381  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / what will happen to ethereum in this bullrun? on: May 10, 2019, 03:02:13 AM
bitcoin has gone up to $6200, but why is ethereum still stagnant at $170. Does this mean that ethereum won't rise again?. I was thinking of buying ethereum but if I look at it like this I might cancel it.

does this mean that ethereum will be one of the altcoins that won't rise in the bullrun this time?
382  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Is there any particular time to invest in crypto coins? on: May 09, 2019, 04:09:31 AM

Often times, people ask questions as to which best time to invest in altcoins or crypto coins. And I keep wondering if there is always a speculated time to invest in those coins. Early this year, I invested on one cryptocurrency. I was blamed seriously for investing on that particular coin at that particular time. This coin dumped till it almost disappeared from my wallet. I blamed myself continuously and I keep asking myself this question; is there any particular time to invest in these crypto coins? Please feel free to contribute your own opinion.

actually there is no special time. this is just a matter of luck, if you have a bad luck then every time is a bad time. so before buying you must be able to predict what will happen in the future. and avoid new coins, because new coins are very vulnerable to dump.
383  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Dogecoin now supported by Coinbase! on: May 08, 2019, 04:43:00 PM
this will give an increase to the Doge. coinbase is a large exchange and they have a high volume. maybe there will be a lot of speculation about doge at the moment and on average they think doge will rise. so there's no harm in buying doge a few weeks. I'm sure there will be a pump, even though it's not too big but enough to make a profit
384  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: would you invest in IEO instead of ICO projects? on: May 08, 2019, 07:30:00 AM
if it's about a security issue I would definitely choose the IEO. but unfortunately not all IEOs are good so I will choose first before investing.
and ICO I haven't followed it for a long time.
385  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Is Litecoin dead? What's happening? on: May 07, 2019, 09:39:48 PM
Litecoin, for all I know, aspired to be the "fast cryptocurrency that big corporations like Amazon were going to start using". As of today... I feel like Litecoin is essentially dying  Angry I hold quite a good amount of LTC and really don't know what to do with it...

Thoughts?

Edit; I found this nice article that summarizes what LTC has been up to but idk how I feel about this...: https://cryptotradernews.com/cryptocurrency/whats-happening-with-litecoin/
You don't need to be afraid or worried because Litecoin won't die. there are coins that are worse than litecoin and they still survive. Currently Litecoin is quite good, I believe if later the market starts to move up, Litecoin will become one of the coins that will rise.

I personally have a lot of litecoin, I still believe and will keep holding it whatever happens later.
386  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: DOGE coin time to buy ? on: May 06, 2019, 09:18:11 PM
hi guys
do u think its a good time to buy DOGE with 45 - 46 sat ?
i heard some news that DOGE devs thinking about adding it
to binance if that's happned im sure DOGE can fly again
what do u think about current price of DOGE its already raised to 80 sat
a few days ago so i think 45 sat is not a bad price to invest
Plans for listing on binance are not too bad. if this is seen from speculation, I think it has a chance to rise. buy now a good choice. 45-46 sat, it's not too expensive because that's how it should be.
387  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: IEOs drop in value is no threat on: May 06, 2019, 10:44:59 AM
Drop in coin price is a normal occurrence in crypto. Even BTC and ETH have had their own share of losing their price on the market. IEOs doesn't guarantee profit making, its just a step in the crypto space to minimize the numerous scam incidences in ICOs.
yes you are absolutely right, since the beginning the IEO did not guarantee that profit only made investment safer. so if there are things that don't match predictions now, that's normal for me. The IEO is like this because almost all new projects use it, so there is nothing special about the IEO.
388  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Trading or Recurring earning through dividend??? on: May 05, 2019, 09:55:53 PM
why not second, isn't that good if you get profit from trading and dividends. there are lots of coins that give dividends and are good for trading. you can try it, maybe you will like this. but if you have to choose one, I prefer trading. trading gives me the freedom to make choices.
389  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Is the IEO cheating / Should I invest in IEO? on: May 04, 2019, 05:37:58 PM
I think this time we should only join the IEO in the top three exchanges, Binance, OKEx and Houbi, it is difficult to buy the IEO because they use the lottery, but it will ensure the security Your investment is more than other exchanges.
for binance, okex, huobi and don't forget bittrex. I still trust all four exchanges for the IEO service. the rest i don't believe. and I won't use it, because I don't think it's safe. this might end like the ICO. there will be a lot of fraud and I don't want to be one of the people who lose it.
390  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Is investors realizing that IEO is a silent scam? on: May 04, 2019, 04:35:41 PM
It has been going three days Bittrex has launched IEO for "ocean" coin. But seems still now 17% remain of IEO token. Last IEO was closed within few seconds. Wondering why still not sold out current IEO on Bittrex. Is investors realizing that IEO is silent scam? Because on last IEO on Bittrex lots of investor's got REKT. Perhaps that's why investors worried about their funds.

What do you think? There is any other reason?
Bittrex IEOs don't get pumped because they don't have whales anymore lol.
IMO project on Bittrex aren't really appealing, If they had some really amazing projects they will sell out! I'm just waiting for one to participate!
yes you are right, not all IEOs will succeed. this depends on the project too. if the project is not good enough, investors will definitely not be interested. so just because it doesn't end quickly, that doesn't mean the IEO is a scam.
391  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Mass Adoption = Instant mobile transactions on: May 02, 2019, 11:39:46 PM
not really, in my opinion mass adoption is a real use not for investments such as payments, transfers between countries or whatever. crypto is projected to destroy the boundaries that have existed because of traditional methods. so there is no need for instant transactions, because whatever type of use it is as long as it is used by everyone, it includes mass adoption.
392  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Question to Bitcoiners: What do you think about IEO? on: May 02, 2019, 11:20:37 AM
AltCoins are raising money using IEO or Initial Exchange Offering. It started out good, but since we have 100s of exchanges and all of them have started launching IEOs, it's starting to get messy like ICOs. What do you guys think?

