This is how it work now, many people are joining the community in bitcointalk and rewards is getting less every month.
but many participants don't follow the rules of bounty campaigns and if you fulfill all the tasks properly you will get a good reward. of course you have to make a right choice regarding bounty campaign.
Sometimes you cannot even register in bounty campaign - no vacancy. Like Airpod on Bountyhive. There was 3500 participants less than a day. So, no, so much people in bounty is not good.
