As I have said in other posts, I sure hope that Ross comes forward with a "claim" (all the government has against him are complaints) that requires any man to come forward and show actual harm or damage that Ross did against that man. In the claim, Ross should state that if no man can or will come forward, and verify on the stand in a court of record law some actual harm or damage, that his (Ross's) property (including his body) be returned to him, and he be set free.

If nobody comes forward with a claim of harm or damage done to him/her by Ross, or if a claim is brought but can't be verified because there is nothing to tie Ross to the harm or damage, his property should be returned to him, and he should be set free.

This is how the basic law of the land works... the common law.

This is so good. Did you notice the indictment document? It is the USA against the property. No human is listed. Why not? Is there a separate indictment somewhere else against the man?

I'm not going to look into details of the case, but, what if the USA doesn't really have a case against the man who did all the bad stuff? What if the guy is a crook, but there is no actual harm or damage anyone will come forward and say that he did to them?

The point is this. If he is a crook, but if nobody comes against him personally in court, he should be able, as a man, to require his property returned to him.

Is the USA a man who has interest in his property? Is the USA a man who can get on the stand and speak the interest that they have into the record? Probably not.

The guy is a crook. But if he knows his common law, and how to force the courts into a direct, man to man, court of record, and if no human being gets up to speak a claim against him, he should be able to get "his" property returned to him. It is the kind of law-land we live in.

Where would the justice be in something like this if it happened that way? The justice would be that the USA as a government is continually throwing all kinds of Americans into prison for little or nothing. Many of these are innocent of any crime whatsoever, or guilty of some petty "crime" like smoking a joint - that really isn't any crime at all. This USA action is making the police bolder so that they often act harmfully towards the general populace - police brutality in the extreme - often including murder.

Something like this guy getting his property back would start to take the power away from the USA as a police government. It would start to get the people into the habit of acting personally, man to man, against crooks who rob them, rather than acting as corporations. It would be a step towards stopping the USA from harming all kinds of folks with all the thousands of goofy laws that government has on the books, that are really methods to take away the freedom of the people.

If this guy won a common law, man-to-man suit against the U.S. government, it would start to bring freedom back to America.

The problem isn't that Bitcoin will not be accepted. The problem has to do with regulation of the people and businesses who use Bitcoin.

Suppose that you want to pay your employees in Bitcoin. Okay, do it. But the IRS will want a full value reckoning, even if it doesn't include Bitcoin addresses. This means that the employees will have to pay taxes, the employer will have to withhold, and of course there is Social Security.

It will take awhile to get around the regulation of the people, not the Bitcoin regulation.

Study Karl Lentz. Youtube search "Karl Lentz common law" and take the time to learn.

Of course they're not terrorists. Not to Washington, that is. Why not? Terrorists that work together don't see each other as terrorists.

We have to have drone strikes that kill innocent civilians. Why? Otherwise there wouldn't be any news that we were doing anything, 'cause we almost never hit a terrorist. We would lose our funding if we didn't show that we were doing something. And hitting civilians makes it into the headlines... at least once in a while.

Right!

The biggest insult to another person's religion is when you harm or murder him because of his religion. Other insults are when you harm or murder his family members.

Now let me see. Which religious group in modern times does this the most to any other?

Yes. The mask comes off.

UK: Muslim Family Demands Non-Muslim Man Buried Next To Muslim Be Exhumed And Moved To Different Plot…

A Romany Gypsy family face having to exhume the body of a recently-buried relative because of a row over grave plots at Burbage Cemetery.

Shadrack Smith was buried at the Lychgate Lane cemetery after a traditional Romany funeral on Friday .

His family brought three plots they picked which faced his home at Aston Firs – a tradition in Romany culture.

But since they purchased the plots the family of a Muslim man, who was already buried on the site, have objected to 89-year-old Mr Smith being buried next to him, despite the cemetery being billed as open to all faiths and denominations.

Tracey Smith, Shadrack’s daughter-in-law, said: “My mother-in-law chose the plot – she had her heart set on it.