Personally, I am a big supporter of crowd-funding as a source of startup capital as long as its done responsibly. I invest on Start Engine and Republic and I see crappy project on those platforms too. I just wish the Exchanges will do some due diligence before launching an IEO.

now a lot of exchange become a crowdfunding platform with their IEO
maybe the main advantages from IEO, is only the project will be tradeable soon when the IEO finish
about project development, its depends with their team too
so, for long term investments, choose the right project and do not follow the hype without knowing the project deeply

yes you are right, the only advantage is that when the IEO is finished the coin will be immediately traded in the castle without waiting anymore. the rest is the same as ICO. development that will be a benchmark of whether the coin will last or not in the future. I am personally interested in IEO but even so I don't want to invest there. there are still many things I have to learn before investing in the IEO. I don't want to fail like last year, because I believed too much in the ICO.
393  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Any Use Cases For Dogecoin? on: May 01, 2019, 10:38:17 PM
Should I convert the Dogecoin to BTC or ETH?, Does Dogecoin have a future?
if you want to grow, you have to convert it to btc or eth or other altcoins that have the potential to rise more. and I see doge has no future because from the start the coin was only for jokes. but even so doge will always be there.
394  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Hotbit exchange is legit. on: May 01, 2019, 05:13:22 PM
Hotbit isn't bad, this exchange is good for me. it's just that they are still new, so the trading volume is not too big. but despite all that I saw this exchange quality, I used it several times. and there's no problem when I use this. deposit and withdrawal fast enough and I like this.
395  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: IEO or ICO for good investment at cryptocoin project on: April 30, 2019, 11:38:55 PM
The IEO and ICO are the same, the difference is how they sell their tokens. if in the IEO, the exchange becomes Escrow. but at ICO, the development team directly handled this. if you see this, IEO is a safer choice. You might not trust a new project, but at least you definitely believe in the exchange.
396  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Can ETH reach $200 after the upgrade on: April 30, 2019, 07:53:48 PM
ETH is on a bull run and suddenly Bitcoin fallen and pull ETH followed it, now do you guy think that it’s still possible for ETH to reach $200 when the upgrade come?
$200 is not a difficult price. I think that will be achieved soon. for now ethereum is stable at $158, maybe this month if there are no problems it will rise even more than $200.  I personally have my own target for eth this month, which is $ 250, and I still believe it will be achieved as fast or slow
397  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: The Future of Dogecoin, will its Price (DOGE/USD) Surge Again? on: April 29, 2019, 11:41:11 PM
I don't really care about the Doge, but if asked whether the doge will rise. I will answer yes, the doge will go up when the market is pumped later. Doge is one of the coins that gets less attention from the crypto community but he can prove that the doge is good. even though their prices are cheap but it's pretty stable now. there are many reasons why doge still has the potential to rise, one of which is the price of btc. when the price of btc at the doge price pump will definitely go up and I don't think only doge will experience this.
398  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Is IEO Profitable than ICO's? on: April 29, 2019, 04:34:00 PM
what I see is that IEO is far more profitable than ICO. many projects are successful and all the coins are sold out in just a few hours. Unlike ICO, new projects take a long time to reach the softcap. and for investors, they do not need to wait long for the token listing in the exchange because when the IEO ends the token can be traded in the exchange. isn't this profitable, so we don't need to ask when exchange or other.
399  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Poloniex has been on it's journey to become great again. on: April 29, 2019, 03:18:24 AM
Years ago, Poloniex was the biggest crypto exchange, especially when we mentioned about margin tradings. Since the middle of 2017, Poloniex fell behind Bittrex due to their bad supports for customers, and KYC verification to increase daily withdrawal limits, or maybe some other reasons were not disclosed publicly. After that, Bittrex took over by Binance, that has still remained the biggest exchange so far, and Poloniex fell further behind them.

Fortunately, things likely improved with Circle partnerships. During recent months, lots of things improved on Poloniex, graphic designs, customer supports, and recent days, we have had more coins added to Poloniex's Margin Trading Market. For years, Poloniex maintained its marginal tradeable coins with very limited, and old coins. So, I think it is a big change of their strategies.
It is too soon to say anything, but I am a big fan of Poloniex, and, of course I hope them will come back, to the top exchanges, from this year to 2021.
Some snapshotted images about their announcements and new marginal tradeable coins recently added on Poloniex:
Furthermore, I hope daily volume on Poloniex will increase dramatically with new coins added to their Margin trading list.
https://coinmarketcap.com/exchanges/poloniex/

How about your thoughts with the latest improvements of Poloniex?
I don't think this is what the market needs right now. maybe if Poloniex release the launchpad it will have more impact. IEO becomes a new hype in cryto, and if poloniex wants to follow it it will be greater than binance or bittrex.
400  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Is it really a "Do or Die " time for Ripple [XRP]? on: April 28, 2019, 07:25:02 PM
the ripple will never die, stagnation won't be able to make the ripple disappear. even if another drop occurs, it won't be able to kill Ripple. there will be lots of whales that will pump after that.so the point is that when the ripple isn't profitable but in the future there will be a pump. so don't take your eyes off this coin, even though this coin looks bad.
