There’s nothing to do here, only investors invited by the company’s founders will be able to participate in the private ICO. Most probably these are some big investors which are somehow famous in this market. Looool why do you think so? Private ICO is the one that requires preliminary registration. It doesn't require a lot of money because the company is not going to created from scratch but buying an already existing one.