“The grave was already being dug and bricked out when we had a call last Monday at 5.45pm from Julie Perrin at the parish council asking us if we could move plots.

“We said no – we bought the land and it was too late to find another plot.

“We have no issues with the Muslim family. I think they were under the impression it was a Muslim plot but it isn’t. But they should have tolerance to us.

Are you a Christian or Jew? Is your family Christian or Jewish? Do you happen to have the ashes of a friend or relative who was cremated? Sprinkle the ashes over the Muslim plots.

Now where did I read in the Quran that it is totally okay to deceive Islam unbelievers, and that it is even the right thing to do when trying to convert them or destroy them when they don't convert?

It's so hard to tell if Muslims who talk about love to non-Muslims, are simply ignorant of their own religion, or if they are simply lying.

Islamic terror so far in 2015.   If I may offer a comment, the widespread and continual attacks seems in itself to refute the claims of "It's the fakes always ruin it  - Probably Mi5 or Cia creating a picture or the fake jews or both"

http://www.thereligionofpeace.com/attacks-2015.htm

whats the total far that month? what about the once dying later one from the wounds

For January, the dead are 3998, and the critically injured, 2261.  I don't know if anyone could track the count of those dying later.

When you go through the list it is hard to tell who is hitting who the worse: the su... or the shi... This is turning into a massive japanese delicacy, but without the wasabi...

Maybe it is different than we think. Maybe Microsoft is like shi* (you know the word), and Linux is like su** (sudo). Maybe we should all go over to Mac.

It seems that big government is making all kinds of trouble for people around the world. It doesn't seem like there is much that anyone can do about it.

How about as an answer, prepare for the crash. Then work to make it happen by electing the craziest big government people you can. Let's crash it now, while we are young enough to pick up the pieces individually.

I don't want to be in the position of an old person who can't take care of himself, and has to rely on the whims and abilities of others, when the crash comes.

The kid probably didn't have a magic ring that really worked like we all think. But it DID make him invisible to the other kids at school by getting him out of there.

He and his parents should consider themselves lucky. If all it was, was a suspension, they're lucky or blessed. Get him to a good school. Better yet, home school. If there are CPS-like threats, send him to relatives or friends out of State, and then move as fast as you can.

These days, any kid not in school is lucky. but this doesn't mean to ignore teaching him/her. Rather, teach him/her well without all the BS that schools force on you these days.

Ross isn't like this. If he really did it, they were doing the same, or they were ripping him off. It was a form of self-defense in areas where standard law enforcement could not reach... kinda like the old West shootout, but in a much more hidden, complicated fashion.

Where do these people come from? Is this supposed to be a joke or is it serious? It seems too ridiculous to be real?

Someone should chop-up these people and put them in the hamburger meat in that store. Then they will have served a purpose

in this world. Otherwise, they are just a waste of oxygen.

Isn't that what the pink slime was that everyone was complaining about in the hamburger last year? these people?   Cheesy

Lots of people complained back then, and a lot of companies, including Walmart, quit selling hamburger with pink slime in it.

Pink slime is perfectly safe. If these people were in it then the pink slime would have had a sauteed-hipster-with-alfalfa-sprouts after taste...

Who cares how caustic (violent) a religious book is. Once you get the people going, they want to kill.

The difference between Islam and Christianity regarding violence is, the Islam book virtually requires violence while the Christian book tries to stop the violence.

Satoshi will be considered as important as Tesla in the next decades. The blockchain is at the level of genius of Teslas job.
not really tesla hat lots of things going satoshi only one

Satoshi seems to have been doing several things in the one thing. He is tying encryption together with torrent action together with the blockchain record together with wallet encryption together with who-knows-what-else. The devs can explain this best.

It might look like one Bitcoin on the outside, but it is really a joining together of several things to make the one Bitcoin.

If Satoshi happens to be alive and active, who knows how many other things he is working on right now? Unlike Morin and Moray and many others, Satoshi has FIRST solved the greatest hindrance to whatever inventing he might be doing right now... the financing.
