What could you folks see using MEDIC for in the future?
I'd love to be able to mine with GPU and help research with protein folding at the same time. Then use coins to pay for co-pays or buy medical supplies.
Hoping this coin can do well and really hit some of it's future goals.

How do I know that masternode coin requires sentinel program to run its masternode? An honest developer will tell you upfront that his masternode coin requires sentinel to run. If he did not, then you can download the coin's wallet and run "masternodelist" in the debug window and if you see "ENABLE" or "Watchdog expired" then you know you need a sentinel program to run.  |

New masternode coins with sentinel requirement to run the masternode are coming out everyday and each masternode costs about $20k to $45k These new coins tricked potential investors with outrageous ROI in the range of 5000% and above. They tricked masternodes.online with low number of MN currently installed (like 2 MN--those are the genesis nodes). Since masternodes.online can only detect 2 MN currently installed, the ROI is extremely high, but what masternodes.online did not know is that there are already 60 MN already installed but the developer did not release the sentinel for these MN operators to run so all these masternodes were in the "Watch_dog expired" status. So unknown investors spent $45k to buy a maternode to chase after the 5000% ROI thinking that they are going to be MN number 3, not knowing that the real ROI at the time of purchase is probably around 1000% because the current number of MN is 60, not 2 as reported by masternodes.online.. Once the developers of these sentinel masternodes released the sentinel program required to run the masternode, the ROI and the price of the coin dropped like a rock because by this time there are already well over 60 MN bought. Here are two examples of two coins that required sentinel to run the masternode : Rapture and Advance. At this moment I believe they will release more sentinel required masternode coins so they can grab more cash from unwary investors.   So be very careful with new masternode coins that required sentinel to run. I believe these coins are released by the same developers. Do you want to buy something that will lose 90% of its value in 1 to two weeks?(edited) What do these coins have in common? The developers do not want investors to know who they are so they can create more sentinel-required msternodes in the future. |

Bitcoin Lightning came out last week and was listed on https://stocks.exchange/trade/BLT/BTC . They were listed on masternodes.online with insane ROI of 6000%. Their volume on stocks.exchange were about 80 BTC a day. Then a couple days ago Bitcoin Green came out. Bitcoin lightning crashed and all the volume went to Bitcoin Green. Now bitcoin green has over 80 BTC in volume. Conclusion. Bitcoin lightning and bitcoin green are the same people. They manipulated stocks.exchange to bring their volume up. Think before you buy into these two coins. Bticoin green will crash just like bitcoin lightning |

I have a couple of L3+ asics and would like to have a go at solo mining - is there a way to mine directly to the wallet with these?

Here are the steps to mine medic on your local computer: 1. put this file in your medic folder or where the MedicCoin.conf should be https://mediccoin.com/MedicCoin.conf2. run your Medic Coin wallet 3. download sgminer from the web and add this sgminer.conf file to the sgminer directory https://mediccoin.com/sgminer.conf4. start sgminer. OK - I get the MedicCoin.conf bit, but you cannot download sgminer to an ASIC machine - all you can do is point it to an address. So do I just point it to the IP address of the computer hosting the wallet? When you run sgminer, it will look for sgminer.conf (the one you can download in my previous post). If you have that sgminer.conf it will execute flawlessly. |
