Like I said I did a pretty good job reviewing everyone fairly.  I'm not saying you should or shouldn't but people need to get their facts straight I have seen disinfo on SWC, LBP and satoshi so I went out and did my best.  People who say things like you just clearly just assumed and I don't blame you as SO DID I. Thank you we are trying to gather a database right now, you can add the users in the comments section and I have the search setup to scan comments as well. SO if we added a btc address it would show up if searched or a user. We have a few people that I guess we have saved but we are so new I hope we start busting scammers weekly!  One of them added 20+ scammer emails. So far So good.

There are a few other sites you can play at, SWC is not the only one (I play at SWC, LBP and satoshi)  I have dislikes and likes about  all of them.   I prefer livebitcoinpoker.com first then SWC then Satoshi.   

Livebitcoinpoker.com= NEWER Site With crazy awesome bonuses and since they have limited users right now it's fairly easy to win  some fast cash (I did a review on them)
SWC= Lots of players and has a large following of good and bad (mostly good ppl) but some weird rules (I did a review on them as well)
Satoshi = gotta dl a client but is interesting lol (prefer not to waste too much time)

I run a review site bitcoinscammers.com that we get request daily on these sites. We try to keep it unbiased but the rules of some of these sites (even though they are hardly enforced) are still concerning.

For sure bud get a couple more posts in so you can qualify.  My suggestion is kill time at livebitcoinpoker.com playing in the free section. It's what I did to kill time lol I was there so much I wrote a review on it.

I just got out lol. Page 64,65,66 belong to me lol. Log out after 4 hours and login and you will have jr status as long as you have posted 5 times.

It's 90% temp related on the 7950 as it has poor cooling.  This is just a guess and I have building these things for years, I would bet you would see a increase of heat during the 99% time then a reduction at 60% then.  BIG issue that needs to be fixed that they havnt done crap about. That's all I got for you for now. GL

The Shappire 7950 has been known to be sketchy with windows 8, check for or change drivers and see if that helps. Maybe even shut it down to test the other two.

Open up your resources and watch.  2nd try running it windows 7 to see what happens.  Windows 8 can still be buggy I have ran a few miners on older machines with higher output then windows 8

What kind of ram is it?

You could be doing lot's of things and it could be a simple as a cooling issue.  There are more facts needed. A power capacitor could also be the issue depending on the system setup.  MY suggestion as to watch your resources and monitor the times it rises compared to times it lowers and see if it's an internal software issue first before expanding and upgrading.

You may have already done all of this or looked in to it but my third yet very off the wall suggestion would be to try a different plug in the house off a grid line where power is already consumed.  You could be getting spikes.

So while I was in the newbie section waiting out my 4 hours I reviewed a crap ton of sites to help the community. I do a lot of reviews because I help run bitcoinscammers.com.  

This particular review is by default as I had to review it because I was playing poker with them.  livebitcoinpoker.com  I guess this site is already fairly well known but I figured another review couldn't hurt (I wrote this whole thing while waiting for newb restrictions to come off, along with 4 other sites I will post later on)  

Livebitcoinpoker.com is a Bitcoin Multiplayer poker websites. It's uses software similar to swc. LBP accepts Litecoins and Bitcoins and has a 24/7 chat (which I used and there is a moderator logged in all the time) I got a very home like feel from this website and I played in their 10 Bitcoin Freeroll on Saturday (I guess  they do it every Saturday).  I was shocked that the daily traffic was lower compared to most and when I asked the Admin what was going on he said that a competitor was trying to smear them.  Admin then laughed and said no worry's we are staying. We have the only 10 btc freeroll every Saturday, live support and have a network of systems setup in the event that anything devastating happens.

My first game I played was a FREEPlay and it's 100% free and is just used so you can get the feel of the site before investing or winning anything. I however am not good at poker but gave it a try this whole week. I love it! Plus they have the same rules and bonuses offered as most online poker rooms. The players are friendly (more friendly then Seals) but it took a few mins before I could play a game when I deposited some coins. I think the poker players that play are ones who have been scorned by other sites. They all have high hopes of the site growing so they have a real alternative to the "CRAP Out there".  A few of the players claiming to be "insiders" CLAIMED that the site is ether partially owned or majority owned by a very respected and well known WSOP player. As a reviewer I had to get to the truth and it made for some interesting responses from the ADMIN's on livebitcoinpoker.com. When asked who owns them they simply responded

 "We can't disclose our owner/owners and we monitor all games as part of protocol and saw your chat sessions with users claiming they know who is backing us. These players do not know and if they did know they should not be discussing it. This is how rumors are spread and trolls get released."


So in fairness if they wanted to let us know it seems they would and all of it is speculation but back to my review.  I played on a smooth gaming surface that had great color combinations for the tables (easy on the eyes) and can hold up to 1000 multitable  tournaments (according to admin) you can also request custom games  and I thought that was a wonderful feature if you want to have a private game with your friends. They have 200% bonus programs and CRAZY HIGH FREEROLLS programs that are really good for any gaming site. I would rate this site extremely high however with that comes my gut punch. They are newer and are still growing, like the admin stated they have an uphill battle against other sites. I did wait 20 mins until someone came in and had REAL BTC to play with.  There is no doubt in my mind that in a few months when I go to check back that if they stayed on track they would be ranked number 1 for support and BTC/LTC Gaming. After I wrote this I went out hunting for more info and found a positive vibe with everyone saying the same thing "It's freaking awesome but they need more players"   As a positive reviewer for most everything I will leave it at they are simply awesome.  

Alright as you can see I'm a Jr member but I have senior like wisdom. I have been scammed a few times and decided to take a stand.  I created a free no AD, NO BS way to bring these punks down. bitcoinscammers.com   YES! I know what you scammers are thinking OHH CRAP!! but don't worry you have plenty of time as there are only a few sites on there right now.
