tested browsers:
Firefox, Dolphin browser, Boat Browser
after approaching bitcoinwisdom for any trading platofmr (gox, bitstamp, etc) I'm getting a message " Loading scripts, it will take several seconds" and get frozen like this forever
I have the same  That's strange. It works properly in Chrome, Firefox here. Does it still happen? If shows 'Loading scripts, it will take several seconds' means system has refreshed the script, it need download about 33K javascripts. It still happens. Bitcoinwisdom.com loads bars on my computer (firefox) but not on my mobile phone (also firefox). It used to load bars on my phone browser ever since I started using bitcoinwisdom. It stopped a few weeks ago. I leave the phone for tens of minutes and the browser says ''loading ...''. It is not a big issue for me though. No need to hurry. But fixing / solving this would be appreciated  I just tested Firefox and Opera on Android 4.1.2, both of them works. The site uses HTML5, it should be work on most of modern browser. Display "Loading...", then it must be have finished load scripts and is loading trades/orderbook. If net has issue, it will show load failed. Then it maybe some incompatible code for some device. It's hard to solve it if I cannot repeat the issue. |

The Fibonacci tool has stopped working - together with all the other tools ?
or is it just my Chrome that is broken ?
It works here. There is no code changed for drawing. If it worked before, it should be still work. |

Is there a possibility to add straight lines in log space? When I try to do this now they become strait lines in normal space, and log lines in log space. Since bitcoin by nature rises exponentially over longer time spans, I highly wish for strait log space lines to be added.
+1 Straight lines on linear chart of something that does not follow an additive model do not make much sense anyways. The default should be: lines are straight lines on the log chart and appear exponential on the linear chart and also the default view for new users should be log scale and not linear. Now draw lines depend on the scale. |

Do you use any framework for the charts? If no, why not? Wasn't it a lot of work?
Also, a bug (or maybe wanted feature) is that when there is a low volume (e.g. Kraken), if the chosen timeframe is e.g. 1 min and there isn't any trade during at least a whole minute then there will not be any space between the two candlesticks. Normal?
Put more simply, if you hover your mouse pointer over the candlesticks you may get 19:50, 19:51, 19:55 if there isn't any trades between 19:52:00 and 19:54:59.

hello, can anyone say me what in the chart of http://bitcoinwisdom.com/markets/btce/ltcusd is the math-formula of the brown-line and the blue-line? Is the MA for one minute (Moving Average) the average from a peroid of time (i.e. 18:01:00 - 18:01:59, 18:02:00 - 18:02:59, ...) or is this average only by time (i.e. 18:01:31 - 18:02:30, 18:01:32 - 18:02:31, ...)? thanks It's average close price of candlesticks. |

No library used, The formula I used is LC = [Previous CLOSE]; RSI = EWMA(MAX(CLOSE-LC,0),N,1)/EWMA(ABS(CLOSE-LC),N,1) *100; K = MA(RSI-LLV(RSI,M),P1)/MA(HHV(RSI,M)-LLV(RSI,M),P1)*100; D = MA(K,P2); N, M, P1, P2 are parameters. MA(X,N) = (X1+X2+X3+...+Xn)/N EWMA(X,N,M) = Y = [M*X+(N-M)*Y']/N (Y' means previous Y) HHV - Highest value LLV - Lowest Value |

first off, thank you for amazing tool you providing. It's really great
now, up to suggestions:
1) option to summarize up all big buys/sales so these small particles like 0,001 BTC transactions will disappear.
I'm not sure who is interested in that kind of data. Though, it should be kept for transparency,but at the separate mode.
How it can be done: either sum up all sell and buy volume (each separately) for the last 7-45 seconds, or increase minimum value to show, i.e. not show anything until value get to the 1BTC or something like that
2) change view of volume candles, so it will properly show volume for "sales" and for "buys"
as I understand now, trade considered as "sale" when result is changing ex rate to lower (or touching buy orders). And "buy" considered as buy when its changing ex rate to higher
however volume candle is quite confusing:
say, for the start of M15 candle someone can buy 500 btc on "dry" market triggering price from 800 to 820 and if there is small order book, ex rate could actually go to 790 with like 150 BTC until end of the M15 preiod - in that way, all volume for M15 candle would be red, but actual volume was more "green".
what if we divide these two volumes within one candle and color it differently?
for example. looking for the crash at bitstamp from 18-12-2013, volume 135 000 BTC
how many btc was sold, and how many btc was bought, in terms how it's changed price?
or maybe I'm horribly misunderstanding something?
Currently volume's color is following main charts. I considered to split volume color base on bids/asks amount too. it will be supported in future. |

It's not bug. The orderbook is limited to 200 ask and 200 bid. If there is a lot orders such as 900.001, 900.002 and so on, the range will become small. Do you mean the APIs for BTCe and Bitstamp only report 200 ask/bids? No, Bitstamp returns full depth. BTC-e returns is up to 2000. |

Hi I tweeted you but I guess this is the official place for feedback. I love the site, it's replaced 2 or 3 other sites I used all the time and is all about the currencies that matter to me at least: BTC/LTC. I would go for the Premium upgrade in a flash if I could draw Fibonacci retracements etc. as well just straight lines! Thanks Fibonacci retracements and Fibonacci fans is supported now. |

No love for bid/ask ratio history? coinorama has it, would love to have it on btcwisdom as well...
I agree bid/ask is useful. and has plan to import it. For saving bandwidth and CPU, The system doesn't record and return VWAP and bid/ask count. It is not difficulty to implement. I'm gong to add them when we get more servers. |

It's no problem here. I check the site very often. Here is hidden limit, the connection must be less than 32(about 25 tabs in browser). It might be reached if you are using shared IP. |

You might consider moving Huobi to header link and moving BTCChina into your "markets" pull down menu Huobi is really more important these days and has more volume than gox stamp and btce combined. BTCChina is really not a big player anymore Not sure if you're aware, but OKcoin and BTCChina had issues w/ deposits/withdrawals major loss of market share... It won't be too long time if Huobi keep more volume even visitors. |
