly from early 2016 to the end of 2017, the same saw the stock market and S&P500 improve by 50%.

I think we are already past that now, it's only a matter of time, before we get the vaccine ready and countries can now trace and quarantine people who are infected, so we are fighting the virus EFFECTIVELY in a year's time this pandemic will be over hope everyone is are safe wehn the vaccine is ready.

i have read about vaccines being tested already, its a good news. once its release businesses like travel and tours will probably resume too. i miss long drive.
economy will run again and i guess the crisis will not come to ruin what it all. there were many countries racing to come up with vaccines, if its cheaper the easier it would be for people to acquire treatment.  we can't afford already to prolong the lockdown, we need to work and make money already.
3789  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Trading using someone else's funds on: July 16, 2020, 08:10:24 PM
I think people would be a little bit more open to risk or would be a lot more closed to risks when using someone else's funds depending what type of person you are. If you are a person who cares about that other person whose funds you are dealing with and you want to make sure they get the most money they can but more importantly do not lose money, you would be closed to risks and you would want to do it right by them and care about them.

If you do not care about the other person you would do a lot of risky stuff and that means if you are working on commission but you are not losing money yourself, you would risk a lot of money to make a bit so that you could get a share of it, if not the worst would be someone else losing money. It all depends on the person who is doing the trading and their relation with the owner of the money.

its necessary to pick a good reputable assets manager to avoid loss. i'm not sure if there are something like this in crypto but there is already a copy trading which anyone can do already. there is no need for someone to entrust their money to trade it for them.

an assets manager who loses funds result to scam accusation.  there were several instances that assets manager loses money and accused as fraud by their clients.
3790  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: People still falls for Bitcoin doubling scheme and fake giveaways on: July 16, 2020, 07:07:11 PM

users who are not from this community yet are unaware of scams like giveaways and they are new to crypto. they rely to people they know who give them advice. i have a sister who suddenly was interested to BTC when someone introduced him to a famous online payment system in our country.

from then on i already guide her not to invest to doublers, avoid giveaways and no clicking links form emails are advised as well. these are just very simple advise to those people to avoid but some of the still fall for these.
3791  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: CZ & Binance Account was Hacked !!! on: July 15, 2020, 09:20:26 PM

its just twitter that's been hacked though. still there are users who send BTC to them. with just that tweet they collected almost 6BTC already.
its easy to believe it because its binance twitter. if it was just random influencer, people wouldn't send any btc to them but its binance account that got hacked. i tried visiting the link but its not loading, probably taken down already?

3792  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: New projects team failed to listen to advice about bad exchanges on: July 15, 2020, 07:37:31 PM
its not that the team didn't listen, they are just part of the scam that these exchanges are plotting.
exchanges like, latoken, vindax and p2pb2b are well associated with scam projects and if the team still engage to them it only means they are also up to something fishy. there are few exceptions but majority of them as we can see are just garbage. blockburn is just one that really sticks in my mind everytime IEO scam is the topic. it literally burned investors because i did try to ride the pump while they did a bounty campaign but just before the campaign end, it just pop.

3793  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: When Bitcoin Must Be Inherited on: July 15, 2020, 07:08:23 PM
a person with good morale and judgement can turn stupid in minutes after having a wallet with more than $1M so entrusting BTC to someone that he would give it to your kid or wife may not be a good idea. hard to trust 3rd party to do that even if there is a eye biometrics system that only your kid or wife's eye can unlock the BTC. one thing that you might just have to do before dying is to train any of your kid who is interested to learn all the stuff.
3794  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Promising low market cap altcoins on: July 15, 2020, 04:18:47 PM
orchid is on coinbase. i noticed it spike few times already. I didn't know anything about the project though. how did nokol.net categories them to be promising?
everipedia is on EOS network that had recently pumped as well. the project had been developed well but its not getting attention to investors. i think it has the potential to go up but i'm not sure if the tokens does have a good usecase.
3795  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: My eye opening advice about crypto projects on: July 14, 2020, 06:37:08 PM
The real well factors i accepting a good project in larger partnership with high popular exchange then it's sup chance for successful IEO. I believe unpopular exchange couldn't top services because there low numbers investors area. For token value appreciation it will manage dev team if their have demanding supply.
In every situation we have to care about all new projects. "Thorecoin" this coin gives a good return on investment but checks volume and exchange. Cryptocurrency is a very mysterious market. Maximum supply, Advisors and unpopular partnership also helps a project to grow up. I think we should check what is offered by new projects.

that is because every time there is a new project which its usecase is more sensible than the previous one, people starts dumping their current investment to move to the new ones.

developers trying to make demands for their tokens by adjusting the minimum staking collateral is just not working to make investors buy. same with partnership announcement, it only makes investors think the team is lying while they get impatient while their eyes opening to see what really is going on.
3796  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: My eye opening advice about crypto projects on: July 14, 2020, 05:37:10 PM
1. Advisors
Honestly it's been vain all along choosing projects become of an advisor, popular or not it doesn't matter anymore, what matters is the real use case of the project

2. Analysts
I've know analysts to be not very good with their predictions, the fact that crypto remains unpredictable means that analyst are useless

gone are the days when john mcafee says a word about the project and everybody seem to cram buying the tokens. its never working anymore because investors are all fed up about the projects that doesn't really make them rich. since the beginning of 2018 the investors are scratching their heads thinking why they put money to a crap project that wasn't even listed to a scam exchange.
3797  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: DeFi Projects on: July 14, 2020, 05:16:15 PM
no denying of  Defi hype projects, its the one that will likely make cryptcurrency bloom amidst the pandemic. one project that's been full of controversy because Justin Sun himself fud about it was Oikos.cash and just today its officially on CMC https://coinmarketcap.com/currencies/oikos/

anyone can stake OKS and mint sUSD to get rewards. price starts to climb once again!
3798  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: LTC out of top 10 coins on: July 14, 2020, 04:59:31 PM
new projects are coming up to find their spot on top 10 and if LTC can't maintain the position it will be replaced by the new ones like CRO. EOS and TRON will likely outrank the ones on top. its cryptocurrency's the circle of life, the old ones are going to get older without even stepping up in the top 10 and some that had been on top 10 are going to be replaced by a better coin.
3799  Economy / Speculation / Re: Where will we stand at the end of pandemic? on: July 14, 2020, 03:30:28 PM

bitcoin stands even in the height of pandemic, it will definitely stand  in the end.
the only that you'd worry though is if the price will also go up because coronavirus seem not really slowing down and there is nothing we can do until it goes away. the pandemic makes us afraid to spend anything as investment. unless BTC will suddenly grow and everyone adopting it then we'd probably see newcomers from other markets joining the rally.
3800  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Vindax Scam on: July 14, 2020, 02:59:32 PM
So many negative report of vindax exchange, what baffles me the most is why would developers list on such exchanges that have so much negative report already, most times, this type of exchange ends up killing a good product, also since we know it's scam, why would you people still go there to trade? I think you should stay off the exchange to avoid some kind of stress.
And despite these warnings many members will eventually sink into this shitholes dug by these scammers. I was once attempted to get myself into this mess until my instincts told me not to try such as scammers were found with similar attitudes like this. Greediness is the bad side of life and mostly a negative side effect to man growth.

investors and bounty hunters will be disappointed if the token will not be listed to any exchange at the time when they demand a market. if the bounty hunters will keep shouting we want the token to listed in an exchange and the team explains to just wait for it.

the team can only find a exchange cheap enough to provide like vindax. since the exchange also allow users to withdraw their funds going to their personal wallet then vindax is considerable until it doesn't satisfy someone they can then accuse of scam. Cheesy
