381  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin affects your investment values? on: November 10, 2017, 02:59:59 PM
I used to invest in stocks and funds, but after investing in bitcoin I was not interested in funds and stocks anymore.

Yes it can. Many people are switching to bitcoin because of its huge value. It attracts more people because before we can just see sometimes the bitcoin in news. But now they often reporting it because of its value now. Its getting more popular and increases also the people who wants to invest in it.
382  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What do you think are the biggest disadvantages of Bitcoin? on: November 10, 2017, 02:43:09 PM
i believe one of the drawbacks impacting bitcoin right now is the higher fees  we need to spend if we want our transactions to become verified faster and their is also some division within the crypto on working out what is best for the cryptocurrency due to some personal daily activities tied to it
Since the value of bitcoin became so high the fees also went up and it is so expensive that we have no choice but to take it because it is the only way to process our transactions. We can consider this as a disadvantage because a lot of users are having a hard time because of these transaction fees.
383  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Is Bitcoin Really The Future Of Money? on: November 10, 2017, 02:13:46 PM
nobody can tell. but for me it depends on how you see the future and how you accept the changes
Well yes nobody can tell what the future may bring, but currently we can see how high the price of bitcoin has become and how much user are being added every single day. Technology is the world we are living in today so I can really say that it is not impossible that the digital world will take over in the future.
384  Economy / Economics / Re: If the powerful governments wanted to, do you think they could stop Bitcoin? on: November 10, 2017, 01:25:14 PM
This is something which I've beleived for awhile, which is the prospect that if big governments and banks worked heavily together they'd be able to remove Bitcoin from the face of the earth. They wouldn't ban it, as that would be a tough thing to swallow for the American people as they wouldn't see a good reason to do that ( at least in my mind here) But they could just go ahead and regulate Bitcoin into oblivion, making it hard for Bitcoin businesses (buying and selling, trading, etc) to operate within their countries, or be subject to insane taxes, KYC AML and such.

Do you think Governments could kill Bitcoin?
Government cannot do nothing about bitcoin. Bitcoin is decentralized and no one can stop it aside from internet. Internet is the heart of bitcoin, without this bitcoin is useless. But, we also know that no one owns internet and even government can't stop it. They might shutdown in but they cannot do it worldwide because we are now in modern world and internet is the first part of it.
385  Economy / Economics / Re: Bitcoin can not replace fiat on: November 10, 2017, 12:59:50 PM
Absolutely yes. Bitcoin cannot replace fiat because most of the country don't consider or allowing bitcoin as a real currency. As long as they don't allow bitcoin as real currency there are no possibility of replacement currency. Aside from that bitcoin value is just depending on fiat and even if bitcoin price will increase, still it cannot replace real money.
386  Other / Off-topic / Re: What are some disadvantages of BTC? on: November 10, 2017, 12:29:59 PM
We all know the advantages of BTC, but what are some of the disadvantages??
Yes there are many advantages of bitcoin but there are also some disadvantages. For me one of the disadvantage of bitcoin is when the price is increasing the fee also is also increasing. One more thing also is there is a limitation when buying a bitcoin. The miners should remove that so many users can invest in bitcoin even they just have a small capital.
387  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: is it good time to buy. on: November 09, 2017, 01:56:26 PM
Hi experts

is it good time to buy BTC..?
is there any fork or segwit..after November 15...

It depends on how you look at bitcoin value. But for me I would recommend to not buy yet because of its huge value. If you're just a regular bitcoin earner we cannot determine if there will be a next fork. But its still up to you if you are going to buy or not. Its really hard to decide because we might think that if we buy now maybe it could still pump soon or vice versa.

389  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Are you surprise by bitcoin price now? on: November 08, 2017, 02:50:12 PM
Definitely. I was aware that bitcoin has a huge price but I was shocked when it reaches 7000 dollars. It was just a few days since I havent check the price of botcoin but when I check it suprised me. But for me I am not that happy because I have a lot of tokens than bitcoin.
390  Economy / Economics / Re: Investing money on bitcoin..! on: November 08, 2017, 02:20:57 AM
Nowadays many people are starting to invest money on bitcoin or the buy bitcoin..is this a good approach?
How this will influence us in future?

Yes its good to invest your money on bitcoin but you need to consider the value of bitcoin also. Nowadays bitcoin price is huge and for me it's not recommended to buy a bitcoin. Maybe it might increase more but I think todays bitcoin price is so huge that may lead you to loss profit if you buy now.
391  Economy / Economics / Re: Does this mean Cash will be extinct? on: November 07, 2017, 03:02:26 PM
Sweden is contemplating to stop using cash by 2023, does this mean cash might be extinct if other countries follow suit?

https://www.weforum.org/agenda/2017/10/sweden-could-stop-using-cash-by-2023?utm_content=buffer40bef&utm_medium=social&utm_source=twitter.com&utm_campaign=buffer
No, It takes time to do that but I think it will never happen. So let's say if all the country makes bitcoin as real currency and the real currency such as dollars and etc. will be extinct, what will be the basis of bitcoin when it comes of its value? We all know that bitcoin price value is majority depending on dollars, so in my opinion there will be no extinction of real currency.
Share your opinion.

For your information bitcoin is legal in the Philippines.

It serves that as your access in your wallet. There are many alternatives that you can you use to access your etherwallet. But most of the users they often use private key or jsonfile. If you choose to use private key you must keep it because without it you cannot access your wallet.
394  Local / Altcoins (Pilipinas) / Re: DIRECT EXCHANGE PESO to ETHEREUM? on: November 04, 2017, 11:19:12 AM
Hi Guys, posible ba yung Peso to Eth exchange? Palink naman ng mga site o tuts if meron kayo jan. thanks
As of now there is no available exchanges site that convert etheruem to peso. All you need to do if you want to convert your eth is you need to convert it first into bitcoin then convert it to peso. About the exchanging sites, you may try poleniex, bittrex, and shapeshift.

398  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Is there any way to destroy the bitcoin? on: November 03, 2017, 01:37:15 AM
Is there any way to destroy the bitcoin?  Not to hack or fake it but completely destroy the system.

I think bitcoin is good when it come in security so I think no one can destroy it. But if we are going to talk if who can stop to those people who's earning bitcoin all I can say is if they can shutdown the internet. Internet is the bridge to earn bitcoin without this bitcoin is useless.
399  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin to eliminate unemployment. on: November 03, 2017, 01:28:31 AM
It's impossible to eliminate the unemployment but its possible to decrease it. Yes bitcoin can help those people who don't have a job but still they should know that earning a bitcoin is not stable job. They might earn a lot or they may not. It's better to seek a job also than focusing only in digital bitcoin.
