Pre-sale stage is for rich guys only who want to invest more then $50K or about it.
On public sale you can't invest big money so it's called Crowd Sale and is suitable for not rich investors.

Все эти обещанные 100500 транзакций в секунду напоминают кинотеатры - сначала появились 3Д, потом 4Д, 5Д и т.д. На самом деле лучше обычного 2D кино ничего нет - его все смотрят (с намеком на blockchain 2.0 Etherium - им все реально пользуются). Рано или поздно народ поймет это и очередные новые блокчейны 3.0/4.0/5.0 перестанут давать иксы после ICO, будут торговаться ниже цены ICO.

Чем Carry Protocol отличается от AirBloc (тоже есть на icodrops)? Вроде тоже самое хотят сделать, но раньше - есть конкретная дата ICO - 19 июня и сумма, которую хотят собрать - $12.4M, причем 38% уже собрали на Pre-sale.

Too big expectation about EOS - they have no nothing now and 5th on coinmarketcap, so it looks like a big bubble.
Etherium is a good working product with Plasma+Casper testing to solve existing scalability problems.

Private Sale is too risky because you give much money for a long term. I like Public Sale with lower risks and investment terms.

First research all info on website and if you liked the idea/team/roadmap/etc then open WhitePaper and read it to find out more detailed info about ICO. Look for headers and read info under headers most important for you.

Nobody knows it but DOGE chart looks similar to BTC chart - so 90 sats for DOGE is about $12K for BTC. Can BTC reach $12K before July? All we want it but not sure it will be.

I think QuarkChain is the top ICO in May, 2018 because they looks like etherium killer and it's very hard to participate in this ICO, price will be about x10 after exchanges listings.

I made KYC (uploaded 2 scans to Polo) and in a few minutes it was approved, i can trade and withdraw now.
